At night I think out of all of the jack in the boxes I go to, this one I like the most. I can't remember the ladies name but she is there every night and she always provides great customer service as well conducting frequent business on a professional level. I always get a nice greeting and a suggestion whenever I pull up. Food is great, doesn't taste like it was left out and dried up. Overall I recommend going to this JITB.

Absolutely impeccable. The pinnacle of the dining experience. Spicy Sauced and Loaded Fries(tm)(R), truly, are one of mankind's greatest inventions. Edit: sadly the Spicy Sauced and Loaded fries have been discontinued and my disappointment is immeasurable.

I had a problem with my air conditioning in my car. I wasn't even a customer of Jack and the Box and the manager not only lent me a screwdriver but then found me some wire, some tape and a zip tie to repair the switch in my car. I cannot believe how helpful this manager was. Best manager ever. I'm thinking raise time!

We've already had great experiences at this location. Great, prompt service as well as hot and fresh food. There is a sign to reach the manager of you have an issue. Other locations should emulate what this location is doing right.

The food was well made, the late night shift has gotten their stuff together, the food has gotten so much better. Honestly the food at night time is way better than the day shift's. There is typically a line, but my order has always been hot and made correctly to order after 12am

Best Jack in the Box I've had. Food is fresh, fries taste like they just came off the fryer, sourdough jack had perfect crispy bacon. I wish my hometown jintb was this good. Staff are courteous and easy going. Judging by the other reviews, though, don't come here late at night.

I am absolutely love Jack in the Box!!! I've been going to this location for years and the food is always bussin. The people who work there are always friendly and attentive. The food is always hot, fresh, and cooked to perfection. I mean, where else can you get a juicy burger, crispy tacos, and a side of curly fries all in one place?! The value is unbeatable and the quality is consistently high. I've tried almost everything on the menu and I'm never disappointed. The boba tried it, loved it. The coffee tried it, loved it. The fries tried it, loved it. The curly fries tried them, loved them. All the chicken sandwiches tried them, loved them. Can’t forget the tacos either, loveee them. The breakfast items are a game-changer - the bacon and egg sandwich on a toasted bun is my go-to! And don't even get me started on the shakes... creamy, thick, and utterly divine. No cap. I've converted all my friends and family into Jack in the Box fans and we always make it a point to stop by whenever we're in the area. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a quick, delicious, and satisfying meal. Great service but the line took long only 2 people in front of us but it was ok

To Be honest Jack in the box is the only place that is open 24 hours. That alone stands above all other fast food chains. Not everybody works normal work hours and Jack in the box comes in for the save every time I need a fast meal at 2:00 a.m. I appreciate it Jack in the box because those early mornings call for a iced coffee and you guys always are ready to serve.

Daisy, the manager, is great. She always gives me a smile when we meet. She also takes care of any issues I've had, which aren't often. Here's my shout out for her snagging me a suited Jack Jibbi charm and making me feel like a kid winning the kids meal jackpot.

Love the sourdough jack, it is my go to order when i am craving burgers. Just something magical with how they toast the sourdough on a griddle w butter, it is giving grilled cheese with burger. The sauce that they put on there... Just chef's kiss IMO and this is coming from someone who pick rice over anything. But for jack in the box. It is always the number 1 that beats the chicken teriyaki. :)

I adore Jack in the box. I’m used to the management being on top of the employees behavior. My favorite one is in pacific beach. Those guys out perform any Jack that I have visited. I was seriously hoping that this one would be up there in my ranking. Had bad service and food was wrong. Husband went in to complain. Lady was so abrupt and angry. Had to call customer service that was on the receipt. Oh well. Maybe that was a fluke, and she was having a bad day. We let it go and visited another time. Had bad service and the food was wrong, again. I am so sad that this lady is just spending her time there and hating every minute there. No pride in a job well done, nothing like that. I am a teacher and I appreciate how hard it is to accommodate some people. I don’t look down on anyone. But please if you hate your job this much, please don’t drag other people down with you. I will probably give them a third try, as they say third time is a charm. If the lady is still there, I guess I will stop trying for now.

Nice and fast service, one thing, always check your bag, minor mistakes made rarely, like getting orders wrong. But that's bound to happen anywhere. Overall good place.

Food is good. Place is normally clean and the customer service has always been good. 4 stars because a lot of times you have to wait forever in the drive thru. But all in all good service and good food.

What can you say? It's fast food. However the spicy chicken tenders are off the hook. In a pinch. The lines here take forever but not as bad as McDonald's across the street

I had the chicken pita and a special halloween orange-vanilla soda mix from the machine. The pita sandwich could have used more lettuce, but it was good. I was still hungry, so I asked Tony, the guy behind the register, what was the best chicken dish. He said the grilled chicken club sandwich and the chicken teriyaki bowl. I got the bowl and it was good also, but could have used more broccoli and slightly less sauce. The restaurant area and the bathrooms we're both very clean.

This is still one of my favorite fast food chains.. It's almost like Jack in the Box really is looking out for us

The place is just like all the other Jack's. Food made to order, friendly staff and order came right out. Food was good and the place was not packed on a Saturday about noon time. The men's restroom was a bit of a mess.

Fast and friendly service. Order was accurate and fresh. Aside from the garbage cans being full it was a very good experience. The bathrooms were even clean and serviceable. By the way, they do not serve their food on ceramic plates as pictured.

Food was cooked fresh and tasted good. Drove thru and ate in our car in the parking lot. When finished my husband went to throw our garbage away and there were no waste bins in the parking lot. We had to use one inside the restaurant.

Or first time having food from Jack in the Box. Ordered bacon cheese burger, fries, onion rings and a chicken wrap. The wrap had no shortage of chicken. The onion rings were a little greasy but had good flavour. The poor young lady serving us was run off her feet. She was running the drive through and the counter by herself and it was a little busy.

I came in to buy a Coke. The young woman behind the counter was helpful and courteous, and when I looked puzzled when my small soda rang up at just over $3.00, she replied, "and that's with our Senior Discount." I'm sticking with the AM/PM $1.25 sodas from now on!

Online App stated brown rice in the rice bowl, but it was white when I went to eat it. I know it usually is, but I was hoping for brown. I thought maybe it was a new feature. Nope! Guess the App is wrong! Food was good as usual except for that. Service in the drive thru is slow as usual, but that is the norm for Jack in the Box. My order was ready when I got to the window. App is convenient and nothing was missing so that's a plus!

Overall this Jack in the box is pretty good for being fast food. That said the food was made correctly I never get a order wrong from this location. The staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating better than most restaurants staff. Especially when it came to my allergies they took great care. As for quality of food and taste it is fast food quality.

We went through the drive-through to get a quick bite on our way from Sacramento to Salinas. The drive-through had quick, courteous staff, and everyone appeared to do their job efficiently. The food arrived hot and fresh, and the menu items were all correct. The totals on the charges were also correct and the change was processed correctly. So all in all everything appeared to go about as it should go. I didn't go inside to see how the inside of the store looked, or use the restroom so I can't comment upon those things. The outside of the store looked clean and presentable with no refuse or litter anywhere. The only thing I have to criticize really, is that I didn't get any taco sauce for my tacos, and I think the speaker could have worked a little better. I think the best thing about this Jack in the Box though, was their staff. They just were very pleasant and personable as well as being competent. I would stop here again anytime.

Only two people work this location after 10PM.. So if you have 30 minutes or more to burn to wait for food to hopefully not be cold.. This is the place for you.. Side Note: Staff was super friendly and apologetic for the slow drive thru time..

The burger(Jumbo Jack) meal wasn't what I expected 😥😟 the meat didn't taste good at all! Tasted spoiled, we're from out of town and on our way farther out, we won't be going back again, their fries were hot & good though

Chicken sandwich was good. However buyer beware: Water for fountain drinks is not filtered and nasty. You can tell if you get a non dark brown drink. Also staff at most Jack in the boxes don't know how to select sparkling water drinks from their own machine. These drinks are flavored and carbonated with no sweetener, not flat with some sweetener. Try that with nasty tasting water or something unclean in their machine. We shouldn't have to pay for that.

Husband- 4:30am Got the bacon ultimate cheeseburger meal with water instead of soda because I was going to have a long day away from home. I ordered at the drive-through and asked for buttermilk, then asked again at the window for buttermilk and still didn't get any. Not only that, the bacon was so thin, it was see-through, and the water tasted contaminated, like sink water. I had to throw the water out. Word of advice, Jack, get better bacon and make sure your filtration system is clean. Don't let Wendy's show you up with her baconator. (Because she just did) 3:30pm

The facilities are in need of a deep cleaning. Floors to windows, tables to chairs were extremely dirty. If thr dinning room is dirty, then it makes you wonder what the kitchen environment is like.

Was a walk in, no one at the register, had to tap my card on the counter to get service. Food took a really long time, I think they had forgotten my order, walked up to the counter and the lady was like oh, and started putting it together. The cheese and bacon were all in a clump, and even on the outside of the clamshell, getting the bag and my hand dirty.

When to the drive true they forgot my 🍟 food was not all cook the tacos was some cold inside she put more ice then soda

Horrible, I had to repeat my order 3 times at the drive thru. Waited in the drive thru almost 20 minutes and there was only one car before us.. Got to the window and they still messed up. Didn't give or offer any sauce for my strips and didn't put any napkins in the bag.

They got my order wrong, my food wasn't that great and then on top of it they didn't give us part of our order. 🤬 When I got the Oreo milkshake it was barely even shaken and I told the girl I asked her why there's it's mostly vanilla ice cream and she said oh it must be the machine, that's it, no let me try to fix it, let me run it through the machine again. Nothing. Won't be going back to this one that's for sure!!!

Food was passable, but definitely not fresh. Drive-thru took forever and order wasn’t quite right. Good in a pinch late at night, but not somewhere I’d go regularly.

Pretty slow service which is a surprise since its not in a busy area. When i was inside it was me and two other people and it still managed to take longer than it should. I dined in and all the tables had crumbs and grease marks on them. The bar is low for fast food joints so I guess Im to blame for expecting a little bit better.

I purchased a breakfast burrito and it was much dryer than I expected as the sauce was missing. Attention to detail is important for customer satisfaction. It is sad that promo menu items that are good are only available for a short time instead of just increasing the price a bit. Bad for business and disrespectful of loyal customers. I still want mushroom or onion burgers or breakfast bowls (with an improvement). Stop throwing bacon in my face.

The food was OK for fast food. But the over all wait was ridiculous for 1 cheeseburger and fries. They seemed to be short staffed.

Garbage! 3 cars in front of me, and I was still in line for 27 min until I got to the window. I wasted my whole lunch break there in line, and I was 10 minutes late coming back!

I love J.I.T.B...this review isn't for all locations,however this particular Jack in the Box, has got my order entirely wrong,after asking me if everything looks right on the screen,still getting it wrong. Not just on 1 occasion. Also sometimes the drive thru employee has been quite rude and today she did not wait for my hand to be fully extended to receive my change, after having dropped my change,she didn't even attempt to apologize. And almost all the time.....my fries have been old with just a few fresh fries on top. Secrets out guys find a new way to sneak old food into new orders..lol

This is by far the worst location I’ve ever visited. Paola and her staff are very unprofessional and inexperienced.... After standing at the counter for nearly ten minutes I had to ask if someone planned on taking my order. Afterwards I got very poor service. When I asked for the number to corporate she paces to the back for ten minutes returning to the front to tell me she can’t find the number and that her manager would be in the next morning. This entire crew needs to be unemployed until they learn better customer service skills.

THIS IS THE WORST JACK IN THE BOX. Always has cold food or rewarmed soggy fries. Buns on ANY burger or sandwich is always old. I've never had any hot food there. It's the only Jack's near me and I don't know why I keep giving it another go. Just spent $50 bucks on food there and not one thing was good. Not even the sodas. Sad because Jack's is my go to fast food. Learned my lesson after today. Won't be going back

The slowest jack in he box I have ever been to. I had two cars in front of me, and I was in the line for exactly 14 minutes after I gave my order and before I was at the window. I felt like I had to go back and re-fill up my gas tank. Incredibly slow.

Slowest drive through jack in the box in the world. I work nights near by and i use to go every night and get great food. Now the night time drive through takes forever. If there are cars infont of you expect a 20 to 45 minute wait at the minimum. Most of the time the line is 5 to 6 cars long before you even get to the ordering speaker. You could drive to jack in the box in manteca on main order food amd be back in lathrop before lathrop would serve you. I have timed it.

For almost 17.00 it was the worst Breakfast Platter Combo! The eggs were burnt which I paid double because I asked for extra Scrambled eggs. The Hashbrown was nasty stale bacon dry and barely warm. The sausage patty was half cooked half pale in color the French Toast Stix were gross and barely warm stale bread!! I threw it right into the trash as soon as I looked at it!! I would not even give that to a Homeless person!! Let alone the overall presentation and service was gross! The cashier at drive-thru hair was a mess her fingers were dirty and the other person who handed me the bag was rude and short spoken when I ask for napkins a fork and Syrup! Terrible customer service. Walked into front counter and was not even greeted. Waited 15 minutes before even taking our order and there were no other customers in the lobby or drive thru at all. Did not give our drinks first til we asked. Even other customers that came after us were treated the same. Employees here need to work on their customer service.

I ordered chicken strips and received egg roll , after arguing with executive he said it’s my mistake to check order properly and also on receipt they charged for chicken strips. No refund or replacement. These guys should better change their staff .

Late evening order. Spend $33 waited 20 mins in drive thru and food was cold. Fries were cooked in old oil and were not warm. The meat in my burger was wet??? Undercooked...Drinks tasted as if fountain had not been cleaned. We were so disappointed that I want my money back. Usually when things like this occur we just take it as a lost. But we just made it back from the hospital and needed a pick me up. We should have just starved until day light which it was already 3am. 🙄

I went here with a coupon on my phone expecting to get a deal with the coupon. No, they refused. Hands-down spoke to the manager. Nope absolutely not. You have to have the coupon present which I think is bull crap they send it in the mail and you take a picture it should be the same thing. I will take my money somewhere else. i stopped to get some food on my way home. i was eating the curly fries until i had a funky taste in my mouth, when i spit it out i saw that it was very moldy. i looked in the box of curly fries and half of them were moldy. i mean do you guys even check the food? i also tried calling multiple times to be nice instead to just let the employees know, but no one answered the phone even though i called several times.

I ordered online, the app allowed me to pick a certain amount of sauces, when I got to the window the manager I assume, tall Indian lady dressed possibly like management definitely stood apart from regular employees, was working slowly, with a huge line and when I questioned about the sauces she said it’s only “one item I already put two in the bag” I would understand if I ordered and didn’t add any sauces and I am trying to order sauces and get them for free but no the APP allowed me to add those sauces to the order, the manager with, her Indian accent, she seemed visually irritated by me asking this question and gave me one other sauce and none of what was on my order, if that’s an issue you should email the app management team to adjust this but I am a GM of a fast food restaurant and if it’s on the ticket it goes In the bag, order accuracy and missing an incorrect items among fast food and this is why because MANAGERS decide what they want to do well that will affect your metrics and surveys so no this experience has turned me sour especially the customer service was trash and not welcoming and they had no sense of urgency when I left there were 8+ cars in the drive thru, anyways I wouldn’t go here again unless the food’s free

Got the popcorn chicken big box, hardly any food in it. Called wrong number, then yelled at me that my food was on the counter. Also didn't get any dipping sauce and when asked she gave me 3 sauce packets for 2 boxes. Well never return to this location
