The food is very good, but the service is slow even when there are no people around...
The tacos are 10/10. The service if you're going to takeout... poor. One person does everything: the tacos for those who eat there, the orders they take, and the rest just stand there watching. So, if you're going to eat there, fine. If you're going to takeout, go ahead; it takes about 30 minutes to get served.
The tacos are very good, there's a variety. I recommend the egg with machacado and barbacoa; they're some of the best. The carne asada seems a bit dry to me. They're a good size, well-served, and double tortillas, normal size or from a tortilleria. Four full tortillas cost, I think, 25 pesos.
When they open they still don't have everything, in fact they almost never have red sauce and that's the one I like, one time they had a sauce in a large mortar and pestle and it was delicious but a few days later I went back and it no longer had the same preparation and flavor, after that I simply never saw them have it again!!!

It's been a long time since I've had such good gizzard tacos. The asada tacos are also good, although the barbacoa ones aren't the best. The service is good, the waiters are always attentive, and the service is fast. I've never had to wait for a table. I definitely recommend it. It loses a star because they advertise tripe tacos on the sign at the entrance, but they never have them.
The "carne asada" was very bad; it tasted like finely ground dried beef. The other dishes were all very good, the tripe taco was also good. They should add grilled onions to the beef and barbacoa tacos as well. Personally, they only added grilled onions to the chicharrón and tripe tacos.
Poor service, there's no order when they serve you, they give you the wrong amount or the wrong fillings for the tacos.
The tacos were good, but I got the worst waitress (a young, thin woman with glasses) who was grumpy, answered rudely, and didn't clean the table.
