I had an excellent experience at the Denny’s in Lewisville! I stopped in with my friends for a late night bite, last Friday. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Our server was friendly, attentive, and quick with refills, and the food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered.

Our waitress, Nikki, was absolutely phenomenal — friendly, attentive, and quick with refills and check-ins without ever feeling rushed. She made the whole meal feel genuinely enjoyable. If you’re stopping by this location, definitely ask for Nikki. She’s the best!

There was sixteen of us to start, and a few showed up after we sat down. We got there after nine o'clock, and the server told us it was no problem. I felt bad at first because she had two other small groups already, but she handled our drink orders and got our tickets sorted like a pro. The food took a bit, but it was way less time than we had expected with the group size and time of night. The server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgable of the menu. I wish I had got her name because she was lovely.

Always a 10/10 experience here! My kids love coming to see their favorite waitress Lola bc she’s very attentive. The manager also stopped by to check on us and let us know she was here if we needed anything. Coming back soon!

As a pancake aficionado, Denny’s is simply the best. Last 2 photos are of a newly opened location in the old Cozymel’s space @ Grapevine Mills. I discovered it completely by accident on my way home from the Lewisville location where the first 2 photos were taken a few hours earlier.

This place is AMAZING! The French toast is the chefs kiss of all dessert. The first time I ate here I knew it was the to go place for breakfast lunch literally anything! The service is so nice and polite as well. They always greet you in such a nice manner that they would turn that frown upside down. The atmosphere is so clean to! Not even a crumb on the floor. Although they could stay a bit more on the lookout for slices of bread on the floor but primarily clean! The coffee is so good too! Highly recommended

Enjoyed a satisfying meal at Denny's with a diverse menu offering something for everyone at any given time of 24 hours. The service was prompt, and the staff was friendly. Hello, I have a complaint. Today,March 1st at 4 AM I went to have breakfast with my children. The service was very good, even though there was only one waitress. She had two large tables and two smaller tables, plus us, for a total of five tables. Two more customers arrived, and I understand she was very busy, but she was attentive to everything. The only thing this girl did wrong was that at the end, when she gave me the receipt, I left the payment on the table with her tips. It seems she didn't see it before leaving, even though the money was on top of the receipt. She came out after us with a bad attitude, saying, "Hey, you have to pay." I told her it was on the table, and she didn't even say sorry; she just went inside to look at it. We walked slowly back to the car, and she didn't come out to apologize either. This is the first time this has happened to me, as we have eaten there before and been treated well. I know she was very stressed being alone, but that wasn't the right attitude. They should be more careful about how they treat customers, or perhaps come out to apologize,As for the breakfast, I can say it was excellent.

Menu says kids eat free EVERY DAY 4PM-10PM With a purchase of an adult meal. I went on Sunday. Our server left, we couldn't order anything else cause the other lady wasn't taking care of tables that weren't hers. I asked if my child's order was still going to be charged since the menu says EVERY DAY. we got there at 930pm. This server says "today is Sunday we only do that on Monday through Friday" then my partner asks again and all she does is point at a sign on a different entrance that says "Monday-thursdays" but Google and the menu state it's every day. Also the printed wasn't working so we couldn't even get a receipt. We got two adult meals, and my child ordered spaghetti and side of confetti pancakes. Our waitress ended up checking up on us just once then left.

I notice more than most people. First they have specials going on but they dont give anyone the menus for them. You have to ask. Drinks are way over priced. Hash browns was my biggest complaint. They were burnt on top and raw inside. They didn't cook them slowly with the artificial butter that most restaurants use. They should be golden brown and crispy outside and cooked all the way through inside. I notice they were cutting up bananas that were obviously bad and should have been thrown out. Restroom was dirty and you can tell maintenance is not being kept up. Correct these and watch your income double. I'm a Former restaurant owner.

And my coffee cup was dirty, also one more thing my son had asked for a shake, our waiter said the machine was broken, turns out we see another family order a shake and they bring it to them. So sad for this place , used to be so great . Thumbs down

(2-3-2026 ) My server Nikki was very rude to us the moment we walked in. We were the only ones in the restaurant and she got upset because we wanted to sit in the next booth over. She angrily demand why we wanted to sit there instead and I told her it was a preference. She did not give my kids crayons for their menus because she said they didn’t have anymore. Later on at the counter, I saw that she had a big box of crayons But she said it was for tomorrow’s guest only And that she should have hid them better. When we began to order our food, I asked for hot chocolate she said they didn’t have any. Whenever we received our food, my son didn’t have any icing on his Pancakes for the birthday cake pancakes and I asked her about it and she said that they were out, but she never mentioned that while we ordered, and then she Huffed and puffed Rolled her eyes upset and walked away. Then she came back and asked us if we wanted some icing for the pancakes. My children were starting to catch on with what was going on and they asked me why is she being rude to us and I wondered the same thing. She was on her phone most of the time sitting down. And whenever we needed something she made it feel like we were inconveniencing her. We felt very uncomfortable. The only thing we didn’t like about the food was that the sausage links were hard and looked dried out, it was hard to chew. This was our first time coming to this Denny’s and We will not be returning Again. I do not recommend this Restaurant or the server Nikki to anyone.

I was waiting for my truck to be done and wanted to grab something small and quick, ordered a drink and fries. Seasoned fries. They came out burnt and no seasoning. As a server I would have never brought those to a table. She never came back to check on me and (don't know her name) she then brings me a check and a box, neither of which I asked for. I politely told her the fries were burnt and I wasn't eating them or paying for that. Had she came back I would have asked for new ones. But they could do better, they weren't even busy. But good service for Denny's seems to be hard for them.
