Bar bastante amplio, con buena terraza. El ambiente y el servicio... Depende del día...

Buen ambiente tanto por la mañana como por la tarde y noche. Bastante espacio e incluso terraza. Buenas tapas y también pinchos. Por las mañanas la atención es genial; cualquiera de las chicas es muy amable. Las tardes ya son otra cosa, depende de quién esté, el trato es mejor o peor. Una de las camareras (la más bajita) parece que cobra por rapidez, hasta el punto de olvidarse de limpiar la mesa cuando aún tiene migas o está mojada de los clientes anteriores. Es una pena que el local pierda su esencia por este tipo de detalles. Espero que lean esto y lo mejoren.

Very cool decor with high tables, stools, and sofas, but it's a bit worn. Great atmosphere for going with friends for coffee, drinks, or cocktails. Spacious place with a terrace. Good tapas.

We stopped for a few drinks, and one of them, a lemon shandy, was replaced with a small bottle of beer and a can of Kas lemon soda because they'd run out of beer and didn't have any more... no comment.

Fuimos ayer a la noche, eramos 7 personas, vino atendernos la camarera rubia, uno de los pedidos era un zumo de naranja, cuando trajo la bebida dijo que no habia, pero ni preguntó que traia a cambio del zumo, se le dijo que trajera un auga y no la trajo, pedimos un cargador para el movil, dijo que iba mirar si habia y no vino ni con la respuesta, MUY MAL SERVICIO!

We went in for two Cokes, and when they bring them to you they tell you the price and wait for you to pay. When they're busy it's understandable, but on a normal afternoon, telling you the price as soon as they serve you seems pathetic. They gave us a choice of tapas and we ended up leaving half an hour later without them when everyone else had been served. There are other much better places nearby that we didn't go to because they were obviously closed.

If it had less than one star, I'd give it absolutely terrible service. The furniture was in awful condition, the waitresses were unsympathetic and took ages to serve customers, even when they weren't busy. I can't comment on the tapas because they didn't offer a single one in two rounds. For the price, having a drink on the terrace is like trying to be Ibiza... If there's one bad place to have a drink in Lugo, it's definitely there.

A cocktail was spilled on two people due to the waiter's carelessness (of course, it's okay, we're human). Instead of just apologizing, the waiter pointed out that it was our fault for not picking up the drink from the corner of the table. Anyway. ... I got angry at his politeness, made a comment, and he came over and said, "Save your comments to the waiter." I asked for the complaint form and a pen. The young waiter told me that pens were for staff only. His colleague handed me a pen, and I asked them to please cover the area where they had to enter the company information. He replied, "I don't have time right now." Meanwhile, the missing drink we had ordered twice before appeared. I told him that if I called the local police, he might have time to cover the form for me. A little while later, a woman appeared and started organizing the bar as if there were no tomorrow. I understand it must be the manager, whom I asked about before requesting the form, and they told me she was admitted for surgery. No one comes near, no one apologizes. The entire staff is arrogant. We finally leave without submitting the complaint form. Anyway... Who sleeps with children...

The place is fine, but the service is bad. We had some wines, they asked us about the tapas, we ordered, 20 minutes passed and nothing. Very run-down place, the leather seats completely worn. The worst mojitos ever. We ordered candy to try to make it more bearable, and the waitress told us "they can't give us candy."... Tell me you don't have any and maybe I'll believe you, not that you can't...

Don't go to this place for cocktails, coffee, or milkshakes, because you'll be wasting your money. We ordered a piña colada and a mango milkshake, and they gave us foam—very ornate and everything, but it's foam. It's a place with a nice atmosphere, but the drinks are subpar, and for the price, it's a waste of money.

The service is very slow, and the curly-haired waitress is very rude. They served people after the fact with their respective tapas and offered cold pinchos to anyone who wanted them. The curly-haired girl, when we politely requested the tapas we'd been waiting for, threw them out with a rude attitude. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone just because of the poor service. The boss should take note; having people employed means efficiency and kindness. I've been a waitress, so I speak from experience.
