I got a pickup order a few days ago. The dinner that I ordered was very good. It was not too salty. You could actually taste the food. I got salmon broccoli without seasoning and mashed potatoes. I also ordered a cup of tomato soup. Very good.

It's Applebee's, BUT the servers at this location are happy, smiling, and attentive, clearly enjoying what they do...and that positive attitude is nicely passed on to the customer. Making our visit a pleasant experience! Which in turn gives you a good reason to come back for more... something other restaurants should take lessons from! Applebee's is not gourmet but that doesn't matter it's a fun place and the food is very good, the drink specials are very much welcomed (see pics), the burgers are tasty, the spare ribs were excellent and fall of the bone too!

I loved it. It was my first time there. Since it was a holiday the line was really big. But we didn't really had to wait that long to get in. We were two people and we only waited about 10 minutes. The staffs are really nice and friendly. The lady that served us was always smiling and asked every now and then if we needed anything. The food was also really good. I will definitely go back soon. Also the price was good too. 5 STARS!!!!!

The staff was really friendly and on top of all the bar drinks. Was really busy for a Wednesday night but they kept control of the bar and stayed on top of all the drink orders. Will definitely come here again for happy hour specials (drinks and 1/2 off apps)

The service at this Applebees is great! Our server, Ali, was extremely kind and attentive!

Food was delicious and came out quickly. Cant go wrong with their $5 drinks!! The restaurant is very clean and Our server Jess was very sweet and on point!

Applebees, Lindenhurst 07/23/24 Met 6 friends for lunch Someone picked Applebees, so off I went.. Of course, I ordered a hamburger. They have 4 burgers to choose from, which had all kinds of cheeses, sauces, accoutrements, thisis, and thats. None of which I needed, or wanted Hamburger, medium rare, please toast the bun, hold the LTO, American cheese, extra crispy FFs, and Im happy I was very impressed with the meat they used.. It had a bit of earthiness, that I enjoy, and a slightly salty taste. The burger came out a near perfect medium rare, and as juicy as can be. The bun to meat ratio was spot on, as one didnt overwhelm the other. The structure of the meat led me to believe that it could possibly been hand formed, as it was juicy as any other that I've had. The French Fries were as crispy as I asked for, and I enjoyed them. Overall, this is a burger I would not hesitate to recommend. It's as good as a lot of the decent bar bugers out there, that have "reputations". Im putting it in a Top 20 category, no kidding! It's definitely not in the rarified Top Tier, or in a Top 10 category, but a respectable burger, nonetheless. And you cant beat the price. I had the burger, 1 Brooklyn Lager, and my bill was $18.75.. Their Lunch pricing is very attractive, with a $10.95 specials. Others I ate with had a variety of food choices, and not one complained about their food. The Service was good..They were a bit shorthanded, so it wasnt the fastest, but Kim, our Server did a good job keeping things going. Parking is a breeze, as it's in a huge parking lot near King Kullen. I had a bad experience with my pick up order, I ordered a burger without pickles, and still add the pickles on my burger, also the fries was also very cold. They waited me and my party of 9 for 45 min. The person at the front desk was very rude and snooty. She kept giving us attitude and sassing us.

Let's start by the server didn't introduce her self nor gave any type of service. By the waythe server name was dana..garbage attitude.. the ribs were very hard the fries were over salty and when I asked for a refill it's seemed to bother her and I had to get the next drinks.. horrible service 😑 very sad

The manager Dough T is a nasty person he did not want to give me extra ketchup he told me I already had in my bag. He was upset because I told him I wanted my burger well done, and he said where do you see pink you opened it here? I said yes I don’t want to have to call you guys or come back. He snatched the bag from me turned my burger upside down. Ridiculous no sorry no nothing. Very disrespectful you would think as a manager he would act like one but nope. Terrible.

I recently dined at this restaurant and wanted to share my experience. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the atmosphere was lovely, creating a warm and inviting setting. It was bustling with diners, which added to the lively vibe. However, our experience was marred by our waitress, who was quite slow. She spent over 20 minutes chatting at the bar, which delayed our service significantly. This was frustrating, especially since we ended up having to order dessert through the kiosk at our table. Unfortunately, this method did not allow us to access the special three-course meal offer meal dessert, which added to our confusion. In the midst of this, I approached the manager, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She resolved the situation promptly and even offered us a complimentary cactus blossom, which was a lovely gesture. However, I overheard the waitress speaking negatively about me while I was on my way to the restroom, expressing her discontent about the five-dollar tip I left. Honestly, I felt she was lucky to receive any tip at all given the circumstances. Additionally, I witnessed her making a mistake on another guest's check, which again required the manager's intervention. Overall, while the food and atmosphere were great, I believe the service needs significant improvement. It’s unfortunate that our experience was affected by one staff member, and I hope they can address these issues moving forward.

I'm so surprised at this establishment I was so disappointed with the food not the delivery because my food was delivered ahead of schedule my disappointment is the food my hamburger was sloppy with wilted lettuce tomatoes and hard bacon. disgusting dis not enjoy at all when I dine in I never had this problem so expected a better result. I'm home sick just thought I would get the same service. I will never patronize again just turned me completely off. What makes an establishment do something like this and get away with it. A manager needs to check every outgoing meal!!!!

Visited this Applebees tonight with friends. After waiting 10 min to order drinks and another 10 minutes to receive my drinks we finally got to order our food. I Ordered a burger and when it finally came out about 20 min later, it came out super raw. ( see pic attached) the meat was actually still chop meat and wasn’t even hot inside. I told my server, Tanya, and asked for the burger to actually be cooked correctly. The server replied by saying “you asked for it medium rare” implying that the burger was indeed medium rare even though it obviously was not. She took back the food and about 20 min later returned with a very overly cooked burger. Everyone else in my party was already finished eating so now i was left to eat alone. When she came back she asked how it was i told her it was over cooked but more edible than the last one was. She walked away from me mid sentence and didn’t even acknowledge what i had said. At the end the server took away the garbage and plates off the table and gave us a to go container but never brought over the bill. When she finally brought over the bill it showed she originally comp’d the burger and then she re-added it back onto the bill at the end.
