Great option for morning breakfast. Good seating, vibe, ambience. Has decent variety of options for sandwiches, coffee, drinks. BBQ Chicken Sandwich seems to have a tad too much of BBQ sauce but other than that, pretty good food.

Stopped by here on my way to Mount Whitney. It is an absolute MUST. The environment is full of something interesting to look at and the smoothies are to die for. Get the peach mango strawberry

Best coffee in town! Been here for a couple days and stumbled across Lone Star Bistro. I ordered the Iced Caramel Latte and a Turkey and ham on a croissant. Both were made perfect and full of flavor, the sandwich filled me up and the espresso woke me up. I will be returning here before leaving Lone Pine. If you stop by be sure to check out their souvenirs too, they have some pretty nice shirts and gifts for the family.

Holiday Weekend + wildfires made finding restaurant food either impossible or VERY time consuming. Not here!! Get in, get out, get DELICIOUS😋 Nice women. I took their recommendations on bread choice WORTH IT! The hotdog was great too but that sammich=BLISS. It was one of the menu choices, Turkey, bacon, avocado, cucumber, sprouts... all the goodness.

Looking for a light lunch/snack, we stopped at Lone Star. The server was alone in the store and hustling to keep up. She was very polite and pleasant. We were happy to wait our turn. The service was great and the food even better. We split a turkey sandwich. Fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is fun. We would go back here anytime.

So very pleasantly surprised! Friendly staff taking our order and getting our food fast. A very eclectic fun decor that is so pleasing to the eye! Breakfast, lunch, ice cream that they scoop to order and beer on tap! Cruise the place while you wait and check out the odds and ends that are very varied and interesting. A great place to stop on a long drive through the high desert. We had sandwiches that were large and satisfying! Just go!

The service here was great and the coffee was too. Perfect little spot to stop in and get a donut and a cup of coffee. The donuts here are out of this world, you must try them.

Good food serviced by great, real people. We came here once for breakfast, and a second time for lunch. Their customizable sandwiches were great, and I loved the biscuits and gravy I got. We also had a banana espresso chocolate blended drink that I have tried again and again to recreate but it has yet to come close. Outdoor seating is really nice, good views of the mountains with humming birds flying around.

This place has a little bit of everything. Great breakfast sandwiches and Espresso (the latte she made was REALLY good!) They have gifts and decor that is fun to look at. Even havw little tables in the middle of the shop to sit and eat sandwich and enjoy coffee.

A cute quaint coffee, bagel, ice cream, soup and sandwich place with a gift shop. I parked around the corner.

Vegetarian sandwich for lunch was to die for. So good! They had a bunch of options for fixings as well as things like pesto that you could add. Everything was delicious. What a gem in Lone Pine.

Can't expect any more from a sandwich. One was enough for the two of us. We had the Charmer on sourdough. The service was prompt, with a smile. With only two behind the counter it could get hectic with crowds, but it was pleasantly quiet for us.

A bit small and touristy but good coffee. Gift shop on site. And if you come here for ice cream, be aware that the portions are always really big. Don't bite off more than you can chew.

It's not really designed for eat-in ~ there are only a few chairs to be had. But the coffee is excellent, and by itself worth the stop (we stopped for go-go juice between meals). Price-wise, I think the menu costs are fair.

Was on our way back home and stopped here for sandwiches and drinks. Food was great. The people behind the counters not so great. There was some cursing, some yelling, lots of arguing. If your cafe has open areas, that type of behavior needs to move to the back of the business where customers are not present to hear such things. Took our second halves and drinks and left. Small gift shop in the back. Clean restrooms. Extensive menu. Great coffee.

The owner, and I think her daughters or family friends as employees. Are soooo rude. Every time. I was standing at the counter ready to buy something. The girl walked past me three times. Service and hospitality sucks here. Don't waste your time if you want to be treated well 💁‍♀️
