We absolutely loved this little place!!! Stayed here about 4-5 years ago and I still remember that fresh baked croissant from breakfast. Wonderful place, the rooms are a little outdated but the staff was wonderful and location was also great. We have been trying to get back since and we will in the future.

We has risotto and pizzas, all of which was delicious, full of flavor and portions were very filling. Mushroom risotto presentation on plate wasn’t anything special, so regrettably I won’t post a photo of it. It tasted great though.

The view from our hotel room was gorgeous. We had mountains and the lake right outside our room. A door opened onto a small shared lovely terrace. The hotel is rather remote. Not much around within walking distance. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, on an outside terrace. The food was fantastic and service was great. It was a bargain for the price we paid, and we were only there for one night.

It's a beautiful location and luckily we got the best view possible of the lake. The rooms are good sized. The hotel is very good too. We had very good dinner there. The breakfast was fantastic. The reception ladies were very helpful too. However we had to struggle to cache maps of the local areas because of the internet speed. But the main issue (probably at large in Italy) was that the people smoke a lot in the gallery area making it difficult to enjoy the view.

Inside is roomy and fancy, perhaps too fancy for our kids, but we ate outside and enjoyed it immensely. The food was great, and delivered quickly, always a benefit with hungry children. Recommended. …

The location is great - and that's what you're paying for here. The food was nice (bits were really good, other bits average) - but you are paying swiss prices. The real driver for the 3 star review was the fact that the fries I ordered as part of my main course arrived 30 minutes after we finished eating (they're the sort you buy at the supermarket - not hand crafted) and one of our party got their main course 45 minutes after the rest of us. The serving staff were pleasant and numerous - really can't understand the coordination with the kitchen. I will not go back to this restaurant.

This place is more of a restaurant with a hotel than a hotel with a restaurant. The room we got had a broken airconditioning, the weather was 35+ degrees and we paid extra for it. No new room was given to us, instead a loud fan which helped only slightly. The shower was fine and the room was clean and well kept. We went to the hotel's restaurant for dinner that night. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere, and the location is nice. The wait staff were slow and often we felt ignored. When we ordered food, it came one at a time. The pizza was good, but all other dishes did not feel fresh and lacked flavour. Breakfast the next day was super dissapointing. Bread was obviously not fresh, we were the only room downstairs and still our boiled eggs were cold and obviously not cooked that morning. I would only stay here if no other option is available. It needs a serious remanagement.

Food is not impressive: the hot octopus salad had some potatoes cooked a couple of days ago and missed any kind of vinaigrette, although they bring you a greasy bottle of oil and wine vinegar. The pizza was pretty good.

No Mascarpone at eight thirty on a Saturday. We had to wait too long for the food. They didn‘t bring the „primi“ before the „secondi“. The meat was bland and had no color at all - it seemed like a joke. We had to wait two hours for some of the food and the rest was still forgotten. After checking in like four times they brought the rest of the food. We arrived here at 8 o‘clock … The plates stayed on the table for 100 days I could go on and on … After discussing with the manager they blamed us that we oredered too many different menues - they never informed us that this would be an issue. We made reservations in the morning so they would have had time to prepare
