They make some of the most scrumptious mouthwatering sandwiches I have ever had!!! With that said…I can tell their staff does not get along and it was obvious there was some tension there. Come on people!!! Unhappy people cannot make food… please get it together and work TOGETHER! If a customer can witness this within 2 mins, there is a serious problem

$11 with tax for a “regular” sub which is essentially half a foot long. I remember back in the day when you could get an entire foot long for $5 like subway… prices are crazy now. Sandwich was ok, nothing special. They slice it on demand now instead of precut meats and cheeses like they use to. They don’t have many topping options only about 5, and olives is not included in those. Subway has more options, including many different breads.

I’ve complained to Uber Eats about it a couple of times, but now it looks like I just complain about every order so they’ve stopped giving me refunds. Please take your online orders more seriously!!!!

You're not going to serve me some lukewarm sandwich that's been laying on your counter because you forgot to give it to me, the customer. I've been to this specific location several times, and I see why, compared to other Jersey Mike's locations, this one in particular has such a low rating. I love Jersey Mike's, but I'll be avoiding this particular store location going forward.

terrible service and the food is not good. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my sandwich actually I had to wait over 20 minutes for them to just start my sandwich even though it was the only person there. guy with the tattoos took my order and then just forgot about me. too busy talking.

My food was fine, but the customer service I received when picking up my order was not so good, the girl, whom I never seen before was a bit rude, I showed her my order number which matched the order number on the receipt from my email and she still insisted on seeing my name and was holding on to my bag as if it was hers and I was stealing it from her, she was rude about it and I never had that problem before, especially if I’m showing you my email which did have my name and order number but because she didn’t see it, wld not give me my food, she finally handed it over and said to me …I don’t see your name but whatever and then shoved it to me, I hope to never have to deal with her again, she’s rude and needs to have better customer service especially when she was wrong!

What I ordered certainly wasn’t what I got, Placed a togo order inside the store. When I got home it wasn’t what I ordered but I bought it so I ate it and it tore my stomach up. I should’ve just went with my first thought and threw it out! & I LOVE Jersey Mike’s I’m just never come back to the SUNRISE location again! The way I got sick. I’m actually questioning how sanitary this location really is!

Feel bad for the poor employees. It seems as though they are always overwhelmed by the number of orders they need to fulfill. Manager Kyle need to step in more to provide help, or they need to hire additional staff. Hope they can improve this issue.

As I was standing there waiting on a mobile order that was SUPPOSED to be ready a while ago, the employees were all chatting about the topic of unprofessionalism, ironically enough. Imagine how tone-deaf and out of touch you have to be as an employee to have a conversation about unprofessionalism while simultaneously being unprofessional and awful at your job. The manager of this location should be replaced immediately. It’s clear that they’re in over their head and incapable of managing a restaurant. There’s also no way that all of the high ratings of this location are legitimate. That’s what really compelled me to leave this review. Balance out all of the fake 5 star ratings.

The people who “work” in this Jersey Mikes can not even be considered to be employees because they are just having a good time doing whatever they want when they’re are 8+ people waiting for food. Its mind boggling to see how this place operates and it Isn’t just a one off occurrence. Avoid this place at all costs.

I don't know why what the attitude is about this place. I've gone to different Jersey, mikes all over the country. It's only this one where everybody has an attitude. Just if you ask the lady to change of gloves, she gets an attitude.
