I've always ordered Mark's in Medina. I didn't even realize there was one in Lockport! I have been struggling finding good pizza in the area! I'm sooo happy I happened to notice the store. I FINALLY had a great pizza!!!
Stopped for a slice. Best pizza in the area. Fast, friendly. Pizza delicious. I had original sauce with pepperoni
My family really likes this place. Great food. We tend to get a split pizza with wings. We've also had their Philly Cheese Steak as well. Never an issue. They do use a sweeter pizza sauce which we enjoy but mileage may vary with other folks.
Pizza is delicious if youre ordering 1 slices they are huge prices are decent as well
Great food fast service and very nice staff. Pricing is very fair as well. Pizza was great one of my top 10 places
Staff is always friendly, I've never had any complaints about the food. The dine in area is spacious and clean. Great 0lave to grab a bite. Lots of selections on the menu.
Friends and family love the pizza and wings. We’ve never had an issue. We recently tried the boneless wings and wow - those might just be our new favorite! They have a seasonal calzone, the strawberry is hands down one of the best desserts I’ve had especially with the icing it comes with. We live outside of the delivery area but take the drive to pick it up, that’s how much we enjoy it.
Order was picked up at store.we had a pizza 🍕 and chicken fingers 🤌.I asked for the sauce on the side .. they were dipped prior to pickup.didnt know till I had gotten back home . Other than that it was delicious.too much sauce on fingers...pizza was spot on.seasoned perfect .
Trash was overflowing from trash can when I arrived. I ate and drank stayed one hr and finished my meal. I saw Two employees took breaks individually sat next to trash can. People just continued stuffing their pizza boxes into and on top of can...right infront of employees! The employees saw this. I even said to one employee on break eating as I tried to just throw out napkins into trash...I said wow this is over filled. No response, just a look. I said oh, your eating now but just so you know thanks. Just before I left this couple told other employees in the kitchen, and 1 person came out to change it. I just wonder how long this trash sat before I got there. It wasn't too busy.
$18 for medium pepperoni pizza 🍕 for that price you need to have the best pizza in town…..food was satisfying but not the best…

No cheese slices, no cheese pies even the one that had soem cheese slices had meat on half of it. Cheese pizza is cheap and sells well everyone like it why not have cheese slices not everyone wants meat. Avoiding Marks for awhile until this is corrected.
Ordered a giant pan pizza, cheese and pepperoni, plus 10 wings medium. Opened pizza, plain cheese. Zero sauce on wings. Would not recommend this place for pizza/wings. Ordered from this location once before, about 8 months ago. Just wings, no sauce.
I've had better. Told them on the phone to bring change for $100. The delivery guy only had $20.00 on him.
Normally have great food. But last night had a very terrible ham sub. Asked for roll toasted it was not. Asked for oil and mayo combined Normally properly portioned last night it was flooded with oil. That combined with a non toasted roll made for a very sloppy sub. Literally fell apart it was so soaked
Tried ordering a ham or turkey club which means bacon,i got a hamand turkey no bacon,was spitting sub so half it,could not eat half of a half.it was nasty,ended up throwing it out,
Blech. Wanted to eat in but only one table had chair not on the table. Terrible atmosphere. I wouldn’t expect much but it was really bad. Soggy thick pizza and equally soggy wings. Almost inedible.
Absolutely disgusted, after like 4 times of them always getting my orders wrong. I have decided to try one more time. They can never make anything right or correct except slices! My calzone is disgusting! Only one slice had 20+ pepperoni and the rest of the calzone had none! The owner needs to take control of these children working at night. You just slap a stack of pepperoni on a calzone not even cooked ! What is wrong with yous !
Terrible experience this time, really out last few haven’t been stellar with order mixups. This time, our take out boxes were labeled entirely incorrectly, calzones uncut although we requested within our order, and there was minimal filling. Not sure how a meat lovers calzone ends up in a box with Buffalo chicken on it and the pizza topping calzone had the meat lovers label- again, you can see the minimal filling in the Buffalo chicken. A piece of toast was thicker. Very disappointed for this experience.
Been ordering from them a while now, I usually pick the pizza up my self, it's usually very good. Today we decided to have it delivered, let's just say that the pizza we ordered wasn't like the others we usually order. So 1, either the store made a mistake, which is understandable or 2, they didn't make a mistake and thats kinda scary that what we ordered didn't arrive like we usually get. My suggestion to the store is put a sticker on the pizza box like other restaurants do for the protection of their customer, the delivery guy and the store, because if the store made a mistake, than the delivery guy might get blamed for something he didn't do, or vice versa.... I wont be ordering delivery ever again since the store told me they didnt make a mistake..... this was supposed to be a triple(3) cup char pizza, one half don't look right. :/
