I went the other day with some friends for breakfast and had churros with chocolate, and we were absolutely delighted. My friends had been before, but it was my first time at this churro shop, and I was so happy. They brought our food incredibly fast and were very attentive, from the milk to making sure we had everything we needed. I also have to say that I don't think the price is excessively high at all for breakfast, lunch, or even dinner, because they have a huge variety of food, sandwiches, juices... The only thing I do recommend is going well in advance, because even though they've remodeled to make the place bigger, it fills up very easily, especially in the mornings for breakfast.
A fantastic experience! The place has a great atmosphere, even though it was quite busy. The service was good, very friendly, and not slow. The crepes are delicious and a good size, as are the waffles. The pistachio milkshake is amazing, and the best part is the ending. The quality, quantity, and price are excellent. I'm sure I'll be back.
We went to celebrate my mother's retirement and were very happy with the experience! They were very friendly, the service was great, and the churros and porras were delicious! They also had a lovely little surprise: pancakes with a candle! 100% recommended!

Came from London had coffee and churros. Amazing staff had a really good time, thank you!
I stopped by after months of hoping to check it out. One serving of churros, and a hot dipping chocolate. Delicious! The churros shaped in a fancy design, the chocolate thick and rich. I added a slushy since It was a super hot day. It was quite yummy and came with a splash of cream in the bottom. For the churros, hot dipping chocolate, and slushy, 8 € total.
Great place for different things. 1st as a churreria, the chocolate is very good and the churros and porras are freshly made and yummy. Their crepes are also pretty good. 2nd as a "tapas" place its well worth it too. The drinks with a montadito are great, well priced and a good variety for selection. The place is always packed and its no surprise
I love it

Today I went for the first time and I liked that there were plenty of staff working. They were friendly, explaining the ordering system to me, and the cashier was super nice too. The place is spacious with lots of tables and quite lively. Things to improve: the churros were thin and burnt (I don't know if they're usually like that or if it was just a coincidence), and the bottom bun of the vegetable sandwich was soaked with water; it needs to be dried well after washing the lettuce. The toast with tomato comes on a tray with many pre-made ones, and they were also thin and burnt. The hardest part is that you have active, enthusiastic, and friendly staff. Improve those churros, for goodness sake! Haha. Keep up the good work! I hope I can give it 5 stars.
The churros and porras are delicious. The hot chocolate is also spectacular. The service isn't the best I've encountered. There's a lot of staff turnover. Today, for example, they brought the hot chocolate and the avocado and turkey toasts to my table, but the churros arrived 30 minutes later... They didn't inform us that they were out of stock when they took our order, and obviously, with a small child at the table, the hot chocolate flew out, and when the churros arrived, there was no hot chocolate left. Overall, it's a good place for breakfast or a sweet snack. The place is nice, pretty, and pleasant. The food is delicious.

O toman medidas urgentes o desaparece.
He ido ya unas tres veces.
¡Jamás! me he sentido tan manipulada.
I usually go every week, and they never fail to make a mistake. If you order the French omelet toast with just cheese, it arrives with ham. If you order the potato and egg pan without ham, it arrives with ham. I'm vegetarian, and I insist a lot when I ask for it; they seem to note it down, but they never get it right. These things are obvious, so you can ask for a replacement. I drink oat or soy milk, which also affects the taste, but coffee and decaf taste different in every place, and it's not easy to tell if they've made it correctly. I'd like them to be more aware and responsible regarding this issue. When we order decaf, it can be for any number of reasons, but in many cases, it's due to issues like intolerances and such. Just because the service is a complete mess doesn't mean I should have to ask for instant decaf to make sure they serve it correctly. They're the ones who should be doing their job properly. From now on, I'll be there watching to see if they give me a decaf or not... It's a shame you can't trust them to serve you properly, and I advise them to start paying more attention because if they mark it correctly on the receipt and serve you incorrectly, and you're intolerant, it's very easy to file a complaint.
I bought some churros today, January 1st, and they weren't just bad, they were awful. €1 each, and when I checked them at home, "surprise!" they were all different sizes, some were broken, they were just crust and air, there was no dough at all, and they fell apart when I picked them up and dipped them in chocolate. I mean, since you're raising your prices these days, you could at least put in a little more effort. It's the first time I've bought from you, but I'm definitely not coming back. I think it's a rip-off and a complete rip-off.
First, I have to say that every time I've gone, everything has been fantastic; the most important thing is that the product is excellent. On December 25th, I went to get porras and churros for breakfast at home, and the porras were disastrous, nothing like the other days. They were broken and had very little dough...horrible. I won't go on the 1st, as I'm afraid they'll be the same as on the 25th. I'll try again outside of these dates.
I've been several times for breakfast and lunch now that they've expanded the menu. At breakfast... I waited over 5 minutes to be served even though there were only 3 people in the dining room, and I went before 8 am. They presented me with a hot chocolate that looked awful. I asked the waitress if they made it themselves, and she said yes. The hot chocolate had a brutally bitter taste; I only drank half of it in the cup because it was undrinkable. The porra (a thicker type of churro) and the churro arrived later. At lunch... I had to ask for bread because they didn't bring it. While I was eating, I was mopping the floor because of the smell of the food. It's definitely not what it used to be. When they first opened, everything was fantastic and delicious. Now they've expanded the premises, expanded the menu, and lowered the quality. The service and attention were a disappointment.
This isn't the first time something has happened to me at this place. Most times I've been there, it always takes more than 15 minutes to take my order (on the terrace). I thought today might be an exception, but no. I went with my parents, and we sat inside precisely so the service would be a little faster since we were in a bit of a hurry. The drinks arrived first, but after 30 minutes, the rest of the order hadn't arrived, so I went to the register and canceled it and asked for my money back. The disorganization there is these days at this place seems disrespectful to me. The waiters can't agree on taking and delivering orders. I still hope that one day when I return, they can improve what I disliked today.
Terrible service, terrible products. The natural orange juice was more than half water, I suppose to "save" on a couple of oranges. When I ordered a soft drink, they told me they only had cans, not bottles. Top-notch quality... 👎🏻 We won't be back. I'm talking about the new location they opened next to the Ahorramas supermarket in Coslada.
