We visited Peratallada and Pals on the same morning, expecting less from the latter, but it pleasantly surprised us, even more so than Peratallada. For starters, there's free municipal parking right outside the city walls, and in 5 minutes you're in the center of Pals. Wander the streets and get lost in its charming, well-maintained corners, and the town is very clean. It's an amazing place that shouldn't be missed. It's a 7-minute drive from Peratallada, but if I had to choose... I'd go with Pals. Beautiful.

No esperábamos mucho de este lugar, y a pesar del precio algo elevado estaba bastante bien. La salsa alioli de las patatas no estaba nada rica… sin embargo la parrillada de verduras estaba muy buena, al igual que el lagarto. Pero tiene una buena terraza en la que se agradece estar con los perretes.

If your goal is to relax on the terrace, enjoy some tapas and beers, Pals is a good, unpretentious spot. Generous portions at reasonable prices and fairly efficient service. The food, well, it could be a little better… There's usually a lively atmosphere on the terrace, which is a plus.

Uno más de lo que hay en Valdebebas. El local esta decirado con buen gusto, tienen mesas altas y bajas. La atención es buena y cercana, son bastante atentos y eso se agradece. La comida está bien, esta buena pero no para destacar nada, bastante cantidad en general. A veces hacia algo de frío, es verdad que el local es muy amplio... Para tomar algo y picar algo esta bien.

La ensaladilla está muy rica y comida muy abundante a buen precio, mejor ir con amigos o familia ya que las raciones son muy grandes, hemos echado en falta que hubiera medias y los camareros super super amables y simpaticos

Las raciones un pelín escasas,y la atención en la terraza se puede mejorar,en vez de estar hablando tanto,el Sr que lleva lo de las mesas, podía atender mejor y moverse más.

Fui a un almuerzo (Menu)con mi esposa y realmente menos que el promedio, algo hecho para salir del paso y el postre terrible parecía estar un poco viejo y nos cobraron fuera del menú 2 vinos bien caros.

Pedir aquí por Glovo es lo peor. Lanzas un pedido a las 21:00 y te van retrasando la entrega... 22:00, 22:15, 22:35... y el repartidor en el local esperando... todavía no me ha llegado, ya modificaré luego la reseña, pero EVITAD PEDIR AQUÍ.

We went for dinner on a Sunday, a group of four, at 9:40 pm and were told we had to order quickly because the kitchen was closing. It was terribly cold in the dining room; the air conditioning was on. When I mentioned it to the waiter, he said it wasn't, and he was in a rush to clear our plates, even though we hadn't finished our meal.

I just left the bar after going for a drink with my kids. The order was one beer (very tasty, by the way) and two mini 100ml tubs of ice cream. I was unpleasantly surprised when I asked for the bill and it came out at €5.50 each. I understood there might be a mistake. I went in, asked, and they calmly told me it wasn't a mistake, and they've been charging that much for a year. Considering that a 100ml tub at the retail price in a supermarket costs €2 and a 465ml tub costs €4.20, I understand that in a bar there's a surcharge, of course, for the corresponding costs and service, but from there to charging you that price... neighbors, now I understand why so many fine dining establishments are disappearing. Just because you live in Valdebebas doesn't mean you have to have a sword stuck in your hand when asking for the bill.
