It has been about 15 years since I came to the Broward mall, and I only came to get the famous Cinnabon that I used to absolutely obsess over... and yep, it's still exactly the same. Finally, a place that has not changed a thing ..

Best cinabon ever - lovely staff that got us right, in the last 10 mins before closing (they put broward mall on the map for me: I went to the Mills right before, and honestly, I wish I came to broward a lot more often because their shops are amazing) If the staff who worked the night of 7/20 are reading this, thank you so much as you have truly made my day :) - also the way you made these buns, I feel they were worth evey cent and then some [thank you for putting in the extra effort]

I only eat the plain cinnabons. The clerk was very courteous towards my daughter and I. She accommodated my request without any hesitation and it was ready when promised.

Best cinnabon ever, you can request for them to make you fresh ones (be willing to wait at least 10-15 min) Definitely worth the wait!

I love Cinnabon! But, I don’t understand this establishment. I went to purchase a gift card for a family members birthday, and the employee stated that the manager wasn’t here. Me being confused, I asked what she meant. She stated only the manager can give out the gift cards. This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard! Why? Are they not training their employees on how to give out gift cards? Or is there another reason..regardless I think this needs to change. I wasted my time coming here.

This Cinnabon is the worst! A few years back it was owned by someone else and never any issues. Could go anytime and customer service was GREAT. Every time I have been there takes a few minutes for someone to greet me. Also with work always end up going a little closer to closing time. They never seem to have any original Cinnabons prepared after 8:30-8:40 pm. It’s as if they make the minimal amount because they want to make sure they are out the door at 9:00. We are in the customer service industry and we always have product until closing time. No one is turned away. I can understand it can happen sometimes when it’s busy but this place is consistently not able to provide Cinnabons until closing. Then when employee was asked why they are always out close to closing she got a slight attitude and continued to say that they close at 9:00 and they take 15 minutes to cook. Meanwhile it was 8:42 when I walked up to the counter. So they had time to cook them and not to mention they don’t cook them to order they cook them in advance. But this store specifically does not cook enough. We even ordered them online a month ago and when we get there they tell us they don’t have any and they have to cancel the order. Which they did Vance the order but the $ was never even refunded. The other employee went on to say that she always has them available it’s just tonight they are out at almost 20 minutes before they close. Insane how customer service at this place is just not the same as it used to be. Again this is the third time this month we attempted to get them. Once it was 8:40, tonight was 8:42, and then last week was 8:50. We work late and this is only time we can go otherwise we would go earlier. This place should just say they close at 8:30 and be done with it. Just no longer a fan at all. There was no I’m sorry we were busy. It was we close at 9:00 and they take 15 minutes to cook sooo. Come on. What a joke.

Let me say first. The cinnamon rolls are amazing! The one star rating is for the incredibly poor service. I made an online purchase at 11 am, with a pick up time of 4:00. On my way, about 15 minutes away, I called to let them know I was on my way. I get there and there are 4 people working, but none of them at the register. The only male of the four comes to the front to get something and doesn't greet or show any form of acknowledgement to me or the other customer waiting. He goes behind the work counter where the other 3 females are, and they are all busy doing whatever. Two of them look up see me and continue with whatever they're doing. About 5 minutes after my arrival a discontented female slowly makes her way to the register. She makes no apologies, mutters a hello, and simply asks what would I like. I inform her I have an online order. She talks to the people behind the counter and they confirm the order. She gestures to me to move to the side, I ignore the gesture. One of the other females, brings my order, ties the bag, hands it to me and walks away. I put my cash tip away, and silently pledge to never spend another dollar there. This is an excellent reminder that I don't need the extra calories.

this place is terrible they had a line that was a mile long they had empty shelves and we're telling us that there were six to eight minute wait times for anything we ordered. There were plenty of workers but the shelves were bare. I don't get it. It seems like a simple enough job make cinnamon rolls and give them to customers make enough to handle your crowd gee whiz!

Then she said that she is out of the big Cinnabons and water! Insane. She was so rude and obnoxious. Maybe aggravating customers is a fun perk of the job for her?

The cashier Harry gave me the worst customer service, he didn’t tell say hello to me or ask me how could he help me . An he turned his creepy as head and smiled . He also didn’t even tell me how much my total was . And was completely silent . And then asks me if I was uncomfortable.. worst service I ever received . He should be fired .
