Biagio's is a family-run Italian restaurant loved for its friendly service, generous portions, and classic dishes. Customers rave about the pizza, house dressing, and overall Italian vibe. Some note inconsistent service or food quality.
Tip: Enjoy the warm bread, fresh salad, and consider trying a custom pizza. Be aware that service can be slow during busy times.

Solid dishes at fair prices from this Italian mom and pop in Lake Forest. Is this the fanciest Italian place with a full bar and bougie vibes? No. Is it a family restaurant with generous portions and high quality flavors? Yes. This is particularly reflected in your price at this no frills establishment. The free bread was hot and fluffy, the appetizers nicely fried, and each entree or lunch portion was heaping. I loved my fettuccine Alfredo with anchovies. The sauce was, chef's kiss. Would love to come back!
Had a great meal here tonight. Our server Aris helped us and was Johnny on the spot with our drinks bread and getting the dinners out hot. Husband John had the Veal marsalla very good served over spaghetti. I had the Fettuccine alfredo with added chicken and mushrooms . Very good and tasty. He had a salad the creamy garlic salad dressing is fantastic. We purchased a pint to go. I had the minestrone soup which was good. We came here on our short trip from Florida because myngudbannd used to dine here frequently when stationed at El Torro. Same owners and chefs. They have been serving this community for 48 years : )
Very laid back atmosphere, love the Italian music softly playing. Service was good and food was hot and fresh. Everything tasted good. Enjoyed this stop here in California.
So glad they arrived the lockdown! Here's the same family in the same place they know how to do Italian! A small place with attentive service and great food.
Great food, menu and service. Family run and family friendly. Really fast service! I made it a regular stop when I’m in the area.

Great food, menu and service. Family run and family friendly. Really fast service! I made it a regular stop when I’m in the area.
Imagine going to have an amazing Italian dinner at your grandparents house, surrounded with friends, with a game on the background. Biagos isn't just a restaurant, it's a family.
The best family owned and operated restaurant around. The food is amazing and the service is friendly, fast and always with a smile. Try the House Dressing with just about anything on the menu.
Family owned and family recipes. The comfortable, genuine, relaxing Italian restaurant that sports a great marinara sauce and jug chianti. Kitchen and table staff are family. No other place like it for many miles around.
This is my go to Italian restaurant. Checkered table cloths, family owned, same people for years and years.. The food is so flipping good, just like mama use to make. All the classics, lasagna, eggplant parmesan, spaghetti, pizza... Hey thats-a-nicea- meal... The house burgundy is really good for the price point, and the meatballs are awesome..and you MUST GET THE HOUSE VAMPIER SLAYER CREAMY GARLIC DRESSING. Beware to the undead, you have been warned... You will want to put it on all things (im contemplating my lucky charms tomorrow)
You know you're never going to be let down when you walk in the door. Excellent friendly service with a smile. Family atmosphere. Fantastic food. Yummmm.
Great local establishment, long existing(48 years). Wonderful, family owned place to eat. Pizza is the best.
1st time for 2 of us. Food was very flavored and tasty! House dressing garlic ranch is delicious.
For the lunch special I had the eggplant parmesan sandwich that came with a small salad and a drink. The sandwich was large and the house salad dressing was delicious. Everything was tasty.
Biagio's is our go to for Italian. From pizza to lasagna, we love it. They have a delicious garlic dressing. Be sure to give that a try. I also recommend the zucchini sticks.
I never order spaghetti and sausage when I go out to eat. Being here in California, I just had to get something different. With 3 reclamation, it was the best.
Great pizza. The food and atmosphere remind me of the good Italian places back East. Won’t get pizza from anywhere else in the area.
Family owned italian restaurant. They serve authentic italian food as well as some more american dishes. Ive mostly only had take-out, but the food is delicious! 😁 Highly recommend
Bring your appetite, and love for down home italian cooking ,. The meatballs, and eggplant parmagania are my recommendations, and coming from a Sicilian family who were in the restaurant business, BIAGIO"S is the warm hug like NONNA used to give...DON'T FORGET THE GLASS OF PINOT...MANGIA BENE.
This place has been a favorite of my family since before I was born. Their house dressing is amazing. I can't recommend it enough.
Great love this place good so warm and always taste good been going here for 20 years
House Salad Dressing is the best dressing! Meatball Sandwich fabulous but the house salad dressing is fresh and a family secret!! Oh so good!
Ordered a small Biagio's sausage and pepperoni pizza. Very good, and very filling. Stacked with cheese and meat. Highly recommend this combo.
Warm friendly service, great food, and a cozy welcoming vibe. Perfect.
Family meals are the best! You get bread, salad, spaghetti, and pizza. All delicious! Their house dressing is the bomb!
The salad dressing and cheese pizza are amazing. This is a family run place and I just wish it was a little bigger -
All you can eat spaghetti Sunday is great! The service wonderful and jj gets a lot of hugs and loves to play catch with Vivi.
My girlfriend grew up and frequented this restaurant for years. We stopped in for lunch after driving over from Arizona and the food was excellent.
I think I found my new favorite place for lunch. Conveniently located by the Irvine Spectrum Business Center. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious.
Great family-owned restaurant. Everyone pitches in to ensure great service and I love the food!
I took my family and we all agree great tasting Italian food. Wow
I have been going to Biaggio's for 40 years, since I was a young child. I moved away for about 15 years and when I came back the first dining out was picking up a Biaggio's pizza, a chef salad and the garlic ranch house dressing. NOTHING HAS CHANGED to my WONDERFUL and thankful surprise. The wonderful servers working and those owning the business have truly kept everything the same right down to the decor! The quality and flavors are still number 1 for them and I will forever be a patron.
I had the roast beef dip sandwich. It was fabulous! The Gardinara oil was great with the Italian bread. The owner came over and asked how our food was. The food was very good. Kerrie took great care of us.
Classic Italian at great prices. Same family has owned it for 50 years. Very nice and inviting staff and ambiance. Alfredo and pizza did not disappoint!
Great food and service. Must try the house salad dressing. CREAMY GARLIC. IT'S THE BOMB !!!. Also, the family special is a great deal. Or, try my personal favorite the Fettuccini Alfredo with sliced chicken breast.
Awesome lasagna, pizza, and salad with tasty garlic ranch house dressing. Not a yuppy place like Bru, this place has a down home neighborhood feel. Thanks Biagio's!
Great food.....Best salad dressing ever... Good service. Been going there since it opened. The owners are really lovely people. It's truly a family run operation.
The pizza is a blend of cheeses, that's why it tastes so special. That what the ownet told me over 30 years ago. If that alone isn't special then I don't know what is. I love this place it's " the best!" •
Biagio's is the best Italian restaurant in south OC without a doubt. Grinders, meatball subs, and pizza are all must haves. Do yourself a favor and get a side of house dressing for anything you get, not just a salad, it is unbelievably good.
I've been going to Biagio's for roughly 20 years. I'm Italian and have grown up on authentic Italian food. Biagio's is the closest thing to my mom and grandmothers cooking. Not to mention, the staff at Biagio's makes me feel like I'm home. Try them out, you won't be sorry!
Interesting Restsurant. I have been eating here for 30 years and have NEVER had a bad meal. The house dressing is so incredibally good I could drink it. I will agree with other reviews that I have had the occasions when the service felt less than steller in the attitude dept. But, I'll say this, if I had to work with some of my family I would have some bad days too. It's a great place that has withstood the test of time, unlike any restaurant in the area. Also, they care about their customers.
Portions are way too much but it is excellent Italian food. Took a great aunt with some direct Italian heritage and she said the food was exactly as she remembered her mother making. Keep in mind she is in her 90s, so take that with a few grains of salt. I would definitely recommend going here.
Our 1st visit was 35 years ago. It is an amazing restaurant what great memories we have as newlyweds living in Southern California. We were both stationed at the local marine base. Can't wait to get back there is on our bucket list to come back.
Great food and even better service! My kids and I had an awesome dinner And had a good time at the restaurant. Pizza is really good!
This place is AMAZING! This little family owned Italian restaurant is sure not too disappoint. They have great prices, super friendly staff, and fast service. Their house salad dressing is creamy garlic goodness!
I cannot tell you how much we love Biagio's! Family owned and operated. I feel like I'm back home in the midwest or in NY. The food is freshly made, the House dressing for their COLD fresh salads is out of this world. The bread is fresh and inviting. The Staff are amazing. You're family here if you allow yourself to be. We have been twice and will definitely be going back for more.
Biagio's is the best home cooked, comfort Italian Restaurant bar none. I have been eating here since the 70's and little has changed. Might I suggest, their spaghetti and meatballs, salad w/ house dressing (creamy garlic w/cheese) and their house Chianti. If you are unsure, the family meals allow you to have pizza as well. My personal favorite is the ribeye steak (when I want to eat healthy of course).
my family has been coming here for decades, since before i was born. we love the servers here, they're funny and fast and always nice. i was raised on their spaghetti. the pizza is to die, and so is the house dressing. the whole menu is fantastic. huge portions of everything, u will NOT walk away hungry. small inside, super cute, easy to talk, still gives me the feeling of family dinners after school. my only note is that they painted their red door this weird brown like 15 years ago and i miss the red. i liked it. but that can be forgiven. we are always happy after leaving biagios :)
There is a reason since the 1970's this amazing Italian restaurant has survived and been a treasure in Lake Forest for so many years. It's always in the same family for generation and their pizza, pasta, salad (always go with the house dressing) will take you to utter happiness every time, consistently. Their dressing also doubles as the best dip ever. Every item on the menu is consistently delicious and done as close to home made as you could ever ask from a restaurant.
My favorite Italian restaurant ever. Love the spaghetti, pizza, fresh bread, and fettuccine Alfredo pasta. My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for as long as I can remember. My paternal grandmother dined there, she brought her sons (my dad and uncle) there, and my Dad brought me, my brother, and my sister there. We’re all in our twenties now, but we still go there. The staff are amazing, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is so cozy. I live in Riverside now, but Biagio’s is worth the drive.
Love this place. Wife and I come at least ones every couple months, usually to celebrate some ones bday. Staff is very friendly great food and pricing is good.
Ok I like 5 stars but really the 5 stars are for the Pizza because that is all we ever order. Absolutely the best pizza in South Orange County, Calif. Never a soggy crust, lots of flavor. Please Support family run, independent restaurants.
Moved to CA from NY a few years ago. Unfortunately, this was our first time trying Biagio's. Ordered Calamari and a sausage pizza. Calamari was excellent! Unlike many of the other restaurants we've tried this Calamari was very tender, not chewy or over fried; perfectly done. Pizza was excellent too. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
My hubby is frnvom Chicago and we used to drive all the way to Arizona for good pizza. That is, until we found Biagio's! Not only does my hubby love it, but everyone we know who is from Chicago have made it their 'go to' place as well. If you're not in the mood for pizza, their meatball sandwiches are out of this world! If you get a salad, make sure to order their garlic house dressing. I like to get extra to take home. For the family, they have all you can eat spaghetti on Sunday. This place is family owned and you can definitely tell. Friendly service, great food, and reasonable prices. Biagio's definitely deserves to be on your frequent eating listing.
Their house dressing creamy garlic Italian salad dressing is muy bueno. Their homemede red pasta sauce with its subtle red wine flavor is evident of proficient cooking. Since the early 1980s I would go there as a kid when I lived when I was lucky enough to live nearby. When I'm in Orange County visiting from Lubbock, TX, I do what it takes to complete this excellent family owned Italian restaurant pilmagrage. There is a place like this, right here on Earth
It was my first visit, the side if bread is soo..soft in the middle but with an exterior crunch. I had an eggplant sandwich lunch special, with option of soup, salad or French fries. Love the house dressing it tasted like a creamy garlicky ranch. The portions are a good size as well recommend it.
Great little restaurant. The staff was kind. I went in the early evening and loved the peacefulness of a quiet place. The gnocchi was cooked perfectly. I couldn't have asked for a better meal.
Pizza was phenomenal! I've never been here until my mom took me on a trip down memory lane. Lovely family owned spot ☺️ Get a salad and the house dressing - omg no clue what it is some sort of garlicky marriage between ranch and Caesar. 🤤
I had an early dinner here tonight with my brother, Doug. Food was excellent and service was great! I had the penne pasta with the Sicilian Sauce (meat sauce with mushroom and garlic) and it was delicious … I wanted to lick my plate 😆
Best pizza in south Orange County, all the ingredients are so fresh and wife loves chicken salad
Good Italian spot in OC. Food tastes great and the staff are attentive. Nice surprise to find this little gem.
My wife & I had dinner here. I had the small pizza & she had the eggplant parmesan. Both was very good. The bread was amazing. I love the decor & atmosphere...Italian vibe. Great customer service and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this family owned place since 1976. 😋😎
A simple local neighborhood, family-run italian restaurant. Excellent A+ service. Warm bread was great, fresh green salad, and custom pizza. We were delighted with the warm welcome and yummy dishes. Will be back to try some more! Molto bene!
We stopped in here and ordered a pizza for takeout. What an awesome little place. There was a steady stream of people coming and going, and I know why. The staff was friendly, and the pizza was great! You can take food for take-out or sit at a table and be served. We will definitely be going back.
One of the few rare family owned business in town with great Hospitality, Awesome Home Cooked Italian food, this family is from Sicily and in business same location for over 45 years. We have been coming here for over 25 years, so many with the same story. Support your local family owned grub house's. I have met the owners and Mama Sicily as I would call her, sits in the corner just to see all the happy patrons. Come enjoy a slice of Italy here in South Orange County!
Bravo 👏🏼 the perfect combination of amazing pasta and shrimp. I love dining in different cafes and restaurants, but Jennifer amazed me with her kindness and attentiveness. I felt right at home. If you value delicious food and a
Great time. Welcoming staff! Delicious food. Ordered very large 2 person family meal special that wiife and kids split (pizza, spaghetti with pink sauce, salad, bread); I had lasagna Bolognese ..piping hot! The amber bock on draft was super cold too! Will be coming back!!!
It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to say the service was above par, this was such a pleasant experience. My 3 kids all loved their food as did the grownups! My husband loved the short rib ravioli, and I was SO happy with all of the gluten free options!!!
My family have been dining there regularly, since '77. Unfortunately we no longer live in the O.C,but anytime I'm in O.C, I pick up a couple pizzas ,a sandwich & a pint of the house dressing. It's a excellent restaurant & the people there are great.

Old favorite Italian Restaurant I have gone too since late 70s Great Pizza ,wine ,and Pasta dished
Pizza was good they have been the same place location 45 years. Would have Most likely 5 star's if i sat down for a meal
I've been eating here since "78 hands down best pizza in " El Toro " their sandwiches are epic as well, killer salad dressing as well..
We love Italian Food and particularly love a small cozy Restaurant. Ideal for small families and friends. And it's always my son's Choice when it's his birthday to go there for dinner. Everyone in the family loves it. And Tuesday evening is a very special time to go with all the grandkids because they serve Spaghetti & it's all you can eat for only $6.99! If you can't finish your 2nd plate... they'll wrap it up and you can take it home and enjoy your leftovers the next day. My kids can eat a lot of spaghetti.
Solid Italian food at a reasonable price, usually with no wait. I love their pizza, lasagna, manicotti, mozzarella sticks, and cannoli. The creamy garlic house dressing is famous among locals, and rightfully so if you are a fan of garlic. They don't win any points on decor, but I'll take it if it keeps the food affordable.
Love this local Italian eatery. Nothing is over the top amazing, but it’s always good food. I especially love the meatball sub. It’s a go to for simple Italian dishes.
Their pizza is amazing! I've been eating at Biaggios since I was a kid, around 1977/78. I haven't lived in Lake Forest or the OC area since 1990, but everytime I get back to the area I try to go to their restaurant. 4 stars because sometimes the family members can be rude and moody. Also, their sausage on the pizza is amazing, but they tend to undercook it to where it's raw inside. If you order a pizza with sausage, tell them to make it crisp. Thats their terminology for making it cooked through. They also used to make a great burger, not sure of they still do?
Biagios is a great Italian restaurant for those who like enjoy traditional Italian food. My family has been here since the original owners were here and after returning here years later it hasn't changed one bit. I had the Grinder sandwich, and it wasn't that bad. This is coming from someone who isn't fond of Italian food. Now the prices are mid to high range for Italian food. Overall nice place.
This is a cute little family restaurant. We had the manicotti and a large pepperoni pizza. The manicotti was fantastic and I'd definitely order it again. I couldn't get enough of it! The pepperoni pizza was good, but I didn't particularly love it. It wouldn't draw me back again, but I enjoyed it while we were eating it. The crust was forgettable.
Family restaurant. Great cannolis!! I recommend the chocolate chip cannolis. The food is good. The atmosphere is old, but comforting. Service is great and friendly. I think they have an all you can eat spaghetti night. It might be Wednesday but I'm not sure. Maybe I remember wrong. We've order delivery too. Pasta and pizza. The food is good, but a little pricey, so we can't get it all the time. Only reason I take a star off is because it's just slightly above the price point I think it should be, but obviously my personal opinion.
Spaghetti sauce a little dry this time. Been coming to this place for many many years Friends family. Food has changed just a little bit. The atmosphere was very different. But coming here all these years I still like the grinder and the chicken marsala the best. I guess they get a bit tired had a long day so I felt that they were wanted to go home. That's the vibe I got. They need to have smiles on their face

Update: I lowered my rating because although I do stand by that they are the best Italian food I've had, I had an experience that made me look at the biajos family different. Never ever have I've been charged for cups of water. They charged us about $8 for 7 cups of water for our family. I understand inflation is awful right now but im struggling too hence why we ordered waters. We moved out of state and always make it a point to stop here when we visit and I was just really disappointed how cheesy and cheap they have become. Do better. . . . Amazing food. Hands down best lasagna ive ever had. This restuarant is a family favorite and always will be.
I’ve been going here since I was a little kid for the past 2 decades. The food is 5 stars top notch high quality, I love the food, but the customer service has consistently been a negative experience if you have to interact with either of the two older women that normally work here. For both of these women their attitude falls somewhere in-between passive aggression and overt rudeness and it has always stuck out as not normal for California where people try to not be tense and angry all the time. Growing up I always thought they were just having a bad day and the stress of being a mom but after two decades and it being the same horrible attitudes every time I came in with my parents or friends-parents it’s become obvious that they are probably just always this way with everyone. It’s unfortunate because the food is sooo good and made with so much love. And then if you receive customer service from either of the two older woman it just kinda ruins the experience. I hope both of those ladies get a hug sometimes and someone tells them they don’t have to be so angry all the time it’s probably not been healthy for their bodies and minds.

The only edible food here is bread. Soup is from a can. Pasta is from the "frozen food" section in a grocery store. Something called "steak" is swimming in a nasty tomato sauce. Walls in the toilet were painted in 1976.

Pizza was ok. Veal parm was tough and linguini with clams was not so good. Would not return again. Being italian from the east coast alot of people obviously don't know what good/great Italian food is!!!! Will not return
First visit a couple of months ago and REALLY enjoyed the service. However our second visit this evening the waitress was just plain rude!! Probably won't return. I will say that the food is good but for me rude servers are unacceptable.
We ordered cheese pizza, chicken Marsala, and Sicilian style ($67). None of this was good. Bread was tasty
I feel bad about writing a review that isn't favorable, especially now when small family owned restaurants need community support. With that being said, our experience today was far from good. We haven't been here in over 10 years and had fond memories. We decided to order takeout. The chicken was greasy, tough and basically inedible. The veal was tender but tasteless. The accompanying food was mediocre at best. Not at all worth the price. We are saddened by this experience and will probably not be back.
The bigger woman (whom I think is the owner) has a very rude attitude towards customers. Food is great, but I’d rather pay someone who is respectful to customers rather than deal with this bunch.
Order for pickup. It was In containers that leaked everywG1here . There was nothingtoeat with. I guess they though we would use our hands. One item was ok the second dinner plate was not .
Avoid this restaurant at all cost, the food is just "Ok", but the Customer Service is absolutely HORRIBLE! the tall, overweight brunette server is (not being dramatic) the worst I've experienced in a very long time, I'm a restaurant at a fine dining restaurant in Irvine, and my bussers, which some speak very little English have MUCH better Customer Service/people skills, than this server did. If she would have been kind, polite, friendly, attentive etc. We would have definitely given this place another shot, but she failed in every sense of the word. Not only will we NOT go back there, in turn I'm going to tell all my friends, Hotel and Restaurant Management colleagues, but also 2 OC food critics that I know. All because 1 server lack basic Customer Service skill that any person in this industry should possess. And on a side, I had 2 bites of my entree and couldn't eat have anymore because it was so bad, the server DID NOT ask if wanted to have a new entree or a different entree, but charged me anyway. Management to take a really hard look at this employee, she's without a doubt effective your revenue/bottom line!!
Not bad food but horrible service. On every occasion at the restaurant and the deliveries! And then after leaving a bad review on Facebook, the owner starts harassing me. Don't tell them they made a mistake or you will be harassed and bullied. Oh, and the owner went and deleted her comments but not before I could screen shot them. Then after blocking the owner she goes on to harass me from another account!
After living at L.W.V. for 8yrs,we finally agreed to try some local Italian. Well if this place is 4 1/2 stars for this area .We're in trouble. After typing in Italian rest, this place came up on top as 4 1/2 stars. We arived at 5pm for a early dinner.Waitress was not rude but very busy to be friendly, even though we were the only table. The orther waitress was lying in a booth like if she was very hot and exhausted.then she started complaning, very loud, that she could not help anyone with anything! She looked very unkept, like the place. The Pizzas looked Great! And the take-out line was long and right in our lap through our whole dinner. We ordered Lingini Clams (my favorite),Chicken Marsala,Cobb salad.and Penne Marinara The Lingini Clams: Great presentation, but all you could taste oil, butter,no clam taste at all. Chciken Marsala: was insulting Cobb Salad: Was all Olives. Penne Marinara: Marinara Sauce was also insulting for anyone over 10yrs old At the end of our meal the waitress flew by,thru our check on the table, not even in a check book, just a piece of paper. Our bill was $70 some dollars.WHAT A JOKE! Did not even asked if we wanted dissert or thank you. BA! Poeple Rmember this GOOD SERVICE...........................18% and up! FAIR SERVICE..............................15% POOR SERVICE............................10% (THEY TIP BUSBOY DON'T TRY THE VEAL!
Just ordered online. Ordered the meat pan pizza they sent thin crust jalapeño (not even close right) so called them they had attitude and basically blamed me. Then said just get your money back from grub hub. Person on the phone was a total A$$ hole. Don't bother with these people keep scrolling you are bound to do better almost everywhere.
Fine dining prices with a cafeteria environment definitely don't recommend the food was tasteless! the spaghetti I had to add 10 pounds of pepper and salt to give it any kind of flavor my son's fettuccine alfredo was almost flavorless had no alfredo flavor and the chicken wasn't even cooked all the way horrible at best! We were given a tiny salad and one tiny pice of bread with a $20 plate talk about cheap
We had been going here for years and they are, for the most part nice people. But, they just screwed us again on a delivery and charged us for the mistake. If you call them, they give you attitude and are down right nasty. 5-6 weeks ago, we ordered two spaghetti dinners with two extra meat balls. Yep, you guessed it, they charged us for the extra meat balls and NO extra meat balls. A few weeks ago, we ordered spaghetti, lasagna, desert and a pint of their house dressing. They charged us the extra, BUT no desert and NO extra dressing. We paid, BUT no... This past Saturday, we ordered Lasagna and Spaghetti and reminded them when we told them about the mistake on the dressing, they would send a quart of the dressing on the house (Gratis!). Well, they sent the quart, but charged us for the extra quart . That was $44. for two dinners and THE EXTRA quart of house dressing. For us, that is 3 strikes and you're out and we will go out of our way to tell EVERYBODY that does go there about their dishonesty. Mistakes, you tell me, three in a row...
i absolutely loved this place. their food is so good, and their house salad dressing is to die for! unfortunately, i will not be coming back. my family and i ate here on a tuesday night, in which they were particularly busy. it seemed like they only had one server going around, so service was slow. i wasn’t expecting them to be perfect, especially because there was only one person. i had ordered salad dressing after they had already written up my receipt, and there was some confusion as to what the total was so they rang me up twice. it was rather confusing on my end, and i didn’t leave a fantastic tip. especially after service had been particularly slow, and because of the confusion with the check. additionally, i didn’t really feel that we needed a lot of checking up on. we were in and out pretty quick. all in all, i felt that a lower tip was reasonable. as i was walking to my car with my family, one of the men working there yelled, “you should just eat at a different place next time!” it was incredibly disrespectful to yell at a paying customer who does not even have to tip them at all! while i love the food here, i do not think that i will have any desire to come back anytime soon.
Sausage was undercooked, the lady seemed passive aggressive while serving and it made me feel very uncomfortable, and overall not a good vibe. They do get their food out quick though. Their bread is amazing though and I gotta give credit to where it’s due. But the sausage was wayyyy under cooked, I didn’t even want to complain bc the lady’s attitude came off extremely passive aggressive to me the moment I came in and I did not feel welcome which is a shame. I love small businesses but will not be going back. I could get a better sandwich at subway
The pizza is great but the service is nasty…. The kid (the fat lady’s nephew apparently) up front has no idea what he’s doing and the old fat lady is like angry or something for no reason. It’s weird in there. Also smells like mildew. I started ordering takeout for that reason but stopped recently because I won’t put up with her passive aggression.
I called in an order for chicken Alfredo and when I got home there was no chicken. I called back to let them know and they said they would have to charge me for the chicken even though they got my order wrong. So.. they wanted to charge me for chicken while I drive back to pick it up while my food gets cold. Ridiculous. Super rude over the phone. Very very poor customer service. Even drove back and they still charged me.. and STILL rude. Smh
