basic grocery-store ahh food in a very cozy getup.. the value-duet smokehouse bbq chicken and tomato soup tasted.. well, exactly like something you could assemble from any supermarket aisle, but the warm booths and decently fresh bites in the rather cozy interior and staff despite the sketch area made it a solid study sesh; just nothing horrible but nothing remarkable either 😐

One of the worst Panera breads in continental US. Gift cards not working, out of sugar. Mac n cheese tasted stale at best. One of the worst run down Panera in the country hands down.

The quality of their food has dropped significantly over the past 6-8 months. I go to school close to this location and I order from them 4-5 times a week. In addition to finding hair in my food in the past, they have reduced the portions of their meals as well. I ordered the teriyaki warm bowl and this is what I got! It look nothing like the picture they have on their website/app and has the consistency of a soup! It tastes good, but the portions are smaller compared to before and does not look like the pictures they advertise.

The food was same as any other, and this actual location is brand new so it's nice and clean, BUT we just ate here July 10th like 4-5pm and it wad absolutely freeing inside!! Even my daughter who's always hot like her dad was freezing! Of course we're in summer clothes and had been out swimming all day, but what really ticked me off was that the employee working said they can't even adjust the temp there at the location!! It's the middle of the SUMMER and Luckily I always keep a hoodie or something in my car, but we ate very fast and left because my daughter was cold in shorts and a tank, and even my husband who's always hot said it was ridiculously!! This is CALIFORNIA not Arizona...it does not need to be 65° inside a cafe!! There's also NO outdoor seating for anyone who doesn't like the inside temp, so of they are going to keep it so cold, we definitely won't go back.

I’ve ordered twice on the app and have customized a salad and today a sandwich. Both orders did not have the customizations added. The salad had none of the customizations I added on the app (tomatoes and croutons) I called the manager and he said I could come back to get a new salad. Today I customized my sandwich and added (extra tomato and cucumber) I gave it to the counter this time and she remade it to again NOT have the customizations. I didn’t want to continue wasting her time and mine but considering this has happened twice employees here seem to not care about your order.

@panerabread Seriously? Your teams need to be taught 4th grade measurements again. These were supposed to be 24 Oz. Doubtful there’s even 16… Do we have to go thru each item ordered to make sure you’re not ripping us off? This is too consistent to be a coincidence. After combining both cups, it looks like about 26 ounces total.

Worst kept Panera that I’ve seen period! Management really needs to step in and clean up house!! Trash bins full at 6am from the previous day! Coffee is never fresh or there’s always one or two of the selections empty! Again thats between 6-630am !! Pathetic.. the order screens are never wiped down.. and the bathrooms dont get cleaned or mopped at all !!! It’s seriously disgusting!!! Trust me take the drive to a different location!!

Manager (specifically) and some employees are rude. No smiles and everybody seems unhappy. Also the female manager sent an associate to me and took care of another customer. We both came in at the same time. Never coming here again.

So I went here just to enjoy panera since I've never had it before and it was the worse experience ever. There service was extremely rude the asian lady and I'm guessing the general manager was obnoxious, subpara everyone had attitudes. On top of that the quality of food was subpara. My friend even find a bugs wing in her mac n cheese, honestly please don't go here it's a safety hazard and they need to be shut down. I honestly I wouldn't even give this place a star please don't go here.
