Opiniones de Roll Roll Los Angeles
The sushi platter I order was definitely fresh and delicious. I recommend the platter 😋
really good rolls and the staff is really nice.
Casual straightforward sushi place. Unbelievably affordable. I had 3 rolls for less than $15, and it was more than filling!! Customer service was incredibly good, every employee genuinely seemed happy to be there. Meals come with miso soup. Overall a clean space and fast service. Definitely recommend for cheap sushi 🍣😄
Our favorite new sushi place, even though Uber ate our lunch that one time. We can recommend the spicy tuna roll, the California roll, and cooked salmon roll. Never any leftovers. ♥️♥️
The food is really fresh and tasty, you can taste it. The rice in the bento box tastes better than sushi rice in many other places. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
Roll Roll Roll Sushi has only gotten better under the new management! The quality of the food is outstanding… fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The service is just as impressive and the workers are very friendly and welcoming. It’s quickly become one of my favorite sushi spots, and I highly recommend giving it a try.
We went there for a family dine in on a Friday night. The staff and service were amazing. Very welcoming and friendly. The owner personally welcomed us. The best part of the service was, they were so kid friendly. We tried few different types of sushi. Chef special, Mexican, crunching tiger, rainbow. All of them were spot on. My personal favorite was the Chef special and crunching tiger. Our daughter loved their chicken Katsu. Would definitely go again. Highly recommend.
Their new management is killing it! Food was fresh and large in portion and as far as I know, their chicken is halal now. Great food and service especially for the price:)
Stopped by here for a quick dinner. The food was so fresh and yummy. The new management is doing an amazing job with the quality and freshness of the sushi. 10/10 check it out
This family-owned sushi restaurant is a wonderful find — the place is clean and well maintained, the service is great, and every dish we tried was fresh and delicious. The sushi was especially impressive, clearly made with care and high-quality ingredients. We had such a great experience that we’re already looking forward to going again.
The best Japanese restaurant for all kinds of verities foods such as sushi, sashimi, rolls, and soup. I enjoyed every bites of the foods and the friendly customer service they provided. I will go again and again, and I recommend everyone to try.
Only place 2 could eat for under 10 bucks. My daughter has spicy California roll for $3 + change I order a bowl of rice for $1.50 And you get free Muzo soup with every order. When we leave we are both full. All for just a bit over $5.00 but way under $10. You get to eat out and go home full, all on a budget. Best of all there is free parking. The only place we eat sushi at.
Delicious and affordable. My new favorite sushi restaurant. I got the california row, spicy california and baked salmon. All three where fresh and delicious. I will be back. I was able to pre order over the phone. They do have free parking since the front of the store is limited in parking.
I have been coming here for a few years precisely because the food is super decent. I normally get sushi or rolls but today I decided to order a Bento Box and omg ...it was huge and for a super affordable price keeping in mind the amount of food I got. Also, the establishment looks clean and the crew is nice. I will keep going when I want Bento box or fish.
Stopped in for a quick meal and was pleasantly surprised. The bowls were fresh, filling, and nicely balanced — the grilled salmon was cooked well, and the katsu had a good crunch without being overly greasy. The miso soup was a solid bonus and hit the spot. Ordering was straightforward, portions were generous, and everything came out quickly. The space is casual and clean, more of a fast-casual setup than a sit-down sushi spot, which works well for lunch or an easy dinner. Knocking off one star only because presentation and flavors, while good, didn’t quite hit “wow” territory — but still very solid overall. I’d definitely come back when I’m in the area and want something reliable and satisfying.
Ideal for an affordable and reasonably healthy Japanese meal! I'm amazed that this Salmon Bento was under $18 in LA. Very friendly service. Took like 5 min longer than I'm used to, but everything was fresh and tasty. No frills. There are little details missing: The rice is medium grain instead of short. The free (!) miso soup has like 2 pieces of wakame and seems to use instant dashi (pretty standard when free). The salmon comes somewhat broken up instead of whole. I left feeling nourished and glad to see a friendly face. Lots of love for spots serving somewhat affordable food these days. I walked, but apparently there's parking in the back, which is a huuuge plus in K Town.
Very affordable, generous portion sizes, and beyond casual. I recommend the salmon roll and the crispy spicy tuna. And unlike pretty much every other restaurant we walk into these days, it doesn’t play insanely loud music and you can even have a conversation with someone without yelling your lungs out lol!
The prices posted on their giant wall sized menu are a lie. The prices they actually charge at the register are higher, and they haven't bothered changing them on the large display, or made any comment to us that they were different before we ordered. We noticed when we paid, and when we mentioned it, instead of offering to honor the posted prices, they just said that those were old prices, and the togo menus had the right ones. Okay...then remove the huge sign or mark out the prices. Who would read the little folded paper togo menus next to the register when the entire wall at the start of the line is a menu? Dishonest business practice to advertise one price (within the restaurant itself) and then charge another at the point of sale. The miso soup was also cold, and the nori inside the rolls was so tough it was unpleasant to chew. This was our 1st experience under the new management, and it wasn't a good one.
Been coming here for over 10years, every Sunday walking from church. The quality of construction has been in the gutter the last 4 times I’ve visited. Either I’m missing a shrimp from my tempura roll, it’s falling apart bc it isn’t filled and rolled tightly or the rice is falling off my Philly roll bc it’s wet somehow. This spot use to be a gem. I LOVEd this place. There must be new management OR they’ve gotten a new roller. Something is NOT adding up. Either way, something needs to be upgraded. You can clearly see in the pics, gaps in the rolls, missing shrimp, and a wet container. I can’t in good conscience keep this as my Sunday sushi spot. Tradition broken. Thanks!
They have some rolls for really cheap ($3.75) and then around $9 and up for specialty rolls. Their salads and poke bowls are also well priced. The food overall is pretty tasteless from the miso soup (that comes for free) and the fish. The chopsticks are very good quality. As people said, the service is pretty slow. Our order took 20 minutes. It's worth the price, which is low. Lots of free mid quality food, basically.
EDIT: this place went downhill from before. Service was EXTREMELY slow and the rolls had WAY TOO MUCH rice. I’m not sure if the owner changed but the quality of the food was much lower than what the standards were for before. Now it feels like a cheap place for cheap quality food. Hope that day was just a bad day and that this isn’t permanent! Previous: Really good food for an amazing price. Service is fast and friendly, and food is fresh! The quality is surprisingly good for a $3 California roll... and miso is free too! I also highly recommend the seaweed salad. Free parking is available too.
This is the worse sushi place I've been to especially the customer service I came in at 4 pm and I was ignored by all the workers except for this young lady named Emily perez she attended me quickly she was just amazing she was the only one working hard and I believe workers like her deserve to be appreciated she needs help cleaning up.... I wouldn't come back here my miso soup was cold
