I always order from subway when I'm feeling like havin a good sandwich... Food is always good and service is great... Online orders r always done before pick up which is awesome and never have an issue with the pickup of orders! Great job subway... Keep up the good work!

Subway is not known for its ambiance. You go there to get a good sandwich and it was very good. I had an Italian on wheat bread with everything on it- even the jalapenos. The in to mm footlong chocolate chip cookie was just a little bit better than medium. I don't think I would get it again, but I loved the Italian sandwich with all the goodies on it.

Great sandwiches. Used the app and got 2 foot long sandwiches for a total of$8.35!! Bread is always fresh. Veggies all look fresh and crisp. This location has a big clientele so they turnover the food items constantly.

This is probably the cleanest Subway I have ever been in! The staff was friendly and our sandwiches were excellent. The store was not very busy when we visited because it was in between lunch and dinner. When we came in to order, the glass food case was closed ( like a lid over all the food ) I had never seen that before and I eat at Subways often. I asked the employee about it because I thought it was something new that Subway was doing. She said that it was not new and that all the Subways had closing food cases and that they should stay closed when sandwiches are not being made. She told me that it keeps the food fresh. Makes total sense! Bravo to this young lady and this subway for keeping their store clean and their food fresh. If I am ever in Lampasas again I would definitely eat here again! 5 stars!

I stopped in today and got a sandwich and the food was fine. The service was slow and at one point one of the workers stopped making my sandwich to say hello and make out with her boyfriend. She was more interested and concerned with that than my food. To me it was a very unprofessional and not appropriate action.

We ended up swinging by just to grab some dinner. The entire restaurant floor was covered in food and napkins. Both girls were coughing all over our food. She was using her shirt to wipe her nose while checking us out. While we were eating dinner one of the employees was sitting at a table behind us cussing and laughing with her friends. We were the only people in there and had a table full of kids. They were out of literally everything. There truly should be a manager on at night. Having two sick employees who are truly coughing all over the food is absolutely disgusting. We ended up leaving and not finishing our food. This was the evening of 10/17 This is the dirtiest and worst experience we have had at this location. But it was bad enough to stop us as a family eating subway.

I was standing where you are supposed to order and 2 people go straight to the cash register to get cookies, take care of problems. Waited 5 minutes for the 1 guy working to talk to other employee hiding and put on his gloves. Not a good experience.

I have ordered several times and they either send me the wrong food, forget something or mess the entire order up. And then they don’t answer the phone ever. Super rude.

Absolutely horrible service i ordered . 3 Sandwiches all were completely disgusting when I called the store dude who picked up was a complete smart ass and hung up on me after telling me then i shouldn't eat there I called back . He wouldn't pick up the phone

Absolutely done coming here. I never get any Extra Pickles and Black Olives on my food when I order it through the app. I don't come into the store to order anything because it's always busy. So help save me some time I order through the app. But now I'm done coming here all together. You guys can never put extra anything on my food when I order. Matter of fact I got only 2 and a half slices of pickles and 4 olives on one slice. Really?? I'm done with this place.

This subway location is horrendous. Rude employees that have no idea how to treat a customer. Even if the manager is on site, the manager is not on the floor overseeing what the employees are doing or not doing. On this particular trip there was no flatbread, no tomatoes, and no lettuce. We will never visit this location of Subway again. I'll drive out of my way before I go in this Subway again.

Talks so loudly about personal business for the entire building to hear about “how she has to pee so bad”. Truly disgusting behavior. I feel absolutely horrible for the male employee who is just trying to do his job without being publicly humiliated and antagonized. Hopefully she is spoken to from higher authority and learns to be professional, as a manager should.

You can be ahead of people with no other customers, and if you order multiple sandwiches they will stop in the middle of your order to help those who walk in way later. They leave your food to sit to the side for you up to 10-15 minutes before completing the rest. Ordering online I am a paying customer (who paid in advanced) leaving a tip every time. The employees were polite.

In that place the customer service is bad to start with you can't see the condition and what type of meats you want the preparation table has a cover that only the person making the sandwich can see the table where the vegetables are only has 3 types of vegetables in such a small container that you can see that it is of poor quality you don't have variety to select what you want it is all very old it is not recommended to eat there nothing is fresh
