Son stata in questo bar per un aperitivo. Il cocktail viene accompagnato da pizzette, noccioline e patatine. Personale rapido e cortese.

Friendly staff, terrible coffee, they don't know how to make it, and it's not the first time I've stopped by. I was hoping they'd improve the coffee machine, but it seems like there's no comparison... removed from the coffee "circle." Sorry. At that price, you can find better.

Ho preso un caffè shakerato che era molto buono, ma il servizio è lentissimo, con poca gente da servire. Non sono soddisfatta, non ci tornerò!

Mi spiace fare una recensione di questo tipo visto che lavoro nello stesso ambito ma purtroppo il servizio del ragazzo non è adeguato in quanto molto scontroso; ci siamo fermati di pomeriggio a bere 4 marocchini "caffè macchiato in tazza grande" va be' poi abbiamo preso un succo una birra media e un te in lattina per la modica cifra di € 18.90 chiediamo se possiamo avere una ciotolina di patatine me la portano al tavolo e ti senti rispondere è da pagare a parte 1.50€ a quel punto allibita dalla cosa mandiamo indietro la ciotola e ci facciamo portare un sacchetto chiuso di patatine; tanto pagare per pagare almeno ho il sacchetto. Ora la riflessione è per una ciotolina di patatine ci si perde......si preferisce perdere la clientela al posto di dare un servizio???? Bhaaaaaa Non ci torneremo mai più...... Peccato perché il posto è davvero carino ma non ci sa fare il ragazzo.....

Long waiting times before ordering even though the bar wasn't full, we were outside on the veranda and for the whole time we were there there were pigeons on the tables where the customers had already left, so I kindly asked if they could free the table next to us since there was no one sitting there except the pigeons eating the leftover croissants, the waitress with a annoyed and bothered look turns away

The staff needs to change jobs. I went inside saying I was going to order breakfast outside, but no one ever came over to take my order. In fact, they watched me while they cleared a table, but then I didn't. I should point out that the place wasn't full, so I can't judge the food because I didn't even eat.

Unfortunately, despite the beautiful location, the staff, and especially the owner, should change jobs because paying customers should be treated with politeness and courtesy. They're not pains to be fleeced if you order a Crodino, which costs €5.00, even if you have to pay for two fries or two olives separately. When you sit at the table, the owner seems almost annoyed and barely greets you... I wish he'd change jobs!

The location and outdoor space are beautiful, but the owner is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! They make you feel like an "unwelcome guest" from the moment you arrive and barely greet you until you pay. I paid €5.00 for a crodino, I asked for two chips, and they brought me a sealed bag without even a bowl to pay for, except €1.50. I reported the RUDE gesture to the cashier, but the owner responded arrogantly!!!! They work for the position, but they should change their profession and treat people with politeness and respect. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The location and the square are beautiful, as is the bar and outdoor seating. The quality of the food is a shame; a poorly made spritz left me with a stomach ache for two days, and the HUGO was the same story, terribly made. Not to mention the quality of the aperitif. 1.50 for a small plate with two fries, not even in Venice. Not to mention the croissants, which are frozen... a shame.

It's not a bar, it's a jewelry store. The prices are unfairly high. Breakfast in Milan's Piazza Duomo is cheaper. The owner and waiters are rude, and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. If you sit outside, the stench of sewage will accompany your meal. AVOID.

Terrible service. We were a group of friends, and since there weren't enough chairs at the table for everyone, we decided to take one from the next table, which was free. A waitress immediately came over and arrogantly began to lecture us about why we shouldn't have done that, even threatening to leave. Out of spite, the waitress made us wait 40 minutes for a can of soda. Meanwhile, some of us had to stand or sit on someone else's lap—unthinkable. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Terrible experience! The staff was rude and unhelpful. They treated us badly and showered us with terrifying looks throughout our stay. I've never experienced a more uncomfortable situation. Eventually, a waitress came to us and asked us to leave because there were no seats, when two tables next to us were free. Embarrassing!

One star is too much! Six of us, friends, decided to stop for an afternoon coffee. A young man greeted us, saying he would move two tables outside, and so he did. Unfortunately, he didn't notice that one of the six seats was unusable because it was placed next to an umbrella with a concrete base. To avoid disturbing anyone, we tried to fix it ourselves, without moving anything. At this point, the young man arrived and, with a very arrogant manner, pointed out that we shouldn't have made such a fuss and that we should have called him. We decided not to reply, so as not to put ourselves on his level. We proceeded to take orders; One of the six men says he doesn't want anything... and the boy replies that since he's seated, ordering is mandatory... We had to get up and leave... We wait patiently, and the coffees and other things arrive, including an "unwanted" Moroccan coffee (that was the price our friend had to pay to stay seated). At this point, our friend very politely asks the "boy" if he can express his opinion, as advice for the future. The boy's reaction was one of total indifference and a condescending air (even in his tone of voice), giving the distinct impression of not wanting to listen. He continued by asking how many sugar packets each of us wanted. We asked him to leave them, and he said he couldn't. My (by now irritated) response was: are you afraid we'll steal the packets? Enough is enough! I strongly advise against this location...they have a long way to go!
