I will not be going to this donut shop again...both my donuts and donut holes were both overcooked and hard...I dont care if it was the last stop on earth. People dont want to go to a place where the atmosphere is not pleasant nor the food being overcooked. I want to enjoy my stop and the food. 🤦‍♀️😐🫤

I’ve never once had a good fresh glazed donut or donut holes. They’re always very hard, dry and stale. The other donuts and kolaches are good

Disappointed. Apple fritter bites were stale and cold. Donuts were mediocre. Bakery donuts across the street has better donuts for cheaper — go there! Will not be back.

Waited in line at the drive-through behind one person they took four or five minutes to get to him and then they took his order and then 10 minutes later still sitting there must be under staff

They got the order wrong and then was adding extra cost, and the person who made my drink put his hands in the drink cause he couldn't figure it out and of course gave me the drink thinking I was going to drink it....NOPE! Wasted my time and money there!!!!

So the lady overcharged me so I asked to get my money back for the donut I didn't receive. I could tell she got annoyed. I was telling her I was in hurry and I had to go because she was taking her time trying to give me a refund. She was very rude and she thought I didn't understand but she cussed at me in Spanish. Service is horrible here.

The worst Shipley I’ve ever been too.. they simply never have fresh donuts..this my 3rd time trying thinking maybe they’ll get it right but no!!! I even ask for a vanilla coffe dude gave me a hit chocolate m.. just horrible

Not a great Shipleys location. They don’t attend to the drive thru. They charge you for donuts you don’t receive and will not make it right. The little girl working there, Susanna, needs better training to remedy her mistakes. Save the headache, take the extra time and go to the better location on 518. Also their kolaches were super dense and seemingly proofed wrong. The donuts seemed to be days old, definitely not fresh from that day.

Old stale donut holes...regular and mixed. Ordered inside at 11:30 am. I ordered the bag of regular donut holes for my daughter, they were old and stale. She didn't like them and instead of returning them I decided to order her a set of the mixed donut holes and they too were old and stale. I went up to the counter and tried to ask for fresh mixed donut holes and was told they didn't have any fresh ones because they stop msking them at 8am. They didn't even have the decency to try to make it right and ask if they could replace it with something else. They just let me walk away upset. We will never be back to this location.
