Wow. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. I loved the fact that sourdough was an option, but I chose the gluten-free wrap. It was delicious, and stuffed with all the good stuff- plenty of meat, trimmings , juice, and flavor! I definitely recommend Mr. Pickle's.

Ordered online, when I arrive to pick up order, it was ready, and both sandwiches were correct. Friendly employees and amazing sandwiches as always....and the free chocolate chip cookie is always a bonus!

We’re from out of town and stumbled across this sandwich shop. The service was quick and the sandwiches were incredibly good. Every sandwich ordered was delicious. We’re likely to visit again in a future visit to the area.

While my latest visit and visits subsequent to the visit prompting the comments, below, were 5-star, the issue mentioned in the previous comment are not totally resolved. Note that Mr Pickle's did contact me regarding my difficulty mentioned, below. But, we have been unable to completely resolve the issue. Nobody's perfect. Previous comments (from a 3-star review). Ordered takeout using the app. Could not take advantage of a reward that is set to expire soon. Had LOTS of difficulty using the app AND completing the survey.

Use to be my favorite sandwich spot in high-school. Now the dutch crunch bread is chewy and sandwich fillings were very average. I got the Reggie Reggie (same thing I got in HS) and was sadly underwhelmed. May be biased- but wanted to love it as much as I use to!

Have been buying Rubens here for quite a while but this last time it was terrible. First you changed black bread to marbled ( black better), then used shredded lettice instead of sourkraut (totally unacceptable).

I got the sourdough bread mr. pickle which came without bacon and drowned in sauces. The bread was soggy (yuck) and fell apart quickly. Employees were rude and dismissive and didn't seem to want to be there. free cookie is a free cookie though

Requested the works, but didn’t get the works. Requested no cheese, but got cheese. At least the sandwich was made in five minutes

I would have to say one of the worst customer service base place you can ever go to. I was standing in line ordering a sandwich and one of the sandwich makers splattered a whole bunch of barbecue sauce all over me! He said sorry, but when I asked for something to help clean up the splattered sauce all over me, he continued to ignore me and continue with making a sandwich for somebody else. When I called the manager said that it would be too much work to take off his gloves and grab me something and he did say sorry so that should’ve resolved everything
