Great food, excellent service, and interesting atmosphere! Must go if you’re in LA. 🙌 Make sure you learn about their inspiring story and background too while you’re there. Mrs. Rana Farahanipour is an exemplary hostess and stellar chef. You can experience true Persian hospitality here. We had koobideh and dizi and feta cheese platter for Christmas brunch 🥰🎄 they don’t usually serve kabobs that early in the morning. But Mrs. Rana was very kind and served us our wish! 💕 Their cheesecakes are heaven 👌 specially baklava and saffron cheesecake 😍 They are open all holidays and we were lucky to find them on Christmas morning when we were traveling through LA. Thank you for making a great memory for us! 🙏
Very tasty Persian restaurant! Came here for a birthday dinner with a group of 10 people and the staff was very friendly and inviting. Food was flavorful and delicious. We were all joking about how hot the Jalapeños were! Hummus was definitely homemade with a unique flavor, and loved how juicy the chicken was.
This is an amazing restaurant. The food is delicious. I recommend the Lamb Stew (Ash Gosht). The service was exemplary. Anna was polite and great. The atmosphere was uplifting. I like the Patriotic U.S. military medals and posters. This is a patriotic restaurant.
Incredible food!!!!! The environment is amazing, the service is fantastic and the food is not only delicious but also is a great amount, we will definitely come back hungry! Everyone must try the Baklava!!!!
This is my new favorite go to place. I love their Turkish coffee & delicious pastries. The staff are very warm & welcoming.
The decoration was beautiful, and the food was delicious. The staff were nice and attentive.
Persian museum restaurant which has so many historic and limited edition navy assets . Good vibe and good service .
Most underrated cafe in Westwood. This hidden gem is my new go-to spot when I am in the area and sometimes my reason to be in the area. The pastries are delicious! My favorite is the Napoleon Cake. The organic juices are also a must. The staff is pleasant, friendly, and courteous. I highly recommend Persian Gulf.
Very interesting atmosphere and intriguing decorations. The wine bottles were off the hook. Small family owned restaurant with their own style of Persian food.
Lovely atmosphere + great koobideh and friendly staff. Persian food at the heart of LA's Persian Square!
Really good quality of both food and the service! I really liked their home made Doogh Drink. And very friendly staff
Tried the Persian Gulf Pizza. Great quality and very reasonable price for the size. Friendly staff.

If you want to see the vibe of museum definitely you should come here. Service was great.
Such an incredible experience with this restaurant!!!! I called at least thirty bakeries in L.A. to see if anyone made Persian Love Cakes, and no one did. But when I called this restaurant the owner told me to send a picture and she would make it for me! It turned out so great, and I am so touched by the kindness of her gesture. We will definitely be going back!
My dad and I stopped by for lunch and we were pleasantly surprised how delicious the food was. We both got barg kabobs and khoobideh, the portion size was amazing and the kabobs were delicious and cooked just right. The service was great and the ambiance was beautiful and relaxing as well. I also really enjoyed their freshly baked bread so we got some to go. We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you for a wonderful first time experience !
Very friendly owners! Family run! Homemade recipes! Every time I find a new Persian restaurant I got to give it a chance. This one made my day! I found the food was delicious, flavorful, and had its special flair! Service on point! I will definitely come back!
Very nice place! Came here for breakfast and had the feta plate as well as a Persian iced tea. The feta was a little dry but still delicious so def worth it, and the jam and bread was to die for. The cafe is full of unique and original collectibles from the Persian gulf war, which the owner of the restaurant collected himself over the past 30 years, which I thought was super cool! You can ask him about anything and he can tell you about it down to the year it’s from. Overall, very nice place, and very friendly service as well.
The decorations here feels like Tehran's old Chaee Khoone! A cozy, warm and friendly place with nice people. But prices are higher than normal. A cup of coffee and a small piece of cake for 19 bucks!

Came here for dinner. Ordered the mixed pizza and the mortedella sandwich along with Turkish Coffee. The pizza did not have any taste other than crispy bread and flour. The sandwich was bland with no sauce and was dry. The Turkish coffee was very watery. The location is great. The ambiance is amazing with all historic artifacts everywhere. The service was ok.

Awful food do not waste your money and stay away from this place and healthy. Kobideh was too thick inside uncooked and surface was burned. Tomatoes and jalapeno peppers only one side cooked and other side was raw. Rice cheap quality. Pizza toppings was ok but pizza dough uncooked just look at the pictures. We ask them the rest of slices for to go and they put them in smaller box to save money but slices stick together. I try to call them but they didn’t answer the phone. Expensive food and not Worth it.
Very beautiful decoration, nice and friendly staff! But unfortunately I had my worse Ash E Reshteh of my life! The quality of this Ash was soo low!!!! dishonesty and falls advertising can affect growth in your business. Outside sign said $5 for Ash Reshteh, they charged us $9! And when we asked they siad it's togo !! Please fix your price and be honest to your customers!

I don’t recommended it at all! Nice staff with great decoration but unfortunately almost zero level of service and very bad food quality. We ordered a mid size Persian Gulf special pizza got it uncooked, seems someone just dumped toppings with large slices of tomato, green peppers and mushroom over our super cheesy pizza. My wife and I couldn’t eat it at all, other than our first bit. Also my two daughters were disappointed and unhappy from the service as well as for their uncooked cheese pizza.
