This would be my last choice for eating there. There's no restroom service, and it's not because of a lack of water, as their sign claims. They give you two packets of ketchup per pizza, according to a young woman who told me—I mean, seriously?! Two packets of ketchup per pizza?! No dan las bolsas de picante que dan en todas las demás tiendas de la misma. Aunque lo solicites te dan la pizza solamente sin nada de picante. Y te las niegan con mala cara.

It's always the same when I come to this place, but today it really bothered me. I always go for the drive-thru because it's faster at other places and they always have someone there for it. The problem is, when I get there, they finish serving the customer and close the window, leaving me waiting. But today was the same. Even though I stood right next to the window with three people there, nobody helped me. The worst part is that even though they couldn't take my order, they laughed. I don't mind them laughing for a while, but not while someone is waiting and they're practically ignoring them. That's what bothers me most. I hope they improve this.

I ordered the Hawaiian Duo, which is supposed to be a combination pizza, half pepperoni, but it didn't have the pepperoni topping. I also ordered creamy pizza, and they didn't have it either. They shouldn't be promoting it. And to top it off, they never have change. Bad service... terrible wait time... bad customer service. I wanted to remove a topping from one pizza and add another to a different one, obviously with the extra cost that this implies... but they told me it wasn't possible (considering that I never had any problems at other branches)... they told me it wasn't possible because they were already made... when it came time to pay they made me wait because they were just about to make my order 😒😒😒!!... so why didn't they make my order?? The excuse was that it was already made and ready for delivery... but they still made me wait 20 minutes...
