En respuesta a las reseñas anteriores, llevo 5 años yendo a comer a este sitio, incluso cuando estaban los antiguos propietarios, a pesar de que han cambiado ha sido todo muy bueno y un servicio excelente de parte de los camareros, los cuales han sido super atentos en todo momento. Pienso que si no tienes una buena opinión del sitio no vuelves o lo dices en el momento, veo innecesarios los comentarios malos, de hecho he oido que se han ido sin pagar algunos y luego opinan… En fin con el griterío de el grupo de chicos jovenes que estaba fuera (que supongo son los de las anteriores reseñas) no nos ha dejado disfrutar al completo de nuestra cena, bastante irrespetuosos ya que no es un bar de copas, aun asi tuvimos una muy buena experiencia por parte del equipo del restaurante.

Stopped here last night. Had the Galician octopus, wok fried prawns with vegetables and patatas bravas. Excellent. Going again tonight. Waitress was lovely, spoke a little English and helped us choose. Highly recommended.

El Floc is a restaurant of tapas located in the Port of Llançà, a town in the North of Girona Province, in Costa Brava Region. The last month, I came here twice. The first one, we came here to dinner…

Estuvimos este verano durante nuestra estancia en Llançà. Antes de nada, importante, no hacen reservas, de modo que recomiendo y pronto si no quieres esperar más de una hora para comer o cenar. Fuimos un primer día y tomamos la ensalada de bacalao y el arroz de vieiras y gambas. Hacía años que no comía un arroz tan tan bueno. Al gustarnos tanto, repetimos un segundo día. Tomamos calamares y sepia. Los calamares muy bien, pero la ración de sepias un poco justa para mi gusto. Servicio rápido y eficiente. Pongo un 4 en vez de un 5 por no reservar y por la ración de sepia.

Vaya!!! Super!!! Lamentamos que esta siempre lleno… cuando viajamos a Llança pasamos por ahí. El tiempo de espera es un poco largo pero repito porque hay mucha gente. Comida muy rica. Todo limpio. 🙌

Muy rica experiencia. Comenzamos pidiendo las croquetas con queso de cabra e higo, que fueron sin duda un acierto. De segundo comimos la paella de vieras y marisco, que estaba muy rica. Experiencia recomendable.

Ate here twice while staying in Llança. Not always easy to get a table but there's a reason for that. All the food we had was delicious. Not just standard Tapas but deliciously prepared and extensive menu, whether you just want a burger or a delicious seafood dish. We had melt in the mouth scallops and tasy octopus. Friendly and helpful waiters especially as we spoke very little Catalan or Spanish. Worth struggling to understand the menu using Google! Prices were reasonable for the quality of the food.

The food is good and the price as well . But its very difficult to get the waiter attention or to even have a table. Also be prepared to wait for eveything: to get a table , to command, to have your food, to have the dessert menu and to get your desert. But I still like it cause the food is good

This used to be our go-to restaurant in Llanca because of good service and great food for a reasonable price. But I suspect a change in staff and menu has caused a slight decrease in customer service and food quality/ quantity for a higher price. Apart from this it's still a great restaurant with a wide menu.

Guiándome por las reseñas de internet , llamamos para reservar a las 15.00 porque llegábamos justos de tiempo y nos dijeron que cocina cerraba a las 15.00 pero que nos esperaban si llegábamos unos minutos más tarde , así que muchísimas gracias , la comida y el servicio de la camarera fue bueno pero por error anotó mal o desde cocina nos sirvieron una ración menos de paella ( que estaba muy buena ), total que se disculpó y nos dijo que traía pan para calmar el hambre ! La verdad que nos quedamos con mucha hambre y tuvimos que pedir un plato de calamares (17€ por tres calamares muy pequeños )! No nos ha gustado que sabiendo que nos íbamos con hambre ( sobre todo los niños ), no hicieran un detalle de cafés o un postre gratis por el error que tuvieron en la comanda !! Sinceramente no lo entiendo , porque algo así lo que hace es no recomendar el restaurante y no poner un 10 en todo , porque la paella a mi me ha gustado mucho … como profesional y autónoma que soy los detalles y el cuidado al cliente es básico y habéis quedado mal por esto , con un café o un postre de 4€ rico como el pastel de queso que me pedí hubieseis quedado como verdaderos profesionales !!

El floc no es el mismo restaurante. Con el cambio de dueño los platos son mas caros y en algunos casos las raciones mas pequeñas , algo poco justificable.El personal también es nuevo no queda ninguno de los antiguos no se porque serà .Quiero recalcar el camarero argentino que es un gran professional i destacar su gran labor ya que me parece un gran professional siempre educado y atento . El chaval Rubio que es camarero también muy educado y luego hay algun camarer@ que se equivoca con comandas amenudo pero no pasa nada se rectifica y ya esta . Por último recalcar las copas que también son mas caras incluso a veces sirbiendo con vaso de tubo cosa que personalmente no me gusta pero cuando me lo sirven en vaso de copa ningun problema . En resumen , no es un mal restaurante es de lo mejor que hay en llança , aunque si vienes buscando la experiencia del antiguo floc es imposible que vuelva con la nueva directiva , Agradecer al camarero argentino por su cortesia y si la carta fuera mas barata seguro que se llenaria el restaurante como siempre habia sido el Floc!

Food is okay, but this restaurant also struggles with to little personal. So waiting a long time to get your order in, get the food, etcetera. Had to ask three times for the mayonaise. By time I got it the fries were cold. And several dishes came separate while they intended to be eaten together. Hard working friendly staff, but just to many tables for just a few staff.

The restaurant is very nice and ambience is very good. Service was also very nice. We tried Paella which was the wrong choice. I think it is not the speciality of the location, from what I saw tapas seem much better. The paella is very sticky and contains a lot of seafood, which you cannot handle in a paella without creating a mess. See the pictures. Mussels, fish and small crevettes is fine, but how you should eat crabs and big gambas flesh without having the right tools to open them. Especially when they are cooked with the rice, they are completely covered in sauce and impossible to open without having the sauce and rice everywhere. A paella should not have too much sauce/juice and only seafood which can be opened / eaten effortless, such as mussels, fish, small crevettes, calamaris, etc.. Rice should be still crispy and not a rice pie. Taste of the paella was also overwhelming. So we left the restaurant with mixed emotions.

Food was great (the mussels were fantastic), but the staff was unfortunately not well-trained. Forgot multiple drink and food orders and were not very attentive. Ha perdido mucha calidad. Llegamos para cenar 5 personas, cada plato ha salido más tarde que el anterior. Cuando han acabado de llegar los platos otros ya habían acabado. Los postres muy caros para la calidad ofrecida. El crepe estaba seco. La tartaleta de (supuestamente) chocolate blanco con frambuesas ni sabía a chocolate, ni tenía frambuesas.

Returned to this restaurant on the first day of our holiday. I’ve been there in the past and enjoyed it immensely. This time however, I had the rudest waitress in the world. She literally threw the food at us. We asked her was she having a bad day? She said she was ‘on fire!’ Not our problem as guests. As much as we tried to be friendly she continued to be rude. Welcome to Llança! Food was good but left a bad taste in our mouths. Literally!

Desde que se ha cambiado de dueño han subido de media 2€, 2,5€ la carta y esta todo peor. 8,40€ un cubata de bar de carretera, mitad de vaso (de la foto me habia bebido nada y menos). Y la comida es de risa. Les digo que el cubata está a la mitad, y me dicen que en un hotel cobran 9 o 12€ por cubata, que un gin tonic es un coctel. Se acaban los sitios para ir en Llançà.

Very bad burgers ! Plastic burgers ! Ordered the apetizers at the terrasse; they forgot us so I had to go to the bar say hello, we are here ! We went inside because of the cold, they forgot about us again. I had to call them again my myself for them to finally come take our order ! The restaurant wasn't full but they seemed having the craziest rush ever ! I don't see any rush here. This is not a rush. This was usual shift I assume. Then 10 minutes later we received the double burger (plastic overcooked meat) and the regular burger (with many meat nerve in it). So very bad quality for something that is not the most complicated food to do ! Overall, very very bad experience and very bad burgers ! Trust me I don't post bad reviews in general but this restaurant, service and food are BAD !. avoid it.

Really bad service and disorganised. Asking for a table to a waitress and send me to speak with other two ones, for wait more, and then the person who told us to wait forget to tell us that there’s a list…. So we where waiting outside, when we ask again and all the people that was waiting behind us end up in front of us in another line and they wanted us to do the other line and wait more for a table… of course we left. We’re not gonna eat in a place with this bad service. We understand that they where a bit busy but comunícate better with your clients… not just with the French ones….
