Vibrant Mexican spot with great brunch deal. Came here with my parents on a Sunday and we made a reservation online in advance. The deal is that you get a mix of appetizers and your choice of an entree for $45. There are upgrades/a la carte options as well. The shared apps include jalapeno cornbread, fruit, and smoked trout, but we ordered some oysters as well (which came with adorable mini Tabasco sauces). I had the avocado toast for my entree (vegan friendly) while my mom had the Al pastor omelet and my dad had the lobster Benedict. The food was all filling and we were stuffed by the end of the meal. Our waiter was super friendly. There was parking in the back as well as residential street parking. Indoor and outdoor seating available.
This is a wonderful place. Great food, wonderful and helpful staff. The only compliment I have which is very minor is it was a little dark in there to read the menu. And the parking. But that is bad in that area no matter what. So, if you go make sure to get the Margarita Cart it is well worth the cost. So with all that said this is an amazing place and will definitely be making the trip.back out there to eat.
The drinks and food were incredible, The fajitas were so flavorful. A very cozy spot that had great ambiance. Would love to return!
We had brunch and the food was great, service fast, and the drinks were nice and creative. For $45, it was great value for money as it included 3 apps for the table that we shared between 2 and an entree each. There is parking behind the restaurant. Would definitely go back!
Came here for their first industry night. Love the ambiance, the chill vibe, the great staff, the dessert, the drinks. Grant made sure our party was treated well and served us at the bar. The staff members that were there and helped us were also great and friendly.
Their happy hour is not to be missed. Their location can't get any better. The food is absolutely top notch. The wait staff are extremely friendly but sometimes distracted with other guests and happenings in the venue.
This place wins my heart.....set brunch amount, all you have to do is select your main entree and they do the rest. The frozen Paloma was absolutely a delightful way to start off the meal. Then the brunch appetizers were completely refreshing, well served and scrumptious! The meal itself wasn't the feature but it was still good 👍 Ambiance was ideal....DJ was solid & ON POINT. Service was exceptional and very efficient. We plan to return....FOR SURE!!! 😃
Details matter. From the genuine welcome as my wife and I entered Encanto, to the vibrant ambiance that showcased the drink and food offerings, to the attentive service.
I came here for my last meal in LA before I move overseas. My roommate, who is not one for major fanfare toward food, raved to me about this place. Wanting Mexican food, I decided to give this place a try and my goodness. Every. Single. Dish. Was amazing. Their red salsa that comes with the chips appetizer was the best salsa I’ve ever had. Loved their swordfish taco. I LOVED the ambience, fun date night vibes. AND they have parking. I feel like it’s just a matter of time before this place blows up. GO NOW.
¡Bienvenidos a Baja! Encanto, located in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz neighborhood, is the home of the viral $10 Margarita (this price will NEVER change) and it doesn’t stop there. ✨With a relaunched wood fired Baja Mexican menu, you will have your choice of incredibly flavorful coastal delights, from ceviches to charred asada✨ Escape the daily grind for a moment and enjoy a drink.. and more! We had: 🍹Encanto Margarita aka the $10 Margarita (tequila, lime, agave, sea salt), 🍸Local Favorite (gin, passion fruit liquor, orgeat, lemon), 🦪Baja Oysters (Granny Smith apple mignonette), 🦞Frutos Del Mar (baja-marinated spiny lobster, scallops, red snapper, grilled vegetables), 🌽Grilled Street Corn (sweet corn, cotija, lime crema, tajin), 🍰Tres Leches Cake (tequila infused syrup), Churros (chocolate & dulce de leche), 🍮Flan
Nice Mexican restaurant in the Los Feliz neighborhood in LA. The restaurant had great ambiance and attentive service. We had an assortment of vegan and vegetarian sides, including flautas (made vegan), beans, rice, and fingerling potatoes. The dessert options included vegan sorbets and vegetarian churros.
Very limited parking at the back. The ambiance and bar setup are my favorite. The disco ball 🪩 shines and rotates at around 9pm which builds up a more engaging and fun vibe. Everyone is super happy in the restaurant! It’s also a nice place for solos to enjoy great Mexican and a delicious drink at the bar.

A great spot we sort of happened across in Los Feliz. Very comfortable bar, tons of indoor seating, and eight or so outdoor tables. Skyduster beer on tap and and amazing pre-mix $10 margarita which is one of the best I've had! Great serving staff with just the right amount of chill to availability ratio! They are an Ensenada style grill, so lots of seafood offerings, but they have tacos and Heather Mexican food too.

Fantastic spot for delicious food; had a steak that was cooked absolutely perfectly and bursting with flavor. The ceviche was fresh and the grilled fish was also amazing. Fantastic dinner spot and service was great too!
Brunch here was lovely! All the seafood, in particular, was quite good. Vegan options were nice as well. One small suggestion would be to toast the muffins under the benedict more so they don't get too soggy.
This was our first time at Encanto and we were extremely happy with everything. The food, drinks and service were spectacular, and the ambiance was inviting and warm. We shared the Chopped Salad, has the Branzino and Roja Cerviche for entrees and finished the meal off with the churros for dessert. Everyone of these items was outstanding and the flavor profile of the Branzino was out of this world. We will definitely be going back to Encanto many more times.

Drinks and food are pairing gracefully! Tequila and mezcal, blending with the nice smoky smell from the grill, which is very inviting. Very well put together. Tried a couple items that were solid good. Service is kind and attentive. Interesting wines from Mexico, great to try new pairings.
The flautas were devoured before I could snap a pick for this review! My absolute favorite! Guacamole and chips were scrumptious. We tasted all the tacos...love the Swordfish and Rojas best! Save room for the stuffed church's and tasty gelato! Service was top knotch! Manager helped ensure accessibility for our senior citizen diners, and servers kindly kept pouring water. Ambiance is dark, great tunes, too. Thanks for a wonderful evening.

First of all, Encanto is a really nice restaurant, with a cozy yet chic atmosphere! I really enjoyed our waitress, whose name I’m so sad that I didn’t ask for, because she was amazing! She was super attentive and sweet, she even gave us some salsas to go. However, the food left us hanging. We ordered the octopus/pulpo to start, which was a bit tough. Though, I can ignore that because the flavors were spot on! Highly recommend it regardless of it being a little overcooked for my taste. My main was the pollo/chicken entree. It was meh…to say the least. The chicken itself was juicy, but the anchiote sauce was too salty and acidic for me. My family members ordered the taco trio (asada, pescado, y pollo) and they were also disappointed by their food. They tasted oddly lukewarm? Like they’d been sitting out there for a while. Especially the tortilla, it felt chewy and stale. Which was disappointing considering their price and the small portion size. Honestly, my favorite part of the meal were the beans and rice sides (which were $10 extra, not included). The beans had a unique smoky flavor, and the rice completed it well! It was really the highlight of my meal. The cocktails were also nice, the espresso martini and the margarita are just the right strength for me. The guacamole and the salsas it came with were another goodie! The red salsa definitely one of my favorites along with the seriously addictive habanero one. Overall, the vibes were definitely it! However the food is just ok, considering how pricey it is I expected something a little more tastier. I think it’s definitely a cool place to hang out and just get a few appetizers though! Personally, I would still love to come back, but probably not for a full meal.
The food was cold and both entrees didn't come with any sides. We went for New Year's Eve and the place wasn't even decorated. Our bill was $188 for three cocktails two entrees and chips and salsa. Sunday brunch is way better.

Food is bland, flat, one-sided flavor. We had the avocado/salsa, tortilla soups, fried chicken skewers, chopped salad, beed/swordfish tacos. Nice, interior design, decor and lighting.
So, I'll start of by saying that I disagree with people saying that this place was too loud, or they got bad service. We found the ambience to be excellent, the vibe couldn't be any cooler, and service was good. The positives... Our waiter, Michael, was warm and welcoming, and made drink suggestions when they were out of the gin that I wanted for my Negroni. Drinks were excellent. The guacamole and dips with chips was the star of the show, and should be for almost $20. The negative comes in with the main course. We ordered Al Pastor fajitas, which we always order, and love. They came out pretty fast, but the pork was so dry and charred, that it was embarrassing for them. Like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. We were absolutely starving from hiking down from Griffith Observatory, so we ate them, but left most of the inedible veggies, which had a very weird flavor. I told the waiter, and he was nice enough about it, but had told us that they were his favorite on the menu. At $52, that should have been the star of the show, and they were horrible. Maybe it was a bad night, but very disappointed spending that much money for less than Taco Bell quality.
