They were extremely busy but did an excellent job getting the orders done. And done correctly. Also noticed the kitchen was very clean. And I'm really picky. You can tell the employees all work good together.

We haven't been to taco bell in like 2 yrs... No reason just didn't happen. And tonight proved we been missing out, the quality was the way it has always been, and they were very courteous, and clean and covid regulation compliance was on point! I would recommend it to anyone. And I had the classic crunch wrap , and 2 doritos locos baby!! 😂 Only complaint that I have is that they got rid of my 2 favorite desserts. Carmel apple empanadas, and cinnamon sugar twists.... I was beside myself... But I guess like all good things, they never last! Happy Taco Tuesday to ALL!!!

Thursday July 27 2017 at 12:30p.m. I ordered 2 beefy five layer burritos...they served the order super fast and was HOT!!! The way I like it...melted cheese on the inside and hot(not spicy but temp) i just loved the visit today!! Kudos for everything!! This is the way it supposed to be!!!

Employee was great ! We ordered with the online app and I was a bit leery but the employees got our order exact ! I definitely wish more of the stores would use the app. It is easy to use and you don’t have to hold up the line deciding what you want to eat.

Props to the employees at the Lockport Ny Taco Bell- my first time w mobile order and I accidentally got the wrong food. I didn’t give them a name 🤦🏼‍♀️ They were super polite when I came back to complain and handled it really well (especially since my order is really annoying) Special thanks to the girl at the window and the dude in the short sleeve button down shirt for making sure there was no cheese on my food! You deserve a raise 🙏

We recently started getting breakfast from Taco Bell. We’re tired of the breakfast sandwiches that others offer. The best deal is the Bacon Crunchwrap breakfast box. A bacon Crunchwrap, Hashbrown, 2 Cinnabon Bits and drink. My wife and I both get the boxes, it comes to about $11 total and we are full afterwards. Customer service is great no matter what time we have gone here and they have never gotten our order wrong.

I stopped into taco bell in Lockport ny for lunch, I would normally go to the drive thru. But I had time and went inside. The staff at this location was on point! The young lady that took my order was not only friendly, she was overflowing with personality and enthusiasm.( I later found out her name was Sara). The other young lady that (martha) brought me my food also friendly, helpful and full of enthusiasm. I couldn't help but wish this is how all restaurant employees should be. I have been in the restaurant business for 30yrs and it impressed me.

The employees here were so kind and caring. They made sure my order was correct before charging me at the register and it didn't take forever and a day for me to get my meal as busy as the Drive Thru was for the 2 people working that evening. All around great service, fast, and kept as clean as possible.

New chicken bowl was pretty good and a decent option for my fitness diet in a pinch while im busy on the go. Worker was super friendly. The dining area was clean as can be. The seats werent too comfortable but thats not really their fault. We werent there more than 20mins anyways.

Let me just say, treat others how you want to be treated and surprises just may be in store for you. I pulled over not even caring if my food was correct only just to post the kindness of this particular location in Lockport, NY South Transit Rd. Taco Bell used to be so accessible to me and now that I've made it a treat, I was pleasantly surprised by the treat of the kindness of people that also worked there. I have to end as my food is getting cold, but make this a stop if you're hungry or even if your not and maybe just need a drink!!! A+ ON CUSTOMER RELATIONS!!! Drive Thru at 1:10 on a Wednesday... UPDATE: I JUST GOT HOME AND MY FOOD WAS PERFECTION!!

Last time i was here (<2 years) the people were horrible and the food reflected the attitudes. Pure trash. I went in today and the place was completely staffed by african-american women who rocked that place. From the order taking to the prep and order making to finally handing me the order to opening the bag and finding a perfectly prepared order. Appropriate napkin amt, paid for extras on board and well made COMPLETE orders, not some jumbled cold mush. It was a PERFECT experience from beginning to end. Whoevers running this taco bell, you need to praise and raise these girls. Theyre doing it right! 10 stars.

I haven’t had Taco Bell in more than a decade until last weekend. I am thrilled to say it did not disappoint! I’ve had it a second time this weekend and I’m happy to call it my new guilty pleasure! Crunch wrap supreme 100%!

Tonight I visited the Drive thru. Headset lady couldn't find what I wanted for a second yet remainded professional and kind.. then after I arrive to the second window.. she continued her positive attitude with the struggles of tap to pay! Great service. Way to go with that hire!! My order was #154

First off. If you're under 18 just stop reading now. My meal was more than good, it was awe inspiring. This was the kind of feeling that as a man you felt after losing your virginity. My cantina burrito was divine, good enough that I considered bringing it in the bathroom with me for Taco Bells version of the mile high club. Then the chips, every bite was foreplay in my mouth topped with the hot lava goodness that is the cheese. Finally the Baja blast.. after sipping on that intoxicating beverage I literally Baja Blasted all over my underwear. Highly recommend for all occasions, lunch, dinner, weddings, bar mitzvah, funerals.

Taco Bell ever recommend going to Lockport because Niagara Falls Niagara Falls Boulevard is the shittiest Taco Bell ever they have cars lined up in front they don't give you the proper orders they forget stuff they're just ignorant and it's just like wow understaffed terrible terrible terrible Niagara Falls Boulevard in Niagara Falls Taco Bell I would not recommend the one in Niagara Falls at all Lockport is great

9/10 the service is great! once in awhile they are short staffed (and its not their fault by any means!!) so it just takes a little longer than usual. Not complaining just letting fellow Taco Bell enthusiasts know :)

Not a bad spot at all for some fast food tacos. Quality, taste, and presentation was good. Love the Dorito's tacos but wish they had the fiery ones back, would also like to see meximelt come back.

Food is OK, prices are decent for what you get. Might as well rent the food because it runs through you like corn through a goose. The generation of workers any taco bell has, are in no rush, so don't be in a hurry.

This location has it's days, but lately they have the nicest sounding staff and the food has been fresh! I stop here after I have my appointment at DENT each month and I get exactly what I want every time. Happy I could make them part of my routine, and it gives me something to look forward to.

EDIT and rating update: gave them another try recently and wow’! What a turn around. They got rid of the terrible workers and replaced them with friendly efficient staff. Awesome! Hope they keep it up. Previous 1 star review- Worst fast food service in a 30 mile radius. Pulled up today for a barely coherent worker to say “out of beef, out of chicken, no wraps, no quesadillas, no burritos” and nearly every other item of the menu sounding seriously impaired. When I inquired as to why they are open when they have nothing on the menu available, a second voice chimed in to add “you can go somewhere else.” A genius concept for sure. But what is the staff doing? Just standing there doing nothing to collect a paycheck? The staff is laughably bad, don’t see how this place could be turning a profit.

Based on the reviews this place seems pretty hit or miss, I had no problems and my food was the standard Taco Bell experience. Whoever cut the quesadilla definitely did it blindfolded, but overall the portions were standard and it tasted good.

This is a perspective of a vegan Diner. I used to come to this place back in California when I was young to make my own bean burritos. I was just ask for bean burrito no cheese and then get two extra size of beans and then open up the burrito and assemble it myself. Today I walked in here after not having been to the chain and a very long time with my son. We ordered at the kiosk and it was surprisingly already veggie friendly with their new V filter. I was able to order a bean burrito with no cheese add extra beans and rice and add black beans. And I also ordered a side of the same thing. The food came out pretty quick and when I did into it I was happy that there was no cross-contamination with other stuff that I don't want in there like cheese or meat particles. Overall I would say that was a pretty good experience and I'm likely to start going to this chain and this location again. :)

I've gone 3 times in Jan. 2 times dine in 1 time drove thru. I've gotten the wrong box 2 of those times. The food took an eternity all 3 times. The employees seemed more interested in chatting than working. It looks like they average 3 employees per shift while also taking door dash. It's just not the right staffing model. I love taco bell or I'd stop going. I hope management makes some changes soon or we will loos them altogether.

They were kinda slow with making our food. By the time we got our food there was a line of 9 vehicles behind us, and there were only 2 of us. My French fries looked like some had eaten half of them. But on the plus side I really appreciated that they didn't have a menu board that changed, I was actually able to look it over quickly and decide what I wanted to try.

ok, experience. Staff was more focused towards drive through window. I placed an order from the kiosk and waited for food for longer than I usually waited at other Taco Bell locations. The order was missing nacho chips and gave me cheese only. Went back to the counter and had to wait about 10 minutes until someone looked at me. Two staff members saw me raising hand but not coming to desk. It was not only me there, there was another guy waited for same reason next to me. See picture, how mexican pizza prepared. Stuffing is only on one side . Quesadilla didn't cut properly. All this fast food give a taste and flavor if they are cooked and prepared nicely. Taco were served broken and stuffing were out, made kids little disappoint. I'd not repeat this location.

My husband just brought home our order and it was completely wrong as in SOMEONE ELSES ORDER ! This Taco Bell must be cursed because in the 4 years I’ve been gone here (no other Taco Bell near me) it’s always been something. I’ve seen an employee just walk out cursing saying I’m done , I’ve seen horrible management and great management but there never seems to be anyone under management who cares. 3/5 orders will be wrong or missing items and if you bring it up they may or may not help you. I had a girl throw a straw at me in the drive through window because I asked for a straw and she thought she put one in the bag but actually did not. I’ve had management tell me their problem is the regional manager as to why the store is so messsd up. I met the franchise owner, he’s from the south and very kind. I don’t know what the deal is there 🤷🏻‍♀️ . I will say over that the past 3 months the staff is professional and friendly but they still seem to mess up the orders the majority of the time. If you read all this “like” if your have the same experience here because I know I can’t be alone in this.

Wasn’t packed. Messed up my order. Put beans which were not in it. I have a texture issue so I will gag therefore couldn’t eat it at the end of the day. Not mad but upset so writing a review bc they should be more considerate…

The food is good, but the service is horrible. We were the only ones in line (my husband, my two daughters and myself) and no one came to the counter for over five minutes, not even a "I'll be over in a minute." They were only making food for one other customer (didn't appear anyone was in the drive through). Once the gentleman did come take our order there was no apology for the long wait. Once the order was placed, it took 12 minutes for it to come out.. It was a dead Tuesday night in the restaurant and drive through and there were five visible workers. Was very unimpressed with the scenario.

We waited 45 minutes for our food. They were out of large cups but didn't say anything until after we paid and offered no compensation for the lack of drink size. They lost the order from a girl who was 2 in front of us. The drive thru was 20 min wait at least. They got something in our order wrong and it took 15 minutes to fix. With the dining room being slightly busy and the drive thru being backed up the manager walked outside for longer than 10 minutes with only 3 other staff on that day. There was no apology for the wait at all. 2 weeks ago we went through the drive thru and nobody answered at the speaker and had to knock on the window where the gentleman said his manager was supposed to be on the speaker. We had to drive back around the drive thru to be waited on. The food was hot and good but the management seems terrible and completely understaffed.

UPDATE: It hasn't gotten any better. They left food out of my bag and I made sure to check and ask for it before leaving. I should have looked at what they gave me because it was a locos shell with a scoop of meat and very little cheese. The bottom of the inside of the shell was empty. There was no lettuce on it, and it comes with lettuce. Asked for hot sauce and was given mild sauce. No napkins and no fork or spoon for the bowl of potatoes. Have given them more chances than necessary. Just sad. Original review: They close early all the time. Google shows they are open till 2am but that's a rarity. It is an absolute must that you check your bags before you leave. Chances are they forgot something. The food is usually good but sometimes they burn the quesadillas and still serve them. Don't order a freeze drink. The machine never works.

Usually is pretty fast lately has been really slow, today. I waited 15 minutes for food, then missing 2 rolled tacos, chalupa sup and my dip, I understand not everyday is a great day and mistakes happen but this happened last several times these last two months! Disappointed

Taco Bell is always meh, but this time was actually upsetting. They had 5-6 kids working & it took almost 25 min to make us 5 tacos. Workers were too busy effing around in the back. Wasn't overly impressed.

It was a pretty good experience, but I think the staff gets overwhelmed if there are more than two people in the drive through! Our order was correct, but we ended up going in after leaving the window, to get our tacos rewrapped. We opened the bag and our chalupas were unwrapped and the contents all over the inside of the bag! They handed us a new bag and just rewrapped the empty chalupa shells! Crazy.. these fast food restaurants keep going downhill with their service. I guess they don't realize the value of a dollar. And social media can change alot.

I’m so sad to say this but I hope this reaches someone who can make a difference because I love Taco Bell. This location is always a bad experience. You walk in there and the staff completely ignores you until you flag them down at the counter (they want you to only use the kiosk but there are people who can’t use it sometimes- shocker). Then when you actually have contact with them, they are rude and act like you are an inconvenience. Then you’ll ask for 5 things before you find one that’s actually in stock. You’ll get your order and it’s sloppily slapped together after you paid $20 for a meal. The cinnamon twists consistently taste like burned chemicals. I don’t understand where management is? There will be nobody else inside the location (staff focuses solely on drive through) and after you inconvenience them by being an in store customer, they give you attitude- then walk directly outside and smoke. I’ve never seen a store managed like this. It’s the only location around and so many people would love to frequent it but just don’t have great experiences when they do. Food service is hard! I totally feel for the staff and understand their position but what I’ve seen is just honestly unacceptable and not necessary. It’s not “sometimes”, it’s every time.

Drove by, no lights, no nothing. There was tape blocking off the entrance and the Drive Thru. App said it was open. I was able to cancel my order. You'd think that if it was closed for something, there'd be a sign, or SOMETHING!

Sorry, but the staff seemed incompetent. I ordered online, and the instructions clearly said to just say my name at the drive-through. The girl working there had trouble understanding that I had already ordered, and a boy had to take over before I could move on. The drive-through was also quite slow. The staff consisted of a short blonde boy and a beautiful black girl around his age, they both looked about 14–16 years old, so maybe it’s their first job. Still, that doesn’t excuse the mistakes. I specifically wrote no lettuce on my order, yet I still had it. The person handing them the food /I guess he made it/ - a taller guy who seemed older, didn’t do his job properly either, he couldn't read 1 prefference. When I took the order, I they didn't say “thank you,” there was no friendliness, nothing. Overall, a bad experience.

Walked in the foyer floor is very slippery. Told the guy at the counter he acted like he doesn't care. Ordered the triple double crunch box and asked for chicken instead of beef and they charged extra to day that. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT!!!! Went to sit down to eat every table in the place wasn't wiped down.

Taco Bell seriously have to get new headsets or something because my order always be wrong. I told them no sour cream and that’s the first thing they do, just unacceptable.

They are HORRIBLE! Never and I mean never try them from door dash! They have 5 orders from me I've been refunded from the dash... can't get an order right then when you decided to eat the food you didn't order you also notice they didn't even put in any sauce!F Lockport taco bell...btw I used to work there

They’ve been out of lettuce for over a week. First time they had a sign up only inconspicuously above the self order kiosks, on a piece of paper written in pen, barely legible. It was too late though, we noticed after paying. Coworker and I went back a week later (this past Tuesday and there was another sign the same way, but for French fries). We start ordering because we weren’t ordering fries when a customer at the counter got upset and said “how can you be out of lettuce?!” So my coworker turns around visibly annoyed and says “wait, you guys are still out of lettuce?!” We left. Clearly mismanaged and uncaring store. Too big of a gamble to try to go here on a lunch break only to have to rush to get to another place that actually operates with a sliver of care. Secondary note, the parking lot is insanely small and tight. Very dangerous.

Weither I'm coming for delivery pick up or for my own order, drive thru takes precedence. Delivery pick ups are suddenly no longer allowed in the drive thru so you have to come inside. Workers do not acknowledge you at the counter. They do everything they can to not look in the direction of the counter. Everytime, I wait an average of 15-20 min for a delivery pick up that was put in well before I accepted the order, so it should be done before all the drive thru customers, it should be done before I even arrive at the restaurant or me just getting there. I just ordered a mobile order and I selected to pick up inside. I put it in when there were no drive thru customers. Yet I'm still here as drive thru is taken care if first, regardless of how many cars keep coming. Why aren't orders made in order they're received? And don't tell me they are bc I ordered my mobile order before all the drive thrus and the doordashes that just received their orders. I'm done with this place. I'm done spending my money here and I'm done picking up delivery orders. Done.

Unfortunately I love Taco Bell and could eat it everyday but I have yet to find one that can suit my needs. For starters, most (not all) of the employees are very rude or not attentive at all, customer service should be #1 but they definitely lack in that area. Second, Every time we go something is messed up or not right and god forbid if you take it back or call, they will lash out out at you! Third, at least one order of fiesta potatoes are ordered every time we go, and we NEVER get a fork. And if we ask, if there’s a fork the answer is always YES but long behold…. There is not a fork in there. Oh Taco Bell how I love you so, get it together already!!

Do yourself a favor and just bypass this location. The chance of you getting your order correct is slim to non, ever burrito looks like it was flattened manually by foot, and you'll wait 25 minutes. Ps you can't pull away once your in the drive, so your stuck in F train losing your mind for half an hour.

Sick and tired of this location ripping me off. The last 9 time drive through I get the taco party pack supreme and every freaking time they give me letters and cheese only. This is ridiculous im paying for the upgrade and don't get. If you call to complain after getting home they just say they are out of ingredients at the time.

Communication is very nonexistent. Drink machine wasn't working right, but instead of placing an out of order sign on it, an employee with an attitude would just wave their finger saying no like you're a child or something. So I outright told them they should probably put an out or order sign on it and they just walked away and said 'whatever'.

Came through a little after 11:30pm and was told by the automated drive-through that the location was closed. I had an order for 5 people and they don't close till midnight. Watched 2 or 3 other vehicles do the same after me, this happened yesterday as well. Observed workers inside so I called them and was given the excuse there are only 2 employees. Ended up going to McDonald's. Will follow up with corporate in the morning.

Every morning I go there and I have to sit there and wait for someone to even acknowledge that I'm there for at least ten minutes that or they don't say anything at all and when you drive around there sitting on the counter playing on there cell phones. Poor customer service. One time I was asked to pull up front at they would bring the food out to me 30 minutes later I walked in and asked what was going on cause no one came out and they said Oh Sorry we completely forgot. Bunch of idiots... The Lockport location is the only one that I ever have a problem with. Every other one is always fast and a great experience.

Was my first time trying this Taco Bell location and everything was absolutely horrible. I tried a loaded sausage breakfast burrito and there wasn't much in there. The potatoes were hard and Chewy like jerky. The Mountain Dew Baja Blast tasted like straight syrup and the hash browns were over done and Chewy also. Would never go back to this location ever again.

Just poor customer service. So I stopped in for some take out for my rather large family ordered 4 of the boxes not only was the wait long which I was understanding as it was busier and my order was rather large but once I received my order all my boxes were just thrown into the bag and I simply asked are all my boxes in this bag and the response from the older guy working was just give it back I'll rebag it with other rude comments about how the order is too big and how he just wNts to go hom3 to his family this is actually 2 separate reviews and I have now lowered to one star. Corporate really needs to go in here and fix this location

Every time I go to this location they are out of something today they were out of beef, cheese, and soft shells last time they were out of chalupas and the soda machine had no CO2 the time before that beef and hard shells!!! Either the manager needs to learn how to order properly or the the employees just lie so they don’t have to do their jobs... this is ridiculous!!!!

I ordered a power bowl and 3 tacos. We waited almost 15 minutes for our order. When we got home I noticed there was no rice in the power bowl. When I called to ask about it the phone just rings without being answered.

Do not eat here. Ordered a bunch of stuff and picked it up from the drive thru. All the taco shells, the cinnamon twists, and the chips all tasted like someone had sprayed Windex or Bleach on them. Had to throw everything out.

We always wait ridiculous times in the drive through when there is only 2 - 4 cars ahead of us. Even with the small orders which is all we get. Food was also bad. Potatoes were very old and over cooked. Makes you wonder what takes so long when everything is old and cold.

Absolutely horrible. You talk about your order DIRECTLY with them and you leave and you still don't get what you order. and not only that, could they be any less sparse with the amount of cheese they give you. At least fill up the cups for the nachos. My goodness. Every time I come to this taco bell specifically, I'm always left disappointed and it's sad because I don't even think the staff care at all about the customers. :( I try to be nice and not to come off rude at all but I feel looked down on with disrespect. Never

We ordered thro door dash. We wanted 3 Mt dews 1 baja blast. We got 4 baja blasts. The quesadilla wasn't cooked, was cold, cheese wasn't even melted, and no sour cream I paid extra for. The burrito had no extra cheese or extra sour cream I also paid additional for. The owner needs to find new employees who don't screw up an ENTIRE order! I am so disgusted and disappointed in this branch. Hire more competent people. I understand missing one item, but to mess the entire order up? Eesh now that takes some skill.

Never answer the phones. Called 3 times during the span of about 10 minutes. Had ordered a to go box and 3 drinks and only received 1 out of the 3 drinks. Even the one drink was the wrong size. Had spent almost $40 you would think that can get an order right.

The food was delivered with no drinks which I paid for food thrown in the bag cheese sauce all over the bag. Food was delivered late as hell. Ordered it at 11:57 am waited till almost 2pm to get my food & it was cold with missing drinks.

Let me preface this by saying this is the first food review I’ve ever made. I‘ve never written a single review. That being said, I’ve lived in Lockport for 10 years and I’ve gone to this location a large number of times. Besides the 30% of the time they usually don’t have a majority of the things I want on the menu and the fact one day I had to wait 45 minutes in a drive-thru line because they had two people working there one night… what did it for me tonight was a lady at the window telling me I had to wait 15 minutes while they do a “shift change” and I couldn’t wait in the drive-thru line for whatever reason? Like really? They can’t retain enough staff… they have to make me wait for people to get to the restaurant… that’s absolutely CRAZY. I’ve never heard anything like it. Lord help the owners of this place because this was Taco Bell needs to get it together. It’s starting to become as bad as the one on Maple Road… and that’s where all the homeless people congregate.

12/28- I sat at the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting to pick up a DoorDash order and instead of them letting us know that they’re not taking anymore orders they hid and acted childish. I beeped my horn knocked on the window, all the lights were on and I saw somebody in there and I’ve had restaurants before let me know that they’re no taking anymore orders which is very generous and mature. Instead whoever was working wanted to act childish and immature, which I don’t understand we’re both trying to do our jobs so please just be more mature and let me know next time. HORRIBLE!!!!

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been too, they are always out of main menu items, they take forever for small orders, they’re just sitting outside smoking half of the time I’ve pulled up, just save your time and go somewhere else.

I wish I can give zero star for the service they provide. I went there for lunch today and got a power bowl and wanted to dine-in so I can return to work after eating. I opened my bag to eat the food there was so fork or spoon. I go to the counter to request to get a fork or a spoon and they told me they don’t have anything, and they won’t have a fork or a spoon till tomorrow’s truck delivery. So to Taco Bell management do you expect me to eat with my hand because it wasn’t taco that I ordered. You should have a sign not to order anything but taco because you’re out of fork or a spoon. Secondly management if you don’t have any fork or spoon there is so many stores near that sells fork and spoon get enough until you get your truck. The store needs to change management to people that has better management skills.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Taco Bell has seriously gone downhill. The food was poorly made—soggy tacos, cold burritos, and barely any filling. On top of that, the staff was rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. The service was slow, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Waited 30 + minutes for our online order with 4 other customers in the lobby. A couple of employees were just standing around not really doing anything besides talking to the employees and customers. After my last visit, a time previous, where a manager asked me to repackage my food and bring to the counter to see if we got our potato taco or not, we didn't. So after today, I will not be coming back here unless new management signs are the new decor

Waited in drive thru line 5 minutes without being addressed. Finally said screw it and went inside, sat at rhe counter for 15 minutes without so much as a single person even acknowledging me or letting me know there would be a wait. As I angrily left a door dash driver who was waiting to pick up told me he personally never orders from this location because the food is always cold and messed up and there's always a long wait. I will never return to this location.

Me and my family stopped by taco bell yesterday for a party pack of 10 soft shell tacos and 4 medium Pepsi, we waited in line for almost 10 minutes for some really cold tacos and flat Pepsi. Our tacos have been sitting for hours. Don't bother going here. The workers don't care about what they serve to their customers. We won't be going back here. Make your own homemade tacos. They'd be better than what TB serves.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this place has earned it. The first time I went through the drive thru, I tried to order 2 grande meals. The kid on the speaker was stoned out of his mind. He goes "aaaaa..you probably only wanna order one cause we are short on people tonight". So we left. Today, I placed a mobile order at 6:40..I got to Taco Bell about 5 minutes later. Our food just came out at 7.:24 and were missing 1/2 the drinks. There were 3 customers in the restaurant at the time and they shut the drive thru down and stopped taking orders hahahaha They are all in there taking there time..no urgency, just moving like snails. This place is a damn joke and I'll never come back to the Lockport location.

If I could give a zero I would. Worst experience in customer service. I never go in here but my dad was paying so he said to pull in. We ordered on the touch screen. Several others did the same. Then one couple behind us got their food. My dad tried to talk to someone and they just said dining room doesn’t matter compared to drive through. He also said we were doordash which we weren’t. This place is a joke and I won’t go back. I guess it’s a good thing cause I’ve been trying to avoid fast food. We never got our food and my dads gonna dispute the charge since they were not willing to try to get us our food.

After getting half way through the meal I pulled a long hair out of my mouth. I don't have long hair. I threw up. That's disgusting. I would have taken it back but you know they would say I put it there. So I felt that it would be better to put this comment in. Be sure to check your order just in case.

The Lockport Taco Bell location used to be my go to for tacos and burritos. But lately it has been the worst fast food restaurant ever! Every time I go there it takes forever to get my food and also the last few times I've gone through the drive thru and as soon as I get to the ordering window they tell me they are closed 1 or 2 hours before closing time! Tonight I go there around 11 pm as soon as I get to the ordering they tell me they are only taking door dash orders the rest of the night! I will be finding a new location maybe one day I will try this location again if I do I hope to see an improvement. The only good thing about the place is the food.

Every time I order there, they mess up my food! I just got two grilled chicken burrito things, the new ones, no cheese on top at all and the potatoes I added are just non existent I guess? I also ordered a LARGE freezy and got a small. Maybe if you guys fired the ones who couldn't read, you'd have a better restaurant.

They said it was going to be 20 minute wait to have someone take our order at the counter. We refuse to use kiosk, I'm not doing someone else's job to get food. And would have to wait 30 minute for the manger to be able to come to the front counter It's completely bs that there is no one for the front counter

We just went into taco bell to eat for lunch. And the manger tells us we have to use the self ordering computer 🖥 as in they are not allowed to take are orders anymore 😑. We were the only people in the hole place wanting to eat their. So u are going to turn away business to everyone that's not going to use those computers. Stop trying to take humans out of ur business for service 😒. You lost 2 customers today and I bet there will be many more.

Food was good as always however after trying to tell the manager named Courtney about our mobile order, we were told we cannot place an order for 20 minutes and to “get out my drive thru”, so I went in to ask about my order and was told that I can’t come in and order because they are about to close (it’s 8:30pm). Olivia was very nice and helpful and went above and beyond to correct the issue and she deserves a raise in my opinion.

The most unprofessional environment I have experienced eating in. Workers failed to wear uniforms or tie back hair, while the manager was yelling across the room and proceeded to storm out because they couldn’t keep up with the five orders they had. At one point I thought a homeless man broke in to get food but it was just a worker out of uniform and in his sweats. The doors ended up being locked to prevent more orders from taking place so my party was locked inside, while many were locked out. Outright ridiculous, seemed like the place was being run by children. The food was mediocre; my boyfriend enjoyed his.

I will be direct. This is by far the worst taco bell in all of western NY! In the last two years, the Lockport Ny location has been absolutely awful! On one occasion we ordered cruch wraps. They were out of lettuce, tomatoes, and beef. They had also ran out of numerous other items. They knew this and still allowed online orders to come in. Needles to say there were a lot of unhappy Uber eats drivers and costumers that day. And there is so many more times I can write about this absolutely incompetent place. But this one is just happened on the 4th of July 2024. I ordered three tacos. And to no surprise, the put almost nothing in the tacos. I've got pic's. Don't waste your time with this absolutely terrible taco bell. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. Speaking of time. It was dead and still took them forever to make tacos with almost nothing in them! Just look at the pic's and go somewhere else. Apparently, I can't post my pictures on this, but I was able to put it on their most recent, and you can see the tacos there.

They always forget stuff or make wrong items. So I asked this time if everything was there, they said yes. So i parked my car to the side and checked before I left, guess what, they gave the cheese but not the chips. Then when i got home, they had forgotten to give me my avocado sauce that I paid for. No forks for the bowl anything. I mean they had 5-6 people working there and it was dead, they’re ought to do something to keep people’s business or they’ll always be dead. Again, it’s not the first time, I’m sure it won’t be the last.

I saw people smoking. Did you ever write them up or know about them? It's just when I came in the drive threw my food smelled like cigarettes and a strong aroma of marijuana. Is this the kind of business that you're doing and my question, is that even legal? I know marijuana is legal in New York, but is it legal while on clock using Macheriny in serving people whoever is in charge is responsible for this and the owner?

I had to wait in line while I watched the employees smoke weed at the back door or cigarettes. I doubt they washed their hands when they came in because my food smelled like cigarettes, which was disgusting and it was cold. There is got to be a health and safety violation. Food was good but order was incorrect for the third time in a row ...may have to stick with Maple location. Well, I'm back after my initial review to say that I have had another three times in a row with my order being incorrect. When you Google vegan restaurants, Taco Bell comes up and they come up because they advertise as having a vegan and veggie friendly menu. Well when you are a strictly vegan and have a plant-based diet, are you order your food without cheese and meat you expected to be right. I ordered the veggie Mexican pizza at least three times already and either it had cheese on it when I ordered it without cheese or there was no cheese just last time but it was beef mixed in the beans---on a veggie pizza! Then my two bean and rice burritos were disgusting! The beans were old and hard and the rice was overcooked and hard and the shell was hard.. the whole thing was disgusting and I couldn't eat any of it and the sad thing about it is I used my $10 reward or coupon that was given to me because my previous order was incorrect! I'm definitely sticking with Maple road! Who is eating this and who would want to!

This location can't bring itself to bother labeling anything, I just got a bigish order 7 items and not only did I not get my grilled cheese burrito they put literally five separate completely different items in the same packageing without so much as a mark to designate difference I had to open all five burritos by hand completely just to see what's inside each one to find out what is what. I had a very simple order. Completely unacceptable. And I'm frankly tired of this crap happening every time I try to eat out. Care at least enough to not get a review like this one.... Do better.

DONT GO HERE!! This is the last time I will be going here!! They take extremely long even when the parking lot is always empty. They never get the order correct I have completely had it. I’m missing half of the condiments for my order and they didn’t even get my order right. I’m honestly shocked that this location is still open. No wonder why no one is ever there but the staff can’t even get your order right.

Today, I went to Taco Bell and purchased. a Veggie cantana salad. While placing my order, I had to state what I wanted in my veggie salad several times. I checked the receipt prior to leaving the restaurant. It was difficult to see exactly what was in the salad. I started eating the salad and realized there was chicken. Went back to Taco Bell, was the only one in line and still had to wait several minutes till I was waited on. Finally I was able to speak with a supervisor in which a refund was provided.

Absolute waste of money, do not go if you have any changes to the standard menu items. I specifically asked for no sour cream in my chicken chalupas, and clearly made the point when ordering and at the window. Why can't the workers read and follow directions. I would give this location a 0/5 if it let me.

Im not from Wny so I’m used to Taco Bell’s being delicious and always correct. Idk if it’s because you guys have competition with mighty taco so you guys don’t try? But everytime I’ve came to this location the workers are absolutely miserable and never put in any effort. The last ditch effort of trying this location we waited for atleast 15 minutes for 3 cars? Which seems insane for a company that focuses on the times they get orders out. Well we get our food all mediocrely warm, when my bf is halfway through his burrito he sees a LADY BUG!???? Tried calling the Taco Bell to complain no one can pick up? Then call corporate and get hung up on? Then I put in a complaint online on December 8th. No response. My bf and I will not be going to any Taco Bell’s in this area because it’s actually disgusting to have no response to this.

Visited a bunch of fast food places while in the Buffalo area and this one was, by far, the worst. Potato soft taco was lacking in cheese and didn't realize the cheesy roll-up off the value menu would literally be melted cheese inside a tortilla - completely lacking in flavour.
