I went to pick up my order from the drive thru my girl Ariela hooked me up! She was so quick and made sure to put in a perfect amount of honey packets. Really hit the spot for my munchie cravings. The quality of the food at this kfc is probably one of the best, I’d highly recommend the chicken pot pie

Today earlier I went and went through the driver through and talked to cerreny, she had great customer service and was very nice. She made it an overall great environment. Would recommend getting KFC from here!

These new managers are much better, they are attentive, friendly and kind to the customers. The change was very noticeable and it shows how much they care.

The A&W burger was really good. It was hot and fresh! Love the rootbeer!

Went thru the drive thru, staff was nice but small order made and had to wait in parking lot. It was not busy. Food was staple but the food runner was fine and awesome.

We went into the restaurant as they seemed to be with less customers on Oct 26th. We walked in and saw 1 employee working the register and 1 employee workong the drive-thru windows on a Sunday afternoon. We told the cashier our orders and spent over $30. We waiting over 30 minutes before it was acknowledged that they were running behind on restaurant placed orders but they were processing drive-thru orders much faster. One employee came back from her break during this time. But we had to wait over 30 minutes for our order. Another customer who had not placed his order yet, waited approximately 10 minutes before being acknowledged to even place his order. If you want fast service and hot food, don't come here on the weekend.

The young gentleman preparing the food had excellent customer service. However the gal, my receipt said Cerrenyp, was very rude, poor service. Maybe more training or a non customer facing position

Went at 9pm ordered food from the drive threw and it was cold. Highly unsatisfied

Worst service I've ever had! I placed an order online, and went in to pick it up. After waiting 15 minutes past my estimated pick up time, the manager asked me was I waiting for something. After telling her my name/order, she says she doesn't have the chicken. So I asked when it would be done. She told me there were 2 orders ahead of me waiting, so she doesn't know how long it will take. What?? But she couldn't refund me, so she would give me crispy instead. Definitely not what I ordered, but she gave me the impression I didn't have a choice. I'll NEVER go back there again. If I could give negative numbers on the stars, I would... and we won't even talk about the hockey puck biscuits!

This was a KFC/A&W and I was so excited as I have not been to a A&W forever. It took about 5 min for someone to talk to me and take my order. The food took about 20 min after we ordered and we got it it was not good. (Well the cheese curds were good). We all felt ill after eating. I do not recommend this location. Also if you you how good A&W onion rings are in Canada, the ones here are nothing like that.

Received wrong order even after I confirmed my order with the cashier at the drive through window. I called and she put me on hold 15 minutes. They literally did not give me anything I ordered or resolved anything because they never got back on the phone. Such bad service.

Racist business establishment. I came in to place an order at the counter but was not greeted or acknowledged by the white worker at the counter. I waited for service for over 5 minutes and another white patron came up to the counter and she immediately took his order. I asked why I wasn't served and the lady ignored me. The white customer apologized and but the cashier said not a word. I left and will not come back to this franchise brand again.

They forgot my sides and also gave me a medium drink but charged me for a large. I didn't even notice until after I got out of the shower but it had already been an hour since I ordered and they didn't belive they forgot the sides

Came in about 930 pm and ordered the special that comes with 4 sides 8 peaces of chk n a cake n 3 biscuits and curd bits waited out front for them they came out with attitude and I politely asked for sauce witch was then given a look and more attitude and when I got home I did not all of my food I only got 2 sides 4 peaces of chk and 4 biscuits how do I go about this?

I don't understand how the girls here still have a job, fast food isn't hard especially when you barely have any customers. We used the drive thru and got a kids meal and he got chili cheese fries...it's dark , we are tired so we pulled into the lot for them to eat. He open the fries and I promise u the chili literally looked like a clump of chili seasoning that was left opened in the back of a cabinet and forgotten about for a cpl years then they added cheese to soften it. It was so nasty that who ever scraped the bottom of the burnt chili warmer should be ashamed of themselves. And they also put the smallest scoop of ice cream in the boys root beer floats that we should have got a refund however, my bf is too nice soo we go back 2the drive thru & show the food and even though there was nobody in back of us they had us park( becuz he got the very last of the burnt batch) so we wait ..and wait ..until I make him go inside knowing they 4 got we were waiting ...and ... yup they did. Now he is sick. Never ever returning or going to any other one either smh

They don’t deserve a single star at all. But no other choice is there. Two days back order online, the food was supposed to be ready in 20-30 mints. App showed food is ready and I went inside to pick up food. And waited another 45 mints. And staff was not even courteous to tell us what was going on. The Worst place ever. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS KFC.

Absolute worst! You can place a mobile order, have it say it’ll be ready in 20-30. Show up an hour later to give them time because they’ve screwed up before and today they have no clue about your order. Oh…oopsie, here’s the order submission. We have to make it still. And they want to make more money that’s comparable to skilled workers? Oh oopsie, I forgot to weld that part of the bridge. Oopsie, I forgot to give grandma her insulin. Yes, I’m this mad over chicken because I’m a sleep deprived single mom that works 3 jobs on nights. Time is money.
