Food was delicious! Server was friendly and did a nice job. Nice, safe area. Wheelchair accessible. We were there for lunch. There were six of us and we spent $150 not including tip. Meals are easily $25 each.

OK, so honestly, I wasn’t expecting much. I had heard that a lot of these restaurants are going bankrupt, but it’s been one of my favorites since I was a kid and I haven’t been in a long time. So nine of us went out for dinner for my son’s birthday and Angelina was an amazing server! The food was just as great as ever. The music was fun. It was such a great experience! And honestly, I am pretty disappointed in customer service at a lot of places these days because I know how to give good customer service and it’s not easy to find. I was impressed!

We have a great time. Food was delicious and tasty. I love how they cooked the lobsters, seafood stuffed mushrooms, salmon and their bread(forgot exact name but it has like Chardonnay something). Pam, did a great job dealing with her priority customer since no one acknowledged us when we arrived so we thought it is ok to occupy one of the many empty tables. But, we understand and never pressure here to get our order right away but she managed properly. Everything was good.

I absolutely love it here!!! This is the best Red Lobster my husband and I have been to and we are so happy!!! The seating was quick even though it was so cold in there. Our waiter was so nice and our food came out fast and hot!!!! The drinks were delicious!!! I have no complaints and we will back be soon!!!

We haven’t been to Red Lobster for a years due to the quality going down. We recently went back and it wasn’t half bad. They’ve changed the menu, served hot cheddar bay biscuits, and the food was decent and had flavor. I love that they have shifted to something new and better. Our server was Madison, she was great and patient with our large group of family. I appreciate her for giving us a new experience to come back to.

Jaylon was incredible. He provided outstanding service from start to finish. He checked on us consistently, made sure our food was hot and our drinks stayed full, and had great conversation with us throughout the meal. He was attentive, friendly, and professional. Jaylon made the dining experience exceptional. He is a great server and deserves recognition.

Lynda was extremely busy during the time we were there. She had at least 5 tables, was working the bar and managing take out orders too. She never got flustered, still served with a smile, and apologized for any delay in getting something delivered to the table. She is was a great server.

If it is a holiday, you will need a reservation. I wish the website said this. We were understanding of this, some other people were not. We went for lunch and found out at the door. Luckily we went and got one and were able to be seated fairly quickly. The food tasted great, only down side- wish I got more crab legs. The service was awesome. I highly recommend Jaylen S. He is super courteous, patient, and kind. It was a delight. We went for our 6th anniversary and valentines day date.

Had the margarita flight - 10/10, phenomenal. FYI, definitely not small portions, should share if driving. Also had the ultimate feast - SO much food and all very delicious. The crab queso was fun. My server Alexis was so attentive, positive, fun, and informative. I’m far from a secret shopper, but if I were, I’d say she aced it and more. The manager Angie also came by and she had such a good vibe. Would absolutely come back.

The food was delicious! We recommend checking out the weekday or lunch specials. Jaylen S was our server and made the experience so wonderful. He is well trained went above and beyond to serve us well. We never had to ask for anything, and he did it will a smile. We will definitely be back.

I visited Red Lobster for the first time in a long time and honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived. Our group of four came in while there were about 10–13 tables seated, and despite the busy dining room, our server Deja B. absolutely crushed it. It genuinely seemed like she was handling nearly the entire floor—flying around like a “super server”—but doing it with total grace. Even with how much she was juggling, she remained professional, kind, and attentive. She made sure we always had what we needed and even remembered to ask for our phone number so we could use our rewards points. Little things like that really stand out. The food was also much better than I remembered. We ordered a mix of dishes—shrimp scampi, fried shrimp, shrimp fettuccine, crab, lobster, and several sides. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. It felt like a completely different place in the best way possible. Huge shoutout to Deja B. She turned what was going to be a casual dinner into a genuinely great experience. Because of her, Red Lobster just earned back a returning customer. She absolutely deserves some recognition for the outstanding job she’s doing. I also want to note that she was the bartender as well. In a world where good service has seemed to be lost, I’m at happy to say there are still some good ones out there.

We had a great dining experience! We came in with no reservation at 6pm on a Saturday night expecting to wait. Our server Alexis R, sat us immediately. We want to specifically compliment her, because she was also serving a large party that seemed to require a lot of attention. However, she was patient, kind, and also made sure to give us the same attention in making sure our drinks were full and that we had everything we needed. Speaking of the food, it came out quickly and was amazing. Overall, an enjoyable Saturday evening.

I had stopped going to Red Lobster because we had more than a few bad experiences at the one up north in KC. We weren't surprised when it closed. I was so refreshing to go to this one in Lee's Summit and find the restaurant we remembered and enjoyed. Our waitress was a delight and we were checked often with refills on drinks. Our food was great and we really enjoyed our meal here.

Went to Red Lobster in Lees Summit, MO today for lunch. There were 5 of us in the group. We had Jaylen S. as our waiter and he was totally awesome! He was super attentive, friendly and one of the best waiters I’ve had forever. Brought us plenty of biscuits, checking on us for drinks and took our order in timely manner and brought the food out and checked on us to see if we liked our food and if we needed anything throughout our time there. A real pleasure to have someone who was that way! I will always ask for him whenever we go back. All of our food was hot and really good!!!

Alexis was a Great waitress very sweet and attentive. I wanted to try their seafood boil... But I wanted to get a crab leg fix in with shrimp. I ended up ordering the pound of crab legs over the roasted potatoes which was very good but they only give you 2 clusters ...the crab legs were delicious so was the sauce and roasted potatoes. I also got the 2 dozen shrimp boil with sausage. It was good but the shrimp didn't really have much flavor. If you truly like traditional seafood boils with crab legs etc this aint that.

Usually pretty dead but the food is always hot and fresh and so so good! Edit: went here New Years Eve. They were severely understaffed. The women at the hostess stand was literally ignoring people and not keeping track of who was waiting. It was a mess. HOWEVER - the food was good! I didn't care for mine (just preference, not to do with quality) but my husband got some kind of spicy shrimp and it was TO DIE FOR. The bacon wrapped scallops were also sooo worth the money! We didn't care for the lobster bisque (I'm not the most cultured foodie so maybe that was my bad but to us it tasted like liquid tomato-y cheese soup).

Granddaughter wanted to go here for her birthday. The food was very good. Most of us ordered lunch specials, younger kids from kids menu. Everyone seemed satisfied with their choice though one ordered a salmon bowl and they brought chicken instead. Took a while to replace the order then they had both listed on our receipt. The Sailors platter lunch special was very good (variety) and filling. It was probably pricier than what we would pay elsewhere (e.g. Olive Garden next door) but that comes with getting decent seafood in the midwest. The restaurant was not very crowded which was a little surprising given they closed so many other locations in KC, it was the lunch hour, and kids were out of school for election day.

Went out on Saturday night at 7:30pm. There were 10 cars in the parking lot.. not a good sign but my hubs has never been and I wanted him to try this place. Waited 25 minutes for rolls that didn't get replenished & when my food did arrive (after 35min) it came out cold / lukewarm. My hubs dish however, The Lobster Linguine, turned out great.

My server, Jaylon, was absolutely amazing. He was very attentive, friendly, and respectful throughout my visit. I truly can’t say enough good things about his customer service. Unfortunately, my shrimp scampi came out ice cold—literally cold to the touch. Jaylon immediately tried to resolve the issue and even offered to warm it, but once I noticed the shrimp was dried out, he had the kitchen redo the dish. At that point, I had to get it to-go. Even with the issue, Jaylon handled everything with professionalism and a great attitude, which made it hard to even be upset. He genuinely tried to solve the problem, and I appreciate that effort. What was disappointing, however, was the lack of management involvement. The manager on duty, Krystal, never once came to check on our table—or any customers that I noticed. There was no apology, no check-in, nothing at all. It made me wonder if Red Lobster managers no longer engage with guests to see if everything is okay or if there’s anything they can do to improve the experience. Overall, Jaylon was the highlight of my visit and deserves recognition. I just wish management had shown the same level of care and customer service.

Large group. 10 plus. Two waitresses. Few kids in the group. Got there at 1830. They stated there are only two cooks. I ordered a one pound lobster. She returned awhile later and said they do not have any (at red lobster). I pointed to the menu and said I will have that, just like the picture. Another order an appetizer. They came out after the lobster issue (been probably 30 months) and said they do not have the flat bread lobster. He canceled that app. Food came about 2000 hrs. Kids were happy. They tore into it. My food was cold. I’m serous. I was so hungry I didn’t care. I felt bad for the two waitresses. They seemed to stay positive and happy even though the restaurant was out of several items and taking a long time to get the food out. This place will close. Probably soon. But if it stayed open, I would not return. Restroom was pretty unkempt. Would have failed inspection in the Marines. Waitresses 5 star Food 1 star

This restaurant is under new management, I believe, and I hope the higher ups will also read my review to be able to improve on and be more competitive in this market. First of all the positive ones, the staff are nice and friendly. The biscuit is free and is quite delicious with its cheesy, buttery taste. The steak is tasty with the right amount of condiments on it. The quality and texture of the steak is another subject to start with the negative ones. The meat is tough to chew on though it tastes good. The price is the same or even cheaper with the other restaurants on the area within the vicinity with a much better cut and taste. The seafood dish is just the same as you can get in any diner. The coleslaw has this overwhelming sourness. My suggestion is to lessen the vinegar on it. The calamari lacks something on it. Maybe, on my opinion, it will shine with parmesan cheese on it. As of now, it is for me, just another diner dish and some diners have better calamari than this. Price is on the “pricey” side compared to the quality of the food. Atmosphere of the restaurant has to improve from gloomy to be welcoming maybe adding light and color. The restaurant has to have a signature dish to attract more customers. It still needs the “wow” factor that we did not taste and see when we visited the restaurant. I hope my constructive notes will be part of management’s brainstorming.

Completely unimpressed with this experience. Crab legs were mushy, lobster tails were tiny. Had to ask for more biscuits 3 times and it was hard to get a refill of water. The best thing about the entire experience this time was the biscuits. So disappointed.

Our reservation was for 4 people at 6PM. We were seated at 6. We were greeted at 6:18. We got drinks at 6:34. Our apps were served at 6:48. We were missing a salad, 2 of our entrees were wrong, the service was not great. This could have been fixed by the managers assisting the servers. Instead they were hanging out at the hostess stand. The restaurant was not busy, not even half full. I rarely leave reviews that aren't positive. This was the worst $200 meal we've ever had. I will absolutely never go back to the Lees Summit Red Lobster.

My family wanted to celebrate my mother's birthday with a nice meal, and unfortunately we did not receive that tonight. We first waited almost an hour for our food, our food finally came but it was not complete. Her seafood boil was missing several things like lobster tail, and all the shrimp. Our amazing server Alexis took care of it right away, and was very apologetic. My mother's food came back complete, but this time but the corn was now very cold. My mother was about to finally eat after 1 hr and 30 minutes. As she was eating she, as well as the rest of us noticed right away that the quality and quantity of the food does not match the price we are paying. With all of this going on, we still had not seen any manager until I asked for her to come out. Angel was the general manager and she started by sayin "what is wrong the meal came out right away to you." After telling her our concerns and how it was unacceptable, she only said "I was back there when they redid your meal and it's fresh"...fresh with cold corn? She said she could only compensate my mother for her corn. Are you kidding me! After get the new bill the extra butter charges were taken off and that was it, she did not listen or care apparently. This is not how a manager should act or be. She should have first came out and apologized after knowing my mother's food was incomplete, and then come back and check on her after it was corrected, and then again come to the table and apologize for the corn being cold, by this time she should have compted the meal. This is my mother's birthday dinner, it's hard enough to go out and eat since everything is so expensive, then we have to deal with this? I just want to thank Alexis for being there for us and helping us so much tonight. She was very understanding and very apologetic through each circumstance. She was very attentive to our table and always checked on us. The Lee Summit location needs a new General Manger and that should be Alexis. I don't think we'll be returning to Red Lobster. This makes me so sad, because it's not like it use to be. A few pointers if you want to stay open for business. Your kitchen and management need better training and your food quality and quantity need to match your prices. You also might want to take actual pics of your food, because they look nothing like what is advertised. Also butter now costs extra? Yikes!!

Waiting for food for 50 minutes then received food that was barely warm. My boil was missing the 12 shrimp and lobster tail. Finally got the meal and still barely warm and corn on the cob very cold. When I got my food again, everyone else was close to being done eating. I left probably 9 out of the 12 shrimp, potatoes, corn on the cob as I couldn’t eat the food due to the temp. Poor quality and poor management that can’t even come out to check after you brought things to your servers attention. I spent $177.00 and wasn’t worth half of it. So much for celebrating my birthday with some family and wanting to enjoy crab legs and lobster. Not again!

It took 30 minutes to get our drinks and our appetizers. And then another 30 after that to get her food. Once we got our food mine and my husband‘s food was cold. Our two boys food was hot. It was very disappointing as it was my birthday and I paid a lot of money to eat cold food and have late drinks.

On Sept 24th my husband, myself and son went to eat at this locations red lobster. The food was not too great and the waiter was worse. Kept asking him for refills which he would forget to bring them and he forgot items of food as well. We did not tip because it was not a good experience. We paid our bill and left. Well, come Saturday I checked my bank account and seen that there was a charge of over $14 of tip which we did not put down. Called and managed Angie was not the nicest and she took my info. I received a call from another manager and she was way nicer and more concerned about the issue. She said that they would be refunding me the tip amount of $14 but as of today Wednesday it has not hit my account. I just called them again and this Angie lady answered. She answers rude like she bothered with the calls. I asked to speak with the manager and said well you have to call back at 3 we are busy/rush hours. I understand they are busy but as a manager she should be able to be available for anyone that calls. I seriously doubt that they are packed because that red lobster has gone down hill and fast. I will not be returning. Just FYI CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS AND BANK ACCOUNTS!

This place is absolutely disgusting! I would never eat here. The server was so sweet. The manager was freaking horrible. She had horrible customer service. No wonder you all were completely empty. Waiting an hour for our food and the only ones in the restaurant and still came out cold.

Pretty rough experience. Soup came out cold. Scallop lobster skewer tasted strongly of lighter fluid. It was inedible. Side baked potato came out after meal was already finished. Biscuits took nearly as long.

When I arrived there was only about 8 patrons. I was not greeted. I instead greeted the hostess and told her I would like to carryout my order. She didnt say anything instead she pointed to the bar. I witnessed several what looked like waiters and waitresses standing around. I waited at the bar about 15 minutes before anyone took my order even though it was extremely slow. Finally a young man took my order. I waited about 15 minutes paid for my order and then another 15 minutes my food came. I ordered the ultimate feast. I requested cocktail sauce which I didnt see in my bag. My waiter went back to the kitchen. I saw another waitress. I asked her could she get me some cocktail sauce. She said to give her a second which I did because she was tending to a couple. She walked past me to go behind the bar which I watched her count the drawer. At this point I was getting frustrated and already hungry. I walked to the entry of the kitchen and asked my original waiter to get the cocktail sauce. He did. The waitress walked up to me and stated she forgot all about me. I ended up finally getting my cocktail sauce and leaving. In my opinion with it being as slow as it was at this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. The service was terrible. If I hadnt used a gift card I probably would have left. The food was ok.

Waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes before opening time on Valentines Day. There were a few people trying to get in alongside us but the place was effectively empty. They were turning everyone away saying it was reservations only. How are you going to switch up your policy and not even bother to post a sign on the door? We went next door to Texas Roadhouse. Got right in and had Prime Rib. When we left Red Lobsters parking lot was still very empty.

I recently dined at Red Lobster in Lee's Summit, Missouri, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Right from the start, the service was lackluster. Our waitress was rude and inattentive, which set a negative tone for the evening. We waited an excessive hour for our food, which is unacceptable, especially when the restaurant wasn't overly busy. When my wife ordered the surf and turf with her steak cooked well done, it arrived medium rare, and the lobster was cold. Both the lobster and the steak had to be redone, further showcasing the lack of attention to detail in the service. Additionally, we ordered the lobster dip but never received it. The waitress ended up taking it off the bill and canceling the order altogether. On a brighter note, they did take my wife’s meal off the bill as well, which was a nice gesture. However, we faced issues with our drinks as they never got refilled, leaving us feeling neglected during our meal. One of the staff members, possibly a bartender, came over at the end of our meal and made an effort to improve our experience, which was appreciated and helped salvage the evening somewhat. Overall, I expected a better dining experience from Red Lobster, and this visit left a lot to be desired. I hope they can improve their service and food quality in the future.

Really disappointed. I have always loved the occasional trip here. And I understand that tonight was a Saturday night and was busy. But our server barely checked on us. We had the lobster fest grilled salmon, shrimp and lobster. It took forever to come out (which again it was busy so that is fine) but it was like it had been just sitting forever under a heat lamp. It was just lightly warm, the shrimp was extremely tough, the salmon looked underdone. We were so hungry after waiting so long that we ate what we could manage, but were incredibly disappointed

I visit Red Lobster on Sunday 11/16/2025. This was worst experience I ever had. i set at the bar to watch the game, I waited 30 mins before anyone acknowledge me. The bartender her name is C Babbalia. I wanted to order an appetizers, to have why I was waiting on to go order. I never received the, the person who took my order kept telling me my order will be out. I order Stuffed mushrooms. Looking at my receipt my order was place at 14:57 I left the restaurant after 3, the reason I pay attention to the time leaving is the Chiefs game was coming. Between the general Manager Angela I was not treated with respect. no apology what so ever. I did apologize to them, I was a little upset I sugar had dropped from not eating. That was the whole purpose of me ordering an appetizer so I can have something to eat. I had to double check my food before I left and I was not paying till I look at everything. My appetizers they brought it out with the to go order, which was not right, it was cold. I order a house salad with no tomatoes, tomatoes was on the salad. then I order a Caesar salad, they put the dressing on it. Really, everything was okay not the best. The food was luke warm. Again this is the worst experience I ever had. You can look at the ticket #21906
