Overall the food was really good, the restaurant was clean, customer service is pretty poor, the lady that attended to us was not very friendly or look like she was happy in her job. The bill was a bit High because we were overcharged I had to bring it up to their attention because it was all handwritten. I would be careful with what you order and make sure that you check your bill before you pay. Also the wait time for your food to be served to you but time you order it is at least a 30 minute wait.

I ordered a taco with rice and beans. We also ordered the tostados for the appetizer. The appetizer came out after our food. The beans were super cold. I feel like the best thing about this place was the Famosa lager. The waitress was also incompetent.

It’s a cute little place, depending on the day the women can either treat you nicely or rudely. Also depends if you are a female or a male. “Treated me disgusting compared to my husband”. I haven’t tried anything other than their baleadas as a Hondureña myself I know a good baleada when I see it. This one is not very good, beans are salty and tasteless. The tortilla is not soft a buttery. I’m pretty sure their beans are canned beans and that’s not authentic at all. 3 times we gave them a chance but I’m better off making them at home. Not returning and do not recommend. Also insanely priced $4 for a baleada sencilla just beans cheese and crema. I know a better place in LA for half the price.

Food was okay, I've definitely have had better. The waitresses were just full of attitude. I'm a Latina and from Honduras. I came in humble, left wanting to go off on someone. Unnecessary attitude, especially after the wrong food was served. Would not recommend this place unless you want to be angry.

I Recently went to El Katracho Restaurant and was very disappointed with my experience. The soup I ordered was extremely thick, had an unpleasant and old taste, and was not edible. I brought this to the attention of the server, who even told me that other customers had also mentioned something about the same dish. Despite this, I was still charged $30 for the soup that I could not eat. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant based on the poor food quality and lack of accountability.

They don't have purified water. If you're reading this, demand filtered water so you can drink it. They'll probably cook with that same tap water.

The waitreses are extremely rude. As you walk in they look at you as if they are judging you. If you ask what drinks they have they roll their eyes and tell you to look at the menu. Ive never had such a terrible experience. The food is incredibly sweet and overpriced. There are other Honduran restaurants in the area. I highly recomend you avoid this restaurant. If you want honduran food theres a good one in Sherman way and victory with beter service.

Terrible service as always, food used to be good but balleadas were awful the last time. Dry tortillas, thin layer of beans, little cream and cheese centered in middle with a lollipop stick to boot. Yes there was an employee’s candy trash stuck to the foil wrapper. They some how removed my earlier review with photo. Also expensive: $38 pre tip for 2 orders bean n cheese balleadas and plantains.

I hate to write this, because the food was delicious... but the service was AWFUL. I don't know whether our server wasn't paying attention or was actively ignoring us, but after taking our order, the woman acted like we didn't exist. Our food took a long time to be served, while tables that came in and ordered after we did were served much sooner. And after eating, we tried 3x to get our check before I literally marched back to the kitchen are and said I didn't want to leave without paying but if I don't get a check we're walking out the door. Thoroughly frustrating and I have no explanation why.

The worst experience in a long time. I am ordered, at 1135am, chicken with fries and salad. I waited.....waited mean time 3 different part of rs of 2 or more came in ordered , 5 minutes they were eating their orders at the 40 minute mark i left. No food, no respect and I have to let you know how disappointed I am. Unless you are from Honduras, I do not recommend this place.
