My mom and I stopped by for a quick lunch and everything was so good. Service was great - from order taking to tableside to the goodbyes! I had a lovely meatball sub and my mom had some spaghetti with marinara sauce. We both had a slice of pepperoni pizza - the crust was like a crispy breadstick, so good! Finished off our meal with some cinnamon bites, a perfect ending. Will definitely be back!

The food was fresh and very tasty. The breadsticks were just as I remembered them from many years ago! The person manning the drive-through speaker was very intolerant and was not helpful but once at the window there was a much better vibe and the attendant was very polite. I’m sure it’s stressful when it’s opening week so it’s understandable. Update: I dined in and it was a good experience and atmosphere. They brought me stale breadsticks the first go around but they brought more out and they were much better. Everyone was in a team huddle when I was leaving and everyone was saying goodbye and saying to have a good day. Nice people.

Service was a bit slower than usual today. Still decent Italian food, fair selection, prices better than typical sit-down Italian.

The staff is awesome, so this isn't a knock on this location. The food is just subpar and bland. I know it's Italian fast food, but there just isn't much flavor. It's decent if you're craving Italian and need something cheap, but I'd recommend going to a mom & pop place instead.

📞d & spoke to 2nd in command of the store, mgr. Ms.Gabrielle prior to making a call in to pick up order of food. She took the time to tell me her veggies for a specific specialty🍕I needed & assured me she could facilitate my particular needs for the order. I did as she instructed & made my call in order a little while later for said🍕. We came in & ordered the rest of our food in person. The teeny, weeniest, tiniest munchkin of a lil girl took our order with just enough attitude & misinformation for me to pick it up... but it was ignored because I was honestly too tired to give a shyt. ☝🏿However...The food order made & received was Top Notch Work👍🏿 My special🍕I needed was the best I've had in Quite Some Time!! Shout out & Many Thankx to Ms.Gabrielle who was very sweet & the crew member(s) that created our order for us....well done Dears....Well Done💜💯💪🏿 ~Ms.Queeng E.~

It's is fast food Italian. Quite delicious. No olive garden but really quite good. This place had no restrooms though I didn't think that was even a thing..

The service was fabulous!!! Don't remember the kid's name, but he was on point!!! Table of 12 and we NEVER ran out of their scrumptious bread sticks!!!! The pizza was ok... Could tell they used the marinara sauce for the lasagna... And the only good thing about the chicken fettuccine alfredo was the chicken.

We ate here yesterday for the first time.Dine in and was greeted. The young lady behind the counter was friendly and helped me pick out something. The dining area had trash on the floor First Red Flag.They bought the food out it was ok not bad. While we eating i saw a ROACH crawling on the wall where we sat in a booth. I was so embarrassed because i picked this place. I lost my appetite and will not return. So if you are reading Please be aware that they has a ROACH problem and they need to spray!!

We were never greeted walking in and everyone was on their phones in the back, our side salads were pre-made so they were soggy and wilted, our breadsticks had way too much garlic, we ordered the mozzarella bites which tasted like they had just been taken out of the freezer and microwaved, we also order the garlic chicken ravioli and the chicken broccoli penne which looked good but were very mediocre, neither of the ladies restroom doors locked properly and once we did get them locked it was very hard to get out, their paper towel machine doesn’t function properly, and they didn’t have but one lady working the front and waiting tables since very few people came there. It had good ratings but overall it wasn’t good and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
