I love this restaurant! The waiters are very friendly and attentive. It does get very busy because of how popular the restaurant is, so sometimes it might take a little bit to get someone to check on your table, but that's understandable. I love the food, my favorites are the shrimp tacos, the mango chicken or fish, and all of their soups.

Something has changed at this Chili's and I'm positive it's the management. The service was greatly improved and food service was incredibly fast. We have lived in the area for 25-years and we stopped going to this Chili's about 10 years ago do to poor service, but the service today is exceptional.

I can't speak for all chili's locations, but this one has some of the fastest and most reliable services I've ever experienced. The Chili's to go feature has always been accurate in terms of the time to arrive, as well as accurate in terms of food ordered. It's worth mentioning that there was one mistake where I got a completely different order, but they were more than happy to make me a fresh order of what I needed. I've been using this location for a few years now and will continue to so long as they keep up this great service.

Fast friendly service, we got a table as soon as we walked in. The server was always checking on our table making sure everything was good. Will definitely go back.

I dropped by Chili's with friends on a Monday evening and the customer service was amazing! One of my friends made quite a few special requests and they were impressively patient and accommodating. The bartender (our server for the night) was friendly and quick. Best customer service I've encountered recently.

UPDATE: 6/3/2025 We have returned and things have gotten a LOT better. Not sure what's changed, but I'm glad. Service has been wonderful every time we've gone. Good prices on specials and those stupid cheesy things that you see on social media are delicious. We have tried to come back after the pandemic on multiple occasions. The one time we did get in and sat the service was very poor. The food was good, but things were forgotten. I'm fully aware that they are understaffed here, like at many places... but they way the employees avoid eye contact and avoid greeting you when you come in is VERY uncomfortable. We tried to go in before a movie last week and we were just completely ignored. There was a family there before us and they were also being ignored. We decided to leave.

Be advised I'm about to drop some truth bombs about Chili's. Forget your fancy, kale-infused, artisanal-spritzer-sipping or tumeric heavy serving establishments. We're talking about the land of molten cheese, saucy ribs, and margaritas that could fuel a small rocket. Let's be real, you don't go to Chili's, you experience it. It's like a culinary theme park, where the rides are all delicious and slightly dangerous. Especially those " E- ticket rides" ( Anyone that went to Disneyland before the 80s will understand the reference) I swear, the Southwestern appetizers are a gift from the gods – or at least, a very talented deep-fryer operator. And the "Awesome Blossom Petals"? They're not just petals, they're a blooming onion of pure, unadulterated joy. And the service? Look, these folks are juggling flaming fajita platters and enough ranch dressing to fill a swimming pool. They're basically superheroes in aprons. If they accidentally bring you two dipping sauces instead of one? It's not a mistake, it's a blessing. Embrace it. Plus, the atmosphere? It's like a perpetual Friday night. You can bring your weirdest uncle, your screaming toddler, or just yourself, and nobody bats an eye. We're all here for the same thing: to consume delicious food and maybe sing along to whatever banger is blasting from the speakers or yell at the game that's on several TVs Warning: You may have to loosen your belt, laugh a little too loud, and leave with a smile (and maybe a mild heartburn), Five stars.

Chili’s is always a solid choice when you want great food in a casual, friendly atmosphere. The fajitas are definitely the star of the menu—served sizzling hot, perfectly seasoned, and loaded with flavor. They come with fresh tortillas and all the toppings, making every bite amazing. I also tried their Explosive Salad and it really surprised me. Super fresh, full of bold flavors, and the mix of ingredients gives it the perfect balance of crunch and zest. It’s refreshing but still filling, a great option if you want something lighter. Service was quick and friendly, and the portions were generous. Overall, a great experience—I’d definitely recommend Chili’s for their fajitas and the Explosive Salad!

This chili's is amazing a job well done. Fast service and great tasting food all except the ribs. They claim they are fall off the bone good but infact don't fall of the bone! I should know I bbq ribs, brisket, and other varies meats using the 2, 2, 1 method on the ribs would definitely do the trick to get fall of the bone ribs. All in all it is a great family restaurant with great tasting food.

Chili's is back open with dine in service. Every other table/booth is closed off so as to allow 6 feet of spacing between parties. Our food came VERY quickly and everything was delicious. Minus one star for an extended wait for drink refills and dessert. Maybe it's harder to keep tabs on everyone when your tables are more spread out? At any rate, it was a very good dining experience.

They seem a bit unorganized - the food is usually pretty decent (the only reason I continue to come) - but today (08/23) I had to wait nearly 10 minutes just to order a 'to-go' order. Won't get into details but clients were calling trying to get something for nothing as well as their award points. I was razzing the staff while I waited (patiently, I might add - because I didn't order ahead of time) - and the server got my order right the first time. I may be back...lol

It is close to home. Windows facing east so I enjoyed the view of the mountains and casting warm sun set into to the restaurant; really warming up the place. I enjoyed my meal very much after my waitress nicely replaced the hard quesadillas in my quesadilla chicken salad; for fresh soft ones. The rest of our meal was good. But sense we were super hungry it did feel like our meal took a little long to come out. For a salad, corn and a burger. But at the end we enjoyed our meal very much and waitress was nice.

The atmosphere was good, and I enjoyed my food. My husband liked his burger, but was not a fan of the fries. Our waitress was very helpful and accommodating in making sure that the cook staff was notified of food allergies that I have, which I greatly appreciated.

We had dinner here after a little league game and the food came out the way we ordered, our service was attentive even while she was busy with parties dinning before their homecoming. Reasonably priced and decent food.

I have always been a huge fan of chilis, but I do have to be honest about the place. Service has been really rough. We went the other night and our waitress never came unless we specifically stopped her and asked her for something. Our order wasn’t even taken or asked for by the waitress. Another person working at this location so happen to be an old friend, and they took our order instead because we weren’t being helped. I love chilis and their food, but the service side of things has really gone down. I understand there’s a National workers shortage, so that’s why I still think overall it’s a 4 star experience because I get things are rough everywhere.

Service slow at first. Delivered a salad, but no utensils or napkin, had to ask. Food was excellent, great presentation. Not that busy, may have been new staff, no management present either. I will be back, hopefully for a five star rating.

I told the waitress I wanted the 3 for me special with extra xyz. I started eating the cheeseburger and it was lathered in mustard which I didn't ask for any. The waitress graciously put in the correct order and I got my new burger and fries a few minutes later, but by that time it was pretty much time to go so I took it to go. When the bill arrived I was charged separately for my drink which should have been included plus my cheeseburger was a few more dollars. I questioned the waitress and she said I should have asked for the 3 for me special which I did. She changed the bill then realized I should have had an appetizer too. She packed a small side salad to go. Long story, but as nice as the waitress was, she put in the wrong order and I ended up taking the food home which was not as delicious had I eaten it at the restaurant. Also we were one of the first people there so it wasn't super busy when we ordered.

Wasn't crowded at lunchtime on a Sunday but there were some large parties so the noise level was elevated. We only ordered appetizer of nachos with a cheese beef sauce which was tasty. The food came out very quickly. The service was good, attentive and friendly. Parking plentiful and restrooms clean.

Decided on Chili’s for a late lunch. I had the 3 for $11 “combo”. See my grades and comments, as follows: Drink - C - strawberry lemonade, just barely OK, very watered down Soup - A - loaded potato soup, very good Entree - A - “old fashioned burger”, very tasty, served hot with fries Service - C -initially prompt, but then ignored, which was surprising since there were very few diners at that time I commented upon check out that the salt and pepper shaker tops needed cleaning, they were very “grotty” Mildly recommended

Ordered a steak and it was well done instead of mid done BUT was still very juicey and tasty. Nicole (server) was great...took care od us and was on top of things. Had her before and she is consistently on top of things! This was great as she was also handling the bar area as well! Dinner salad was very small (hardly any salad) but Nicole fixed that. 9/28 - went back to chilli's....took a while to order not sure why as it was not busy....then when we got our food, which took a while, cheese fries were cold and over cooked, the fish my wife ordered was dry and over cooked (crispy) it came with quesadia wa burned and dries out and my sons corn was burned on the ends. Unless you are getting fajitas, I don't know why to come here. Sorry to say.

We came here for dinner right after a movie at Regal Theaters. Our server was friendly, the food was decent, and the drinks were enjoyable. We ended up waiting a bit for the bill, only to realize we could pay using the tablet on the table—a detail our server should have mentioned. Despite that, it was a good overall experience.

So first we were told it was a 30-45 minute wait for a table, which we were seated quite quickly (big plus) being a busy time of the evening however it was a bit dirty and our waiter seemed over extended, ( walkie in his ear, over 6 tables in various areas, and trying to get the electronic kiosk working) which was not the greatest but he was trying, food was good prices were fair, parking can get a bit tight. But all in all we were somewhere satisfied with our experience.

I give this place a 3 for two reasons. Service was great all the way up until the end. Paid my server and had to wait for about 20 minutes to get my change, he kept taking orders and told us he would get our change three different times. Last who in the heck runs out of Ketchup. They had no more ketchup. So much for my French fries. SHM..

Ordered two meals, 3 for $10 on the website for pickup. Fairly easy to use the online ordering. Pick up time was given, I showed up to pick up the food about 10 minutes later than quoted time and proceeded to wait an additional 10 minutes for curbside delivery. Order was correct, but the flavor seemed a bit off for my burger. Oh well, I've had much better experiences at this location pre-pandemic.

This location is always very slow! Even when they are not busy they are slow. It is a chain restaurant and typically the food takes longer than a normal chain restaurant but this one is particularly slow. The have an amazing healthy options and really good soup. Everyone is surprised when I order Chili but it's also good (it is called Chili's).

The server seemed over worked - the gaps between times when she checked on us were too long. My food came out with some of the items luke wasw and some at room temperature. My wife's steak was way underdone and, by the time they cooked it enough, the rest of the items on her plate were cold. Still, they were pleasant people with the right attitude. The food tasted about the way one expects (cold) Chili's food to taste. Everyone seemed to be trying their best... There just didn't seem to be enough labor to go around.

Whatever you do, do not order online from here. Granted, they were busy due to New Year's Eve, but to wait over an hour to get my food. And then when I cancelled my order I was told that they have to call a third party company to cancel it and my refund would take 7-10 days. Not the worker's fault. They were nice. Never going to Chili's again.

Food is always decent and the staff is friendly. Not sure Chili's is ever anyone's favorite but it is safe for families/large groups as there is nothing "exotic". I did really enjoy the new larger ribs and actually WANT to go back because of them. The dry rub is very good and the "street corn", while nothing compared to what you get on the streets of LA, was a good attempt.

The girl who greeted me and took my order was great but....... then her relief came in and I heard her tell him she was transferring me to him. But him never introduced himself to me or let me know he would be taking care of me from now on, never asked if I needed anything or refilled my water, dropped the check and gave him my card and paid. Never thanked me for choosing Chili's for lunch today, although a girl who did not serve me thanked me on my way out the door.

When they change half the menu, of standard items like the house salad, to follow the trends. They better have good service to compensate. Not the case. I've been a customer since the day it opened years ago. Many changes over the years. Including last week's visit, I would say out of the last 6 times we were there, maybe 1 of them was satisfactory in service. I keep thinking it was just a bad day. And go again hoping for a better result. Hasn't happened yet. If you don't mind sitting for 2 hours and desperately flagging down any server you see then this is your spot!

Not a fan of the chicken crispers They went way overboard on the beer batter. My wife's burger looked mighty decent. Didn't get the best service while waiting to be seated. Wasn't horrible, far from great.

Forgot an item in our to go order. Had to drive back. Met with accusatory attitude like we were lying. No apology - just put out that he had to give us the soup we ordered and had to drive back for. DO BETTER.

Upon arriving, there was no one there to acknowledge me. Then I had three different people walk past me, not offer any assistance whatsoever. While still waiting, I watched a server, rub his nose with his hand and proceeded to put Frys on a plate. Finally, someone acknowledge me, but by the time I receive my food it was now room temperature. I'm assuming because by the time I made it home, it was cold and it was no longer hot. But I still didn't want the food because it made me think about the guy who rubbed his nose with his bare hand and did not wash it before putting Frys on another guest plate. Therefore, I basically just donated $25 to Chilis because my food went into the trash! Not only is that very unhygienic, but it is also flu season and rubbing your nose and then placing it in a bin of french fries is just disgusting.

We recently visited Chili’s, eager to see if it lived up to the recent hype after years since our last visit. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The ambiance seemed dull and somewhat depressing, partly due to the overly bright lighting that created an uncomfortable atmosphere rather than an inviting one. Our food experience didn’t fare any better. We ordered a burger specifically without onions, but it arrived covered in raw onions. They did remake it for us, but even after the mistake was corrected, the burger remained basic and somewhat tasteless. A burger from The Habit or In-N-Out would have been tastier and more affordable. Our friend also ordered the “Exploded Quesadilla” salad, which was equally disappointing. She couldn’t eat the quesadilla portion because the cheese was burned to the point of tasting acrid. The only saving grace of our visit was our attentive server, who was friendly and did his best to address our needs. Overall, this visit fell short of our expectations, primarily due to ambiance and food quality. Based on our experience, we are unlikely to return anytime soon.

Came in and no one was there to greet us. We stood there almost 5 minutes before we stopped someone to see if we could get a table or booth. They ended up cleaning a dirty table at the bar Instead of a bigger table or booth. Then we had to wait yet again for a service in the bar area. It took forever for drinks and they brought our food with no forks or plates. ( We ordered 3 appetizers to share ) just poor slow service and it wasn't even crowded, just alot of dirty tables. The only good thing was the Monthly Drink Special for May!!! I hope the service improves I'd like to go back Since it's near my house & we like going for just drinks and appetizers to share. But my friends & I may have to find somewhere else. We'll give them one more chance.

Made a reservation for Wednesday 5:30-6:00 at 4:30. When we got there at 6 my reservation could not be found. Was not seated right away. Had to wait for several minutes. Finally, seated by the third person who encountered us. The waiter brought coffee as ordered, but not any spoons. Had to ask for spoons. Gave our order (we were a party of two). Two other sets of guests: a party of two and a party of two adults and a baby, were seated after us. Each of these 4 adults ordered and were brought their food before us. We left after 45 minutes. The $5.00 I left for the two cups of coffee and their respective refills was very generous for lousy serivce. We will never go to this restaurant again.

I was instructed to wait in my car until the food was ready and I would get a text message.,never got a message and went in after waiting around for 20 minutes for cold food. It's probably the online order fault but still waisted money on cold food.

Updated experience. Sadly. Waited over ten minutes to be seated as there was no host hostess when we walked in. More people came in behind us and had a long wait as well. The food I wanted to order has not been an option for over four months and the waitress let me know she can't do anything about bad menus. It doesn't have to be perfect I would have settled for a sharpie X in all honesty and her tone when telling me let me know she's either having a bad night or has had issues with this before. I ended up not ordering any food at all. My daughter ordered the Santa fe chicken salad. The chicken was chewy and looked undercooked on the inside even though the outside was singed to a crisp. We ended up sending that back. At least this exchange with the waitress was amazingly nice and peppy. The food has gone way down hill. $10 for three mozzarella pieces is a bit ridiculous. I'm not sure if they will get another chance from us. It's sad because I've always given exceptions because COVID tried to destroy the dining industry. But, it's been three years now.

Service was subpar. Food was tepid, despite the plates being super hot... the chicken enchilada soup wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese placed on top. My steak was over cooked and lacking in flavor. Definitely not the experience I expected from this location, which has been my go-to for the area. I think I was more disappointed because I brought my mom. 👎🤨

**Update** 07/07/2018 So its a sunday, hot, and we had some time to kill before our movie started....why not head to Chili's an get a drink maybe a bite as well.........BAD IDEA!! First off they were not packed no matter what the google maps says there was maybe 13 patrons here. The bar area had three tables occupied all other tables were cluttered with dirty dishes no one was cleaning, the regular seating had 4 occupied tables with more dirty tables just laying about. Had to ask someone if it was possible to sit in the bar area which took a couple minutes to find someone to ask. If they continue this line of service they should change this spot to a dive bar with food options. Thoroughly not impressed nor considering a return. Good spot for a quick drink and or bite. The staff was very friendly and attentive even close to the closing hour of business.

Take our order was incomplete. 🤬 didn’t realize until we got home 40 minutes later.

I do not recommend this Chili's location. I just got back home from there and it was horrible. It was 5 of us and we ordered ribeye steak and they messed it up by bringing me sirloin steak instead of the what I ordered. I told our waiter right away but he said let me check something and he was gone for a while. By the time he came back and told me that he is looking for the manager and she was not available, pretty much everyone was done with their meal. After a while, manager shows up and tries to tell me that this looks like ribeye and instead of a real apology, she is trying to makeup excuses. Needless to say, I left the restaurant hungry and I only had some food from my wife's left overs. Unfortunately, story doesn't end here. We got home and some of us had to run to the bathroom due to a severe case of diarrhea. I know, it is too much information, but on top of everything else, we got sick from the food. I live really close to this location and I eat there often and I even used them for catering many times for parties at my home before. I have never had such a bad experience and encountered such careless, inconsiderate, and unprofessional behavior before in this Chili's location. I guess I have to find a different restaurant to give my business from now on. Update on 1/25/2020 I just would like to let everyone know that the response they provide here is completely BS and they actually try to pretend they are doing something. In reality, they don't care and they do nothing about "making it right". I posted my complaint the very same day I had this unacceptable incident and they responded next day to my post with some instructions to file my complaint with their company website and they were supposed to get back to me in 24 hours. It has been over 2 weeks and no one has called, emailed, texted, or send me a smoke signal back. Their corporate response is completely fake and they actually do nothing to fix anything and they certainly don't ,as they say " make it right". Very disappointed and I would recommend everyone to stay away from this so called restaurant.

I had a very bad experience with my food being super cold at the Arcadia location and the service there just a few days ago. So I decided to come to this location for a new experience and boy was I wrong. I had ordered a soup and I ordered the Chicken pasta as well as my friend ordered a salad and the grilled chicken something. We get all of our food at once, so as we're trying to enjoy a hot soup the food is warm and not hot. I bring it to the manager attention and she was more concerned about yelling at the QA then helping us get a fresh hot meal. I explained to her that while we're enjoying our soup and salad the food is getting cold. She didn't ask if I would like a new plate nor to my female friend as well. As the manager came back to bring some corn and shrimp that was missing from my friends daughter plate 15 mins later. I ask if she could take my plate bc I didn't wanna it anymore. She didn't have any sense of management skills for her patrons comfort to enjoy a hot meal. Very unprofessional and unpleasant time for us. Won't be coming here.

We thought we would try them again. I started with a chip and dip.It was so salty we couldn't eat it, I ordered Tortillas soup and it was so salty I had to se d it back. The service was very good. I do not know if I will go back.

The food was both overcooked and and undercooked. Not a good experience at all. When you go somewhere and spend a food $50 on dinner you expect quality food. Did not happen here. My wife's chicken was barely cooked and had to be returned. My fries were overcooked and there were barely any there. The tea tased old and watered down. Not happy at all.

Service not good when our food was brought out didn't know who had what. Asked for extra condiments got them when I was almost done with my meal. Last but not least when I got my check gave my card to pay when I was almost home checked my receipt and I was charged the wrong amount about $14.00 extra charged me for someone else's check. Went back and spoke to the manager she apologized but people in my group said she should have offered to comp my meal. Very sad not a good experience, food was not very good.

I was at the Chili's Location in La Verne on Friday June 7, 2024.I just left this location at 5:57 PM. I was looking forward to a pleasant dinner with my family. The food was decent but our sever N was not. She took our drink and appetizer order for chips and salsa at the same time. We managed to get our drinks but not our chips and salsa. Our server stood at the back of the restaurant laughing with someone who appeared to be a manager on duty. We managed to get his attention and asked for our chips and salsa. He immediately went to the back and we got our chips and salsa. Our server came over to let us know she yelled at the people in the back for not getting our chips and salsa to us. We ordered our meal of 2 orders of chicken fajitas well done and lettuce and cheese on the side. I even asked and repeated our request. Our server repeated our order back and it was correct. When our food was brought out we were given the boat with cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole. I refused the boats because we only wanted cheese and lettuce. I also asked for plates since I was splitting an order with another person. Our sever came back and in front of everyone in the restaurant raised her voice for all to hear that she didn't appreciate me being rude to her and her helpers. I didn't raise my voice at anytime nor was I disrespectful. I have every right to refuse something that is not correct. I refused the boats in a pleasant way asking for cheese and lettuce only. Our server proceeded to reach across the table to take the pay tablet and later said it wasn't working. It was working because I had logged in at one point. I feel she did not want me to leave a review. Our server, the manager on duty, and anyone else working ignored us during our entire meal. It wasn't until it was time to pay that our server got nice. I guess she expected a big tip for being rude and disrespectful to my family. She made sure we noticed her exceptional service to the other tables around her. I will not go back to this Chilis location in La Verne. The Montclair Chilis is much better and nicer. I will be letting corporate know of my experience.

Took forever to get seated hardly anyone in the place brought friends there were 5 of us. My strawberry lemonade was orange color, hardly any strawberry in it. Took forever to get our food and brought the appetizer out with the meal by then we didn’t want it, but I paid for it anyway and took it home. Server never came around again. We had to flag down someone cleaning tables to get her.

Employees are so nice and attentive. Food is not good. And not the cooks' fault either. Mozzarella taste freezer burned.

I wanted to go to Chilis for lunch today. So first I tried to open their app but but said I didn't have an account. I tried to create an account and it said there was already an account associated with this number. So I tried to log in and get a new password but it said there is no account associated with this number. After trying this entire procedure three times, I decided to delete the app and go to Habit burger instead. Too bad they don't have an 800 help line. I guess Customer service left the building....

This is my second time here in a week and I have to say the service is absolutely terrible. We've been sitting here now for 30 minutes, it's lunch time but slow and still have not gotten our soup. SOUP. I don't understand this place. We love chili's but this location is terrible. The food is good but not good enough to deal with such terrible service. Today and last time I visited, the Hosts (bot males) were very polite and I saw them doing more work than the actual servers did. 0/10 Will not come back. after the 40 minutes to get our soup, we still didn't get our food for another 20. An hour later and by this time we had to go back to work so we had to get it to go and it was a sad looking plate. Tried to find a manager to talk to, none around. This place does not care about customers

Visited tonight and we were seated relatively quickly. We sat there for 20mins and no one came to take our drink or menu order. My husband noticed that a family that was seated long after us got their drinks and were placing their order. We ended up just leaving. There were no servers or hosts in sight to let anyone know. There's no point in coming here, it's a colossal waste of time.

They did not have my online order nor did they try to accommodate me after not having my order, they just let me walk right out the door with no food. I rate them with poor customer service especially for the manager for today November 18, 2017

I wanted to share some feedback regarding Manager Christina. When I asked a question she seemed UNWILLING TO ASSIST and came across as DISMISSIVE. It felt as though she did NOT want to be bothered. I truly enjoy this place and appreciate how helpful and professional the other staff are. However I believe that MANAGER CHRISTINA could benefit from approaching her role with more professionalism and attentiveness.

First and last I would never ever come here , if u want cold food this is the place to be ... It took them 25 minutes for a hamburger and fries and to top it off it was cold and raw .. I had asked for WELL DONE not raw. it gross me out where I didn't want it I walked out. Management must be very poorly along with their employees.

Crumbs on the seat, chicken was harder than an Oreo cookie, chips were clumped and stale, fried pickles didn't have any batter. Just tasted like warm soggy pickles. Only reason for a star was customer service was a lot better than most corporate restaurants
