Like most Borra del Café branches, it's a small, pleasant place with moderate prices. It has a private room separated by a glass wall, a couple of armchairs, and tables inside and outside along the hallway. The baguettes seem small but are well-prepared, with plenty of protein and vegetables. I didn't try the coffee this time, but I have no doubt about the good flavor they usually offer. Everything looks good, and the service is good. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because they had the air conditioning off, but I do recommend this branch.

Very quiet place and the coffee is very good, the bad thing is that lately they haven't had any food items (bread, croissants) and they have promotions with them that we can't take advantage of because of the lack of products, please take note of that!! We don't just go for the coffee.

The service was terrible, with unpleasant gestures. They didn't have some of the items we ordered and couldn't find a way to compensate, especially considering the price. The taste of many of the drinks was quite disappointing. Starbucks, Café Aire Paz, or the creperies in the plaza are much better than this place.

The weekday afternoon customers are incredibly rude. One is a guy and the other is a girl, both with tattoos. This isn't the first time I've been there, and the service is always incredibly rude and unwelcome.

The herbal teas are delicious, but the staff is too bad, serving whatever they want and the service is terrible. We were treated terribly, and the drinks left much to be desired. I wouldn't buy anything here again.

The barista service was terrible; they're clearly not trained. During my visit, they didn't have Americano coffee, only espresso, and even then, it was awful. I ordered a hot chai, and they practically gave it to me with ice. They need to pay more attention; the staff is constantly failing at customer service. I don't know if it's allowed for employees to wear earrings, even the men.

Terrible service. Today, the afternoon employee showed she doesn't know how to make drinks, neither frappes nor hot beverages. She had a negative attitude. She served me iced coffee; I ordered a Frappuccino. She served me a hot mocha and a lukewarm coffee with milk. I paid $63 for that nonsense. I was furious; I just threw my money away. I wouldn't go back to any other La Borra location.
