This place has been around since I was a kid and the food has always been outstanding. Great food and great atmosphere.

Slow service when they were just not that busy. There was a large order in front of our 7 but they were served pretty quickly. Maybe busy drive in traffic.

Best Fast Food in Levelland! I love the Taco Salad. This place has a good food, friendly people & a very nice dining area with TVs for sports fans. Don't forget COLD BEER!

Thankfully the only TV in LL is a solid option for quick, tasty food. Interior seating is relatively abundant and comfortable. Probably the most hoppin place on Sundays after church.

The gentleman taking our order was awesome. He was very polite and patient with my uncle who can't hear very well. Excellent customer service!

It's no secret that I love tacos. Are these "authentic" tacos no. Are they delicious, heck yeah! Crunchy tacos are the jam here. The ground beef has good seasoning, they lettuce and tomato are fresh, and the salsa is 🤌. The refried beans are surprisingly very good as well, and the combo burrito is a solid choice. My only complaint is that they removed the 3 taco combo meal. I mean, it's literally in the name. What was corporate thinking?!!

This is by far the best Taco Villa restaurant in the area. Food is always fast and super fresh. Delicious! It really hit the spot on our most recent visit - everything was so great! Doesn't get any better than a bean burrito with a Guadalajara. Also their Dr Pepper is the best in town.

This Taco Villa introduced me to the company and now I'm hooked. The manager is down to earth and a sweetheart. The restaurant is clean and we'll designed. The employees work as a team and are super fast/efficient. Most importantly, the food is fresh and delicious!

I just wanna say a huge thank you to the girl working there tonight who gave my family $100 out of the blue. It was the nicest thing I’ve ever had anyone do for us & I hope many blessings come your way. Also the food was perfect & everything was so clean.

Taco villa has been i levelland for quite some time I've never had the opportunity to sit down and enjoy my meal it's always drive thru and I'm in a hurry. But Wednesday March 9th 2022 my wife and I walked in to taco villa ordered our meal and right as we were sitting down my name was called our meal was ready that was so awesome the food is great the prices are unbeatable the service is great and the atmosphere is a thumbs up all in all my wife and I were very happy and satisfied

I love, love, love the new Flatland Enchilada! I wish they'd make that permanent. It is just the right size. There is a plate option with beans and rice, but when I got that, I was too interested in finishing my enchilada to eat them. The tacos are great, and I love the Mexi-Curls: plain, with queso, or with chili and cheese. The staff are friendly as well.

Although the hours on Google are wrong, the dining room was still open when we arrived at almost 9 (sign claimed the dining room closed at 9). I had the grilled steak a salad, which was very good. The steak was well cooked and not chewy, and the salad had lots of good fixings (corn, guacamole, etc).

We went for the first time for breakfast on a Sunday morning. The restaurant was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The cashier was friendly and helpful with questions about the menu. We got a mixture of breakfast tacos, breakfast burritos, hash browns and an Apple empanada and they were all very good. Their salsa bar had excellent and fresh selections. We hope to be back soon.

Good place to grab a cheap, quick Tex-Mex option. Very clean! I love the new building, and the drive-thru is so much easier to navigate! I like the food here better than the other fast food options.

This is the second time in a row that I have asked for a combination burrito with no red sauce and had to take it back because it definitely had red sauce.

This has been my husband's favorite fast food place forever. One of the nicest feature is the salsa bar - featuring all kinds of peppers, hot sauce, Pico de Gallos and salsas. If you like Tex-Mex, it might become your favorite too.

The food is usually good, but sometimes the burritos can be stale. Drive thru is quick, and they offer a good selection. Great atmosphere, but staff seems kinda lazy & forgets things.

I love taco Villa. This move/remodel was good and gave more seating room. What I don’t like is how all the tea now has a fruity taste.

I love Taco Villa, the building currently is fantastic in comparison to its predecessor, I can't wait to have a decent Monday to show up for Buck Monday Burritos again. The General Manager there is not in any shyness to greet their customers either, I don't think I will stop visiting this place any time soon.

i usually go here on mondays for a bean burrito, my only complaint is that they are more than 2 dollars after tax. but, i guess you can kind of say that about everywhere now

I just think the prices are really steep for what you get. The only reason I’ll go here is because they’re the only place in town with frozen margaritas and they’re just decent.

The line to the drive thru was long, but it moved quickly. The person on the speaker system needed to speak up because she had a soft voice and there was traffic noise, but I love Taco Villa and stop there almost every time L go to Levelland.

Pretty good for fast food. Staffing was very polite, even Manager on duty was very polite and assisting people by throwing trash as they finished. Only downfall is the size of tray food is now served in. Nachos in the container made them to where it was a bunch of dry chips on bottom. Still good though.

We love eating at TV but its getting to the point are kinda starting to dislike it. Yall need to put more inside the burritos cause it's all tortilla anymore and not enough on the insides.

The food was ok, nothing to write home about. We were missing some items, but again nothing we were willing to drive 30 mins back to get. The wait wasn't long, staff was nice.

Absolutely amazing if you go during the day before shift change at 5 P.M, after 5 P.M you get a bunch of kids who don't care about your service what so ever nor do they care about your food!!

Was passing through town and figured I'd give this place a try. Got a bowl and while it was good, the portion to price was crazy, it was a tiny bowl with very little food in it. I'll give other menu items a try next time though.

They're kind of stingy with their salsa. If its during a rush hour, don't expect big bean burritos. They always have really hot food though. It's really well done.

I ordered the steak quesadilla and the steak was gristly and fatty. My husband got the taco salad and the beans were bad. I’ve noticed the food gradually going down hill. I can overlook some stuff but this was just bad.

Love Taco Villa. That said I am so disappointed in the subtle upward movement of their prices. I do understand beef is on the rise but I really do not believe that pinto beans are much higher than a year ago. I could be wrong. You should try to keep your bean burritos at a lower price bc 1.89 is pretty price for a bean burrito.

Went through Drive thru - had to rebuild my chalupa as it had been placed in the bag sideways - burrito was ok but no napkins included was kind of ridiculous. Kind of expensive for what you get. Probably won't go back any time soon.

Wish my steak wasnt dry and burnt. The burnt taste just killed my meal all together. And the girl on the register was more experienced than the MOD.. Come on.. its not hard to try to fix it. But this MOD was not too concerned ..i can tell she didnt really listen to me.. but after spending over $40 at least remake me something else...

The service has gotten really bad. It took them 15 minutes to make 2 tacos and a taco salad. When I went up front to check on my order, it was sitting on the make table getting cold. The prices have gone WAY up. It cost me $30 to eat here. It will be a while before I go back!

Curly fries were cold. A separate time I went my drinks were flat.

They forgot my order. When I went to ask about the order, they did not know what I had ordered. Food was not worth the price. Tea was old and tasted horrible. I now understand why the place was empty.

Food was thrown together, the cheese on the enchiladas wasn't melted, forgot the red sauce. Just not a very pleasurable meal this time. Inside dining was packed and numerous cars in the drive thru that was probably the cause. Will avoid this establishment when they are busy.

Taco’s where stale the last 3 times I’ve been there. Tea tasted like they haven’t cleaned the container out in a very long time. Meat burrito meat tasted like it’s been reheated several times. As far as customer service it’s hit and miss, sometimes they are super friendly other times it’s like they have a chip on their shoulder. Only eat Taco Villa if I go to Lubbock

Got three little strips of steak for my whole burrito and got Attitude from the general manager when asked why it only came with three little strips of steak, not to mention the outrageous wait time for me to even be served because of the little kids working would rather stand around and flirt than do their jobs!!

Service was not good. No greeting stood there for four to five minutes . Finally ordered then they forgot my order. Had to show my receipt to get my order after twenty minutes. When I left no thank have a good day. This is not all taco villas this was on 82 nd an Frankford.

I visited this Taco Villa location recently and had a disappointing experience. The menu stated that a medium guacamole comes with a bag of chips, so I ordered it. However, when my food arrived, there were no chips included. I went to the counter to ask about it and waited for a while without being acknowledged, even though several staff members saw me. Eventually, someone came to assist, and after explaining the issue, I was told—rather condescendingly—that chips are not included and must be ordered separately for an extra charge. This was contrary to what the menu advertised, but I ended up paying for the chips just to avoid further hassle. Additionally, we requested extra cheese on our burrito, but it was not added. The lack of attention to detail and the misleading menu made for a frustrating visit. If this location does things differently than advertised, they should be upfront when customers order. Overall, this doesn’t feel like the best place to try if you’re not already a Taco Villa fan. The service and food quality didn't leave much to be desired.

I did like TV but the hairs in my food seems to change my mind. Next time they might watch out for hair in food.

Pull up to drive in at 735am wait and wait then call and the girl states does not open till 8am. All signs and internet show 7am. Stated we just needed drinks and she states she is not allowed to open till 8am. False advertising if you ask me........

Haven't been back to town in a few years, missed and wanted taco villa. Will go to lubbock from now on. Order was incorrect, ordered two number 1s but only two burritos were recieved. Politely showed the manager that items were missing and was told that "I didn't know what I was talking about and I could purchase another 2 burritos if I wanted 4." Reciept showed 4 burritos, wouldn't waste your time here. Same old levelland.

It was busy but I had to stand and wait for 40 min for my food while others who ordered after me already got their food ate and left. When I finally said something to the manager I wasn’t offered comp or drinks or anything. I was told it would be hot and fresh though……. As opposed to??? Also my child’s cheese quesadilla had like no cheese on it and was just a burnt tortilla. Also they gave me 2 zesty bowls instead of 1 zesty and 1 cheesy bowl. 40 minutes and the order isn’t even right. We won’t be back.

If you receive a chalupa through the drive thru that had an incredibly obvious bite taken out of it with teeth marks in the beans and chalupa shell, included. The manager will assure that you are wrong and it's a broken shell. BUT if you show her the obvious teeth marks she WILL let the person who bit your food make you another one, which is nice.

I ordered nachos and they didn't taste right so I just sucked up the cost of them and bought queso and chips. The queso is clearly old and watered down. That must be why the nachos tasted so disgusting.

Worst Taco Villa on earth! Ordered a beef burrito with green sauce and they specifically asked if I wanted red sauce or both. Got both. It was so salty We couldn't eat the food. LIVE out in country and got it to go. Got home and wasn't about to drive back to complain. Won't go back!

We visited through the drive-thru and we checked our back in the parking lot. The tacos were poorly wrapped so they fall apart and we also noticed they forgot our fries. So we circle back and were handed a bag with our missies orders. We got home to try and enjoy the meal but the fries were too salty.. like salt with a little bit of fries, our peach tea tasted like the spout had mold on it, and the taco burgers are ALWAYS smashed. We also didn’t get the salsa we asked for. Like why? It wasn’t busy when we went… And I’ve did over 7 years in restaurants and I understand mistakes happen but this was a lot! This morning crew of 6/30/24 is just riding yalls clocks and is a waste of labor.

Every single time I go to this location I order two beef soft tacos, meat and cheese only, and an order or regular french fries. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go something is ALWAYS wrong. The biggest offender is that I always receive a CHICKEN soft tacos instead of BEEF, and only sometimes do they get the “meat and cheese only” part correct. Sometimes I receive curly fries. The food is almost always cold or at MOST lukewarm. The staff I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with aren’t friendly and grumble about having to give me my straw for the drink I ordered that they didn’t give to me. I make them repeat the order back to me across the speakers AND at the window to make sure they got it correct, but apparently that’s still not enough considering it’s always wrong. And no, I don’t have time to check the bag or return if it’s incorrect because I have a very small lunch window

Went this morning and ordered two bean and potato burrito with sausage n cheese.. the beans were cold... and sausage had a horrible taste.... went back to get money back and order a different item....and gave the burritos back to them.... the one lady at the register was clearly upset at the fact of returning the burritos....so i ordered a smothered burrito in place...and that was the coldest burrito ever... cold tortilla...cold meat...wow just wow.... .

Every single time my husband and I go through the drive through they get my order wrong. I order a number 2 which is a bean and cheese burrito with fries . My husband orders 2 combo burritos .... we always end up with 3 combo burrito... take your time and listen to what is being ordered . Freaking waste of my money and time

Was in there Sunday and they were backed up. The manager was rude to the customers and was in no hurry to get the orders out. We were in there 48 minutes to pick up doordash order and she told me it was only 14 min.i had a receipt in car that told me otherwise. We ended up giving that order to another dasher because we couldn't waitany longer. .most likely will not return there because manager didn't handle the situation and has no customer service skills !
