Delicious appetizers. Do not eat the deep fried part of the Dover sole. It is used as a bowl and not meant to be eaten!

Excellent service, food was savory, owner so personable, and the ambience was fantastically holiday romantic! Saved to my favorite places to eat!

Excellent food and very cozy setting with beautiful christmas decorations. The only piece of advise I feel the need to give owner is to not wipe the tables with smelly bleach while customers are dinning. It is such a pity to cancel so the pleasant taste and smell of truly delicious food that you would want to hold on to for the whole evening.

One of my favourite restaurants. Delicious food, pretty garden/conservatory. Staff are smiley and attentive (particular shout out to Sam who is always very welcoming).

Last night of a 35 night holiday in Europe for my wife and I. Recently, we had meals in local pubs and had been disappointed. This restaurant was the perfect antidote. Enjoyed every part of our meal and the service!

Revising my review after a positive experience at ULI. After a booking mishap on Valentine’s Day we were offered a £50 voucher to dine at ULI, which we gladly took up. We were attended to closely from the moment we arrived and sat in the perfect spot. We ordered some light bites as well as main courses and enjoyed all of the dishes (in particular the vegetable spring rolls, which were the best I’ve had). The staff were attentive and we had overall a great experience. - ***I wish I could be providing this review based on my experience at the restaurant but I didn’t get that far. I made a reservation in January for Valentine’s Day. We were very much looking forward to celebrating Valentine’s Day together at ULI. I was called a few days before my reservation and informed that the service had been changed after I made my reservation and that a Valentine’s Day set menu was the only option available. This menu was £75pp for just a starter and a main course (no drink included). This is significantly more than their a la carte menu. I was not informed of this change of service when they released the menu, and to be called so late meant that it was impossible to find an alternative restaurant given the late notice. I was also offered nothing to compensate for the late notice and inconvenience, which would have at the very least demonstrated an acknowledgment on their part for this poor service. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.***

Thai food delicious. very good duck salad with nuts . Execellent service from waitress. Coming back to try cocktail drinks. Well done! very clean place.

If you’re looking for the best Pan-Asian restaurant in the area, this is it. Sitting on their outside decked terrace in the evening is an absolute joy – the perfect spot for a relaxed dinner under the stars. It truly feels like a home from home, especially with Timi and Sam greeting you with their warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Their welcome always makes you feel special, and the service is nothing short of exquisite. The food? Consistently perfect – every single time. I honestly can’t recommend it highly enough.

I order the thai seabass when it arrive its look very good , excellent lemongrass sauce with spring onion and chilli. And another is the pad thai Best padthai noodles in london

The Pad Thai was perfectly balanced with just the right amount, the noodles were cooked beautifully. and the staff were very friendly, welcoming. Will definitely visit again.

Honestly speaking, the food is unexpectedly so so good with cocktails on the side. I tried mojito which was the best I ever had. The perfect Christmas vibe with beautiful decorations and the service was top notch. Must visit place specially during festive time. Manager is very professional with the kind gesture. As usual the food was outstanding and the service friendly and professional. Only a three for the atmosphere but it was lunchtime on Christmas Eve so really an unfair comment. When there are five other people in a restaurant that seats 60 or so atmosphere is a tough ask! Anyhow we go to ULI for the outstanding food not the crowd. A wonderful lunch. Thanks again ULI

I had Thai here with a friend. The vibe of the place is very soothing. There is greenery everywhere and the best thing is you’re can talk and chat with your friends/ colleagues peacefully. No loud music or disturbance. Service was very slow. Had to call someone to take the order many times. Food was delicious and it’s worth visiting. Plus points for the location.

We were very tired and found this place from google. The food is really tasteful however the service can be better for this price. We ordered hot and sour soup but the lady understood corn soup. They apologised many times and suggested to rechange by the way which is good attitude. Anyways we really liked the food and atmospere. Pad thai was delicious and ho noo rice noodles also. I told i am not eating chicken and they were ok to give with prawns only. It is a bit high price and it is worh it. Also restrooms were very clean and garden was relaxing.

A cozy little Chinese place . Seating is a bit tight but the food makes up for everything . The Food is excellent, leaves you wanting more ! We had Crispy Duck Sweet corn crab soup Egg Fried rice Beef stir fried in chili sauce . Loved it !! So much so , we had to order a take out portion more of the Egg fried rice . There was an elderly gentleman there Checking on your comfort and meal every now and then . Good experience I must say !

Very nice Asian restaurant in Notting Hill. The spicy pork dumplings were very nice but they were not spicy at all. I liked my Moo Shu pork but once again there was no heat at all in the dish. Dessert was disappointing. The yuzu cheesecake was lacking the yuzu flavour and the ratio of crust and filling was wrong. All you could taste was the crumb as there was way too much of it.

Really enjoyed Uli - thought the restaurant itself had a gorgeous ambience with an amazing outdoor area that would be brilliant in the summer months, as the roof seems like it is probably retractable. Enjoyed the food, but maybe made a couple of bad choices and had a hard time getting the attention of the servers who often forgot about us. The Szechuan shrimp, for example, was more on the sweet side, so wasn't a huge fan. The spicy stir fried beef and Singapore noodles were lovely though, as were the pork dumplings. Will definitely be back in the summer when the weather gets nicer!

Uli is a decent spot for some pan Asian food, however the veg options aren’t that great. What we did have was well cooked, but I think the prices are very high for the quality of the food that’s being served. The cocktails weren’t good at all with my negroni being served with a foam and looking more pink than anything else, even after I asked if it was the right drink, they confirmed it was a negroni, unlike anything I’ve had before.

It was fine but I think it’s too expensive really for this kind of settings. The waitress was helpful but there seems to be the language barrier and her English wasn’t great. I did enjoy it as the day was beautiful and my company was nice. However, tables are too close and there was no distance between the guests.

Nice Asian food. Nice restaurant. Good service. But as a whole nothing special. The portions are quite big. (That's not negative. Just wanted to give a heads up so you don't order too many dishes like I did).

Small size Thai (Asian) restaurant …. The service was polite, the food was average not much flavour needed to add more salt and spices….. the toilets were clean.

It was a bit too expensive for the average quality it presented. Food average, very oily and salty, staff not bad, but not overly friendly either. Food presentation was good. Atmosphere was lovely. But still I don't think I'm going back there any time soon.

Food was good but way too overpriced. Service was absolutely absent, just dropped our plates on the table and completely ignored us for the rest and only came to take our plates after a long time we had finished.

I wanted to like this place more, but my main was just okay. I had the ahi tuna salad with mango and dragon fruit. It was a bit too much fruit and not enough tuna for me. Also felt the tuna was a bit overdone. The prawn and chive dumplings we started with were really nice though and my Jasmin tea and Prosecco cocktail was good too. Service was friendly. I'd be willing to give this place another chance in the future.

Location and ambience is great, however the service is a bit slow and the food could be better.

My partner and I have ordered from Uli multiple times and the food has always been top quality. Unfortunately, this time was a bit disappointing. We received the wrong curry (ordered Thai green, got a coconut one instead) and were missing two egg fried rice, which is very unlike them. The quality of the chicken wasn’t great either…it was quite hard, almost like it had been sitting out for a while. Same with the beef in the black bean dish; it lacked the usual tenderness we’ve come to expect. It’s frustrating because we’ve had such good experiences in the past, and a place on the pricier side really shouldn’t be forgetting items or mixing up orders. I understand mistakes happen, but consistency is important, especially when you’re paying premium prices.

The large volume of take-out deliveries combined with few guests in the restaurant on a Monday evening did not create a memorable atmosphere. The service was in any case good, but whe the food was not very much more than expexted (not very spicy) and the wine priced up high, it all boils down to 3 stars. Not a place we will return to when visitkng our old London neighbourhood from Norway.

This place is adorable and the staff were super lovely and attentive but the food was so disappointing.. we paid £120 and whilst my friends pad Thai was delicious, my Thai chicken was so bland and had basically zero taste (plus the green beans were nearly raw). It was supremely overpriced for a bad meal which is a shame as I really wanted to like it. I sadly won’t be going back…

The staff were lovely and the cocktails were great, but the food was a massive let down. We ordered crispy calamari which was extremely chewy and far from crispy on the outside, noodles and a chicken dish which lacked in flavour and the noodles and chicken were overcooked as it felt like chewing on rubber. The table ahead of us did seem to share the same sentiment when they overheard us speaking.

I ordered on Deliveroo and was very disappointed with the food. The calamari were inedible and the sauces tasted weird. The chicken curry was too sweet. Not great quality Asian

Nothing special at all. Portions were small and overpriced — especially the prawns. For the price, I expected better especially in serving size. You’d have a much better experience in Chinatown.

I’m certain the food is delicious here, and staff are friendly, however this venue is not fully accessible even though it is labelled as such. It is only accessible for wheelchair users with larger wheels such as the ones found on manual chairs. Less so for electric chair users that would require a step free access. There is no other alternative route to get in, nor are there any ramps as I’ve been told after enquiring staff about it. I am thankful that I went through the effort to scout out this place in person because me and my family were considering on holding major occasion dinner here. I should not be doing that in the first place, but it’s for instances like this, where the owner provided information is misleading, that I do. Owners, please change your description until you get proper accessibility arrangements.

Great food, but I had a horrible impression last week, due to the two female managers, who think they have taken over management for now, because the other times there was a new manager who was very friendly and helpful, because I saw them mistreating the drivers who work with food delivery, as managers they should have the minimum empathy for those who serve them, I certainly won't go anymore, and I will only use ordering for delivery! I hope they review and change their attitudes towards the next one! Thank you
