Came out of town and decided to dine in at Chilli's and we loved it. Our server Ruben was excellent, he was vey attentive and made sure we had a good time. The food and ambiance were great as well!

This location is one of the smallest chili's grill I have ever been to. Too noisy. There is no waiting area. The waitress we had was very rude. Had to ask for the manager. After the manager helped the evening was a better. Food was good. Bartender was not the greatest had to send my drink back unfortunately

I went during lunch time. Inside wasn’t too crowded, plenty parking. My waiter was incredible, all the staff I interacted with were great. My food on the other hand was not as great. A positive point is I ordered a soup and I had it in front of me before I finished ordering my meal. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium rare and it was cooked well done.

Waited 20 minutes to even be able to order because I dont have the app. Waited another 20 minutes to get the food. All of which is fine but when we got back to our room after just arriving from the airport and wanting to relax we found that some of our food was missing. Called the store and the only option they would give us was to come back to the restaurant and get what they forgot. That was the only fix they had and 9pm at night it wasn't going to happen, Drive another 30 minutes back and forth after already parking and getting checked in and comfortable in our room. Didn't even get a genuine apology that we are out what we paid for. At least the food we did have was good or I would have been even more pissed.

Your standard Chili's, except this one was overly crowded and busy. I know it's a Friday but we could barely make it to our table because of people just standing around and hovering over tables and kids running around. Very disorganized But the food and drinks were great. The fajitas were fire and my friends enjoyed their meals too. Our waitress, and the man who brought us our food were very courteous and nice despite the chaos. Because of that I'll definitely come again, maybe for lunch for a calmer crowd.

It was very busy for a Wednesday. We went here for our Anniversary. The food was okay but we didn't really eat. We used takeout containers. I felt that the tables were too close. So we were uncomfortable & decided to go. We came in the door closest to where we parked. Well it was like we entered through the garage 😒 so to me the doors were at a odd angle. Backwards it seemed. We probably will never return. It was approximately $90.00 for 2 plates!! The only thing we really liked was the chips & salsa.

I eat at Chili's back home (Ohio) at least twice a week and love it. This was definitely not the same experience. I ordered the ultimate Cajun pasta and the watermelon presidente margarita. Whatever is in that glass is not a margarita. My food came out faster than the drink. I'm all for quick service, but that means it was sitting there ready to be plated when I ordered it, and the quality shows that. Dry pasta, dry chicken, dry shrimp with some sauce thrown on top to try and mask it., with burnt toast on the side. Side note, this outlet is level with my food and is DISGUSTING.

Horrible experience here tonight. For starters, there were two young boys rudely soliciting candy sales both outside of the direct entrance and also inside the double doorway of the main entrance, getting in the way of people entering and leaving the restaurant. I don't know why management/leadership allowed this. It's very off-putting to customers. Secondly, we were added to the wait list and they quoted us a 45 minute wait. While we waited, we went across the street to the shopping center and after about 20 minutes we got a text that are table was ready. Before we could even get back to the restaurant, literally like about 5 minutes, I got another text that our name had been removed from the wait list. I went inside and told the "host" at the front about our situation and he quoted me about a 15-minute wait time and that we'd be seated shortly. 20 minutes go by while we wait at the bar and then I talked to another host to check on our wait status. We hadn't even been added back into the queue. Waited an additional 10 almost 15 minutes. So our wait time from the original time that we arrived was now longer than origally quoted. To top it all off, when we were finally seated and placed our order, our server came back after a bit and informed us that they were out of ribs. How are you out of ribs on a Sunday at 7: 00pm? Unbelievable.

Our server was a disaster. They spilled water all over the table while pouring, forgot my appetizer, and then brought me the wrong entree. When I pointed out the mistake, they sighed dramatically and said, 'Ugh, seriously?' It took another 20 minutes to get the correct dish, by which time everyone else at the table was finished eating. No apology, no offer to comp anything – just a complete lack of professionalism. It was the worst service I've ever experienced.

Chili's used to be a reliable choice, but my recent visit was a disaster. We ordered the bottomless chips and salsa, but the chips were stale, and the salsa tasted like it came straight from a jar. I ordered the ribs, and they were dry and lacked flavor, as if they'd been sitting under a heat lamp all day. My friend's margarita was weak and watery. The only highlight was the server, who was friendly and tried their best, but the kitchen clearly couldn't keep up. Overall, the food quality has really declined, and I'm not sure I'll be back.

I went to Chili's last night, and honestly, it was a letdown. The server seemed completely uninterested in being there, and it took forever to get our drinks. When the food finally arrived, my steak was overcooked and tough, and my wife's enchiladas were cold in the middle. We sent them back, but the replacements weren't much better. The whole place felt dirty, and the bathrooms were a mess. Definitely not worth the money, and I won't be going back anytime soon.

I was here last weekend on 1/25/26 to dine after the Twice concert that was held at the Inglewood Stadium, I had forgotten my wallet here after dinner and was on my way back to my hometown 2 hours away. I gave them a call and confirmed they still had my wallet but refused to ship it to me so it forced me to drive 2 hours back to get my wallet. To my surprise all my money from my wallet was gone, I had a 100$ bill in my wallet and now it was nowhere to be found. I demanded to see video evidence on who found my wallet and who may have possibly stolen my money out of my wallet. They refused then escorted me out. This is the scummiest restaurant and staff I have ever dealt with, I will never be back at this location and will be filing a police report.

Awful!! the manager was so condescending after she said there was out of a part of my meal then still wanted me to pay full price? I said that doesnt make sense if a portion of my meal was missing and I wasnt provided alternatives until I was PAYING THE BILL and then proceeds to give myself the waiter a difficult time and says I need to pay full price. Its a mess in there, they need to train people better!!

Terrible service. Waitress ignored us skipped our table never brought out what we asked for and had a very rude attitude. Manager laughed and didnt care as I explained to her replied “I wish I would have known sooner” girl Im telling you now aftter what I observed are you ok or slow? Im guessing slow as hell. While the waitress is fondling her and talking in spanish as if I dont understand? Disgusting tbh. Management is a real life joke. Def reporting this place to the health department too!

Came to this location 5 deep on a Sunday around 7:30 pm. Once seated we weren’t seen for about ~40 minutes, we filled that time with laughter, anticipation and a complimentary basket of chips which only came after a server mistook our table for a soup order, setting the bowls down admist our empty bellies. Our puppy eyes and mild concerns motivated her to return to our table with the basket and an apologetic smile. It would be the last smile we see in the chilis that Sunday. The team was generally neglectful to our table, and continued to lack urgency and passion. Once we were finally met with our lackluster server, we unfortunately had to interact with him a second time, to inform him our food was underloved and overcooked. Four out of five dishes were respectfully sent back to the kitchen that night, and rather than comp the remaining 26$ that survived from the order, they did charge us, which is not so much immoral as it was illuminating of what service that doesn’t serve anyone looks like at Chili’s. Go see Aaliyah at Red Lobster instead and save yourself the second hand embarrassment.

Started off promising because we got seated right away... and got water right away to but that's as good as it got. Took our server took over 25 mins to get our order, and when he did took about the same time to get our drinks. I kept trying to get help but seemed staff knew that and ignored me.. so it lead to a 20 min wait for water( we also had no food ). When we did get our food it was just Ok, not sure what going on in the kitchen but other than my chicken sandwich being undercooked and falling apart breading it wasn't cut properly or clean it had cartilage tight in the middle. I did tell the staff who gave it to me i mentioned my concern and he replied that I'll need to talk to the server it took over 15 mins to get his attention, he did offer to make other but by that time I'm friends were half way done. Very disappointed as I am a fan if chili's. And I'd like to add I think this is my second ever review I've done my last one was maybe ten years ago. But I felt I had to review because that fact that I told two ppl about undercooked all that was done was 6.50 out of my tab, I was hoping for some type of acknowledgment or from the manager, not necessarily a discount, but at least a sorry And what really sent me over the edge was the fact of this whole time between waiting for drinks and voicing concerns about my food I witness staff on their phone while on the clock right in front of other paying guest. I felt it was rude because I was really trying to get staff's attention. I do understand that our server seemed overwhelmed and still tipped him generously, would love if I saw his managers help out as I saw them just going back-and-forth.

Stone face. She tossed the menus on the table and walked away. Martha was our server and all can say is this place needs a serious rehab on customer service. The customer service here is the lowest I’ve ever experience. It’s no wonder why the rating is low. I had to ask for water over and over. The food had absolutely no flavor. The woman’s bathroom had no hand soap no paper towels, no hand dryer. For the flavorless food and the price of the food such matches. This best thing I can say about this location is free parking. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!
