Absolutely blown away by the service at Chili’s Grill & Bar. I am visiting from California and stopped in for the day, and this was hands down some of the best customer service I have had in a very long time. My server, Glen, was outstanding. He was kind, patient, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. His drinks were amazing and made perfectly. The manager, Winnie, was so sweet and welcoming, and Nyla, who is also a server, was equally kind and attentive. From start to finish, I felt genuinely cared for. This experience really reminded me how rare great customer service has become. I wish we had more of this where I am from in California. I will absolutely be returning whenever I am back in the area. Highly recommend this location.
Experience did not surprise us! We always come here for Vilma. She’s amazing, fun and energetic. She’s always informative about the promotions and food options. She’s always available when we need something. The manager Winnie was friendly and professional. This was a fun experience and will definitely come back again!
I had an amazing experience at this particular Chili’s. They were very attempting and friendly. Vilma was on top of her game giving us the best service possible and the manager Winnie was very friendly and checked up on us on various occasions. I WOULD LIKE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION. She went above and wayyyy beyond expectations to make sure my daughters birthday was fully celebrated and it being done in the most memorable and special way!! My daughters bday was on Nov 1 but due me having major surgery and needing bed rest I couldn't do anything for her, the guilt was horrible and with each passing day I watch her face get sad when any birthday is mentioned or celebrated. Finally I was able to do something and I know she loves 🌶 this location in particular, so I went and got some stuff to do a little decor before bringing my daughter as a surprise but I got surprised as well by the manager being so helpful, sweet and caring. She offered to keep the decor and set it up for me!!!! Wish I could of posted pics or videos. This was sooo amazing bc it was just myself doing the running around, getting everyone and everything organized. I sincerely and humbly thank you and your wonderful staff for making her makeup birthday day so amazingly memorable 💖 💗 and perfect!!! Will definitely be back more often!!
Kate was an excellent server! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out exactly as ordered, and she checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. Her positive attitude really made the experience enjoyable. We’ll definitely be asking for Kate again next time we visit!
Vilma our server and Winny the manager are the best at this location in plantation. We come here all the time, it’s my 7 year old favorite restaurant. We visit this restaurant quite often and the food here is always good, service by Vilma is on point every visit and Winny always come over to say hi. The restaurant is always clean and all the staff are helpful and pleasant.
We had a great time!!!Kaitlyn our server and Winnie the Manager were wonderful. They were very professional, friendly and attentive. We always choose to come to this particular Chilli's resraurant beacuse of as well we are treated here, specially the manager, always kindly asking how we feel and and she can serve. We had a wonderful dining experience at Chili’s Plantation with the Manager Winnie, and a big part of that was thanks to our amazing server, Vilma! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her warm and professional service really stood out and made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The restaurant itself was also great, clean, comfortable, and the food was delicious as always. From the appetizers to the entrees, everything came out fresh and flavorful. It’s definitely a great place to eat, whether you’re out with family or friends. Highly recommend, and if you get Vilma as your server, you’re in good hands! 🙌🏽
My husband birthday was extra special thanks to his server Kat and Winnie the manager was so attentive and amazing. The Christmas decorations were lovely. I can't wait to come again because the staff was absolutely outstanding. Keep up the fantastic job 👏
I’d recommend this Chili’s 10/10 every-time! The food is always hot and delicious ! The service is top tier and the Manager Winnie is everything. Our server was Tina and she was amazing. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything. We noticed that Winnie went around making sure each and every customer was satisfied. Now that is what I call great Service. Thanks again to the staff at Chilis Plantation.
I would like to make some reviews about this restaurant Chillis, because this restaurant for me has many moments and memories that I always take with me when I come to eat and when I come to spend nice moments with my husband and I always leave happy, I can say with quality that the people who serve us have always been very kind and the food is spectacular. I would love to change the story on my first day of marriage so that it was my first restaurant where I went to Chillis, I can change it, but it really is my favorite restaurant and I want to give some attention to Kaltlin and my Miss Winnie. They served us and they have been very generous and very kind to us.
We went on a Saturday no. Service was great. Winnie was the manager and she could not have been any nicer.. thaina was the server and she was so sweet! We will definitely be going back!!!!
