First time here but definitely not the last. Had the patty melt combo. Sandwich was delicious and the fries were perfect. My son had a chili burger and he said it was excellent. Very clean restaurant with great casual atmosphere. Lots of well laid out parking easy access in and out. Service was quick. Breakfast menu is extensive and looks like Iwill try that next

Tom's was highly recommended by friends, and being new to the area I decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly pleased! 😀As was my family waiting for me at home... I had driven through the drive-thru but a couple days later returned as requested by the family. This time went inside where I was greeted with a friendly welcome and very friendly service. The restroom was beautifully kept. The whole place has just a nice feel to it ... I was totally sold when I saw on their menu "Feta Fries!" I was like... WHAT?! WHO DOES THIS? NOBODY DOES! I LOVE ME SOME FETA CHEESE! So, would I recommend Tom's? You bet their Feta Fries I would! LOL!

Dash is Tom's new Robotic Server!!! Very cool, and exciting for the kids!! Definitely a must see!

Come here whenever I'm in town and never had any issues with our order. Usually grab breakfast burritos for the family and love their salsa! Very reasonably priced for their portion sizes!

Have been coming to this particular Tom's for years since my grandkids were little every Sunday after church. This was their favorite place to eat and stated they know the menu by heart. They're high schoolers now and have moved out of state. This place brings nostalgic memories to me.

Oh my gosh, this place is so good! The prices are even better! They slay the drive thru and keep it moving quickly. Their breakfast burritos are cheap and one of, if not, the best burritos I've ever had! Super yummy.

LOVE THIS PLACE. The food selection is plentiful and the quality for price is fantastic. They have everything at all hours which is nice, I've only once had an "okay" meal which was the country fried steak bought at dinner time so I give them slack for that. The drive-thru line is typically long especially at dinner but knowing that ahead of time doesn't cause any issue. My favorite go-to restaurant in the AV.

Very good food, reasonably priced, and friendly staff. Coffee with breakfast is free. A robot may deliver your food. It knows which table to go to. Actually, quite entertaining. Live servers come by to refill coffee with a smile. Worth a visit.

The food is great, and the service is great. Quick Diner with your regular breakfast specials. Excellent burgers and sandwiches, too! You can't go wrong with anything on their menu, and prices are reasonable, too. Their double cheeseburger family pack comes with a ton of fries!

Edit/Update: 03/31/25 I've gone back a few times since I wrote the below review and I had to be lying if I said they didn't improve.. maybe not so much my review but anything I had a complain about before kind of has gone out of the window.. my go-to for breakfast but I ordered some chili cheese fries and I must say they give Doubles and Louis a run for their money.. but anyways customer service and food gets five stars for sure. My girlfriend and I came here for lunch I ordered the half pound patty melt meal and she ordered a steak. My girlfriend felt that her state was pretty tough for a medium steak so she took it back. She went inside and while the waiter or the cashier was apologetic the cook overheard her complaining about the toughness and so he told her that if she comes back and complains again that that's just how the stakes are so this time I believe she ordered it medium rare and it was even tougher than the first time so maybe it's just the steaks but in my personal opinion I believe he may have felt the type of way about the complaint because there wasn't even an ounce of pink in the steak this time it was super duper well done and dry. So if I could give the cashier five stars I would but the Cook gets a 3 Brandy only gets the three because the patty melt was good it just needed a little seasoning.

Can’t go wrong with Tom’s, it always comes through on a last minute whim. My personal favorite, Chorizo burrito and their burgers are great, their thick cut fries are really good. I would however refrain from buying tacos here, they don’t season their meat. Unless you like bland tacos then just stick to their breakfast options and burgers.

This is my go to place for a quick reliable dinner salad. I love their chicken Cobb salad. They will take off the blue cheese and substitute it for another cheese you like. Get the quesadilla too if your into a hearty meal! This place is clean!! The service is pretty good most times it's great and others is just ok. They just need a bit of consistency in their service.

Ordered a cheeseburger with no lettuce and some fries and an RC cola. Burger was thick and tasty. Fries were good could of used some more salt but ehh. Will definitely come back for another burger. Line was long in drive through which is a good sign, means people like the food. Went pretty quick about 25 mins.

The only complaint I have is that the background music was too loud.

I always enjoy there food! There taco combo is delicious. As for the nachos, there yummy I just wish before adding hot stuff ( jalapenos) they would ask or put to the side. Their chili cheese fries are the best. It would be nice if there was an option to purchase it in a small size container and they shouldn't add seasoning to the fries because the chili is already seasoned. Overall, Tom's is the closest fast food place to getting a home cooked meal.

Good food, generous portions. Breakfast burritos are outstanding and huge. Other things, like fries, are good but typucal of a diner. Still others, like buffalo wings, are frozen and appear to be pre packaged. So stick to the diner food and you won't go wrong. Friendly counter service, generally efficient. It does get crowded at breakfast, but I've always been able to find a seat and it doesn't seem to slow them down. They keep it affordable here and that's nice. The only odd bit is that some tables at booths are interconnected in a way that causes you to feel the motions at your neighbor's table, which can get annoying.

Food is great and has a cozy atmosphere but becoming a little bit pricy for a drive through diner with no table service. They used to have burgers for 99 cents but now their cheapest burger is almost 4 dollars. If they started waiting tables and had good waiters and waitresses I would rate 5 stars but only 4 stars for now mainly cause of the prices. If your on a budget it might not be the place you want to go.

Good and quick. Had them throw some Pastrami on a patty melt and it came out good. Mega-plate of fries.

Had the french toast breakfast and it was delicious. The portions are large and the prices are low. The restaurant was very clean and they use their signage very well to promote food items. I would definately return here. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the staff member put our order in incorrectly. But they made it right. Besides that great place for breakfast.

Food is great and delivery is fast. Why I don't give 4 or 5 stars simply because the crew always seems upset or in a rush. I went today for a late breakfast and the cook was singing his heart out, some found it funny, others entertaining and others disruptive and unprofesional; I get that singing is a sign of joy however it seems to me that was not the place or the time to do it.

Service has become mediocre at best here. Last two times I've gone, I've placed phone pickup orders, and got charged incorrectly the first time, which is ok mistakes happen. Most recent visit I phoned ahead to placed a simple order with just a large RC Cola, was told to give it about 10 minutes. I gave them about 20, showed up, waited about 10 minutes before someone helped me at the phone pickup counter, then another 5-10 minutes for completion of my order which had not even been prepared yet, total time 40 minutes for some fries and a coke. Which I got home and eneded up with some watered down ice tea instead of the RC Cola I had ordered. Just hard to not be a little upset when there are literally around 6-8 people behind the counter working with minimal foot traffic inside. Overall, I think the employees at least try and put forth effort, but it's just a poor system they must have or lack of training.

I wish this location had my favorite oreo milkshake on doordash still. I get one every week. I love the taste and thickness of them. I ordered home fries from this location and they were not fresh at all. Taste like they were warned up. And the onion and cilantro on top was soggy.

First time I've been there and the food is good, reasonably priced. My mom's eggs were served cold and the 1st waitress said she'd be right back to get them. Well after about 4 minutes waiting for her return we had another waitress take them back. Instead of making her new eggs, they put them in the microwave and brought them back, barely warm and my mom didn't eat them. They should have made her new ones. Only 3 waitresses working on a Sunday morning.

[RE: Toms #30] So upset...always go after my.night shift just for their chicken fried steak...best gravy ever! BUT they recently changed the gravy --past 2 times it was AWFUL...thinner, gray, pasty, bland, not the usual consistency or sausage flavor and spices. I thought it was a fluke but it happened twice. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL RECIPE!!! THE NEW ONE IS NASTY!! 😭

I can't really hate on this place. The food is fine, like any other place similar (Primos, Doublez) It was clean and the service fine. Had a club sandwich was exactly what I expected and nothing more. Overall I prefer Primos to Tom's, but that's just my preference.

Because my son loves this place I want to like it but I just can't anymore. 50% of the time they get my order wrong but that not just it. The service at the the drive thru is sub par, the food is blah and they just don't keep the inside as clean as you'd expect a restaurant to be. The last time I dinned in about half of the tables still had food from previous customers and the first booth we pick was covered with ants. Add that to the mess that in the kitchen area behind the counter and I just lost my appetite. Food and trash everywhere it was gross. I'd say this place substitutes quality with volume which wouldn't be a problem if it were cheap. I'm done.

Sadly, this place continues to trend downward for a few reasons. In the past I have posted less than flattering reviews in hopes of getting the attention of the management to change its trajectory; however, the personnel in charge continue to dismiss the concerns of its customers. In previous years this place used to refill drinks and check on its customers. Today, the only time you see an employee is when you place your order and when the order is dropped off at your table. What's even more amazing is that they have the audacity to still put out a tip bucket near the cash register but do little to earn those tips or positive reviews.

While the food always tastes reasonably decent, the staff, I'm convinced, is completely incapable of taking an order correctly. The last THREE times my daughter & I have eaten here, our order has been incorrect. I'll continue to be a patron of Tom's, but after this visit today, I'll NEVER eat at this location again. Managers, please train your staff correctly so you don't end up with unhappy customers such as myself. Thank you.

My blt desperately lacked bacon. Tasted like tomato and lettuce. Won't be doing that again. Forgot I ordered it with avacado till I got to the very last bite. Think I tasted it in that last bite anyways

The quality of the food has gone down. The last 2 times I got the pastrami sandwich the pastrami was huge grizzly pieces and not good at all. Tom’s used to have the best pastrami sandwiches. The strawberries on the pancake changed too. The strawberries were always the strawberries in the syrup, but now it’s sliced fresh unsweetened strawberries. You need the strawberries in the syrup for pancakes. The worst thing though is adding a 4% service fee to the order now. I won’t pay a 4% service fee!! That’s where I draw the line! The quality of the food has gone down so the restaurant is using cheaper food and now adding 4% to the order total?

I have actually been to a few locations of Tom's Burgers. I chose to make the drive to this one for dinner. Well, what big mistake!I really wanted some nachos, but I gave them free money this evening; my nachos were horrible. I felt like someone thought they were being funny with putting lettuce, not drying off on chips, and beans were a great move. Well, I had about 3 bites and gave them to thrash. I was very disappointed. I won't complain about the patty melt. My son had no problem with his food. So that's can be seen as a positive.

Careful with the employees there’s this one female employee who walks walks around checking on everyone she walks very fast and almost runs you over by how fast she’s walking she needs to slow down. The sausage and egg were cold The egg had no salt on them.

We usually like the food and service here, but lately, they've both been off. I ordered a steak n shrimp dinner with a salad, veggies n onion rings. They forgot the shrimp, over cooked the steak, skipped the veggies on my dinner plate and served only onion rings with the steak BUT the breading was separated from the actual onions. I ordered and paid extra for ranch and cocktail sauce and didn't get any of it. I literally ate 2 bites of the dinner and threw it away. 3rd order in 2 weeks that I didn't eat. Also, when you order, one of two things happens. Either they stay quiet but act like they heard you and then get the order wrong( wasting my time while they try to rectify) OR the employee says Is that it or "OK? " Anything else" after every item ordered. Always in a rushed manner. I gave this place a fair chance. It's a shame because they use to be our favorite family place.

I’ve been coming to Toms Burgers #30 for a while now because it’s been a better choice than their…let’s say “Premium” rivals. However, today would prove not to be the better choice. Here we go with the story.. my brother-in law has never experienced Toms and I had been raving about how good they are…especially their zucchini fries. So it seemed like an easy decision to make for a night of hunger and anticipation as we entered the drive-thru. When we got home I was very disappointed to see what we got in the bag. In fact, I was very embarrassed by the lack of effort that was put into our order especially after bragging about how great Toms is to my family. The burgers were super soggy and the zucchini fries….oh the zucchini fries were absolutely terrible. I included a picture with my claim so all can see how terrible it really was because these are not the zucchini fries I’ve raved about in the past. I even called Toms to say that not only did we have burnt zucchini fries and soggy burgers but they also forgot an order of fries. Normally I wouldn’t be too upset but if you spent $75 on an order of 6 people you may be a bit upset too. They said I could come back with the food and the receipt to do a food exchange and pick up the missing fries but I’m already home seated for dinner and honestly…who is going to get up, get back in their car and spend the gas money which is close to $5 a gallon right now to fix a bad food order? JUST MAKE IT RIGHT TO BEGIN WITH! To conclude, I don’t know if I should give Toms a second chance or take a chance with the “Premium” guys again but one thing is for sure….my in-laws won’t be going back.

We ordered ribeye steak & eggs breakfast, and everything was cold. I feel they cater to the drive thru more than in house diners at night. I spent 33.00, and ate it because we hadn't eaten all day. We will never be back

Terrible customer service! I was left on hold for 20 minutes while trying to add to a phone order I had placed, my husband had to actually go to the establishment and inform them that his wife was still waiting on the phone. The manager, Rocio then commenced to justify a 20 minute hold stating that they weren’t taking phone orders at this time. I didn’t understand why the employee who answered the phone didn’t just say that rather than leaving me in limbo. And the supposed manager tried to justify her actions instead of rectify which only further aggravated me. The food has no consistency, hit or miss. Might be good, may be mediocre. And with managers like Rocio, I can absolutely see why.

I went in and asked for 2 Carne asada burritos. I got some kind of steak that didn't taste well. If they don't have the right meat they should say something before they take your money. I will never use them again.

Good news! I saved 20% because there is no service here. The employees don't bother coming to your table now that they have a robot but the robot can't pour coffee. My hash browns were cold and the patty sausage was hamburger. I'll go somewhere else. Thanks!

Horrible experience, I ordered 2 orders of 4 piece chicken fingers dinner, comes w/fries and drink. When I got home I had only 3 pieces of chicken out of 8. I called and talked to a manger rocio and explained what happened. She was supposed to give me my money back for inconvenience. I went last night to say instead of giving money back to just give 2 orders again. Well what an argument it was just to get my chicken that they didn't put in. They said they could only give me my 5 pieces since I had got fries the 1st time. So I sat there for 10 minutes arguing with them that it was there screw up 1st , I shouldn't had to come back, and now you don't want to give me money back or meals. I took all names down and will be complaining to upper management. Worst service ever worst management by rocio.

Lousy service! Swung by to have lunch with a friend, the lady that took the order was rude. Got up to ask for plastic utensils and the male worker snapped, "JUST WAIT, IM BUSY" I received a glass, a DIRTY ONE WITH RED LIPSTICK ON IT! I showed the workers and manager....no apologies! I ordered the burger family combo & asked that one of the burgers be plain but with thousand island. I should have checked before I left, they gave me a completely plain burger, no dressing at all & the 3 other burgers were pretty dry, had barely any thousand island on them & the fries tasted old. And their customer service wasn’t very good either!

I asked for a steak burrito and they charged me $12 for a bean and cheese burrito. It's always a problem at this place I'll never go there again

The portions of the food are good. If you order something special double check your order. Today 7/12/19 we ordered over the phone and I recorded it to go in person face to face. We added some extras that were not done at all. I did not follow my own advice from the original post. We are done finished and will not return to spend our money at Toms. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDERS.

I just ordered a gyro and fries, same order I usually place through door dash. The gyro was almost completely dry, and I got a half bag of fries. Bag was NOT sealed in any way , no staples nothing. Manager was rude and nasty, tried to say that’s how they come and I should have ordered extra sauce, however, I order one of these sandwiches almost every week and I know they don’t always make them dry. After explaining that I am disabled and I cannot bring the sandwich back to them she basically laughed at me and told me unless I bring it to them for them to examine they won’t issue a refund or do anything about it. I had to go through door dash to get my refund and file a complaint, hopefully the real manager Will be speaking with this incompetent employee.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. The last few times going there they have messed up every order. This time was the last straw. So I order my food get all the way home to enjoy it with my family and my burger is the complete opposite of what I ordered and I'm missing food. They weren't that busy either by the way. So I call, tell them what happened. They said they would fix it so I come back have them fix the mess up and get the food I never got while I'm waiting they never offered any kind of refund. Which is not how a business should be ran. And on top of that they dont realize that now the rest of the order is messed up because not it's all cold and soggy. So thanks for completely ruining dinner and my chances of ever eating at that store again.

I ordered the rib eye steak dinner. Horrible. The steak was hard rubber, tough to bite into. Baked potato was old and nasty. Pretty disappointing. 👎

First I would like to say that I’m writing this review on my husbands account. Second, my sister and I decided to eat breakfast here one day and it was an awful experience. First we get a dirty fork which is disgusting and made us question if the rest of the utensils were really cleaned properly. Second they give us a high chair for my daughter and it was all dirty and sticky. It’s ridiculous that no employee would even clean the high chairs and how does one even have the decency to give a costumer a dirty and sticky high chair? Lastly, the hash browns they gave us we’re burned on the top. By burn I mean very very dark brown and almost black. It was very disgusting and it ruined our whole appetite. I don’t think we’ll ever eat her again, sadly.

Did not receive my fry substitution for orange slices. I received Sprite when I requested Lemonade. The worker had an attitude when I asked for ranch. There also were no straws in my bag for the 3 drinks we ordered when I got home.

This place gets my order wrong EVERY single time , without fail. It's close to my boyfriends house, so it was just a convenient place to go for a quick bite to eat, but every time I went there they messed up the order. Not once, twice, or 3 times. EVERY time. I went there a few days ago , figured I'd give them one more chance . What a joke . Couldn't even get the drinks right. I'll never go there again. Food is so so , I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

Horrible! 1st off: I ordered steak and eggs. Steak was supposed to be medium well, it was well done, we ordered 2 kids meal and they only gave us 1. When we brought it up he said well I only charged you for one. I replied with then why did3 you ask me if I wanted the same.drink with both kid meals, so very snooty he replied fine I'll take care of it. The chicken and waffles plate was another order they screwed up. The waffle was raw in the inside. All the batter very visible. Disgusting! We didnt finish even half of our food. Not to mention it took forever to take our order after they saw us and didn't even acknowledge us. They looked at plus and acted like if we weren't there. Not even a hello we'll be right with you. Definitely wont be going back there again. They don't even deserve 1 star

First time trying this place and last time ever coming back. I felt discriminated by staff. I waited over half an hour and my food never arrived, until I asked to check on the status of my order, they had no clue of mine. They asked me for my receipt as if they were doubting me. Once they saw my receipt they asked me how I wanted my eggs, they said my order was lost somehow. If I would have never walked over to check on my order, they would have never asked me anything. My coffee got cold waiting for my order, no one ever came by to check on us. Other people got their order almost immediately, they place had only 4 tables occupied, not very busy and they lost mine, maybe it was because we were the only latinos there. I

Edit to add: lately the rudest people seem to work there now. Done done done. I come here 2-3 times a week. I am now just so done with making excuses for them that I am going to share what I have experienced 95% of the time. 1 time my order was correct. When coming here do not ask for any changes, for example no onions etc. They don't follow directions well. Never ever order a salad unless you are prepared for it to be made how they want it. Always pay extra for salad dressing because they do not know how to fill up the cups. It's either half full or 1/3 full and ALWAYS before you put dressing in your salad you will need to drain ALOT of water out of it. I used to always say maybe it's because they are busy or maybe they forgot because I am not one to ever post a review but I have spent so much money on this place, I'm just done.

Left me waiting to order in the drive through for approximately 15 minutes. Tried speaking to manager however, she stood by as the employee basically said “I told you to wait” These people obviously don’t know about customer service and the food isn’t great to begin with. Took my business across the street to tortilla grill which is so much better.

I usually come in the morning which is great service but this time I came around 3:20 pm smh Poor drive through service First I thought it's unsanitary and against the rules for a worker that handles food to have acrylic nails I Oder a garden salad no meat only and waited for 20 mins to get my salad I seen the two girls talking and laughing and the one making my salad had no gloves on I knew because I seen her pink & black nails I walked in and ask politely for the ladies to finish / remake my salad with gloves on I don't know why they gave me tortilla shells but ok thanks afternoon service sucks guys

I went to place an order in person, I specifically told the female at the register to make the bacon crispy on both orders but they didn’t and gave me sausage instead. I’m so disappointed because I’m always there every weekend with my family of six. But after this, I don’t think I ’ll go back. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The workers did not wear gloves. I saw the cook handle raw burger patties with his bare hand, then turn right around and stick his whole hand in the shredded cheese. Then, one cook took hand rubbing his fingers through his hair and handled the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions with his bare hands. I was so disgusted that I decided to ask for a refund. We decided not to eat here. The last time we went, everyone had gloves on except for one cook. I told the manager, and then he put gloves on.

First time I visit there. The menu look quite inviting so I went ahead and ordered a vegetable omelette with sourdough and cottage cheese. However, when my omelette arrived I waited for my cottage cheese and my toast. 15 minutes later no toast no cottage cheese. Finally I after requesting my cottage cheese twice for it, it was brought to me. It had a sour taste, it was inedible. So then I had to go up to the counter and stand there waiting for my toast. They had just started my toast 15 minutes after I had received my omelette which at this time was already cold. My 91 year-old dad, bless his soul, ordered a ham omelette with fries. When he started eating it he complained that the fries and omelette were cold. I approached Jessie the manager about the situation. All he did was apologize and make extra excuses for his staff being short. Mind you I dine out quite a bit and it's customary if you're going to bring a meal to a customer make sure you have everything all at one time except if they ask for condiments. That's only common practice.

I am feeling quite disappointed. I typically go to Tom's for breakfast, but today was a frustrating experience. Our order arrived 15 minutes late, which set a negative tone for the meal. When the waiter finally brought out my waffle, it was cold. I requested that the waitress warm it up, but she responded with a noticeable attitude. Overall, I'm unhappy with the service I received today.

The food was horrible and dry. I got a breakfast meal with home fries that were so dry and not seasoned. And then the sausage seemed like it was frozen beforehand. It was not a good experience at all

Went through the drive thru and ordered my children two chicken strip dinners tonight. My daughter found two fingernails in her fries. I called them back for a refund, manager is off now. They won’t issue a refund for giving my 8 year old fingernails in her french fries, they offered me credit that’s valid for two weeks like I’d want to eat here again.

I placed my order they made it wrong I took it back to them and employees was so rude and her facial expressions on top of that were so hateful. So another employee brings my food and it still wasn't right so I go back to the counter and employee sends a different employee I told her look this is the 2nd time I am bringing my order back because it was made wrong so she said the cook made it the way you asked for it so I said really if that were so I wouldn't have to bring you back my order. So I said to her please refund me my money she says I need your receipt so I said I wasn't given a receipt so she says we'll I need the receipt or I will not be able to give you your money back. So finally here come another employee and says what is the problem here. So I explained to her what had happened so she tells the first employee to give me a refund so the employee tells her she doesn't have a receipt the other employee says it's okay just give her a refund. All this time spent back and forth just to get my money refunded for an order there cook couldn't make right. I will never go back to this restaurant period.

Stopped by for lunch and I’ve never left so disappointed with the food quality. Found hair on my onion rings (which were honestly horrible) and burger was extremely charred. When paying at the register, I noticed everything was coming out burnt (even the hashbrowns were coming out black in the background). Hardly ever have to say this but I will never be coming back to this specific location ever again. Ruined my appetite and ruined my image of this place.

My meal in which I asked for the eggs separate. I'm not one to usually complain, but when I asked for eggs on the side separate it appears to have upset the staff. And, when I received my order, my eggs were underneath everything on my plate. I would say this is very bad customer service.

Came in with a positive mentality thinking it was going to be a good meal alternative to fast food like McDonald’s or jack I got a bacon cheeseburger it’s from 0-10 it was horrible 😦 very tasteless. Burger very hard bread 🍞 very dry no flavor it was packed wit onions 🧅 very unsatisfying burger 🍔 will no longer eat at this place sorry but u guys can do better!! I left most of it couldn’t eat it.
