Lotsa happy customers eating & enjoying themselves here..... I had several cups of coffee ☕️ along with my warm hot fluffy pancakes. Eating my combo of eggs bacon with hash browns too....🥓🥔🍳😃🤗😋 Loved this experience & this brunch filled me up for the entire day long. 😁

This experience was awesome. My friend and I went around 8pm. It was not that busy. Jonathan came tu us right aways and he was very helpful. I was surprised that the plates came quickly and the way we ordered. Compare to other locations, this one looks very clean. They even took the time to decorate for the season! I’ll definitely come back to this location.

Been to other IHOP restaurants around town at Bandera Point and the one off I-10 seemed like they lost their vibe. This one hands down brought the vibe back definitely! Waitress was fabulous, manager very attentive and worked the room, served customers! Food was outstanding! Great job!

We had breakfast on Labor Day at this location Food was hot & delicious. Our order took really long to make but the Manager himself came to talk to us and apologized about our order taking long, you can tell he is a really sweet, caring and hardworking man along with his staff, they all seem to be happy working here it made the whole experience more enjoyable. IHOP is still my favourite place for breakfast, and the Spicy Poblano in this picture on this review is one of their best options. It has almost every bit of taste that'll quench your morning taste rush. I guarantee you, this not my first visit and will definitely not be the last. I've enjoyed the service here, although sometimes, the food takes long time to get to the table, and could be cold... I know the team will definitely address this concern. Please like my review if it helped you made decisions for your next breakfast spot.

I wasn't expecting the hot chocolate to taste as good as it did, yum!!! I went with a large group of 17 people around midnight and there was 1 person in kitchen and 1 person waiting tables & they were on top of it! I went in for breakfast at 2 A.M. The location was clean, and I was seated immediately. I was given a menu, and my drink order was taken. I had coffee, the Beacon Temptation Omelet, and pancakes with maple syrup. The omelet was delicious. Hot and tasty. The pancakes were fluffy and lite. The coffee was hot and strong as it should be. The server checked on me often and was very nice. A late night (or early morning depending on how you look at it) breakfast destination I'll be returning to again.

Service was great! We received our meals fast and in good quality. The presentation of the Hot chicken sandwich and Onion Ring loaded burger was great to look at with our hungry eyes as were ready for devourment.

We originally went to the location on Culebra and 1604 but it was closed due to the weather. Well we needed our late night munchies so we headed to the one on Bandera. Luckily they were open but very short staffed. Even with them being short staffed they did an excellent job getting us served and the food hit the spot! Thanks Trent and team for feeding our bellies. Sadly when we left there was a sign in the door that they were closed until they could get another server in. Times are tough.

The greeter was professional and had us seated immediately. Our server was Jason who took our orders and always checked on us. He gave this IHOP a good name with his happy positive attitude. The food was delicious and fresh. I ordered the lemon blueberry crepes, a side dish of fruit, hash browns, and decaf coffee. All were flavorful delicious. The place is well kept and clean. Even the restrooms were tidy. Although the order took a little bit longer (10 - 15 minutes), I considered the crowd. The servers like what they do and it shows.

The manager’s name is Haam. I’m a veteran. I came in on Veterans Day and he is so gracious, kind, friendly, and provides excellent service. More importantly, earlier the same day he took care of a friend of mine who just had open-heart surgery about a week ago. He treated her with so much kindness and love. She too is a veteran. I highly recommend you say thank you to the manager and his staff. I will always recommend this place for such outstanding service and attention to detail.

Friday late afternoon and the place was empty. Our meals were very good. Staff was friendly and attentive. Omelette, Senior 2+2+2 meal, and a kid meal of French Toast with eggs & bacon. Everything was tasty. Ample servings. Price was reasonable. We would definitely return when in that area.

Food and service is great. Our waitress was on her hustle and yet provided friendly service. I have 2 non -food related gripes, so I'm removing a star from this iHop on Bandera at 410. They handed out plastic utensils which I totally hate. We asked the waitress about it and she said Management hasn't ordered more silverware. 2nd i was looking around and all the plexiglass partitions look filthy giving this restaurant an unsanitary feel. If Covid and other bacteria live on surfaces then the tables, seats and plexiglass should be santized. With that said...I do appreciate this restaurant has plexiglass partitions on their booths...I just feel bad for the kids that touch them.

Had breakfast here with my mother on Super Bowl Sunday. Server was attentive and polite. Mom had to use a soup spoon to stir her coffee, as they were out of tea spoons at the time. Probably the only negative comment of my review, but overall, was happy with the service and the quality of the food.

Food is good if not packed. If the place is packed, your food is most likely to come cold, which is gross, and service will be even worse than it already is. They always forget you ordered appetizers. But when there are hardly people there, the food is delicious and hot like it should be, but again the service is no so great they'll still forget the appetizers and don't often come back to the table to see if you need refill on drinks or anything else. So its alot of negative that outways the positive. But I still chance it once every blue moon..

She as well mentioned it was a busy day but she would get us our food as soon as possible. We watched how the restaurant moved and how people worked. We saw the restaurant manager was telling the hostess which tables were open and where to seat ppl. Sooo our question was why the hell does Yvonne come to the hostess ? How come she can’t go and take that same tone to the manager? We watched the hostess treat everyone with the same respect that he showed us and we appreciated it.. Yvonne..needs to understand that if she has a problem to discuss it away from customers especially if it’s with a coworker. We considered leaving based on this situation however we come to this location frequently and have never encountered any thing like this. The hostess and Cassie great work on such a busy day!

You obviously need more help with the dinner and late night Rush! It took forever to get a waitress to come get our order and even longer to get the food. Forget about asking for it to go box or container because that dude really did not look like he wants to do anything but play on his phone. Hopefully y'all will do better soon. Usually they're good here but went in on Xmas eve and there was maybe 5 other tables besides our own ( it was dead) to start. Walking in it took about 8 minutes to be seated because hostess was talking to another employee. Another employee who was leaving stopped and put her stuff down so she could seat us. Drinks weren't refilled and was only asked if we wanted a refill after I asked for check. My children ordered the snowman pancakes both looked the one in photo so disappointed.

Let me start with, there were less than 10 people already seated. We waited close to 5 minutes to be seated. Then we waited 10+ minutes to see a server. Next, we waited over 20 minutes for our food (in a place with less than 10 people who had already had their food). We almost walked out, only reason was because of the server we stayed. He was nice and tried to fix things. The silverware was badly spotted and so I used a lemon to properly clean them. We told our server who gave us plastic ware which I quickly took to use. Then when the food came, my order was incorrect...Why?? The server took my order correctly as he confirmed it for me. I don't know if the cook's mind was on vacation, by the way there was only 1 cook, but my omelet was incorrect....really??? Needless to say, we will NOT be back at this location.

Online order placed around 5:30am didn’t get out until after 6:30am with an empty dinning room. Had to settle for hashbrowns because the fryer was down for my potatoes.Took about 5 minutes to get greeted. Didn’t get my coffee until another server came in around 6:20am and he was helpful. Not a horrible experience but not a great one either. The service could be better. Especially in the morning when time is of the essence. I’d likely not get breakfast to go from here again.

Don't come here honestly. The waitress was really nice but she said she was not even on the clock. Other person working I think is the only person working after she left. My son's chicken strips were still clucking. So let's see if he ends up with food poisoning.....

I had a disappointing experience. My group was in rush due to my friend being on probation. We came in and had an hour to eat. Unfortunately they took so long that my friend had to leave in order to not get in trouble. The rest of us decided to wait for our food. I ordered Chicken Tenders and mozzarella sticks. It took over an hour and by the time I got my food, I was heartbroken. The Chicken Tenders were overcooked and burned, you could smell and see it. By that point, I got no refill, no ketchup, and my friend didn't get maple syrup, so I ate the cheese sticks and left. I felt like crying due to the disappointment. I don't blame anyone, but this IHOP is understaffed and I will not be going ever again unless my friends want to go again.

My plate came with hash browns so I very kindly asked for the breakfast potatos. She goes back to the kitchen and then comes back and says they are out potatoes. My waffle was under cooked and still very doughy as well as cold. My husband asked for tabasco and fruit with his meal and we didnt get either. Every time we asked for something we didnt receive the excuse was oh we had a busy week. Isn't Saturday and sundays your busiest times ??? Then we get the bill and they charged us for the fruit we never received so I jad to bring it to her attention. Not once did they offer to make things right or offer up an alternative for the lack of care for the matter. We will NEVER come back to this location again. Why even bring it to the attention when the manager when he's not even interested in the issues that we brought to the attention of the staff. At this point I think I have written off all IHOPS as everything has gone way down hill. Our severs name way Yvonne. So sad that it has come to this.

If I could give a zero I would. I went in for breakfast with my kiddo, we've been to this location numerous times. This time the service was awful, practically nonexistent. When we got our food my omelet was full of raw onions, making it inedible. I left the plate to the side, hoping it would trigger our server to come back and see why it was uneaten but she never bothered to. Once my kiddo finished I simply left without eating. The lady at the register kindly didnt charge me as she could clearly see my plate sitting there untouched. But I wouldnt want to return that's for sure.

We went to celebrate my son's first tennis match on National Pancake Day. The parking lot was more than half empty, and the tables were also mostly empty. We turn the corner to the entrance and I was blown away by the two waiting areas FULL of customers who were waiting to be seated. One family told us they had been waiting 45 mins. Mind you, "free pancackes" ended at 7 pm... It was 6:45 when we arrived. Terrible management to allow such a bottleneck. We left immediately and found the complete opposite experience at the IHOP up the street on I-10. Never going back to this Bandera location!!

One of the worst place to go and eat... the quality of the food is 0. One of the worst experience with the food. I bought a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and I couldn't even eat it. Just look at the photo because I have nothing good to say about this place. Although I asked for the sandwich to be changed, they heated it up in the microwave. I won’t bore with the whole terrible experience but I decided to go with one of the safest options they had which I thought would be chicken fingers(not a big breakfast food fan) they came out completely raw, the manager offered little of an apology, it was taken off the bill as it should be.Really no one seemed apologetic including the waitress as if it was normal for it to happen, which I would not be surprised by. Hopefully I don’t get sick from eating several pieces of it before I realized. Beware of this location and there locations in general the “chefs” likely do not care what they serve you, if anything please get the breakfast much less difficult to mess up. Go elsewhere if you can. Edit.I will say the waitress was sweet and remembered request we had. my biggest and only gripe is with the kitchen and management.

I was at this establishment on friday morning around 1130 am as a break after the busy holiday and i had the most attentive and sweet waitress. Imagine my surprise when i heard a manager relentlessly bullying and disrespecting her and right after she said she couldnt handle my table any longer.. so i tipped her $20. I will not be coming back nor will i recommend an establishment that allows its employees to be abused

This location should be shut down. We went to IHOP to celebrate my son's birthday. The location was a bit busy so we waited 15 minutes to be seated. A young man finally sat us. We waited an additional 20 minutes before requesting a manager. When the manager came over, he was RUDE like no other. I told him we had been waiting for a long time; a server kept walking by but did not greet us. He said "Well your server is busy and the lady you are referring to is NOT your server". He walked away as if to dismiss my conversation. When our server finally came over, he was a mess! He had stains all over his apron and his pants. The front and back of his shirt were dirty. Even for someone who works at a restaurant, his attire was grossly inappropriate. After putting in our orders for water, it took about twenty minutes before he brought them back. All awhile we are still waiting for our food. By this time, we had been in the restaurant almost an hour. The server never came back to update us on our food status (why the long wait). After an additonal 10 minutes, I summoned the host to ask our server to return to our table. I asked the server how much longer for our food. He cut me off by saying the food should be up now. I then requested that they pack it to go because we had already been in the store for more than an hour. By this time I had lost my appetite and we were frustrated with this restaurant. Since he said the food was ready now I had anticipated, the server would return within a few minutes with our food packed to go. Ten more minutes and he had not returned. We walked out. IHOP can eat the cost of the food since they took so long with this food.

Me and my wife went to eat at about 1030pm and we were the only ones in the restaurant. The waiter greeted us and sat us right away. The table was dirty so I asked her to clean it. She asked us if we wanted drinks we ordered 2 sweet teas she came back brought us our teas. She came back again with the spray to clean our table but was on the phone and just left it on the table next to us. I ended up getting up and cleaning the table myself. She took our order… we got our food. The food was decent. Considering we were the only ones in the restaurant I didn’t expect our hash browns to be overcooked and a bit hard. But after she brought us our food we never saw her again. We had to flag down another waiter that was leaving she brought us our tea and ended up throwing my wife’s straw on the table. Eventually our original waiter emerged after we had empty cups, empty ketchup bottle and empty syrup and no pepper and only one napkin. I should have took pictures of all this. We will not return. Poor customer service. Not sure what they are doing when we are the only ones there.

I have had trouble at this location before. I decided to give them another try because I'm hungry. Well I won't ever come back to this location I was seated and literally around 15 minutes no one even came to my table to get me something to drink. I am leaving and made sure to tell the manager. So I'm either going to McDonald's or another Ihop location. At bare minimum get me a drink or something. Come on now!

I called in an order to be picked up at this location I arrived around the time i was told it would be ready. When i arrived the lady at the front desk said no one called and placed an order here so i looked up their phone number and matched it with the number in my phone log that i had called to place the order. This is my second time receiving horrible service here. I will find a new location to go to now. The employees here clearly don’t want any business.
