muy mal servicio. de plano no tienen ganas de trabajar. tengo por lo menos 30 min marcando constantemente y es hr que no contestan el talefono. le pido de la manera mas atenta al encargado de la sucursal que ponga atencion con los empleados que contrata, ya que tambien en otras ocaciones he ido a centro max y los chavos que laboran ahi, no son amables, solo trabajan por trabajar, te hacen esperar mucho tiempo y atienden de mala gana y al aventon.

I ordered my pizza for delivery and it was a terrible experience. I paid almost three hundred pesos for a super thin pizza with barely any toppings. I'll never buy from Domino's again.

I placed my order today, and when I arrived to receive it after waiting a few minutes, they told me someone else had delivered it, and I had to place the order again. There were more than 6-7 people and poor management, not to mention the fact that the service is absolutely zero due to the rude staff at the counter. If you don't like what they do, look for another job. Customer service requires empathy and a good attitude. Very poor service and logistics.

Very poor home delivery service. I had to wait 2 hours, and when I called the branch, they only told me it would arrive in 10 minutes. I don't know if it would arrive.

I was served by two guys, one wearing glasses at the register and the other making the pizzas. The one making them wouldn't stop acting silly; he was singing, shouting, and playing around. He was like a child, with long hair in a ponytail. I couldn't even hear the guy serving me because of the other one. A little professionalism, please! I'd at least say he sings well, but not even that. How unpleasant! And the worst part is, when you think about it, he was preparing the pizzas and talking and singing without a mask. How many drops of saliva must have landed on the pizzas?

I have a problem with the so-called manager of Centro Max. She treated me very poorly. I asked about combos and prices and she made faces like, "I'm in a hurry." Then she didn't give me the information or make the upsell. To top it off, my card didn't go through and she threw it at me. It's unbelievable that they treat us like this, and her assistant was also very rude. I asked for the branch number and she gave me a very rude answer. She's listed as employee of the month. Such bad service, and the people are too. It bothers me that she treats them poorly too and that there isn't even a phone number to complain to.

I ordered for my home address and 4 km. It seems very far away, right, manager? How much is the gas? I pay you per liter used and even if there's any left over, and I'll give you the excess.
