Recently visited this location and had the Charburger with cheese and onion rings. The meal was delish. The burger at the Habit always tastes great. I have been to this location on most of my Habit visits and I am happy to know that it is close to home. The cashier was friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable. Look forward to a future visit

The Habit is perfect anytime of Day lunch or dinner it's a great bite to eat. Charburger is a classic and we get it almost every time.

Very good burger. Very good. I love the ambiance and especially the use of vibrating alerts when your food is ready, instead of some clown screaming the number as in other burger joint. For my favorite burger, see attached image.

The new sirloin steak sandwich did not disappoint. Unfortunately the ahi tuna fillet was so overcooked it tasted like cardboard

Run of the mill. Nothing special unfortunately. This place also has automated menus to place orders instead of interacting with a person. Service in reciveing food and interaction with staff is good. Standard fast food atmosphere.

Went today and the fries were cold, soggy, and undercooked. Amazing that they had me waiting for 12 minutes for cold, undercooked fries. They were obviously busy with some staff meeting and eating pizza while I was picking up my order, but it's too bad the staff were diverted instead of delivering a quality product

I ordered over the telephone with a real person who took my whole order and my credit card #, and the restaurant never received it according to the staff. The staff was friendly, but I just lost about 35 minutes of my time for a couple of burgers. And then I wondered if I got scammed, but the number on Google is the exact number of the restaurant. Not a good experience.

One of the worst experiences. Order via grub hub. Got notified the food was available via text even though I ordered through grub hub. After waiting over 90 minutes the restaurant cancels the order stating the are out of the menu item ordered. Went to the restaurant and ordered the same item and magically they have it. Spoke to a staff member and told him about the issue. He shrugged then went onto another customer and could care less. After we ordered we waited over 25 minutes with an empty store. Food was ok. Not bad but with all of the irritation guess it just didn't taste good. I recommend going to another habit other than this one or just go to Angelos.

Today was beyond shocking! After ordering I was standing there waiting patiently for my food away from the counter and one of the employees decided she wanted to have a confrontation for no apparent reason. She wanted me to stand and wait in another area, even though other people were standing in my location as well-- they were not addressed. She then decided to yell and me and other customers decided to yell at me due to them thinking I was the one that initiated the conflict (which I didn't), when I was simply looking at my phone with my mask on completely away from people. She was a horrible representation of the establishment and should be addressed by the owner for her egregious behavior. I would love for the owner to please pull the tape and see how I was verbally assaulted within this establishment today, so they can see how a staff change could benefit the restaurant. I know everyone in the world is 'stressed out' but treating people poorly is not okay. I asked for my money back so I could leave-- I will NEVER support this local business again. I hate that so many people are deciding it is okay to be unprofessional, and low class these days because it doesn't encourage anybody to continue to head out in the community to support the economy. I didn't deserve that treatment and she was completely in the wrong. I am totally losing faith in humanity at this point. I expected more out of the population in California, but I have been hate crimed here the most, and had the most aggressive social interactions in this state verses anywhere in the country other than Missouri. So disappointing. By the way, your counters were dirty and there was no ketchup at all. There were plenty of other things she could've been doing other than seeking unwarranted conflict. Please pull the tape

This is my second time ordering the crispy chicken bites. The first time the bites were delicious, but this time the chicken was raw! Very disappointing ☹️ Update 2 months later: I never received a follow-up from the email provided.
