Love this spot! Their tuna melt is divine! I add arugula and jalapeño and it hits the spot every time! And I love that they add a little cut up fresh fruit with my order!

Delicious food that both adults and kids will love! The best salads, soups, paninis, avocado toast and muffins. My kids love the penne alla vodka, cheese ravioli and french fries. The play space is super fun for my little one--he loves it so much!

Service was quick and attentive. Food was incredible. Got the tuna melt (highly recommend), quesadilla, and iced latte. Good portion sizes and incredibly fresh and tasty food. New favorite dairy spot on central.

Fantastic vibes for the kids to run around after eating one of their Kids-Menu options. They make a wicked Philly-Cheese sandwich! Glatt Kosher !

Good food, keeps my son busy while we eat. A but cramped but that's to be expected when families are involved. All in all a solid experience we keep coming back to.

Great place to bring your child, lots of things for them to do. Haven't eaten there but had some coffee there. Wasn't good coffee for the price. But unlimited hours of play during the week sounds good.

It's $12 to get into the play area even if you order food from this restaurant (cheapskates). I ordered Ravioli and Hot cocoa. The ravioli came on time the hot cocoa I was waiting for a while and then I asked where it is and they told me that he didn't remember ordering hot cocoa. They told me that it would be ready in 5 minutes and finally got it. The rest of my family received their chocolate milks and ice coffees on time.

Expensive and out of stock. Last year I went through there sometimes in the morning for a bagel and eggs. They didn't have any bagels in stock, they buy it from some other store nearby. They are really nice people. Their costumer service is nice. They could improve a lot, they are somewhat good as is.

Kids love playing there, food is excellent. But the pricing is expensive and the workers are RUDE!!! At least get someone friendly taking orders. Honestly makes me not want to come.

They make delicious food in a simple way. It appeals to kids. The play area is lovely. It's a kid friendly environment. I know parents love it.

I would have given 3.5 stars if that was an option. As a cafe this place deserves four stars. The food is above average in an area crowded by sub par dairy cafes. Definitely some of the best food in its category in the neighborhood (I highly recomend the impossible burger and the salmon bowl). Prices are on the higher side for this kind of food but not ridiculous. As a play place though, the place is seriously lacking. Its $12 for one hour of play, regardless of if you purchase food, and there really isn't much to do. Any kid above the age of four is likely to get bored rather quickly. A younger child may have a better time, but the average play room or kids room at home is likely to have the same amenities. If say, kids can play free with a purchase of $40 in food or the price of play alone was closer to $7 or $8 I would probably give a five star review.

our office normally orders from here, and the past few orders salmon was dry, pasta had no taste and barely any sauce. Some orders missing and when we call back for them to bring them back they ask for delivery tip. Customer service is horrible

Ever heard the saying "know your audience"? To the owner: people coming to support your business deserve better. We came with friends who referred us and shortly after settling, one of the staff came to check our hand tag to see how much time we had left. She was very sharp and also not attentive. How did she already forget that we had just checked in for an hour of play. I felt so uncomfortable that I just wanted the hour to go by and leave.

By far the worst service! After multiple time reviewing the order, it is STILL incorrect. This does not happen just once, it happens often! After hours of working hard I look forward to a meal that’s at least done properly. I hope the coordination with the staff for future reference .

Overcrowded, poorly managed and very dirty for a baby/child environment. Child play area was not managed very well except when checking the expiration times. Produce was left out in the child play area next to the bathroom (zucchini & tomatoes). Most of the toys and play area was visibly dirty as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time.

we have been coming here since my daughter was 2 she is now 4 we use to love this place but the new cashier sucks she is too abrasive just assumed I had two kids and wanted me to pay for 2 kids coming around the place checking the brackets so rough in the children's hand. No personality . when u are dealing with kids you are suppose to be friendlier. she smiled and was pleasant with some and not with all . Bad for business.
