Staff you gotta pick it up. I went in for lunch very rude young lady she didn't want to help me with my online order - I then order a whole other meal and it's raw- McDonald's I always tell everyone how lemoore is the best and today was gross.

Whoever answered the phone March 1st at 10:42 am was very rude and unprofessional. I placed an online order and wasn’t aware they would cancel my order after I had already paid $30+. The person who answered was a male. And wasn’t trying to help at all said them canceling the order had nothing to do with him. Apparently they cancel online pick up orders if you’re not checked in before 1030am. Which would have been nice to know but the way he spoke to me was uncalled for. Do better.

Be careful making an online order around lunch time, A lot of kids come in around at lunch just grabbing food off the counter thinking it’s theirs, staff yells out the numbers and doesn’t watch to make sure the order is going to the right person.

Easily the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. Have never had so many simple orders so consistently made wrong with wait times so consistently 30+ minutes. Final shot given will have been the very last time going to this location.

I ordered on the app and got in curbside 4 at around 0354. I waited 28 minutes before I got my meal. The lady that delivered it was gone before I could verify everything was there. Every single item was cold to the touch, as in no heat left in the food. Don’t bother trying to complain on their app or website. Three times I got “ oops, something went wrong.” After I submitted my complaint. App order take out order number 1910 today.

A simple 1/4 lb pounder and nuggets turn into a 20 min plus wait at the mobile order pickup. Not to mention the RAW burger from 3 days ago. This location needs work.

Me and my older brother were trying to get some service This short little lady made us order on the kiosk and we did not come to order on the kiosk she walked out and act like she didn't see us and we went back in line to order on the front register and the same short lady she looked at us stupid and gave us a smirk took long to assist our order i will not be coming back to that place these employees need to be trained better and do their job right better yet they need to get their act in gear and be professional

The reason for this RARE ONE STAR RATING... it was almost immediately after I made my order on the kiosk that I heard one of the MANAGERS yell to the staff that was actually making the order that she had two McDoubles ready to go from a wrong order before. I hate to say that those burgers were returned for a reason. The buns were hard as a rock and just a totally different quality than what would be served in Long Beach! (Holla! to the McDonalds on Cherry and Willow)

Long strand of hair in burger my elderly mom choked on it before spitting it out the employees were sweet and did give a refund but it’s still unfortunate 6/8/25 approx 11pm

You would think something so easy as taking someones order and getting them the correct item would be foolproof...Not for the employees at this location. This location over and over and over again cannot get simple orders correct. Whoever the manager is needs to be fired and the need to clean house and get a whole new management staff. The amount of incompetence this place shows is mind blowing. Im not sure who the owner is but they need to clean house.

Let's just say it's not the McDonald's youre use to lol every time I go the food always tastes a little off, this time it was because they burned the shh out of my patties, and the nuggets looked and tasted like the oil they were fried in were months old but full disclosure it was on a Saturday night at 11 pm regardless I still ate the Burned Mac and dark nuggets 😂
