Stopped here after the Jack in the box(Grapevine location) failed to open up at correct time. This Jack in the box (Frazier) location morning staff had great attitude and provided great customer service!!! Thank you to the morning staff from 9/3/2022

Itd be all 5's but its safe to say no Jack location has atmosphere lol this store has been my favorite from car trips across the grapevine to being up at the Frazier Park hall post and (safest place) to get fuel in the middle of the night.... or even just a nervous parent in a new area w kids!

We frequently stop here on our way to or from the Central Valley (and beyond). It's a nice stop in the mountains. We always like Jack in the Box, they have a great variety of food options. The Sausage Croissant is one of my favorites. And the egg rolls are a long time favorite too! My husband always gets onion rings. Glad this place is here.

Sunday 08/16. Really good service. Truly was her name that made it happen. Really nice and check your order before it came out. Nothing was missing. Yes you might have to wait a few min for your food but that because the food is fresh made. My burger was hot. Not warm but hot. Letting me know that the food was freshly made.

It's a bit hard to get to but it opens to a large parking lot and clean entrance. Very pleasant service members and cook staff assisting with the proper completion of your order. You can't ask for more.

I was just at this Jack n box and the staff was very nice well mannered wore gloves and both of the male supervisors were on top of everything! They had great attitudes smiled and that is what customers love! I know customers can be a pain I work in customer service! But if you keep doing what I seen this morning 99.% of the customers will be happy! I say 99 cause no matter what you do 1% of customers just complain! Great job cook supervisors and drive thru staff!

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the chicken sandwich. I had a small #12. The lettuce was crips, tomato ripe, the chicken was tender inside and crispy outside. I really enjoyed the sandwich. The curly fries weren't the freshest but I didn't care. The coke machine was fancy and high tech. The place was clean. The employees were happy and chatty with each other and to one older gentleman who seemed to be a regular. The manager even walked his food over and engaged in conversation as boring as it was. Very nice people. Very good chicken sandwich.

Hello, Before I left I had to tell the Mgr. How great his crew is. It was a great thing to see. Such hard working good people working together as a team. I am permanently disabled one young man took my garbage for me and threw it out. Just to be nice. A young mother with a baby spilled her ice and was helped without saying a word. The young lady at the register was very nice. The crew is great. So was my meal.

The young man in drive-thru (Jayme), provided stellar service—he was friendly, efficient, and attentive. From their warm greeting at the menu-board, to the moment he handed us our order; thanking us with a smile and a cheerful mood. Highly recommended, stopping by this Jack In the Box! Thank you!

Best Jack in the Box! I eat jack in the box regularly since I often drive up and down the state, this is my favorite. Every location differs in how they make their tacos and this location always delivers. The service we received on the night of 9/27/24 was exceptional as well. Hey, Jack-staff I just wanted to commend you all on how much you busted your buns to help all of us stranded/reverted travelers on 12/27/25 when I5 South (and North, but we were traveling South) was closed because of the Natural Gas 'explosion/outgassing' event in Castaic, CA last night. You were a staff of 3 and you did the absolute best that you could to help the ridiculous influx of all of us who came in cranky, hungry, and needing a space to rest while we figured out what exactly was happening to our travel route (and to make new plans if we could). You all maintained clear communication and let us know as orders stacked up that you were getting to us ASAP. From what I saw, you remained calm, cool, and polite amongst the huge crowd. When you fell behind because of the amount of orders that came in, you still remained polite and explained as best you could your situation as only the 3 of you maintained the orders. It couldn't have been easy and I hope that the majority of people who came in to see you treated you with patient respect, but I'm sure some people stressed beyond their limits may have tested your resolve. But until the point I left, which was about 8:45, you guys were still busting your buns to serve your customers to the best of your ability. Thank you. I hope at the end of your shift you felt like you'd done all you could in the circumstances, because I feel like most of we who dined with you- thought you absolutely did. ❤️ If anyone from Corporate is reading this message by any chance, please consider some kind of bonus situation for these employees because they did you proud and are no doubt among your best examples of employees in such difficult and pressured circumstances. We stopped here on Thanksgiving day (for dinner) 2024 and had such a great experience! The staff went above and beyond for us, and we really appreciated their customer service. As Californians, we are becoming so used to poor customer service, but this place had the best customer service we have had in a very long time (Think back in the day. Warm, friendly, and accommodating). Every time i approached the counter, they greeted me and asked what I needed, politely. Highly recommend this place for families who are traveling. We drive past here all the time when headed to Disneyland and headed back home.   Today was our first time stopping here, and they had $5 meal deal, which includes: breakfast jack, 3 French toast sticks, and a hashbrown.  Winning!! When I walked in, it wasn't too busy, but the place was clean.  The lady who helped me was super nice, and we talked about the snow and if it was snowing here already.  Thankfully, not but it would be a cool sight to see. We had the $5 special.  The food was hot and fresh.  Service was amazing.  I can't wait to stop by here again soon.

Everything was excellent! Mark took our order and was very careful to get the special requests correct. The food was hot, fresh, and our order was accurate. The restaurant, including the bathrooms, was clean and seemed well maintained. The team members were joyful and encouraging to each other. Mark was professional, cheerful, and detail oriented. Long lines which is ok but food was not good. The sweetest taco sauce I ever tasted in my tacos. Customer service was excellent and the kids working there apologized for the wait. Needed more employees.

We did a drive through. The jr burgers were a little sad but a quick bite that was good enough to carry us through for the next few hours until we are set up for camp in Mt Pinos. Extra star for the great upbeat worker who took and prepared our order.

This location has become cleaner over the past recently months. I recall it being somewhat messy a while back. It is a good place to pause during your trip up and down I5 for some coffee and some ok food.

Friendly service, decent food. Not much more you can ask for beyond that. However, the bathroom doors open inward, and there aren't any paper towels to sanitarily open the door after washing your hands. Bring a napkin or something with you.

Very fast friendly food but the clerk asked my what size for the combo. I had to ask what she was referring to several times. She could have avoided confusion and made the transaction quicker by just asking what size for the drink and fries.

Scenic location, between Southern California and the Central Valley. Jack in the Box is a quick stop on the Grapevine for a bite to eat, and less expensive gasoline near by. This restaurant has a drive through and friendly staff. The menu has a little bit more variety than other fast food restaurants.

We had quick friendly service, our order came out correctly, and we were on our way. Only thing was the bathrooms looked worse for wear and had only one working toilet. This place definitely needs a renovation ASAP.

Nice place, hot food, friendly service. It a bit strange to get to as you need to make a sharp right turn when coming to the Frazier Mountain intersection but a nice and relaxing, clean place to rest a bit and enjoy a fresh jumbo Jack hamburger and Curly fries... Yum.

I mean it was a quick drive thru experience. The fellow got our order correct, that's always a winner! The food was made to order, very hot. The fellow just didn't leave space for us to ask for the sauces we wanted. So it felt like I was bugging him. But once I asked he was very polite and offered me 2 types of sauce. So this place was pretty good on food and service.

Other than the entrance being hard to find, everything was good. Service was friendly and food arrived promptly.

In my experience the bathroom coulda been a bit cleaner and better stocked but to be fair they were pretty slammed. Nonetheless they did serve the food well cooked (no greasy mess), the dining room was clean, and the staff friendly. Well recommended for a quick bite to eat on the road.

Fairly clean, though when I went the trash was a bit full and, despite how slow it seemed, it wasn't being changed. However, the food was standard for Jack in the Box and the staff was friendly. Good stop for road trips through the grapevine.

Friendly service, but they didn't get our order right and forgot our bottle of water and tacos. Thankfully we noticed it before we left and they fixed it. Might try the JitB at the next exit instead next time we're heading north on 99.

So this place isn't the easiest to find because it's like driving through a dirt way and then boom, there's Jack in the Box. Not a fan of dirty buckets on the counter in front of me at the register in ordering at. Figured it was a blunder, but as I waited inside for my food there kept cleaning and throwing the dirty rags into the bucket. I was even standing behind the glass divider and somehow got splashed on the back and back of the arms as they were cleaning the table behind the glass. I guess I should be glad they were cleaning 👍🏽👍🏽 Food was as expected.

Off the 5fwy. It's like a maze getting there. Food was delicious. Only thing customer service needs a little working on. My food was supposed to be taken to my table, yet my number was called, i had to pick it up. Ok, fine. I went to ask for a fork because i didn't get one. The ( lady) threw it at me 😮.

I love the food, but the service is so slow. As I pulled in the drive thru, they told me I had to wait, so i did. Five minutes went by when I finally asked if I could ordered so they took my order. I ordered 16 tacos fries and chicken nuggets. They told me I had to wait for my food in space number 1, which I did. I understood I had ordered a lot of tacos. Twelve minutes passed by, when I finally went in to see if my food was ready. The lady was just chatting away while my food was getting cold. Unacceptable

My husband and I decided to walk-in to order and there was no customers inside, just in the drive thru. There were only two employees working and one on break. The Manager was manning the window and kept popping out from his station to fill bags with fries, etc. He looked us in the eye several times and was completely unable to welcome us. He never said "Hi, I'll be right with you", all his attention was on the drive thru. We stood there for quite some time watching him and finally left because if he did ever take our order then we'd have to wait for it to be made and I just didn't think the total wait time would be reasonable. I can't imagine what it would be like if they were actually busy. It's a shame because I like JnB and this is location is closest to our house but I will be avoiding it.

Service and food quality is a hit or miss. Wait time in the drive thru the same. Conveniently located. But you never know what your gonna get.

Actually it was pretty good. We have the 4 for$4 deal which might have seemed brave. The food was pretty good to except for the tacos which were dreadful. Burger was great, heaps of fries and bottomless soda. The staff were great too, very friendly. Bathroom large and clean.

Overall experience is okay since they're under staff food comes out semi warm and they always seem to be be busy or empty. But I will continue going because cashiers and cooks are very friendly and super nice if I return any food for any reason they make it on the spot if asked but usually when I do drive thru I don't care

Stopped on the way home and was dumbfounded by the place being open. I can only guess that they had some kind of leaks worse than the roof as the kitchen was flooded with dirty soapy water and what appeared to be employees blasting it with a pressure washer while they were still making food. I'm not kidding. Side door was locked and more water by that door. What I'm guessing was the manager was arguing with one of them over light bulbs, oblivious to everything else. Whoa.

It's fastfood, only so much can be expected when it comes to the atmosphere of these places. The service was great though! Couldn't have asked for better service.

Nothing special. Fries were ok. She said they just came out the grease, but they were barely hot.

I always go to this Jack in the box every time I leave or I get to Pine Mountain Club... most of the times I use the drive through window, but this time I decided to go inside... A lady with a horrible attitude waited on us, I think she was the supervisor. She was very inpatient and she didn't even bothered listening to me when I needed two forks that they forgot to put on the baskets. And then... I didn't have any idea in the difference between 'potato wedges' and 'wedges.' Even though the wedges are still potatoes.

I didn't see my favorite fish sandwich on the menu, so I asked what happened. Just stop selling them I was told. Since I was stick in drive thru line ordered a chicken sandwich. It was dry and in satisfying. Bring back the fish sandwich

Florescent flickering over the menu almost gave me a headache while I ordered. I just wanted a burger but that menu is tiny and off to the right side on a circa 1975 board. The bathroom door barely latched too. Had to keep it shut with my knee. The place is clean and cool though.

It would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the woman working in drive-thru. The food tasted great, but the service was absolutely terrible. The worst service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. The lady was rude, impatient, cut us off while we were telling her our orders, rolled her eyes, and (to no surprise) messed up two things in our order and never apologized for it.

Employees very courteous. Long wait for 2 burgers and fries. (ten+ minutes) then they got the order wrong and I was too far away to return. Avoid this Jack if you want a quick, correct meal.

The food taste disgusting. We ordered Potatoe wedges and they were soaked in oil along with very stale curly fries. We pass through the grapevine often, needless to say we won't ever stop here again.

The business itself is just fine. But the homeless come in and ask for a cup of water, then fill with soda. They are all over the property definitely lowing property values. And of course they ask for your money on the way out.

Goggle says it closes at midnight. Door says it closes at 10pm, but employees have the doors locked at 8pm

Stopped hare after a 15 hr day of driving, and after findding that it was the only place to eat Burgers were colder then cold. Ad if they were sitting for an hour. Kids at the drive through asked me to back up and look at the first menu till i was ready to order. Dont plan to come back to this place again

The ribeye burger was absolutely awful. It had no flavor and no texture. I cannot believe that this was really ribeye meat. It was also quite expensive. The french fries were tasteless as well. My friend and I were extremely disappointed as this menu item was so hyped up.

I have been staying at a hotel next door. Went to jack in the box about 5 times in the past week. I have meet the rudest person I have ever met . She is an employee named gale. She told me twice this week to hurry up while ordering in the drive through. She does not say please or thank you, like most normal human beings. I have no problem with the restuarant, just this terrible human being.

We were doing amazing race and one stop was at this place. Once one group got through they stopped the race. Was just 5 group of kids wanting selfie and signature that was the challenge. Let you know that you Will not have a great experience , bathrooms are filthy and no sanitized and clean , whatever you seat will by fly's you need to clean your own table before and don't worry to clean after case crew just standing around doing nothin when is not customers . The lead shift or floor manager has poor personality . The waiting time for your food is around 7 -10 min in side restaurant .

The guy who took my order was nice but that's about it. When the food was brought out the order was wrong. Got the wrong tacos and they forgot my fries. Took 5 mins to figure out how to do a refund and about 10 to get the correct tacos. The guy who took my order came out and apologized and made sure it was right which I appreciated. Another gal was giving him orders and was somewhat condescending. Then she went outside to take her break and was sitting in her car right outside the enterance with her feet up on the window talking gossip on her cell phone. I get it is her break but it's not a good look. Having just left Disneyland maybe my expectations were high but it wasn't a very good presentation along with the overful trashcans and neverending beeping alarms from the kitchen.

I justed waited over 15-20 minutes for 2 drinks and they wanted to charge for a desani water when all I requested a cup of ice. No apology for the fact we had to wait. Worst service from any Jack in the box I've gone to. Next will be to notify corporate.

I went to order 4 Hamburger that i thought was going to be tasty but what i received was 4 dry jumbo jacks with cheese. U can tell the meat has been sitting for a while. So i can't believe they charge a high prise for the food i got. I won't even put a star but thats the only option. I won't go again ....

Today is January 15th at 1:30 p.m. . Me and my wife drive through here quite often because we are commercial drivers. We stopped at this Jack In The Box and most of the time you have good people who when they make a mistake they make it right. Today was a completely different story we ordered the new fish sandwich that just came out and it was a double fish sandwich I asked for extra tomato as well. When I got the sandwich it was a single and the tomatoes were so small you couldn't even see them on the sandwich unless you opened it up. I mentioned it to your manager and he told me... we have to charge you extra I said no, you guys made a mistake I want the double and he's tried to be confrontational with me , so I just walked away because I don't like confrontation. I will continue to travel this Corridor and I will continue to stop here and eat as long as someone reprimands and re-educates your help that works this shift so that this does not happen again please. Thank you

Staff is irritable and does not care to make fast food fast. Place was only moderately busy but the wait from ordering to receiving food was 15 minutes for me. My friend who ordered just before me received his food after 5 minutes. After We asked if my order was forgotten the staff seemed disinterested and added a stale piece of chocolate cake with my order when it was ready. Store is clean and bathrooms were nice but other local stores are quicker.

Took my family today. Have my receipt from 4:19 PM. Very rude cashier asked if they had any specials He said he did not know gave very hard Looks to me my wife and child can’t miss the gentleman I’m referring to he had a blue bandanna around his head like a do rag The company headphone on one ear and a apple AirPod in the other two nose rings and chipping, black fingernail polish . And to think at the first of the year in 2024 fast food service employees will be making $20 an hour in California. This is definitely failure from management. Hopefully, with the higher wage coming, we can expect a higher caliber employee. update: if you have complaints they will send you an automated response with no follow up contact.

Walked over from my truck at 9:30pm and doors were all locked. The posted hours said lobby closes at 10pm. I called them they said it was closed. Asked if I could order through the drive through but they don't allow walk ups. Seems like the employer is losing out on sales by locking up early concidering how many trucks park around this location.

My husband went in to order and after being ignored for a good while by the cashier (it says Lori on the receipt) when he was up to order (she kept saying she was alone? When she obviously wasn't?) Then he was not given all the food the first time which he had to point out to them Then he gets home MY food is still wrong When I called they offered the refund but with the amount of issues we just had? forget the refund I'm just going to leave a review about how GREAT the service was instead VERY unprofessional!!! You shouldn't have that many mess ups for one simple order

When we walked in I felt a bit uncomfortable but we were traveling and hungry Cook was handling food prepared and frozen with bare hands, then she cooked the tacos that she pulled from the freezer with her hand no gloves put them in the fryer when they were done she removed them from the rack she cooked them in with her hand no gloves wrapped them out in the bag for customer at drive thru she then drop some fries when they were done she throw them in the tray with the old ones SMH Jack N Box that I've been to cook your food to order. Amanda who I remember bringing my chicken sandwich back to, made sure I was taken care of by the replacement of a hot fresh sandwich. We were sitting at the table with the food eating and spiders was coming down from the ceiling not one but a couple tiny ones by this I'm ready to go. I wouldn't recommend at all there's some training that should take place, I rather drive elsewhere before I'd stop here again I'll just stay hungry.

Worst location to go eat. Do not waste your time. Employees do not know how to do their job. I ordered 4 different combos and all of them were wrong. We had over 30mins waiting for our order and when ask if our food was ready none of the employees seem to know if it was ready. I think they need to hire staff with good customer service skills (not to mention how unprofessional it was seeing the employees argue among each other) I’ve been to other Jack in the Box restaurants and by far this one does not deserve a star!

The ladies in the front did a great job, however the manager on the grill couldn't keep up, we waited thirty minutes for our order and then it came out wrong. Instead of fixing it correctly and apologizing, she threw together another wrong order that was even worse than the first one she made wrong! And never left the grill to handle my complaint! I will NEVER GO BACK to that jack in the box!infect I am so disgusted with the complete lack of professionalism that i may never go to any other Jack in the box, too many other choices available for me to settle for such horrible service and crappy food!

Staff was rude and service was slow. Our bags were over filled and ripped. They didn't listen to our order because they messed several things up while we were ordering, got it straightened out and then we still had things wrong with our orders. We had multiple drinks in the drive threw and we were not offered a drink carrier. The man at the window basically shoved everything into my sister's hands. He didn't give her any of the sauces she asked for, instead he gave us ones we never even mentioned. We asked for ketchup and syrup for her pancakes, and he gave us ranch and honey mustard. The burritos we ordered were wrapped poorly and mine had barely any egg. Eating at this restaurant was a big mistake. I recommend literally anywhere other than here!

I chose one star only because I can't choose zero. Food is decent, but the cleanliness of this Jack in the Box is absolutely awful. Dirty floors with trash everywhre, dirty soda fountain, nasty smudged glass throughout the entire place and a rude employee taking an order. How does this place have an "A" rating from the health department?

Very poorly run location. I'd say don't come but if you're coming here you don't have much choice. I've watched one of the three employees walk in circles doing an unbelievably few number of things for the past half hour.

I came to drive thru and ordered some fries, they asked if that was it and I said, "yes that should be it" they replied does that look correct and repeated "yes that should be it" and then some other lady got on the headset and they same thing was repeated and they said you don't have to be rude. How was I being rude by saying yes that should be it? I thought they couldn't hear me. Gave me attitude and said don't be rude in my drive thru. We asked for sauce and she repeated what and we asked her again and she said what so I enunciated and it seemed like she had enough as if she hates her job or something. This tattoo lady was short with a short temper. Her name is mariah. Customer service 0/10.

2 out of 3 times visiting this place got food poisoning, recently oct 2025 it got better .now Nov 25. staff is rude if you mess up your order or say anything they dont like they make you wait out front of store from drive thru , And the little short tattoo armed manager girl, messes with your food she took little pieces out of bread ,broke and smashed other items. .not going back until they are gone .mcdonalds is the only fast food here with customer service . This location never took my order. Multiple employees came to the counter while I was the only and lone person standing there waiting to order. The drive through was amazingly fast. I saw about 7 cars get their orders while I waited, credit card in hand. Eventually after about 6 minutes I left, still holding my company credit card in hand as I walked out the door.

Usually I'm happy with the food but today it was absolutely awful. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and asked for onions. I also ordered a regular Hamburger, no special instructions. My chicken sandwich has 2 pieces of onion on it and the Hamburger had just ketchup, mustard and one pickle.
