I have been robeks juice customer for over 25 years super excited about this location opened. when it first opened, they didn’t have the best service due to poor staffing but now I have no problems with the staff. They’re helpful as much as they can be for managing as many orders as they have to handle plus customers. I mostly do online ordering because I don’t like to wait each smoothie is made by hand so it does take some time. 100% of my orders have been correct and consistent so I’m very surprised to see a lot of one star’s reviews. I gave them a five star I’ve been to almost every robeks in the southern California area and I have nothing negative to say about this location.

It took a little longer than I expected, and parking wasn’t the most convenient — nothing too out of the ordinary overall. That said, the shake I got was honestly delicious. Simple place, solid treat. Thanks!

the drink itself was fresh and tasty, no complaints there! 🥤🍓 However, the service was very slow… especially considering there were no customers when I arrived, and only a few came in after me. The wait felt longer than it should’ve. You order through a self-serve kiosk (seems to be the norm in Cali), which is fine — but the speed definitely needs improvement.

The bowls are decently priced because they barely contain any fruit, most of the bowl is acai mix. The wellness smoothies seem to have quite a bit of juice or sugar in them, don't really think they're very good for you. Try another place, this was just closest to our hotel unfortunately for us

Staff is extremely nice however I ordered before anyone who came in after me and I’m still sitting here waiting people have came in placed orders waited got their orders and left already. Why would I wait 30mins for my order while someone else comes in and waits 3mins something doesn’t sit right with me

Usually I have very good service in this location! Today I had a very bad experience they tried to charged me extra ($0.50) for the same smoothie I’m having for years I’m getting twice per day from this location and different locations

This place is a disgrace and by far the worst Robek’s I’ve ever been to. Tried them 3 times and their “thickest” smoothies are like skim milk. I get the same order from different locations and this location’s service by far is not only blatantly rude and lazy but also extremely stingy. Very disappointing and horribly managed.

The worst acai bowl I ever had. It came too watery and only 2-3 thin slices of strawberry?? Are you kidding me?? And it's just too sweet. I think they put too much sugar in there just to hide lack of fruits. I would rather go to any boba times...

Robeks is my favorite spot for smoothies, etc. This is the nearest location to me but it’s always a hit or miss. I ordered a tropi-kale smoothie and it’s not at all a smoothie. I don’t understand how that’s possible but obviously someone was careless making the drinks! Does not look appetizing. It would be helpful if the employees had a manger supervising them and making sure they made drinks how they’re suppose to.

They said that If I don't want to wait I will have to contact the manager for a refund. They gave me a number and the voicemail is full and so I can't leave a message. I've called multiple times different days and no answer. I feel robbed in a way. I paid them and didn't receive any services.

Ordered from this place for the first time from Uber Eats, and did not receive food items that I paid for. I had to refund the items. The smoothie has chunks of unblended fruits and despite paying for $10+ for a smoothie, there was a considerable amount of the cup empty. Wasn’t fill up entirely.
