Opiniones de Leo's Diner Ladera Ranch
Service was excellent! They serve breakfast all day on Sundays. They currently have a pumpkin french toast. It was excellent and gives an idea of how good their regular french toast must be. They also serve corned beef hash, which is great because a lot of places have stopped serving it for some reason. They have great sweet tea, which is always a big selling point for me. Also, they do have regular items that aren't actually on the menu, so ask to see if they have what you want. They also do daily specials. Really good food. I would definitely recommend!
Leo'swas a great little dinner if you are in from out of town stop in and have some great food. Staff are vary pleasant and friendly.
The waitress was very sweet. We loved our breakfast. I got the steak and cheese omelet with potatoes; which I could not finish in one sitting, and my son got 2 eggs, sausage links, and potatoes. We also got the French toast. All yummy. Sorry for the bad pic, forgot to take it until I was halfway through. My son ate his before I got to him lol!!
We arrived for an early lunch on a Friday. It wasn’t busy at all. We had great service and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the buffalo salad and the BLT.
Great place , super friendly staff and great quality food ! Thanks for everything I totally recommend it if you visit Orlando.
The staff were very friendly and the food was good. The onion rings were tasty and not greasy. The diner was clean. The food was very quick.
Run do not walk to this local diner. Simple, yet perfect food served with a side of impeccable hospitality. Our server Brandy was on point.
While on a jury duty break had the meatloaf special: hot meatloaf, mashed potatoes (Not instant) corn (cannef?) And a roll. Hot & tasty & service that was lunch break quick & helpful. Ample serving for 2 hungry people. Put this on your down town options.
Any time I have jury duty, I look forward to coming to Leo's for lunch. A great place to have a meal and relax. Would definitely recommend!
Consistent, great home style breakfast. Great burger at lunch as well. Owner is the chef and cares about every plate served.
I fell in love with the taste, experience, and service! Food is filling!
Basic diner food, but hot & fresh. Service was good too. Steady stream of people coming in for carry out.
Great food and service, right in the heart of downtown Orlando! The prices are super reasonable too.
Fantastic, no frills diner. Great food. Hearty portions. Attentive staff.
Charming place. Food was EXCELLENT. Server was a really nice fellow. Great if u wk or are visiting dwntwn.
Great prices & homemade dishes, friendly service and if they have the salmon benedict again as a special don't pass it up! It was phenomenal 😋
It was awesome. Almost felt like going back in time since walking through the door. The food was great & so was the service. I'll definitely be back!
Service is great. Food made to order in a decent time. Home style food ,fresh baked deserts and old school shakes.
The waiter was very nice and attentive. The breakfast came quick and it was plentiful.Very much like the diners up north.
I'll give it 5 stars because the service is quick and friendly.... The food is really good diner style.... And the location tops it off. Close to sunrail, the courthouse, and anything downtown. Stop in and see for yourself....
The veggie omelette was deeeeeeeelicious and the place is clean, very professional and friendly and the prices are reasonable! I highly recommend this place! P.S. A+ personality on Diana! The best!
A true diner. Prices are great. One million times better than the overpriced places that serve breakfast. A side order of one egg is 95 cents.
The food was delicious and made to order. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend!!
Great little diner to catch a quick bite. Old fashion look, over looked by many people. I had forgotten about this place, will have to return to dine.
Great tasting food we had a big burger with added ingredients and wonderful customer service
This diner is a great spot. The hostess responded immediately with a smile, menu and was ready to serve.
Customer service was amazing! I was very impressed. And the prices were very reasonable. I'll definitely be back to get something soon.
Great diner food prepared fresh and cooked with care. Great soups and milkshakes too!
This place was a great find!!! When traveling I like to go where the locals go and this was definitely it! It is what you expect from a dinner, large selection, yummy food, reasonable prices, friendly staff and a chill vibe. Check it out! You'll love it!!
Excellent breakfast experience. The service was great and the food was delicious. Really liked the atmosphere here. I wish the parking situation was better but its downtown orlando so i understand.
Old School Diner at its finest. This is one the best eatery's in Orlando, I go there every Sunday and they have different specials all the the time and at such a great price you'd think there was a misunderstanding. You can't go anywhere else and find a better attitude or atmosphere than here. Ask for Brandi!
Brandy is the most welcoming and genuinely sweet person ever. She's is always smiling and remembers her regulars. Tom is the man and always accurate with your order. I will never stop going there.
Leo's dinner is the best. I try and go every Wednesday. The food is good and they give u enough. All the waitresses are nice, the cook as well. I love Leo's
Great little place! Awesome hamburgers! Next time I'll have the Buffalo chicken sandwich I saw on my way out. Very nice staff as well!
I walked here after a court hearing for a red-light camera ticket. Got 2 pancakes and hashbrowns. Man, that was a big, bad order of potatoes-- super filling and yum. The first thing I thought of, halfway through them, was that it would take 3 or 4 orders of hashbrowns from an IHOP to equal the serving at Leo's. Stop in there for a good breakfast, comfy seats and music in the background.
This is hands down the best food I ever ate in my life. I habe been here multiple times and the cost is reasonable and the food is unbelievably delicious. Do yourself a favor and eat here you dont find places like this often.
We walked in a few minutes before closing and they still made us an amazing lunch and never rushed us. Great food and service!
Most delicious food I've had in the area and the service great. The food was perfect. Will be eating there whenever i visit Orlando, Fl.
The skillet was delicious; definitely hit the spot, but the best part of the experience was my server Karishma (I hope I spelled that right lol).
Great little old style diner! Everything I have eaten here is first class home cooking. One of the best little non chain restaurants downtown.
Leo's is really good the cook owns the place. The waitress is very attentive to your needs. They both take care of the customers.
I walked by so many time never knew it was a Diner, one Saturday I woke and check it out on line and went. Twice in the same day I has French toast and lunch bacon swiss cheese burger out of this world.
Breakfast was delicious. Large serving size for the price and perfect comfort diner food. Service was great!
Great little diner and wonderful service. Ask for Allie she was amazing and went above and beyond to take care of us. The burgers were amazing and we loved the handmade shakes. I am gonna have to come back and try their breakfast and everything else.
Great food, great service! Being that I'm from North Jersey/NYC area, it's difficult for me to be amazed by places that has the name "diner" in it. Well I've lived in Orlando for 2 years now and I am just a big fan of this joint.
The service was great. Our food was served promptly. It was hot and prepared as ordered. The servings were plentiful. There's no way to leave there still hungry. I will definitely go there again.
Quick and courteous service. I am always in and out without any issues. The service is fantastic and the servers are polite. I have tried several items from the menu and they are always good. I have taken several coworkers on multiple visits and they all rave about the food and service.
What a nice little gem of a diner! It felt really good to seat myself and receive excellent service and a delicious lunch. I highly recommend stopping by to anyone looking for a comfortable relaxed atmosphere and quality freshly cooked food.
Breakfast fantastic, coffee really strong. Lunch burgers are cooked to order (really are) and wonderful. They are closed on Saturday's and only open till 3pm. Brandy is the best server.
I loved this place. The service was wonderful and the food was great. We didn't have to wait long to be served. The parking was good too. I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends.
First time there and really enjoyed it. Besides a wonderful waitress, the food was excellent. I had the Strawberry French Toast on recommendation, which was delicious and a coffee, which was good. Looking forward to stopping by again, next time I am in the area.
this place is spectacular. we come every time we see orlando city play at exploria. the iced coffee is stellar and the pancakes are perfect. the hash browns are perfectly crispy and the bagel was delicious as well.
My daughter came to this place after serving jury duty at the courthouse. She bought me lunch here and I do have to say that it was very good. I had a bacon cheeseburger with Cajun dressing, chili cheese fries and onion rings. Also some cokes. It reminded me of the mom and pop joints from years ago. Very good service. I haven't tried their breakfast food yet. Hopefully I'll be able to at another time.
What a delicious place! Glad we found it. I had eggs Benedict, and this dish could not have been more perfect! My husband had an omelet and pancakes and more, lol. Great hash browns too. I love diners for the hometown comfort taste and feel, and this one did not disappoint. One of my favorites ever!! Great cook and great service. I very highly recommend.
Very cozy spot in downtown. I wasn't able to go in for breakfast but had a very pleasant lunch. Will definitely try to be back for some breakfast options.
Yummy breakfast, friendly staff, good prices. Could use some more fruit on the menu ;)
Great hole in the wall place. Very friendly and clean. The food was very delicious. I’ll definitely be back.
Food was good. Best French toast I had in a while. Nice chill vibe. The staff was fine. No complaints here. No wait time when we went.
Thank God I found my local breakfast joint! My Greek Omelet was terrific, coffee was hot/full & the service was fantastic. Awesome local spot w/ great prices! Jason L. Our first visit to Leo's Diner was a great one. My breakfast omelet and my wife's patty melt were both delicious. Our waitress was pleasant and efficient. We hope to be back to this iconic location when we return to Orlando.
Great downtown location, without the downtown prices. Leo's diner offers exactly what local diner's should offer: great food, speedy service, good prices, and friendly staff. This was my first time dining at Leo's. The radio blaring classic rock, the smells of the griddle, friendly hellos being called out to regular and new customers alike created a warm, enjoyable atmosphere. I sat here long enough to go through two distinct crowds: the early morning crowd and the after church crowd. Even at the peaks of service, the staff was friendly, chatting with regulars and new customers, with no impact in service. Orlando is a brunch city, which isn't a bad thing, but brunching is an expensive weekend hobby. If you are a non-Orlandoian or simply not a bruncher, this is the place to come to if you are in or around downtown. This place completely blows Red Mug Diner (also downtown) out of the water in prices, quality of diner food, and staff friendliness.
I dropped in for a late lunch and ordered their vegetable beef soup and wanted just a half of a sandwich (not on the menu). The waitress and owner (I think) were very accommodating to my request. The vegetable beef soup was clearly homemade and delicious.
When it's good it's great but quality seems inconsistent. I like Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich but on my most recent visit the chicken smelled and tasted bad. I love the fries. The sweet potato fries are ok but not as good as nearby Ace Cafe. I haven't had a milkshake but I've heard others raving about them. I wish they served breakfast all day. Service is always very friendly and fast. Great quick lunch option for this neighborhood.
Service was great. No one in the diner except for a couple vagrents who were later asked to leave. Food was ok. The shakes are very simple; ice cream blended with milk. Not very sweet, but also not bland. When I asked for butter I was given individual servings of soybean oil spread. I didn't read the ingredients until after ruining my food with it's horrible taste. After scrapping off the fake butter I enjoyed my French toast. The menu said 3 slices when you order the French toast alone. I should have asked if that were so for the combo. Hopefully in the future they change the menu to state you only get 2 slices when you order the combo, but I would have really liked three. We came early so meter parking was easy to find. It's downtown so expect to be asked for spare change upon exiting.
Nice staff. Fast surface. Had a cheese steak and fries. Food was unseasoned but tasted good once I added salt.
They have started nickel and dime-ing customers. If I order a grilled cheese and fries I should not need to pay an additional 75 cents for a single packet of honey mustard to dip my fries. I used to order at least once a week. But customer service and client appreciation matters and as a result, far less frequent a customer (in fact rarely now since so many other fantastic food options downtown).
We are on vacation, i saw this place on google. We had your typical breakfast 2 eggs, hashbrown, ham, and white toast. It was good. The only reason I don't give this place 5⭐️ it's need to be clean.
Went here for breakfast this morning. Food was what it was. Server was lovely. HOWEVER, they serve all their drinks (water, tea, coffee etc.) in Styrofoam cups, with plastic lids and plastic straws. Plus, they also severed their butter in individual plastic containers, INSIDE another Styrofoam cup. ... There were also two trays of regular mugs visibile in the servery... Honestly with the current global climate this is objectively unnecessary and ignorant. It needs to be addressed.
Great service. I love diners but was not wowed by this one. Ther sausage was stale as if it were sitting for some time. Could be the timing, we were there at 11am. Be careful with parking on the street, sign says 8-2, 2 hour parking but it's not free must feed meter.
Old diner with counter and tables. Breakfast food was traditional and good. Drinks were served in plastic cups. Prices were reasonable. Chef was older man with gray hair, mustache and large Santa Claus beard - not very inviting as none of it was covered while cooking
Overpriced, nothing special about breakfast, just us and 6 Orlando cops and 3 city employees, 2 regulars. Staff was friendly, decent coffee was brought to the table in already topped large to-go cups. Covid has even made seeing coffee weird. Or maybe they always serve it this way?
Food is great but the place smells a bit musty and like mold inside. I typically pick up to go. Also, the front glass says they are open from 8-1 on Sundays = this is not true it seems.
We stopped in because we live nearby and wanted to try a new spot. Lots of potential but won't be back soon. Echoing what others have said the server did not seem happy to be taking care of us. Most of the items we wanted were out of stock or she was unable to make them due to being short staffed, no milkshakes available, no breakfast, we ended up ordering burgers that were pretty good. The price was right but the restaurants operations need to be shored up before I'll be back.
I came here because I wanted breakfast food, which they stop serving at 11am daily. (Unless it’s Sunday, they serve breakfast all day). It would be nice if they served breakfast a little longer so that it is available for lunch. I didn’t find anything else appealing on the menu but was already settled in so I stayed. The food was okay, nothing special. The atmosphere is what really knocked my rating down. It smells musty inside, and I sat at the bar. I observed the corners of the walls were just filthy disgusting. These floors look like they’ve never been mopped in its entire existence. That really made my appetite drop. After looking around and observing the lack of cleanliness, it made me weary for the food and even the water I was drinking. The service was great, though.
No he probado ninguna malteada, pero he oído hablar maravillas de ellas.
Neither of the employees, the waitress or the cook were wearing any kind of facial covering, the cook had an extremely long beard with no netting of any kind and there was a hair in my food. The food was nothing that I couldn't have got from anywhere else.
Food was good. Service below par. Basic mom and pop shop for food. Nothing too extreme. Cheap though so 2 stars.
Extremely dirty. Ask for a green tea and it came in a Styrofoam cup and then asked for a regular coffee cup which was visible behind the counter. Waitress response was "we haven't use them in years they are just very dirty" ok I guess they were just for show. Jeeeez!
Very friendly servers, but beware the side-salad and chili. The salad was brown and oxidized, and the chili is basically thin spaghetti sauce with a few chunks of ground meat and a dash of chili powder. They do not have any form of spice or chiles or heat to add, other than tabasco. They replaced the salad with a smile, but the chili was pretty thin and inedible...i didnt bother sending it back. The Chicken Parmesan sandwich was hot and melty, but very little chicken. Flavor was okay. I popped in for lunch while on break from jury duty... after this meal, I cant wait to get back to the courthouse. Once again though, the server was very sweet and friendly and nice -- no issues there 😊
placed a breakfast order at 8:44 am and received it at 10:15 am !!!!!! I paid $13.00 for door dash to deliver bacon and eggs and everything was ice cold...not a drop of warmth to anything !!! Traffic couldn't have been a factor since I am across the street from Leo's diner and 4 doors down (BOA bldg.) Won't ever order from Leo's again or from anywhere that uses DoorDash !!!
Food wasn’t too great for it’s price. Waitress seemed miserable and not happy to be there and she showed it. Lol Place was awkwardly empty. They need to hire a friendly waitress or waiter and give a little more love to the food and this could be a great spot. Seems like moral there is reflecting on their business. Need to amp it up before it’s too late.
Coffee tasted funny, they did let me switch to soda for no extra charge which I appreciated. I got a cheeseburger omelet, that was 30 minutes ago and it's going through me as we speak if that tells you anything. This was the part that was unacceptable the home fries which were basically regular Ole french fries over half of the order were black. I'm not sure how the cook could allow that to go out to the customer like that.
When I went, either the waitress put the wrong order in for my food or the cook made the wrong thing. Either way, not what I ordered. The waitress realized it was the wrong thing as she brought it out to me, and offered to exchange it, but I didn't have the time to wait for another order to come through. It was a pretty good sandwich, but it wasn't what I ordered and nobody offered me so much as a "i'm sorry" for messing up my order.
Mom and I stopped in this past Friday as our favorite breakfast spot, City Diner, was closed for renovations. Unfortunately, we will not be going back. She ordered a Well Done Hamburger Deluxe (with fries and salad veggies) and I had the Greek Chef Salad. Positives: Big spot with plenty of tables - The hamburger and fries were good - Easy parking - Clean bathrooms Negatives: Our waitress, Julia, seemed not to be very interested in taking care of us. Perhaps it was an off-moment. I am not saying that she was bad or rude in any way, but she was not as warm the other waitress and waiter. They seemed to have delivered better experiences to their tables as was evident with their conversations with their respective customers. The delivery of our food took a bit long for my tastes. We arrived at Leo's with 52 minutes on the meter, and after awhile of not receiving our meal, I went out to check: There was 18 minutes left. Our food was already delivered when I sat back down, and my car was about three doors down on the same block. To be fair, we did place our order within 5 to 7 minutes upon arriving, so the delivery took about 27 minutes. The veggies with the burger and my salad did not seem super fresh - They appeared to be a few days old.
I only gave the diner 1 star because they are permently closed it looks like but google isn't updated. It's a shame it seemed really nice.
This place has cockroaches. I saw one crawling up the wall while I ordered. I have seen great reviews so I decided to order anyway and hope it was a fluke. Mistake. As I went to the ladies bathroom halfway through my meal and saw another behind the toliet and one smashed in the hallway that leads to the restroom. The food was mediocre at best and the service was So-so. The waitresses seemed unsure of some of the questions I asked and uninterested in finding the answers out. I also noticed the cook wasnt wearing gloves or a hair net and had a large amount of hair on his head and face. He also appeared to have dead dry skin all over his face and no type of way to prevent it from falling into the food. The other man in the back would come straight from a dishwashing sink to the grill... no subsequent handwashing in between. I wont be returning and neither will anyone from my office. I would seriously challenge you to look around before eathing here and form your own opinions.
I was misled by the 4+ stars on the reviews. I should have read the most recent ones. Place is extremely dirty. I arrived late to meeting my friends and they had already placed an order so we stayed, but I barely finished my food because I was so grossed out by the dirt and hair on the table. Don't go.
I went there about 2 weeks ago and NEVER again will I go. There were literally several roaches just running up and down the walls on the table I sat on. I killed about two and when I brought it up to the server, she said okay I'll let the manager know. Nothing happened to our bill, the manager didn't come by to apologize. I was just told that it's an old building. Never mind the fact that I saw the cook drop a french fry and put it back into the fryer. WTH and who does that.
Chicken smelled and tasted bad and off. Definitely would not go again. I see another review from a year ago saying the same thing, so it’s obviously a real issue.
We stopped by for breakfast, and we were served breakfast even though it was near 11 am so that was appreciated . There was a hair in our pancakes (probably due to the cook not wearing hair or beard net) and the strawberries were so sour and seemed to be so old. Our table was not cleaned when we came in and the floors seemed like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. We were disappointed and trying to grab our waitress attention but we weren’t even asked how our food was or to check up on us :(
Wanted to try this diner as we were close to it but.. Definitely would not recommend. There was no clients in the diner totally empty. No greeting from server. She seemed mad for lack of better words. We asked if we could sit in the booth no response. She then walked passed the booth we sat by still no acknowledgment. We felt unwelcomed and decided to leave.
I thought this place would be like a cozy type of diner, but when I walked in it was extremely dirty. The floor looked like it hadn’t been moped in years. The cook was a older man with a huge beard and it was literally just hanging close to what he was cooking. It was a horrible experience. The utensils seemed dirty and the coffee cup smelled musty.
Terrible service beyond anything I could say, and some of the most disgusting food I've ever seen. I ordered a omelette and grits expecting a fairly simple breakfast to come out well. Well... That's not what I got. The omelette was burned all over, the grits were just slopped on the plate sticking. When I tried to pick up the grits, I turned it over and it stuck to my fork. After I informed the that I wasn't going to eat that and sent it back, he threatened to have me arrested if I did not pay for it even if I didn't touch the food. Then he unnecessarily commented about my mother stating "he's sorry if he doesn't cook like my mother". How dare he bring my dead mother into this! I told him he can't charge me for something I'm not accepting or eating. If he wants to call the police, by all means. Be my guest. The cops told him the same thing. I never ate any of the food and was not violating any laws by sending it back and refusing to pay for it. I would stay out of this diner unless you want terrible service and to have cops called on you for exercising your rights to decide for yourself if its something you're willing to buy.
Today was out first time having lunch there since we work in downtown Orlando. One of my friends noticed the cook had a long bear and was not wearing any hair net of any gloves. when we got out food I found a hair in my fries and as my friend was going to bite in her food she found another hair in her food. We spoke to the waiter who was really nice and she apologized and refunded our money. when we asked why the cook was not wearing any gloves or hair net she said he was the owner and she didn't now why he wasn't wearing any. Never again I would go.
The place smells like more. The waitresses seemed sad and unmotivated. The cooks cooked with no hair net with large amounts of hair. And the food was undercooked. I was food poisoned after eating their breakfast. Highly do not recommend the breakfast.
I asked for grits , turkey bacon and eggs over hard. The breakfast was undercooked the toast was overly toasted. It’s the simple things that shouldn’t be that hard to make and this diner made it complicated. When calling and told itd be remade it was done in less than 5min showing why things are undercooked. Take a look over the counter and you will see the floors and stove disgusting. Don’t take my word for it, peek your head over. Not a good place for downtown workers looking for breakfast
