Loved this restaurant. Surprised to find out in the mall, but it is situated pretty near the entrance to the food court. Be prepared restaurant doesn't take cash or checks. Only cards! With that out of the way, the menu is small but packs quite a punch. You won't be disappointed with anything you order. We are the starters before we could take pics, but trust me you need to try them. So much so that we order them again to go. We will be back.
Extremely pleasant surprise! I was skeptical at first, being a mall restaurant, but WOW. The pork belly melted in my mouth. The flavors were great. Can we talk about this handmade Nutella? It’s an excellent balance of sweet and delicate.
A great Asian Cuisine option that caters to many palettes. They have Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Thai options. Also a number of dishes for vegetarian and vegan diets. Would absolutely eat here again. Great boba too!
This restaurant is located inside Broward Mall and there are two things I liked about this restaurant, one is the experience and the excellent service we received here at 107Taste and the second one was the flavors of the meals we ordered, simply delicious!!! Highly recommended!
Stopped by randomly this afternoon because I wanted some bubble tea. Took a look at the menu and also decided to order the tofu Bibimbap and Thai donuts to go. (I didn't stay and eat but got some pictures of the inside because it was really nice) Everything was soooooo delicious! Definitely recommend if you are in the mood for something fresh and tasty!
Surprised to find this in the corner of the food court. So happy we did! The decor, seating and music was otherworldly. We came in for some deserts. My jasmine tea was very fragrant and complimented the trio of cakes. Taro, coconut and Nutella cakes were all delicious and visually appealing. The whole experience was so much fun. We look forward to coming back and trying the ramen.
edit: updated a year later - they changed the menu, service was still super fast, removed a few things, added a few things - still good, but 4 out of 5, not NEARLY as awesome as last year. This is *NOT* "mall food." I've been to NYC and San Fran Chinatowns, Chicago, Vancouver, Hong Kong, Korea, China and Thailand... and this was FANTASTIC! The bbq pork appetizer is soooooo on point. There's a little undercurrent in the flavor when it's authentic, and they had it. Our meal was beautiful. Our Phad Thai Shrimp cooked to perfection. The pork bellies was amazing. Our waiter was attentive, friendly and gave us a bit of distance to enjoy our date night. Food was out super fast, fresh, and delicious. We'll be back, many times. Just moved to the area and 107 Taste is definitely on our list to share with family and friends when they visit. We were pleasantly surprised. Thank you. <3 We were recommended here by Brenda from Code Ninja, y'all's mall neighbor.
Going to this restaurant was such a good idea! Their food was DELICIOUS and flavorful in every bite. The service was also so clean and made the experience much better. This leads to the perfectly crafted atmosphere that made coming to this restaurant feel 5 stars!
Overall we liked it. Service was good. Food was good. We got appetizers that were good. Oyster mushrooms and we got the porky buns. For meals we got a bunch of different Ramin noodles and all were good. We got desserts some plant looking dessert and the donuts. Both were good. We felt it's was a little pricey but still good. We also tried the bubble tea. Two flavors. Both were better than other places.
Update: Came back for a second time after some time and I would say it still very solid ramen restaurants. The service was fantastic and the food came pretty quick. The fried shrimp shumai was really good and the tonkatsu ramen and hells ramen were really yummy. I would say that compared to other places it might be a little pricey as you have to pay extra to add protein to your ramen (ej I had to pay extra to add pork to the tonkatsu ramen). But other than that it was great. First time here was great! The takoyaki was really good. The tonkotsu ramen was delicious, big pork belly pieces and the broth was flavorful. Thai donuts and the pineapple shrimp rice were great as well.
Our server was Vanessa. She handled about 8 tables flawlessly by herself. Four of us dined in and Our food came out really quickly. The food was incredible and the vibe was neat. I was surprised that the restaurant was inside the Broward mall, but it did not disappoint. We will definitely be back. Lots of options and really good prices.

Delicious everything! I have tried the pad Thai, pad (glass noodles), pork belly bun, soft shell crab bun, hell ramen, fried oysters mushrooms, and the strawberry and mango tea. I can't say anything bad about the food. Every item was hot and fresh. They did not take long to bring the food out. Waiter was nice and attentive. I'll be back.
We ate at 107 Taste tonight, we had a very pleasant waitress. She answered all the questions we had about the menu. The Kimchi Ramen was good, it came out a little bit cold first but they apologised and fixed it pretty quick . Eventually we had very good experience. I also had the pad Thai with beef and it was my favourite. It was full of flavor.
This place is inside the mall close to the food court. We ordered the avocado rolls and the pork belly wrap as appetizers. They were both simply delicious. For my main course, I ordered the pork belly fried rice. It was also good. My family did order the Konkatsu soup. The broth wasn't as rich as some other places. It is a good 2nd contender. Definitely will go back.
The ramen itself was pretty good. I had the Hell Ramen. The broth was meh and not as flavorful as I would have wanted it to be. Other than that, I enjoyed the drinks, the chicken and everything else! My wife didn't like the edamame. She said there was too much seasoning, especially garlic.

This review is solely for the ramen. I'm trying to find a decent ramen place close to home, but this ain't it. I went with the tonkotsu since that should be the baseline by which to judge a bowl of ramen. The broth lacks depth and umami. The pork tastes like a Chinese style concoction, not the flavor profile that it should have for a Japanese ramen, and it could be either a) more thinly sliced or b) more tender to the bite. While the egg wasn't overcooked, it was cold. The server also told me there was no red pickled ginger, a standard topping when serving ramen. I guess if you've never had the real thing, this could be considered "good", but knowing the heights that ramen can reach, this was just "ok, passable" by my standards.
So the restaurant is in the mall but they don’t serve traditional mall food. Kinda reminds me of Korean and Japanese fusion. When we got there it was empty, only two other people sitting and eating. They were eating one of the pad Thai dishes which looked pretty good. We got two appetizers and shared two entrees. For the appetizers we got Honey Roasted BBQ Pork which was very flavorful but cold in the center. The second appetizer was the chicken karaage which was cooked perfectly. Tonkotsu Ramen and Pad Woon Sen were the entrees and no complaints about those dishes as they were phenomenal. The drink that I got was a funky leaf and the waitress said that it was sour but in all honesty it was sweet and blan. Not a good cocktail to be honest. I’ll definitely come back and try again because they have great flavors overall. I don’t like that they added a service charge of 18%. Tipping should be optional especially with a party of less than 5.

The atmosphere and service was great. However I took no interest in their ramen and how it was prepared. For starters the eggs and meat were cold. Very tasteless meat and low quality. It was mind blowing to know that they took meat and eggs out of the fridge and threw it in hot broth. I’ve eaten ramen at several restaurants all over the world and I was really disappointed. The appetizer were good but the main course did not meet to my expectations.
So I generally go by reviews when I’m deciding on new places and they generally have to have atleast 4.5 stars for me to give them a try. Im not sure where all these 4 and 5 star reviews came from or who these people are, but this was 2 stars for me. The food was very low quality, the quality of the meat wasn’t good. My udon noodles were over cooked and soggy. The buns that they just sat down at our table were already soggy, the meat didn’t taste fresh and maybe I’m being biased about the buns, because the day before we had some amazing buns from a different restaurant. Also I’m not sure if this is a complaint or a compliment, but when we placed our order, the food was ready super fast like within 2-3 minutes. It made me wonder if they had it just sitting back there. The place wasn’t crowded but the waitress made me feel super rushed to place orders. We went in for lunch and there were only 2 other people dining. The lighting was too dim and it really just felt very cringe. The drinks were good, the mango ice tea was good and the crepe cake was good. These were the only 2 good things we had, hence the 2 star review. The Thai donuts we ordered tasted like they were fried in old stale oil. Then to top it all off, the waitress clearly saw that we barely touched our meals and we didn’t want to take it to go and didn’t ask if there was an issue or anything. Then to add insult to injury, I asked for the check and there was an 18% gratuity already included for a table of 2. I had to call her over and show her and tell her the menu states 18% gratuity is added to parties over 5. She said she will take it off, because the machine does it automatically. Yeah right , she tried to pull a fast one. Make sure you check your bills here.

Why did you change the recipe of the kimchi? I have been coming here for years specifically because this was the only restaurant that got it right. Now it tastes nothing like before. The liquid is pure oil. You have 4.6/5 stars, why are you changing the menu? Clearly it was loved before. If I could give it 0/5, I would. The lady who attended is nice as always, I give her a 5/5.
