Fast service always once order is placed. Drink refills offered by staff is really nice. Haven't had a sandwich I didn't like. Food is fresh and has nice variety of both hot and cold sandwiches. Comfortable high tables are our favorite. They offer military discount as well.

The only thing I drink is your excellent “ICED” tea. I spent $54 on a take out order. When I got there, my food was ready but my tea had 2 cubes of ice in it. The tea was warm. I stood in line for 15 minutes to ask for a cup of ice so my tea would be cold. Once she finally greeted me and I asked for “a cup of ice” she rolled her eyes and took the lid off my glass, poured 1/4 of my tea out and put a half scoop of ice in it. Still warm tea. It’s a common problem at this location. It’s called “ICED TEA”. Not warm tea. Rant over and thank you for listening.

First time. Ordered the choose 2 sandwich+potato Very good food and big portion. Flavored tea was good. Nice atmosphere. I mentioned coming in to grab a bite & hang out for a while to do art, etc and the cashier said that was welcome. The carrot cake is AWESOME! Huge sharing piece, but couldn't blame you if you don't share. It is filled with everything a good carrot cake has. Practically a salad. 😉

Excellent place with great staff who have a smile. I noticed the manager asked people if their special order was right. She is a good leader and worker. Food was delicious will certainly be back again sometime.

Not gonna lie wasn't expecting much cuz how good can a sandwich really be? Well I got the king club and it was great!!! Bigger than. I thought it was gonna be . The spud with steak was too big. I had to take most of it home! Food and service was fantastic!

One of our favorite lunch spots. Service is fast, friendly, and worth care even during the busy lunch time. We had a Memphian and Horseradish Roast Bee & Cheddar sandwiches. Both were excellent on fresh tasty bread and each have unique full flavors. They have a variety of soups and other sides to accompany your entre. I am very fond of the Broccoli Cheese soup.

I went there to meet some friends from a previous workplace and I ordered their signature king club sandwich meal. The food was fresh and properly prepared and the service was excellent. The reason why I gave 4 stars was the restroom was not clean at all and the meal was $17.51. A bit pricey for a cold sandwich meal.

I would leave a lower star for the most recent experience but it is hit or miss. I have ordered hear a lot over the last 5 years. They make food fast! The kitchen is fast! The front staff changes. Sometimes ( I rarely go in) (you can call in your order, so they can keep more profits and pickup) I go in and people are nice, sometimes not. I wish it was more unified. Like you will always get a smile etc. But, that's truly not the case. During holidays over the many years, like when my mom passed away, as a family we ate inside. The floors and tables were always dirty. Not at their best. A few plates were also dirty. I prefer to get to go because of it. But, really, I wish I could dine in and get a clean kind experience every time so I can get that peace. The food is really good. I enjoy the quickness and the quality. Thank you to those that are super nice which I haven't seen them. It all starts with good pay excellent training and having standards that everyone is proud of. Maybe corporate needs to make it happen.

I went to the store and ordered a chicken salad, French dip with chips, kids spud, kids Mac n cheese and kids salad. I also ordered 3 fruits for the kids and 2 large teas. I got home and had to cook Mac n cheese because there was none and no bag of chips in the bag. We also had 2 cookies for 3 kids. All for a 13 mile drive 1 way and $52.48!

I’ve always enjoyed McAlister’s Deli, but why in the world would you start skimping on the small things like the tortilla chips and the amount of chicken bits in the tortilla soup? I love having PLENTY of tortilla chips with the chicken tortilla soup but the franchise owners have decided to implement a policy of 4-5 chips per bag and now I’ve got to pay extra for just getting the old amount of chips. The people behind the counter are great but the franchise owners need to beware that customers notice the small things and don’t want to get less for more money. Watch the slippery slope.

We have come here quite a few times and one of the first times last month there was a young Hispanic man that took out order and he was completely rude and slammed plates down and other objects. Seemed as if he hated being here. When another family came in the young man proceeded to get more and more angry that he had to work or take care of people. He kicked the appliances behind the counter and slammed and threw more things around. Not to mention rolling his eyes when taking the order. We have had many bad experiences here so far. I don’t believe we will be coming back. As we sit in here there is literally not a single other customer and the two managers are sitting at a table talking and the place is disgusting. We tried probably 12 different tables and all of them are dirty as are the booth seats. I do not complain usually about stuff like this but I am in shock that while they are on the clock and nobody is in here that usually is the time to tidy things up from a rush. I guess they don’t care on their cleanliness.
