First time here at the Madera Papa Murphy's. The employee who helped me went above and beyond. He was extremely friendly and helped me with my order and to get my coupon. I usually get their names but for some reason I did not. He was working the weekend and it was a raining day. He needs to receive positive feedback because he is one in few that smile and are kind. Now in some encounters I have had are no so pleasant in other establishments.

Food is delicious, staff are very young and did not seem to care about customer. At 6:30, all selections of salads and cookies were put away and they close at 8pm. The young lady that helped was frustrated with me because I asked a question and huffed a frustrated huff before she walked to help me with the payment system. Then when we left , the 3 staff were hiddked and giggked, one said very loud to me 'have a nice day!' and then they all laughed. Anyways, I was young once too, in a job that I hated. I didn't make a fuss, only asked where the total showed on the payment system before I authorized. Apparently, you have up take the word of the youngster, or don't get your food

I really like the pizza, but, the employee wasn't friendly at all. He lacked human socialization,he's in a customer service position and needs training in dealing with humans!

Food and service at PM’s is consistently good in my experience, but this location was a bit messy inside. Cant remember exactly what gave that impression. Maybe the floors? Staff were noticeably attentive, though, polite, and helpful.

Being greeted with a smile goes a long way for me... I didn't catch his name but he was nice, friendly & had my pizzas done... Thanks....

Wish you had 2 sizes of calazon. The ones we got tonight had basically no meat. Had a hard time figuring out which one was which. We ordered 4 different kinds. Would be nice if trays were labeled with what was in each one. Normally we love Papa Murphys. This time we were so disappointed.

This now makes twice I ordered a family size pizza with light sauce. Someone does not read the online order, there is so much sauce , it ruins the pizza. Retrain your employees, I'm cancelling my payment

Christmas Eve we order a cowboy from his Papa Murphy’s place and what we get is a mushroom pepperoni and olive pizza and was told if we eat any of it we will not be compensated for the riot Pizza which I feel this is complete bullshit. I don’t care if it’s Christmas Eve if it’s New Year’s Eve if it’s any eve, they need to correct their mistake. They try to say their sausage is grounded up now. Here are some pictures that I will have posted of the pizza that we received. I don’t know about you guys, but clearly it is not a cowboy. I don’t know what’s wrong with you papa Murphy’s, but you’re Hella slipping. . From a very unsatisfied customer and I will be spreading the word.

Pizza was honestly bland, expecially the chicken garlic that didn't taste like garlic and were little or no chicken at all and on top of that they give me a dough that was all broken and kinda dry, the service was rushed, employees were visibly annoyed from the fact me and other people were there at late evening. I know that are all young employees but a good customer service and quality of the product is the key for a good business and at moment this place lack of it.

Ordered online 2 Caesar salads and a Med Mediterranean pizza and a side of Ranch. On of the Salads was full of rotten lettuce. After talking with the supervisor she said they pack it in advance no more than a day. What's funny about this statement is when I went to pick it up the employee told me they were just finishing making my salads. Lied to my face. On top paid .99 cent for a ranch that I didn't receive. Quality control at this store is quite alarming. Saved my wife from becoming sick and will be contacting corporate. Check your food before you leave this location. Private owners always try and cut corners and push their profit line, even if it means sacrificing quality. Don't be fooled and settle with below par.
