I like this Starbucks quite a lot. Not a lot of places offer outdoor seating around here, and they've got it. There is not much seating space inside, but this place has a busier drive-thru than anything.

Amazing hot and iced coffee drinks with sweet baked goods for breakfast and some egg or sandwich to go bento boxes. Faithful reliable to go with clean and face covered staff make a fun choice for daily caffeine 😀

Came in when it was INSANLEY busy. Marisol (probably spelled that completely wrong sorry) was AMAZING. She was juggling 70 things at once with a smile on her face. I had a short wait inside and one of her coworkers cashed me out bc she had to beautifully and graciously deal with what I can only imagine was an accidentally messed up order from earlier that called in. She then came to me when I was waiting for my coffees and apologized for my wait while still doing a million things. She is INCREDIBLE and made my rough morning turn around immediately. So so so impressed.

I stop here every morning on the way to work and the drive thru staff is always very pleasant and upbeat, not forced and not over the top. Service is quick except when someone in front of you is ordering 5 fancy Foo Foo coffee's at the drive thru. Come on people the drive thru is not the place to get coffee for the office, go inside!

I go here almost every morning for coffee (and sometimes breakfast). I wish I could remember the Barista's name. I have hearing loss and in this pandemic, lip reading is very difficult. I had a hard time hearing her. She either read my "hearing impaired" mask or picked up quickly that I am hard of hearing. She signed something that I realized later was "name". (I never learned sign language) To my barista this morning, thank you! I can't tell you how much I appreciate it! ☺️

I come to this Starbucks every morning before work. The employees are so fabulous. I have never had a bad experience! Katie in particular is so amazing. Thank you for your incredible customer service!

Love this location. Wonderful baristas who are always in great spirits. They are quick getting customers in and out and always have smiles on their faces. The whole atmosphere is great. Very positive. Will definitely be going back to this location.

They always make the best Starbucks coffee anywhere in my area. You must use the drive-thru unless you have a handicap sticker and the parking is very limited it sometimes if you hit it a busy time it is super busy but it goes fast

This is the best place I can go and do work, or be on my computer. Drink coffee. Love the environment here. Very mellow, great staff, very clean store, and food and coffee are the best than anything around here. Lastly, it feels like a vacation, I can definately go here after a stressful, long day at work and my problems feel like they float away. Thank you Starbucks for my getaway after work 😊

This one's opened the latest in the area, and the baristas are quick and good. The drive-thru is accurate and fast. It's got solid wifi and plenty of good places to write. I've finished more than one manuscript here. Update: I spent a lot of time here writing pre-Covid, and the service hasn't suffered! They are quick, attentive, and make a smooth cup of what you need. The space has been cleared for covid restrictions, so there's nowhere to sit at all but plenty of room to stand in good social distance. The parking lot is often tight quarters though so it's either a little bit of a walk or a longish weight in a drive-thru line you can't escape. The coffee is worth it, though

I've been drinking quite a bit of Starbucks recently. I had a gift card in my email I forgot about and went on a real treat spree. I love that they carry Teavana teas and that they have a selection of Vegetarian foods now. The staff here was great, the drinks were fantastic. Always a pleasant experience.

It's always a pretty great experience, this is more personal, but I feel for the amount of business and traffic there isn't enough space. Also when going through the drive through expect a wait. They have the typical Starbucks routine where one or two people are making drinks so whoever's cup gets there first gets made first. The staff is always super nice and really happy to be there !

Stopped here around 7 am on a weekday. Not too busy inside, which helped with the relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. Staff was equally chill and helpful, despite the conatant drive-through activity. This Starbucks feels well-run, with happy employees. I enjoyed my stop here.

I have not had a tasty made with perfection caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino in a very long time. Yesterday I stop there for a pick me up. Whoever made my drink yesterday blessed my day. It was so good, took me back to the very first time I had it. So far every time I get a drink there it’s been pretty awesome.

The Latham Starbucks has the most polite morning drive-thru employee ever! She is so friendly and welcoming. She makes it so one ever feels like they're causing them a bad day. All drive-thrus should have employees like this!

Went through the drive-thru and the line was very busy- but heather greeted me quickly and still somehow got me my sandwich in less than 30 seconds, even though she had been bumped into and was covered in caramel. Super impressed. Merry Xmas!

I visited a Starbucks in my top three in the capital region after a two-month absence. A store manager greeted me warmly, asking where I had been. She retrieved a scarf I had left two months ago, which they had saved for me. This gesture made me feel valued and appreciated. The staff at this Starbucks is friendly and welcoming. The store is clean and the service is quick. I often find people stopping to discuss my art, and I leave artwork as tips. It’s conveniently located across the street from Nemer Volkswagen. There’s ample seating, free Wi-Fi bathrooms, and outside seating. Handicap accessible parking and entrances are available. They also have a drive-through and a new falafel sandwich that’s delicious. Come visit and say hi!

Throughout my workday travels, I go to many Starbucks locations, and the staff at this location are the best. Every Friday, I order almost $100 in drinks and they always have them out in a timely manner. Customer service/Quality of drinks are 10/10

All you have to do is mention the name Starbucks and people automatically know the coffee is awesome! While it may be a little bit pricey, I certainly don't mind paying for quality! Because that's all you get here is quality coffee and other beverage drinks! The staff is incredibly helpful as well as friendly and courteous. You can't get this at the other coffee places. This Starbucks place is a real up-and-comer, I guess! I've heard they come all the way from Seattle! Quite busy at the drive-thru, so be prepared for a wait.

Went to drive thru. The person in front of me had a large order & should have gone inside. Made entire line wait with their multiple bags & trays of drinks (for anyone who doesn't realize, that's rude). Normally, this drive thru is relatively fast & efficient. There was a pothole in their drive thru, but I think that's been fixed. They've gotten my order right on each visit!

Just want to give a shout out to the manager, Liz. I placed a mobile order today that I had my husband pick up for me. He didn’t know what I ordered and therefore had no idea it was incorrect until he brought it to me. I still drank it and wasn’t going to call and complain (I hate complaining), but then remembered my drink was almost $10 and it should have been made correctly. I called the store and spoke with Liz. She was very professional, kind and understanding. She was quick to offer refund or replacement and was apologetic. I appreciate the way she handled the situation.

The barista was friendly and fast but the Latham location is pretty small. There isn't a lot of seating. They do have a patio area, but it could definitely use a hosing off to clean up the tables and chairs.

Clean place with great customer service. Free WiFi but personal space is at a premium at this Starbucks. It's best to get your white chocolate ice coffee (with whipped cream) and some great pastry to go.

What guys it's just another Starbucks. What do you want me to say? If you haven't been to Starbucks yet then I don't know what to tell you. It's not like they screw up more than the other Starbucks does. I haven't noticed that they're better than any other Starbucks. They're just right next to my house. They're the closest Starbucks to me. I guess that makes them the best one

Very cozy with lots of sitting availability both inside and outside. Good location for working during the week. In weekends the place gets a bit crowded and noisy and therefore not ideal for working. The staff are very professional and quick. I never had wait more that 2 mins to get my drink even when the place was really crowded.

One thing I like about this Starbucks is that it's fully staffed. They don't have a skeleton crew like you see at some Starbucks, but they are always busy. The drive-thru is usually backed up 5 cars and the indoor area is packed with people. If you're worried about covid, this might be a concern since the tables are right next to the line to the register and, obviously, noone is required to wear a mask while eating. It's impressively fast service though, considering how busy they are.

The drive through was a bit of a slow experience but it was probably because of low staffing after the holidays. The drinks overall tastes great and I would come back. The only thing is that the blonde americano I ordered definitely was just the regular americano.

This Starbucks can be a bit loud for work. I made a specific order because I am lactose intolerant and watched the lady put 2% milk in my drink. When I questioned her about it, she told me she did not! I literally watched her do and then hand it to me! Also, the bathrooms there are not kept clean. The other batista there are amazing and usually would just fix the drink if they made it wrong. I really didn't want to end on the sour note because they were awesome there it was just that one lady who ruined my drink.

This Starbucks has good service if you're looking for quick breakfast food and getting some morning coffee. The servers are quick with their delivery and do their job well. On the inside, there are places to sit, have a cup of coffee and do work. The music is lively and engaging to keep one motivated to do work.

The cappuccino was very good but too hot to drink. It should be served ready to drink. I tried the egg bacon sausage wrap for the first time but was disappointed. I didn’t like the potatoes. However, there are many breakfast choices that I like.

Far superior to Dunkin donuts, though pales in comparison to the Starbucks i visited in Seattle in 2001, before they spread like a virus. And spending over $10 for 2 medium coffees and the Starbucks equivalent of an "Egg McMuffin"?! A sad day... c'est la vie. Still, as mentioned earlier, much better than its biggest rival in this area

For a Starbucks service here is slow, and that should say something. Also when trying to address a drink, which being a nitro with a splash of almond milk, was made incorrect staff and management ignores customers. Corporate did refund it which made this visit ok, but I would advise you to avoid this location.

One of the better locations in the area, it has the nicest dining are to sit down in. However lately, every time I’ve come in, they’ve had a serious fly issue. Tons of flies behind the counter, in the food case, around the dining area.

Most Starbucks employees are so happy and friendly. On three separate occasions, around 10am or 11am, I have had my food thrown at me by the same girl? The first time it happened, I figured she was having a bad day? It happens to everyone! Nope?! I guess she's always in a bad mood? There is another older lady who does the drive through on the weekends who is also very unfriendly and acts like your debit card is filthy?? Then get a new job! I'm honestly shocked. I go there all the time because I love Starbucks?! Now I'm trying not to go to this location, because it's honestly not okay to get this type of service repeatedly. Everyone else there is so amazing.

The Starbucks itself is nice, typical Starbucks atmosphere with the peaceful aroma. I ordered a hot drink and it was cold. They were out of any coffee except dark roast and they were also out of ingredients to make a hot chocolate. This leads to limited options. Service was subpar when I asked what they would suggest since they were out of everything I got a dead stare and a " We don't have much"

I ordered the Bacon, Gouda and Egg breakfast sandwich. It was okay. The size of the sandwich was very small. Wait time was about 5 minutes. The restrooms were pretty gross. They need a good scrubbing. Staff was very friendly.

Not a great parking lot. You will get blocked in by the wrapped drive thru. This location often closes due to staffing issues consistently so good luck trying to get coffee at all.

Worst Starbucks in the area. Service is consistently unreasonably slow. Last time I was in waiting for my order 3 drive thru orders came back as wrong. Staff is not very good, service is slow and often wrong. This place is best avoided.

I am currently sitting at this Starbucks eating a dry and chewy sandwich. When I approached the barista about some mustard or mayonnaise, her response was: "I'm sorry, I really wish I had something for you but we don't supply condiments." "So you sell sandwiches, but nothing to put on them?" "Yes." ...I'm not really sure that at a "high-end" establishment like Starbucks I would feel entirely comfortable slinging out my bottle of mustard from home just so I can eat a sandwich. Get it together Starbucks.

Simply the best coffee shop around:) The employee was very ill and still allowed to work today. Nobody I should be allowed to wait on customers, especially without gloves on;( I was very shocked to witness a kid so sick and still put back on duty, after her break. Seems the health dept would not be happy either;(

Visit this location fairly regularly. Staff is generally friendly. Store and seating however, is consistently dirty. Most recent visit Management was unnecessarily on a power trip, and was difficult and condescending to me for no reason.

7 people were working yet it took 20 minutes to get an ICED BLACK COFFEE ... which I asked for with light ice and got extra ice. None of this is exaggerated. I understand things get busy but I went at 3PM and it was not during a double star event or anything of the sort. I much prefer the smaller location down the road.

Honestly the worst starbucks i’ve ever been too & it’s consistently bad. The drive thru line is never less then 10-15 minutes long, then you finally get to the speaker to order and they’re 9 times out of 10 out of what you want to order. And what you do order, is usually incorrect. This place needs new management ASAP

Drinks were not kids temp and no whipped cream on the vanilla creme. Out of most food items. Baristas we're friendly enough but didn't really seem like they knew what was going on in their own store. Definitely wasn't like this when mel was store manager.

All I am saying is that the people in line in the store need to take priority over the online orders. I waited 20 minutes to get one grande americano meanwhile the mobile orders for people who are not physically there in the store being filled and stacking up. Now it appeared that there was only one station set up to make the drink orders, shouldn’t there be an online order barista and a barista filling the orders of the people physically in the store. I completely wanted to walk out I already paid and tipped though. Starbucks need to take a lesson from other businesses doing mobile orders like Chipotle, they have a completely separate section for the mobile orders and it runs smooth. The staff and quality of the product was great management needs to better organize and help his staff with prioritization of orders.

I wish I could be giving a better review to this Starbucks because every time I see the workers they look like they are working hard.But unfortunately every single time I order my drinks from here the drinks are never correct.The coffee is always too dark or too light and the refreshers and other drinks are always never properly mixed .My pink drink that I got this morning and the past few times I got my drink from here, it is always wayy too dark and the two liquids seem to be separating and curdling in the drink.Every time we go to this Starbucks it’s never a good experience and I am not the type of person to even leave reviews .But every single time I go it’s just so disappointing.

Issues with cold sandwich on 3 separate occasions and when I address the issue very nicely I'm looking at like I'm lying then. The one day it was actually thoroughly warmed up it was burnt. This Starbucks has the nicest staff but the way the sandwiches are cooked is not like the other locations

This is the slowest Starbucks around time and time again. They mess up orders constantly and the staff can barely type the order in without asking what it was over and over. If you can go do a different location do it! I regret every time I have the misfortune of being here.

Time and time again they can't follow the simple additions on their labels and don't add something to the drink, which happens far too often here. Whether it's 850am or 8pm, far too many incorrectly and not overly difficult drinks over the last several months :(

I’m going to ignore the wait. But clearly you only have one or two people working if you have to lock the door and turn off online ordering. One order is being taken every ten minutes. Hire more people and stop using and abusing the ones you have.

This Starbucks has to be the worst Starbucks of all Starbucks. Besides waiting for over 20-30 minutes, they constantly make your drinks wrong. I ordered a Cafe mocha & I get a drink with coffee, milk, & sugar. I was like okay just one mistake & I got a refund since it was through Uber Eats. So I try again the next day, I ordered the same drink & this time it was the Cafe Mocha with no expresso. I asked for double. It was just warm chocolate milk. I love how they print out the drinks with instructions & still get it wrong. LOL

There where 7 baristas working. The customer support partner was on register. Three people in line. Two of those where partners then me. The register person took care of the partner in front of me then went to brew coffee cause the timer went off. Then never came back to register. I stood there for five minutes then I left. With that many partners your service should be better. I know cause I was a partner back in 2001 and work in a store till recently.

By far the slowest place ever to get a delivery. Even for a order with a single drink you will be waiting over ten minutes minimum no problem. Not a one time thing this place is constantly the slowest pickup spot in the Albany area by far. Obviously deliveries are at the bottom of their priorities but those are customers waiting on the other end for their orders as well.

Want to find a dirty, disorganized and painfully slow Starbucks then run here. This store is perpetually filthy. Apparently they lack storage at this location because boxes are always stacked out on the sales floor. They half block the perpetually empty and visably dirty food display. The topper are the fruit flies I last saw in the case. Oh and believe it or not they never have hot coffee. As in Pike. You know their signature item. Honestly , Starbucks for what you charge you have qualitatively degraded over the years.

Worst location by far. The register was down, so they were only accepting mobile orders or drive-thru orders, where you never wait less than half an hour for one drink. The place is a mess inside. Every time I have ever been to this location, they are overworked and understaffed, and my drink is never made correctly.

They don’t know what matcha latte is lol. Worse matcha drink I’ve ever had, the New Scotland location is way better. My matcha looked grey :) and when I asked to fix it they still didn’t get it right. They looked at me crazy when I requested for more matcha. Bathroom is disgusting and tables are sticky and gross.

First of all very rude one employee I'm a uber eats driver picking up .. I ask her or employee can u let me know which drink was with pickup .. She tells me with a attitude they all have names and obviously I knowledge that but u said to her the drinks are all over the place the drinks are not with all the customers food .So just being respectful I didn't want to touch everybody food .. All I have to say the employee didn't have to have a attitude about it ... The employee or employees need to learn more good customer service these days..

When they get the order right it's good. When they don't, it's a bad experience. I ordered online. Thought drive through would be a better pickup option rather than in-store, that was a mistake. After 15 minutes in line, got my order (which was 20 minutes old by now), only to discover after I got back home they left off one of the drinks. Why they don't repeat your order back to you is beyond me. I swear every time I forget to double check the order something is always missing.

Horrible service lady was extremely rude in the drive thru “Anything else” after each drink said with extreme attitude Drinks didn’t even look right or taste right Strawberries were missing from drink and she didn’t seem to care when told Dragon drink didn’t even look right or taste right . Never coming back . So much for spending $30 on four drinks .

I've tried to get coffee at this location on 3 separate occasions and the drive-thru is a 20+ minute wait. This Starbucks staff needs to figure out how to be efficient because the standard of service is unacceptable.

Placed an online order for in store pickup like I always do. Got to the Latham store and a sign on the door said drive thru only due to low staff number for the day. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting to pick up the order that was probably sitting on the counter getting warm. Then had the awful experience of Justin at the window. How are you today? He asked. Not good I replied, I didn’t know I was going to be sitting in my car for 20 minutes to pickup my order. (I never, ever use a drive thru). Sassy little punk started mouthing off at me because I wasn’t a happy customer, and I had something to say-Specifically: why didn’t the app lmk that it was drive thru only, or say on line ordering not available at this time. A girl named Emily keep saying “just shut the window”Starbucks stores post these things every day…. But this store is not following the rules. Rude Justin and ignorant Emily have zero interest in customers, and they don’t know what to do about updating the app. Thankfully Starbucks has a customer service center, and they care about things like this. I’ll go to the Shaker Rd location from now on. Everything is done well there and the employees are outstanding.

This store doesnt even deserve a star! Very slow and doesnt have any order. They dont follow the line the staff should make orders according when it was ordered but NO! she just make coffee/ shake according to what she wants and the manager is worst too. Instead of fixing and asking whats going on she Just side comment “thats How it works”! unprofessional and ethical staffs. Except the one at the counter she is the Nice one.

I will be going to another location or giving my business to another company instead of starbucks. This location is always a bad experience every time. Waited 35 minutes for 2 drinks. One of which was an ice chai, and as an ex-starbucks employee it is one of the easiest. Starbucks is a "treat" and is expensive to me, so when the order is wrong it is disappointing. After the long wait I did not have time to have them remake my drink. Previous visits at this store the wait has been incredibly long whether it is very busy or a little. I understand there are staffing shortages but the employees seeme confused and disorganized.

They do not care about the customers inside the Cafe. All the care about is the drive through people. And it shows!!!!!

This place is ridiculous. It regularly takes 20-30 minutes for an order. The staff moves like molasses. If people are waiting instead of working mobile orders of people who aren't here and letting them get cold. Ask who's here and work on their orders. Often have staff standing around looking confused. Hate coming here.

Extremely rude to customers and my cup had crack right down the middle.— went through the drive through around noon time ( long line but I get it, it was lunch hour) women started to shout at me to speak up.. ok I get it, it was hard to hear but there’s nicer way to say things. I get to the window I notice my drink was made wrong. The women who wasn’t the one who spoke to me at the intercom told me that’s how it was ordered… didn’t make sense at all and could’ve been an easy fix without any initial attitude. Second time I’ve been to this Starbucks and the coffee is never made right.

They made us a hot egg sandwich then they placed it directly into a bag with no wrapping. When we got home the sandwiches were all stuck to the bag so you would have to eat paper with your egg. We also got piping hot coffee that leaked all over all the way home, we later found out they doubled the cups and the lids were being pushed up just enough for the coffee to leak out.

I used to live down here and dealt with this nonsense all the time. I stopped for a coffee, because I was in the area. Tell me how the drive-thru line is still like 14 cars deep? How have y’all night gotten a staff that knows how to make and serve coffee, yet. It really is not that difficult, I used to work a Starbucks. They also never make the drinks right. There’s either the recipe way or the way the customer asks for it. How do you deviate from that constantly??? lol just so funny

Updated: Nobody listen to your orders but quick to ask for tips. nothing have change here. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frap with oat milk, instead I received a vanilla bean frap. Always check your drink label if you have allergy. Good luck Hit and miss sometimes. Starbucks prices keep going up while drinks quality keep going down. It’s not worth paying overpriced for mediocre drinks.

Ordered a venti and they didn’t fill it even either one of our beverages close to the top. The prices are already expensive to be short on the actual beverage is crazy!!

The worse Starbucks I ever been to in my life. They have no clue how to make their drinks. Also, the sweet cream tasted expired, my espresso was watered down, and the “warm” pumpkin loaf was cold and tasted expired as well. No effort or care

Slow drive through. Drink not mixed properly. I had to keep the straw in the center to try to get all the flavors. Breakfast sandwich also made crooked. It was bland and bacon uncooked. They don't wear gloves. Overpriced. Do yourself a favor and go to the McDonald's around the corner and get the same things but much better. When McDonalds is much better, you know you have a problem.
