Its McDonald's. The food doesnt really change, what is disappointing is the service. Literally every "drive thru" spot is full, cars are parked all along the curb. I had a kiddo who needed to use the restro9m and as we sat for 20 minutes already, I figured, what's the harm. I walked him to the restroom where SIX people in McDonald's attire are sitting at a table plating on their phones. I am perfectly understanding that individuals get breaks and need to use the restroom, but excuse me with your absolute incompetence at running a restaurant. I can not say that we will never return to McDonald's as I have a child that thoroughly enjoys coming here. But I am 150% sure I will do everything in my power to not come back here.

Man if I could rate this place at a zero I would. First could not get any help, a cashier named Bethzy was at the counter and didn’t even acknowledge me. Completely ignored me. For fast food this place is the opposite. Then what looks like management was sitting on their butts the whole time in a corner table, keep in mind there’s about 10 of them. Clearly they don’t care, so why would their lower level employees? Literally only one guy who actually worked and was running around. End of the day, everyone has a crappy attitude exept one guy who runs curbside , management doesn’t acknowledge so that trickles down. Pathetic.

This place needs complete automation if your staff can’t be decent human beings AI should take your job. I went to the drive-through and the girl refused to take my order after I said no to if I wanted the special or something. I waited as she took 5 cars orders on the outside lane before I drove up to the window to see if I could order there like the sign on the mic box said. The girl looked at me rolled her eyes and walked away and then came back and just stared at me. The service here is generally pretty terrible but never this bad.

Every. Single. Time. I come here my food is made incorrectly. Today I had to wait 15 minutes to get my PLAIN McDouble which was given to me with two buns, ketchup and pickles. NO MEAT. NOT PLAIN. Seriously?. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes just to get the burger remade. After the 3rd person asked if they could help me. Terrible service and terrible attention to detail. The only reason I occasionally come back is because it’s the only McDonald’s within 30 mins of my house.

I ordered a #2 combo and 2 hot n spicy for dine in, They gave us the #2 combo but not the hot n spicy and when i went to tell them about my missing items, another lady had bagged them for another order🤦🏻‍♀️ she took them out and gave them to me The lobby is dirty, 3 ladys have time to talk and laugh but don’t have time to clean the lobby for other customers? Just wow!!

Over 6 years of 1 and 2 star reviews saying the exact same thing. Terrible service. New management needed. They won’t change bc they continue getting big business from the highway traffic. Thanks Mayor truck-stop Gonzales.

Always check your food before you leave. 7 times out of 10 they forget something. I don’t understand how they continue to fail to get complete orders out.

Service was horrible charged me for an extra sandwich I didn’t get and then I go back to get the sandwich for my husband he decides to finally eat but didn’t even get the full sandwich they gave him a McRib with no onion and no bottom bun 🤬

The customer service here sucks. The kid literally told me when I asked hey could you let them know we need help, the guy in front of me said he was waiting for a long while oh I'm not on the clock right now, and I said so you can't let them know you work here, and he said oh well they are busy. Wow the work ethic of this generation

I don’t know who trains the workers here, but they’re horrible at it. Between rushing you through your order at the drive-thru kiosk to rushing payment service at the window only to ask you to park in one of the “reserved” spots. And still getting the order wrong. It’s McDonald’s so the food expectations don’t change, but you would think the customer service would improve. It doesn’t. Still beyond subpar.

Took them 45 minutes after the order was placed. The food was not fresh so I Don't know why it would've taken them 45 minutes to throw together a mobile order with food that's been sitting there. Then they forgot all the condiments that I ordered on the app. Not my first time having problems with this McDonald's but this one really pissed me off because my boyfriend and I wanted to have breakfast together before he went to work, but since they decided to take so long he had to take his food to go. Will not be going back to this location I will make the drive to castroville.

I guess this McDonald’s believes in the “slow food movement,” because my order took over 20 minutes… again. And just like the last 4 times, the food came out cold. At this point I could’ve cooked it myself faster and hotter. Something definitely needs to change here.

Service is slow as hell, and if you're not a Rewards member for whatever reason the women working here get snide with you. I took over 30 minutes to get a simple plain and dry burger.

Stoped at this McDonald’s on the way back home went inside to order and after like 10 minutes in there this female comes out and tells us that the lobby was closed didn’t even apologize. If the lobby was closed then maybe they should’ve locked the door. Very rude service was d sad slow. Would not recommend

Zero stars for communication, unfortunately whoever answered phone had such broken English and CANT come up with a resolution she requested I come back or call when manager comes in at 10am Insist she can't refund unless I bring back the order that was DELIVERED to me. Do I leave work and inconvenience myself for you to only offer to replace my order at another date that inconvenience me to begin with. 5 stars for door dasher Crystal for only thing that was prompt with this order Order was placed 7:32 food was made at that time due to unregulated heat temps per health code guidelines, Order was delivered 8:32am Used 4500 points for a large caramel frappe that was completely melted, and was given a small instead of a large. No straw. Coffee had no sugar or vanilla per my request Food was so cold, Order#GZ25IZ73 👎🏽🤮

Young Staff was just standing there talking, flirting with female employees. A male employee was standing by fry station flirting with a female employee picking fries out of the fry station eating them clearly visible to the front counter and customers watching and waiting to be attended to. Drink station dirty, spilled drink on the countertop, 40%of the dining room had dirty table tops, food debris on the floor throughout the dining area. My family and I waited nearly 40 minutes for our food and we were the only ones dining other than a few that walked in afterwards or to pick up door dash. When I asked the supervisor about our order she claimed they were waiting on the nuggets, that it was a 2-3 minute wait, keep in mind we had already been waiting nearly 40minutes. As a dietitian, I saw many wrong doings that could be written off on a sanitation inspection.

Very under staffed...kiosk didn't print out my reciept..so I had no idea what number my order was...and then after I did get my food and started eatting, they forgot my mcnuggets...another 10 minutes waiting in line and no one is at the front helping people...very terrible..food was sitting at table getting cold..
