The food here is great, and Winnie and Glenn make for a wonderful experience! They really feel like people-people rather than just waiters and managers. Definitely recommend coming with friends.

A really great place to eat! The bathroom was clean. I had a cup of chili as appetizer, and I enjoyed it, served hot with cheese. My meal was the triple appetizer, and the mini burgers were yummy, the fried mozzarella was awesome 👌. The sauces were very good. I got 3 large hot Nashville 🔥 tenders ,which I will eat for dinner. The heat was very apparent. This location was on top of its game, timely, food was well presented and our waitress was super as well. Was here for opening night of the NFL. Traveling this week, and I squeezed in at the bar. Glen was a fantastic bartender. Very friendly and made me feel right at home. Great personality and expedient service at the same time. I had buffalo wings and a salad. Wings were sauced perfectly and served hot. Food also did not disappoint. I set reservations for 12 people for my daughter's birthday at first no one showed my daughter was so sad we ended up asking to get a booth for us four Jim insisted that we sit at a table so if someone comes we can add a table. Jim was determined to turn her frown upside down into a smile and that's what he did before his shift ended he made sure she had a balloon he kept her laughing he made sure when he left for the day that his staff was nice fast and friendly. It turned out to be a party of 7 and not 12 but I'll never forget Jim and Kate for going above and beyond their job titles to insure my kid had a happy birthday. Kate was our waitress she was top notch fast friendly and helpful this chili's did a big one by customer service the food was great had to say we had one of the best experiences and I will be calling customer service they should be on the news cause the heart Jim has should take him very far. Moral to the story our family been going through a tuff time and going to Chili's and being treated like family was just what we needed Jim didn't know what we were going through but he gave us the love we needed through his customer service

So I came here with an old friend after having brunch with my mom & sister and she had an early dinner. So we got this appetizer trio at the bar to share since we both weren’t super hungry. We spent our time there catching up. The Nashville hot honey mozzarella sticks were fire 🔥 and my Witches Brew drink was really good too. A Halloween themed drink for only $6?! Sign me up!! My friend left a tip on her card and I left a tip in cash because the bartenders were super nice!

Great food and service. Chillies, and this location specifically, never disappoints. The Margaritas were especially yummy today. My only complaint is that the booths we were seated at were tiny.

When I tell you that Chilis plantation never disappoints! Believe me. Today my aunt, my niece, and myself were less than five minutes away from Chili’s Coral Springs but due to multiple bad experiences we decided to take the 15-20 minute drive to plantation. When we arrived the host opened the door and got us seated promptly. Our server Tina was busy but she came over and gave us top tier service non the less. The Manager Winnie is absolutely everything. She came over to our table while making her rounds and when I tell you she was amazing. Her personality and customer service is EVERYTHING! She even gave my niece complimentary ice cream . My last three experiences at this location was nothing short of amazing! Our server was Tina and she was such a pleasant and delightful lady. Winnie topped the cake, she visited our table with all smiles, she wanted to ensure we were enjoying our meal. I will always come to Chilis plantation. I’ve had many bad experiences with the Chilis in Coral Springs, the servers were not friendly, food was always cold and I always leave regretting my visit. No more Coral Springs for me, I will always go see Winnie and Tina in plantation. You should go there too, you will not be disappointed. Just as we walked in we were greeted quickly and sat down. Our server Omar was EXTREMELY helpful, attentive, respectful and kind to us. Constantly checking on us and making sure there were no issues. Our server Kaitlin was absolutely amazing! We had a large group split between two tables, and she handled it like a pro — friendly, patient, and very accommodating. The service and food were great, and she made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The only downside was that the bathroom was pretty disgusting, which was disappointing given how great everything else was. Hopefully management addresses that soon because the service itself was top-notch!

I want to praise this location for a great job. We came here after a bad experience with another franchise. They were empty but gave us attitudes. We came here and from beginning to end they treated us great. The place was full but Mike our server was fast and attentive. I spoke to the manager Winnie and she was great. I get endless chips and salsa, a smash burger and Santa fe burger and 2 sodas unlimited refills for 24 bucks total..(burger is 10.99 with fries and drink) sure beats the fast food burger and you get a fresh and hot nornal size burger for less than what fast food chains charge for their hockey pucks on an oversized bun. Thabk ypu Chilis for having an awesome choice of burgers and we willnalways ask to be in Jessica's section for the service!!!

Been coming to this location for over 15 years. Def one of my favorite chilis to come to. Today we had Aayushi as our waitress and she was so nice and kind and most important she was patient with our full table. Constantly checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. And the manager Winnie also was attentive with all the tables and making sure everyone was happy and everything was running smooth.

So I was in the restaurant recently with my 10-year-old. We were sitting down eating our appetizers when my son suddenly vomited all over the table. I was so mortified but my waier Chris and the manager Winnie were just absolutely amazing. They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and made sure that my son was OK and just went above and beyond. Service-like this is far in few. I would definitely recommend this location. The atmosphere and the environment is very warming and welcoming definitely 5 stars

We had an amazing experience at Chili’s thanks to our waitress “ Stephanie”! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and super professional. She made sure our drinks were always refilled, checked in at the perfect times, and made great menu recommendations.

We got here around 630p and it was pretty busy, the wait was about 20mins, but the manager took care of us, and placed us where we requested to sit, to which we was served by Vilma, she is a great server, she was attentive, made sure our drinks was refilled quickly, food was brought out promptly and was well seasoned and hot(I had the steak) overall for my first visit here i can say it was very well pleasant! And of course it is always great seeing the manager helping her staff clean the tables so none of the customers have to wait long.

I am visiting from California and stopped in for the day, and this was hands down some of the best customer service I have had in a very long time. My server, Glen, was outstanding. He was kind, patient, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. His drinks were amazing and made perfectly. The manager, Winnie, was so sweet and welcoming, and Nyla, who is also a server, was equally kind and attentive. From start to finish, I felt genuinely cared for. She went above and wayyyy beyond expectations to make sure my daughters birthday was fully celebrated and it being done in the most memorable and special way!! My daughters bday was on Nov 1 but due me having major surgery and needing bed rest I couldn't do anything for her, the guilt was horrible and with each passing day I watch her face get sad when any birthday is mentioned or celebrated. Finally I was able to do something and I know she loves 🌶 this location in particular, so I went and got some stuff to do a little decor before bringing my daughter as a surprise but I got surprised as well by the manager being so helpful, sweet and caring. She offered to keep the decor and set it up for me!!!! Wish I could of posted pics or videos. This was sooo amazing bc it was just myself doing the running around, getting everyone and everything organized. For a basic restaurant, it's ok. I ordered the ribeye steak medium and received a well-done steak. STEAK is never to be well done! My son ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta, and the shrimp was also overcooked and over seasoned. The chicken was tender but lacked seasoning. My husband ordered the fajita, which he seemed to enjoy, but again, the shrimp was gummy and overcooked.

After many months without visiting the restaurant, I decided to give it another try. I ordered a Quesadilla Explosion Salad to go, which is one of my favorite dishes, and it turned out to be mostly corn with very little of anything else. I was very disappointed.

I’ll start this review by saying that I’m six feet two inches tall. We got sat immediately and the hostess sat us right near the bathroom where the tables are so small, my knees hit under the table. I hate when the host/ hostess doesn’t consider size when seating people. I was extremely uncomfortable. The food and drinks were great don’t get me wrong. Also, the table was so small that when they brought out the entrees, we had to hurry up and finish the appetizer to make room on the table for the entrees. Other than that the service was good from our waitress. I enjoyed the Cajun pasta although I wish it were more spicy. I asked them to make me an Old Fashioned and they did but it wasn’t a good one at all but it was strong so I won’t complain too much. The triple dipper appetizer was amazing, it’s just something about those egg rolls for me. I’ve had better service at other locations so maybe this was a one off night for them.

I have been to better chili locations. The table service could be better. The weird thing during the last visit was the entree sides were served with the appetizers and not with entree, really?. Finally certain section of the resturant floor was dirty.

09/22 food was all over the place literally, I get it its late but your quality should still be good from first order to last order. Steak was undercooked order med/well got mid rare, roommates salad was served with no dressing and cheese covered salmon? Odd. Only reason yall get a two and not a one is your waitress was outstanding went above and beyond and is a shining star. Your cooks on the other hand should be put on notice about their quality control. Would not recommend after 930pm to go here. Waitress named Velma deserves accommodation she saved the night while your chefs sank the titanic. Kitchen management should really pay more attention. "First dish to last dish the quality should always be first priority"

My experience tonight at Chili's wasn't the best. When we arrived, Lily served us, and I asked her if she spoke Spanish, not because I can't communicate in English, but because other times I've been served in Spanish without any problem. She said no, and I told her that it was okay, that my English wasn't perfect but we could try. She didn't even try; she literally left us mid-sentence and called Vilma, who didn't even have any free tables but agreed to serve us in a corner that was full of brooms and dustpans. She quickly cleaned it up and seated us. We are very grateful to Vilma and the manager who handled the situation so well. I've never felt so discriminated against in this place before, because I actually think it's a good restaurant. We ended up having a good night thanks to Vilma, and despite everything, this place is still one of my favorites.
