1st time, my director took all of us that helped her with cabot fest Must try! The spud potato is as big as your head 😋 We had about 4 appetizers, and each one was absolutely amazing
Highly recommend, the food and service is always great. I love the crib fire burger.
Terre was amazing! We loved having h3r. We will 100% come back to see her! Should try the new Peach BBQ sauce is fantastic!
StoppEd in for dinner with my son on A busy day. He had chicken nachos and I had baked potato. Got our food fast, it was delicious. I can't tell about the price because my son paid the bill. We will eat here again.
Had intended to go to the Western sizzling restaurant next to the rib crib but I saw that rib crib was less crowded and so we went to this restaurant. The entire staff was super friendly and we were meant by the owner and he was a great guy and thanked us for coming to his business. We told him that he had some great BBQ ribs and how much my wife enjoyed her smoked turkey breast and potato salad and fried okra.
I got the mother load it was amazing ....I don't eat bbq that often so this isn't really saying a whole lot but this was the best BBQ I've ever had. If I lived around here I would definitely come back. The tea was a little overpriced but the server did get me a to go cup so I guess it evens out. The only thing that could have been better was the corn on the cob. 5/5 excellent
Absolutely my favorite Rib restaurant in Searcy. Rib Crib is always very consistent. I get the half rack plate with their beans. They have yet to disappoint. I recommend the St. Louis dry rub or their sweet and sticky as it is a close second.
Good food. Great service.
Very clean and nice people, when I Go into a place to eat that's my first look about, they serve great food I guess whatever your heart desires, I ordered some fried mushrooms and they was out but little did I know they went and found some and I got my mushrooms, yummy yummy food people
We placed a catering order for 20+ people. Online ordering was easy, communication was helpful, food was ready when promised, everything was accurate and the food was amazing!! Definitely recommend!!
I have not eaten there is several years and coming from central Tennessee, I am picky on BBQ. Well today I was impressed at the quality of meat and flavor of the food I got. The server was very nice, the service was very good and we never ran dry on our drinks. I felt the prices were very good, feeding 5 people with good size portions for $61. The bathrooms were very clean and the family happy. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Liked it a lot. Food was great. Service was top notch. Our server was Lyah. She is very good. Very attentive and friendly. Will go again.
I love everything about this place. From the moment we walked in we were treated like valued guests. Terri, our server, advised us on what we would enjoy after only a few minutes of chit chat - and she was spot on! My husband LIVES for ribs and said they were literally the best ribs he's ever had. I am a picky girl who can't stomach fatty brisket and I ate every bite of this tender meat. Our favorite sides were the beans and potato salad. If you want to step back in time to Grandma's kitchen, you'll love the laid back vibe and family atmosphere. If you have an attitude, don't bother. Wish I'd taken pics but we were on the road and starving. I highly recommend!
The staff treated my sister and I like family! We became taste testers for the new margarita flavors. The food was flavorful and the barbeque was tender. Grand times.
Atmosphere so pleasant. Amazing servers as usual. Grill on point. Cheese fries taste like they made by God's angels. I always get the blackberry cobbler with vanilla icecream...last time, Izzy brought me a huge bowl..i was like thank you God! I ate it all so good. This time my server's name is April. Wow. What a classic beauty. I almost cannot quit staring at her! Her hair!! Speechlessly amazing..i need a dictionary to find all the words to describe how precious she is. God bless America...and Rib Crib in White County Searcy, Arkansas! Oh..and THE BEST LEMON WEDGES I HAVE EVER HAD!!
We ate there Monday night and they were short-staffed. The staff that was there was amazing with their service, they were working hard to serve everyone. Food was great. Staff was very friendly. It is rare that I write any reviews but when I see people working extremely hard with a smile on their face, taking pride in what they do, and the food is really good, then I will take the time to say “Thank You”, I appreciate what you do!
One of the best restaurants in searcy. The crew is always friendly and provides excellent service. The food never takes too long in the kitchen, even during dinner rushes. The quality of the food is immaculate, especially the chicken or brisket. I will always come back for more. -Marco
We (fam of 4) came in an hour before closing. The staff was super nice and the food was very hot. Our server was extremely cool and didn't make me feel weird for ordering a ton of corn for my kid. 😂 We needed a bunch of stuff and she was very nice the whole time. We asked for togo drinks and got fresh ones. The food was hot but my tortilla swirls for my salad were stale. I do LOVE that the salads have real greens. It was a super good meal. Will go back. Would like spicier sauce for spicy pickles. Lol they were delicious just not painful enough.
The food was DELICIOUS! I had the smoked chicken sandwich & french fries. My mom ordered a $ 2.49 side salad with her meal & it came in a big bowl! She was very pleased with the taste & value! The staff is ALWAYS efficient & friendly!!
Love this place their foods amazing and their friendly servers are even better.
We love it here. One of our favorites. We drive from Cabot often to eat here. Extensive menu, great food, great owners/staff.
This place is quite literally amazing. I cant remember my servers name but her and her coworkers are wonderful people. Nice, energetic, and great with kids. This was the first time I'd gone out to eat somewhere in forever and didn't feel ashamed to be there with a toddler who just couldn't stop moving. They literally made my night so much better by being the awesome people they are.
Went on my birthday and the wait staff was awesome and very attentive every though they were busy, and the ribs were great very tender and tasty
If you’re craving good barbecue, I recommend you try the dry rub ribs. They are delicious. I like to get my dry so I can choose my own barbecue sauce. They are smoked to perfection and come off the bone so easily. All of the sides are cooked to perfection and High-quality. I love the french fries and the fried okra, but they have lots of other sides to choose from. They also have a kids menu. Fast service, friendly faces and affordable prices. Now don’t get me wrong. It’s not the dollar menu at McDonald’s, but it is a fair price for what you’re getting. You have to remember that you’re having ribs that took hours and hours to prepare. Just enjoy and tell a friend.
Our server was Leah and she was amazing. She knew the menu and treated us like we were her number one priority. She had other customers but no customer went without. The food was great!!!! First time there and I'll be going back. Very affordable, family or chilled atmosphere. 🤩
A very gorgeous young lady by the name of Sylvia waited on my table 6-8-2025. To say the service and professionalism was excellent is an understatement. Words cannot begin to express the service this young lady provided. Help like her is hard to find. Don’t let her get away because I will be back.
Me and my husband always get the same thing every time we go and it’s always so good! I get the okie style wet ribs but this time they came out dry, I requested a discount and the server misty and the manager April made me a new plate of my favorite wet ribs and gave a discount for the misunderstanding! They always have the best customer service and the best food!!
Some of the best ranch dressing I've ever had and they sell it by the pint. The beef brisk is never fatty and I love their baked beans. Great service prices and menu selection a highly recommend this place.
I went there once with a friend for their birthday, they didnt want to be sung happy birthday to by the employees so we didn't tell them, I love the nachos and queso, I mean it did take a while for the meal to get there and they were kinda hurried but the atmosphere is great even the signs hung up are funny! 5/5 stars, would go again!
Really enjoyed our dinner at Rib Crib tonight! A coworker had suggested I go on Tuesday night where they have an all you can eat rib special. Once I got there, I chickened out and just went with the half-rack. It was plenty and it was really good. Wife got a huge baked potato and son got a burger. We all enjoyed the food. Our waitress, Grace, I believe, was helpful, kind, and attentive. Overall great experience!
I came up for a training class and a friend told me about this place. Me and some ladies went here to eat on a Tuesday night(all you can eat ribs.) Our server name was Kayleigh. Kayleigh, we would like to thank you for your GREAT SERVICE. She was very nice, quick, we never had to ask for refills, and she was right there all the time making sure we were okay while taking care of other customers. The atmosphere was family, casual, and relaxing. The food was GREAT. For this being my first time, I will definitely travel the distance to come back. Thanks Kayleigh for the great experience.
Food is great the people there are very nice. I stop by once a month never had a bad time there.
I order on the app. The order was ready when I arrived. The lady that delivered it was polite & professional. The burger was outstanding & the side of fried okra was cooked perfectly.
Came in for the Tuesday 'all you can eat' ribs. Came with 2 sides. The tater salad is the Old Fashioned but more like competition style. Leans more toward mayo but some mustard. Very good rendering of a classic. I opted for only 1 side. The ribs, ordered dry instead of wet, had a nice smoke ring. The first 8 bones were very tender. The bone pulled cleanly without a twist. This rack wasn't as juicy as the last 6 from another rack, but not at all dry. A nicely flavorful seasoning, but not overpowering to cover the delicate sweetness of a good rib. With 3 table sauce options: vinegar based, sweet, and hot 🔥 🥵. Just a dab of the sweet was enough to set off the flavors without drowning out the other flavors. As a strict judge of BBQ in TX, I can say this is definitely a place to come to if you're even near the area. It's an easy 9 for restaurant quality (10 is rare), and because it actually qualifies a competition grade, I'd give it an 8. 1 point deduction for being too tender on the bone.
Best BBQ in Searcy. Always have excellent service and delicious food.
Wife and I stopped here for lunch and were blown away by how good the ribs were. I honestly was expecting a step up from Applebees but these folks knocked it outta of the park, some of the best ribs I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back next time thru.
Food was excellent. Service was really good. The proportions are huge. We all took home food and we ordered one lunch meal each. I recommend this place for lunch for sure.
We came here on a Sunday for dinner, and were immediately greeted at the door by Cynthia, who was also our waitress. The menu is very big, but we were there for the BBQ. My husband had a half rack of St Louis ribs with beans and mac and cheese, and I had the 2 meat plate with 3 jumbo chicken wings, 3 ribs, mac and cheese, and a corn cob. Everything was delicious. Cynthia was very attentive and made sure everything was good. I also got a banana pudding to go that came in a little mason jar. It was the best I’ve ever had!
This experience was impeccable. We traveled from out of town for business and decided to eat while we were there. Upon checking in, the hostess and multiple waitresses apologized for the wait even though we didn’t mind at all since we could tell they’d just wrapped up an event and had a steady flow of customers coming in. Throughout our lunch, every single waitress asked how we were, apologized for the wait multiple times, asked us how we liked our food, etc. One thought we needed more napkins and just brought some over. We couldn’t believe the amount of attention they paid to every single table, not just their own. We’ve talked about how service has seemed to decline over the years when it comes to eating out, but not here! We left there full and completely charmed by this standout place. I don’t know how often I’ll be in Searcy but I do know they’ll have my business anytime I’m passing through!
Traveling for the last week, My husband and I wanted something besides another burger. Tired of fast food. He loves BBQ and HAD to try this one out. I wasn't hungry but he insisted on bringing me something back. I asked for a side of sausage and some mac & cheese. Man, I'm glad I did. THIS IS THE BEST QUICK SNACK EVER! Both the sausage and mac & cheese is very flavorful. I don't like spicy food and normally when I order sausage, it's spicy! My husband had ribs and mac & cheese. He said the same as I did. We were both pleasantly surprised. He said the ribs were made differently that the way he normally has but that they were VERY good! He also stated that the ribs were better than Colton's by far!!!! He made sure to tell me that the hostess took forever making sure that everything was JUST AS ORDERED! I have to say..... THANK YOU for that! I wish more places had an employee like that!!! I'll have to give him credit! He chose well! Rib Crib, when are you coming to FL?
Went in just expecting your typical BBQ. This place over exceeded my expectations!! The waitresses cared for my kids like their own! Made it feel like home with the care they showed and you can tell they love making people happy. I’ll be back and recommending it to others!
For over 20 years I have visited this location and consistently had great food. (Brisket and ribs are by far my favorite) Today I also had great service by Ms Maddie. By far one of the best experiences I’ve had in a restaurant period thanks to her. Very attentive, personable, and empathetic. I appreciate the conversation and time.
Highly recommend! Our waitress, Hailey, was great, all of the food was delicious and the atmosphere we quite and relaxed. The place smelled great walking in and it definitely didn’t disappoint. I had the tailgate tacos with chopped brisket, sorry for the messy picture, my wife had the sliced brisket, it was delicious and well smoked and our little one opted for Mac and cheese, which we all tried and thought it was so good. The child’s portion was so big! Hailey kept our drinks filled. We ordered an apple pie with vanilla ice cream and Carmel drizzle, don’t skip out on this sweet treat at the end of your meal, sorry no picture. Overall great experience, we will be back!
For several years now, whenever we visit the charming town of Searcy near Little Rock, RibCrib BBQ & Grill has become our go-to spot. It’s always a pleasure to stop by after a long day, and we’ve come to look forward to the inviting atmosphere every time. The restaurant’s warm lighting and the irresistible aroma of barbecued meat fill the air as soon as you walk in, setting the stage for a memorable meal. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted by friendly staff who make you feel right at home. The restaurant is spacious, and while weekends tend to get busy, it’s clear that the locals have a special place in their hearts for this spot—and with good reason. They definitely know their way around meat! Over the years, we’ve probably sampled nearly everything on the menu, except for the desserts (we’re a bit too focused on the meat and beer!). From fresh salads to juicy chicken wings, burgers, tender ribs, and every type of meat imaginable, each dish is consistently delicious. The meat is perfectly cooked—falling right off the bone without any overpowering smoky or artificial flavors. The sides, from savory rice to flavorful coleslaw, complement the barbecue perfectly. The service is always top-notch, with the waitresses being not only friendly and efficient but also incredibly warm and charming. We’ve had countless satisfying meals here—eating, drinking, and enjoying the company—and we’ll definitely be back soon. RibCrib, keep up the great work! You’ve earned our loyalty.
I was craving barbecue & we decided to give Rib Crib a try. Boy, am I glad we did. We started off with the Cheesy fries. My husband ordered the bacon barbecue cheeseburger. That was one of the biggest burgers I've ever seen. He even let me take a bite & oh my goodness! I ordered the pulled pork plate. It comes with your choice of two sides & texas toast. My taste buds were doing flip flops, it was so dang good. Service was on point. The vibe of the place was great. I really loved the attitude adjustment wall with the different sizes of cast iron skillets. 😂 Absolutely no regrets & we will be back.
Their unlimited ribs are great. I come here once a year for a meatfeast and I've never left disappointed. Last time I was there our server was great with our large group (10). Food came out at a decent time and their baked beans are my absolute favorite side dish!
May 2023: it's good, but not sure about driving that far any longer. There were a lot of issues with service, not bad, but new servers on staff. Our server was friendly, the other girls were not. They put out mean girl vibes. Very disappointed with the blackberry cobbler. Not worth the money. We got all pie crust/cobbler crust and no filling. Ribs are good but again, between fuel costs and menu prices, will probably stay close to home. ************* Ms. Terry was our waitress and she was incredible. The portions were huge and the taste was spot on. I highly recommend the blackberry cobbler! The food came out quick and hot. Please check them out and ask for Ms. Terry.
Well the pulled pork was kinda squished together and not really hot so to speak, and had a very large piece of fat which happens. I forgive it. The salsa was particularly good and we enjoyed having queso dip with our fries. Restrooms clean and service was friendly. Reasonably priced as well. Would eat here again.
The sides were much better than the meats themself. But very good amount of food for your dollar. The cowboy nachos were amazing, the sides were great, the meat was pretty average. Very friendly staff, no wait for a table and relatively quick service
If you're looking for good barbq n Searcy. The rib crib is your place. I only had ribs/ brisket. Both smoked 2 perfection.
I had the St. Ribs and chicken meal with onion rings and coleslaw as sides. My meal came out in an appropriate amount of time and was hot and fresh. Tuesday night is the all you can eat ribs but at 7:30 the staff was hollering they were out of ribs so if you come on Tuesday make sure it’s early. Good meal and service
The food was just okay. The potato salad wasn't good. My fish was over cooked, and the cheesecake wasn't cheesecake, however we got the cheesecake free.... because it took the kitchen staff an hour and a half to serve us. We wasn't the only ones waiting. Problem was the restaurant wasn't busy. My fiance's meal was good, called the Dirty Deed. Our server took care of us by giving us 15% off for our wait. We did find out as we were leaving that only one cook was in the back of house. We have had better experience with take out in the past. Hopefully they will be better staffed next time... if we go again.
This is a good family place. The prices are a good value. The service was very good. The BBQ sauces were really good and the variety made for difficult choices. Thinly complaint was because the smoke brisket was a little dry. The St Louis style ribs were falling off the bone finger licking good.
It’s a nice bbq place. The ribs and wings were our favorite. And not to mention the fried pie!! So good. Needed to review so you all know it’s a dry county. You can only order a drink with an id. No matter how old you are. I’m 63. My husband had three beers, I had seltzer as my id was at the hotel. Just a heads up. The workers are all so nice.
Great Food at a Great Price!! I have to say, I really liked my time and my meal at the Rib Crib. I was only in Searcy for the night and I had a craving for Arkansas BBQ. I asked the folks at the Hampton Inn for a recommendation and they pointed me to the Rib Crib. From the moment I walked in was already salivating at the smell of slow-cooked meats. I had a local ice cold beer and I ordered the 3 meat platter and had chicken, pulled pork and ribs. The meal came with green beans and baked beans. Everything on my plate was delicious and I almost finished the whole plate. All the meats had a good level of smokiness, no dryness at all and Rib Crib supplies you with multiple sauces that you try. This is a great place to eat and I most certainly would try another Rib Crib.
Traveling for work and stopped in Searcy for the night. Our waitress LIYAH was fabulous! Food was great definitely recommend. I had the turkey and pulled pork spud. It was huge.
I asked for a three meat plate and wanted to change the third meat and double up the other two instead.. and there was an extra charge for fish..I asked for ribs and fish and this is what I got. The fish and ribs were actually good, but the green beans were straight out of the can no flavor and the Mac and cheese was okay just needed a little salt.
I had only eaten at RibCrib once before. It was years ago, but it was a pleasant experience. I always stop in Searcy, Arkansas when traveling between Chicago and San Antonio Texas, because it's my halfway point. Tonight I had the Four Meat plate: pulled pork, chicken breast, and 2 catfish fillets for $1 extra for each. I had Cole slaw and house potato chips with an iced tea. Everything about the meal was delicious, and Liyah provided friendly, attentive service. I will stop here again when I am in town!
Service good, friendly. Seems they have repainted since the last time I went. I had a dynamite salad with BBQ ranch, so 🔥. My friend with me got three meat platter with green beans. He said the chicken and brisket were good but the sausage was bland and the green beans as well. Salad so good I would come back though
Ribs were great! Very tender and didn't even need sauce. Sadly the sides I had, mashed potatoes and Mac 'n cheese, were pitiful. Just really bland, and the potatoes were quite chunky. A shame, especially for what they charge. Still, those were some really good ribs! Staff were polite!
Food is great but needs new management. She was more interested in doing a schedule than seating us literally told waitress we could wait until she was done. Sweet waitress seated us anyway.
Pretty good but overpriced for the portions. They have a few sauces, if you like sweet tomato based sauce it's not bad. The ribs were tough and rubbery, the turkey breast was moist and had a mild flavor. The sides are okay, nothing special though.
The staff were warm and welcoming with hello and inquires for my first visit. I tried the Ribs, broccoli, and salad. It was not the greatest ribs. The veggies were good. Looking forward to the next visit. With food one good means I need to try something else on the menu.
Update: I'm not sure what has changed but this place has gone downhill. The last 3 times I have been the food has been subpar. The servings are much smaller with the same or higher price. The pulled pork I got last time was nothing but fat. The service has gone down also. We didn't get straws the entire time we were there and our appetizer was cold by the time we got it. The waitress even said she didn't know what happened but she was making them get the appetizer together. Original: The food here is always delicious. I never leave hungry. I've never gotten a rude staff member. They have the best meats in town.
The classic idiom, "Third time's a charm," certainly comes to mind when I think of the Rib Crib BBQ in Searcy. If you don't know, "third time's a charm" refers to someone or something that has already experienced two failures but expresses hope that the third effort will succeed. Note: I have eaten BBQ ribs in Texas, Arkansas, Memphis, TN, and beyond and was always delighted at the great meals I enjoyed. For the Searcy Rib Crib BBQ, my third time was charmed with a great meal. This, of course, follows two failures at providing a good-tasting meal worthy of its price. Restaurant Appearance: Very nice aesthetic with clean bathrooms, tables, and a relaxed atmosphere. Location: Easy entrance and exit onto the main thoroughfare. Wait Staff: Polite and attentive. Food: First Meal — To say that this meal was an overpriced joke would be an understatement. I ordered Chicken Strips with Onion rings. The meal presentation was as expected, with an appetizing plate of food staring me in the face. With my first bite, I knew something was wrong with my meal. Nothing was spoiled or otherwise inedible. Upon closer examination of my "Chicken Strip," I suspected they should have written the menu's description as "Chicken-Flavored Bread Strip." I wish I had taken a photo of my halved "Chicken strip," for it was 80+ percent breading with a thin "sheet of flattened chicken hidden in its deepest, darkest interior. Luckily, it was dry too! That made it a real delight to eat! To choke down my "Chicken-Flavored Bread Strip," I needed some heavy artillery dipping sauce. The Onion rings were good but still required dipping sauce. By the way, I usually never want nor need a dipping sauce for chicken strips. My meal was so disappointing that my wife offered me some of her Barbecue Sampler Platter. Most of the meats were dry with sauce, making them slightly more palatable. I tried one of the ribs on her plate, and although it looked about the size of a medium dog's ribs, it was tasty! Small win, but I was happy for even that! Second Meal — I ordered the Super Spud. While this meal was definitely better than the first one, it would seem that the Searcy Rib Crib can't seem to get their barbecue meats to be juicy and flavorful. The Super Spud lived up to its name by being one of the larger potatoes I have ever feasted my eyes on. It was big, but the scant and dry meats that adorned it seemed more for show than for BBQ meat satisfaction and satiety. Third Meal — Not expecting much anymore, I ordered the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger with Sweet and Smokey Beans as my side. At first sight, my heart went pitter-patter at what appeared to be a gastronomic delight waiting to be enjoyed. With some trepidation, I picked up this juicy-looking burger and took my first bite. Yowza, I hit the Rib Crib jackpot! This burger was as good or better than it looked! The Sweet and Smokey Beans perfectly complemented an already great meal! To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement! Conclusion: We periodically meet with a group, so I am pleased to find at least one great meal at the Searcy Rib Crib BBQ for future lunch meetings.
Stopped here because it was easy to access. The place was clean and the staff was polite and efficient. I personally felt the prices were where they normally are in other places. The only downfall was the taste of lack thereof concerning the pork. You can see from the picture the meat has no seasoning on it. Usually you could at least taste some smoke or something, but unfortunately it was just bland. I did add some BBQ sauce (hot and regular) that was at the table which helped it some.
It’s somehow cost more than other buffet of 18.5$ include coke drink. I like fruits and deserts are 5/5 baked chicken and fish is awesome backed so good and 😋 with this price they should offer more seafood items no fried rice. 5/5 for corn and beans. I hope you’ll bring more seafood like fried fish fillets, crab legs, shrimp more valuable
The service was good but my friend got a baked potato dish that was apparently bland. I was the only one that ordered coffee out of our group and yet they brought 4 other cups. The coffee was horribly weak. Might be a while before we go back.
Ordered the Dynamite chicken salad, the majority of lettuce was black and shimmy, the manager said that is what it looked like when they got it off the truck. Well it might be better if you just told the customer that you can't serve salad due to bad lettuce rather than try to use bad products and serve them. The quality of food here has really gone downhill.
First and foremost, my fiance and I didn't know that Searcy wasn't a 🤚🏾 friendly place. But this place did just fine letting us know. The Paula-Deen-reject waitress was very rude. She kept throwing napkins down on the table at us and took her time coming around taking our order. The brisket was the worst I've ever had, BBQ sauce couldn't save it from how dry it was. My fiance said his burger was good and my side of mac and cheese hit the spot. But other than that, I'll be happy to not return.
Service was great but food was pretty terrible. Took forever to get our food and when we did it was cold. Ribs were tough. Pretty disappointed.
First time with rib crib.very convenient location as it’s beside the Days Inn Hotel. Our meal wasn’t the best but not the worse. Was hoping for burnt ends. The young lady looked at my husband like a deer in the headlights. She had no clue or even knew what they were. The Blackberry Cobbler was the best!
NOW SEE HERE I WAS ALL PUMPED & EXCITED TO TRY THIS PLACE & I GOT DISAPPOINTED BY FAR! THE BACON WAS OVERCOOKED & AS YOU'LL SEE IN MY PIC THAT I'M POSTING MY BURGER ISN'T DONE ALL THE WAY BY FAR! YOU CAN SEE FROM THE TOP PATTIE COMPARED TO THE UNDERCOOKED ONE! IT HAS A GREAT FLAVOR WITH THE BBQ SAUCE BUT I CANT IT UNDERCOOKED FOOD! SORRY NOT BUILT LIKE THAT! I HATE GIVING THIS NEGATIVE REVIEW CAUSE THIS PLACE LOOKS SO NICE INSIDE & THE WAITRESS WAS REALLY NICE!
We were here in Valentines night. Food, and service were great! However, hearing the manager reprimand the whole crew in the middle of the restaurant, killed the atmosphere. Managers should have ten meetings in private, but instead he humiliated the team by raising his voice and correcting them in front of customers.
Went there with my husband tonight & it seems like this place gets worse & worse every time. The food took forever & was so bland. Also, the waitress never came back to our table after delivering our food until she brought the check.
Food tasted like it was microwaved. Terrible bbq. Queso was good but the chips were stale. My boyfriend and I both were nauseous after eating here too. Our waitress was rude. Hope she enjoyed her 27 cent tip because she honestly didn’t even deserve that. Asked for a refill and was told no. Not even joking. Will never go back.
My experience at Rib Crib in Searcy, Arkansas, was nothing short of deplorable, a masterclass in unprofessionalism and outright fabrication. Upon arriving, I was refused alcohol service due to forgetting my ID at home—a policy I fully understand and respect. However, what followed was an egregious display of pettiness and dishonesty that soured the entire visit. The server, rather than handling the situation with any semblance of professionalism, chose to retreat to her father—apparently the owner—and concocted a baseless story that I had cussed at her. This blatant lie set the stage for an absurd confrontation with a manager whose inflated ego was matched only by his lack of decorum. This small-statured individual, in a pathetic attempt to assert dominance, escalated a non-issue into a spectacle, relying on falsehoods to justify his uncalled-for hostility. The food and ambiance are irrelevant when the staff and management operate with such dishonesty and confrontational bravado. Rib Crib in Searcy has earned its abysmal reputation through this experience alone. I cannot award zero stars, though they richly deserve it. I will be advising everyone in my circle to steer clear of this establishment, and I have no intention of ever returning to this deplorable excuse for a restaurant. Save your time, money, and dignity—avoid Rib Crib at all costs.
The brisket was so dry I've had better beef jerky.
Don’t come here!!! The staff were yelling at each other the entire hour that we were here. It was such a hostile environment. The serving staff was nice but definitely tired from all of the yelling in the kitchen. The food is literally prepackaged and microwaved. The brisket was dry. We also weren’t provided a knife to cut up anything (only butter knives). There was barely any napkins and no paper bibs despite this being a bbq place which we found odd. We got loaded potato skins and they were literally burned. None of this was worth $70. This was such an awful experience for a simple lunch date when there wasn’t even a lot of people inside eating. Save yourself the trouble and just don’t waste your time here.
